to inform you that we have bought 10 Wall fans
from Rajde Electrical Marol Andheri (East). We have installed these
fans in BES & T office at Walada under W/O No.EWD/W/G/59691
Out of 10 Fans 04 of them has already stopped working
within 3 to 4 months of...

I am writing with utmost regret that i have made a purchase of Bajaj Maxima Ceiling fan. So here is the event and story of the worst product and services I have seen in my life:

1) I bought a bajaj maxima ceiling fan for my new house from Aundh Pune
2) Came back home and installated it. It was not working...i had to made it rotate with my hand to start then only it started.

I SUBMITTED MY INSTANT BAJAJ WATER HEATER AT THE BHUBANESWAR BAJAJ AUTHORISED SERVICED CENTRE ON DATED 20/10/2010 VIDE SLIP NO : 1687.THE SERVICE PERSONNEL UNABLE TO ACCESS THE FAULT AT THAT INSTANT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL INFORM ME ABOUT IT IN TWO DAYS OF TIME AND THE APPLIANCE CAN BE RECTIFIED WITHIN 3/4 DAYS OF TIME.

I bought Bajaj FX-10 Food factory on 13/03/09.

It was mentioned 5 year guarantee on motor & 2 year guarantee on product. But now the rotor head that spins the blade has worn out and to replace it they say will take months, and i have to pay money for it.

I had made a complaint on 29th Sep 2010 to Bajaj Service Centre in Noida (Ph[protected] that my cooler is not working(Product is in warranty period). Their reprentative after inspection told that motor need to be changed and will be done in 2-3 days as motor is not in stock. Since then I am just following up and getting same reply.

I had purchased Bajaj Gas Strove on 15th June 2010 from Sangam Steel (Bajaj Dealer) in Vashi Sec 15 opp of Warana Dairy. Within three month of purchase, i had complaint twice of the Gas Strove issue.

1. The first complain was in the month of July. The Gas strove provided had leakage. As per dealer we need to contact call center as they do not look after for this. Then i called call center and register complain....

my name is devender goel and i have purchased a bajaj dx 7 press for 12/10/08.and purchasing showroom is lightco(karol bagh).
the warranty of the press is two years.

I purchased a Bajaj ceiling fan from a well reputed shop, within three months it started giving noise, on repeated complaints for over 2 months the company sent some service technician, who could hardly do anything, so through the the shop person I got the fan replaced since it was under warranty.
this peice was also defective and the same noise started, it increased day by day.
