I made a order for Bajaj Majesty CGX 2 2B Powder Coated Glass Cooktop With Free Bag on 5th March. I received the order on 8th March in broken Condition (Coated Glass Cooktop was Broken) also free bag was missing. After so many reminder you guys agree to replace the product. I sent back the product on 13th march in address given by you by Blue Dart (AWB No. [protected]) and you received the same on 18th March.

As our geyserBajaj majesty is not working. We are facing this problem frequently. As we need immediate service.... it is very bad experience....

It some times starts and some times not. We then have to remove the food processor and press the liver with knife to use the grinder.

I purchased a gas Bajaj Majesty Gas Gyser on 23rd Nov 2012. Since the time I purchased the gyser it is having the problem of leakage/high gas consumption for which I had registered the complaint. we had purchased a geyser on 11 dec 2011 .. with 2 years guarantee on the combistat (thermostat + heating element) .. it ran well for a year .. but this season it started giving complaints... to the effect that we have complained to bajaj 5 times in a month . for the first four times their guy came and replaced the combistat with allegedly a new one..., the geyser ran well for one day in each situation and stopped working after 2 days......

I have been very upset with the way Bajaj Electrical handle their customers.

I have had two geysers from bajaj for the past one odd year and already I have had to replace the body of both of them and also the heating element as well as the thermostat for both. This makes me understand that the quality of Bajaj's products are not upto standard.
