We have purchased a water heater model Shakti Plus –I, from Ms/ Ritwik Enterprises, D-213, Krishna Park, Devli Road, Khanpur, on 18/11/10. This Gyser has stopped working on 6/12/10 just after 2 and a half week of purchase...

The ill treatment from your company starts here...

1. The Customer care No. Printed on the booklet is wrong... [protected]... the executive on the other side says this no. Is only for the Mumbai customer..
2. The no. Given by your Mumbai customer care for Delhi[protected]... this no is always off... you can try now ....as well..
3. After calling up again the customer service executive says the no the no. Given to you was wrong and gives a new no.. 25258464... this is again wrong...
4. Then after fighting several times with the dealer (Ritwik Enterprises) finally one executive from your company visits our house on 16/12/10... he fixes something we don’t know what and the geyser starts working.. and again stops in the evening... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... when we call him up he says some part needs to be changed... and assures us he will get this done within a day or two... the name of the executive is Mr. Rajesh (M) [protected].. and he booked the complaint too. The complaint no. is 76 ... soon later even he stops picking up the phone...
5. Then after threatening Ms Ritwik of legal action against him.. Mr. Rajesh Speaks to us.. but no solution... now today he has given us a new no. To chase... of someone called.. Mr. Jha... (M) [protected]... till the time status is he is not picking up the phone...

Apart from this I would like to mentioned .. I called up your Delhi office no.. 25804644.. where someone very rudely talks and says this is not the call centre no.. and slams the phone...!!!! after calling again and again.. I have called 5 time.. to talk to that person.. and asked him at least if he can give me the call centre no.. the no. he gives is [protected]..(Mr. S.R.Pant).. this guys says the he doesn’t takes care of south Delhi... and gives another no. [protected].. (Jagdamba) says they will address the complaint.. but again... nobody is picking up this no...

Pls. Advise what to do...

Bajaj Shakti Plus Water Heater — Water heater not working

Purchased Shakti Plus i series on 4/9/2010. The water tank started leaking and was repaired on 9/3/2011. For the last 2 month the heater is not working and water is leaking from the tank again. Registered a complaint again but so for no service person came to repair. This is happening even after repeated calling.

    I have lodged a complaint with Bajaj Electricals about two weeks before regarding my Geyser. Although they have told me that the person concerend will be visiting our house, till today i.e. 22.12.2010 nobody has turned up in spite of my repeated phone calls. The complaint No. is 633. We have wasted our time waiting for the service engineer for almost two weeks. Now I have given up.
    I have lodged a complaint with Bajaj Electricals about two months before regarding my Geyser. Although they have told me that the person concerend will be visiting our house, till today nobody has turned up in spite of my repeated phone calls. We have wasted our time waiting for the service engineer for almost two. Now I have given up.My m/c sr. no- 07560.

      I am writing this mail after facing a very bad service from bajaj electricals service centre in delhi.I purchased 1 induction cooker (model no. ICX7) on 27/11/2009 from Electro Sales Corporation,patparganj,delhi.Some problem came with the device in september 2010.A technician came to my house from Pant Sales and services,Pandavnagar,ganeshnagarcomplex,Delhi but he wasnt able to repair as he said some electrical part is required.After more than 2 months Mr.Pant gave a replacement tag and promised me to get it replaced shortly.Again after 15 days a technician came and took away the induction cooker with him.Now its almost a month has been passed ,Still I have not got it replaced with the new one and in between the whole process I have called them atleast for fifty times with my cell phone.A person named Deepak Tyagi from rajendranagar Branch doesnt do his work properly complained by the service branch

      Bajaj — Wrong and worthless price

      Dear Sir,
      I was supposed to buy Pulsar 220cc but i m not getting confirmed price, Varanasi dealer is demanding for extra money for assesories. On asking for price for bike, registration, insurance & assesories seprately, they are no giving the same. On orgument regarding price variation of other things, Varanasi dealer was talking with hash words. Also demanding extra money for quick deleivery of bike but not in written and will not give any bill for the same.

      It is very hope less and embarrassing, I purchased a induction cooker of model no: Majesty ICX 8 on dated 01/02/2011 but within 21/02/2011 the plug is melted and for which it was inactive.and I was moved to the sales and service point in the plot No: 539, Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar for the replacement of the plug which I was to spend Rs 60/- and also Rs 20 for the service Charges in the counter of the sales and service point Shaidnagar, of 15 amp plug to purchase form outside and then I asked to hand me over a receipt they refuse me that this crietria does not permits in our sales & services.Anyway my point of view is within the period of 20- 21 days my plug became melted it is only because of putting 5 amp of plug by which it could takes the load of current . So the company is sole responsible while it is living to the market. Otherwise for correction it need to replace the plug in free of cost particularly in this model : Majesty ICX 8. So I need the solution of refunding my Rs 80/-
      Before using the induction cooker, you must have read the instructions manual which clearly tells that you must use a 10A Power Plug socket. As a general rule of elctricity, i[censored] draw more than 600 W at 220 Volts, you must use a Power Plug socket having rating more that 5A. In market, you will get a Power Plug of 15A rating which will be sufficient if it is made by a good company.

      my induction cooker bajaj icx7 is heating up intermittently.though the cooktop is on its heating is on only for a second or two and then gets off.again after 5 second it heats up and then the process goes on.can anyone suggest a remedy please.
      my induction cook top purchased onapril 2012 and it running very good...but suddenly yesterday it transfomred frm one cooking point to another and the power temperature also rise...but after some time the oven didnt respond and even when we start the main switc it dsnt strat...pls gve me some advice whats the reason...regards..

      I have bought a bajaj induction cooker PX 132 IC in March 2013. But from 2 weeks, it is not working at all. In the place of temperature, it is showing "3E" and then stopped working. I have called service center many times. But either they are not receiving calls, otherwise "number doesn't exists" or they are taking calls and promised that they will do something by 2-3 days and then after 7 days even - no response.

      I have purchased Bajaj Majesty icx7 induction cook top two months back only, from CSD canteen. For last four days it stopped working. On initial switching on power from socket point all the switch panel lights once comes on and goes off, but on pressing power on push button it is not responding at all. Kindly advise solution.

      Worst product. servicing is too poor. the service boy came to my house & after checking the instrument he charges 4 times of normal value. the defective parts cost 60 to 70 Rs. but he demand 250 rs. for the same parts and also told that another parts is also damaged, though is was not damage at all. don't go for Bajaj from today. Very very bad experience with Sonarpur, kolkatra service center.

I have call to sharma agency on daily basis bot they will give same reply that ic of coocker is not available at store so we can't repair your induction. Now my warranty time will be Expire in Few month and my cooker has been deposited for last 75 days than what is the use of warranty realy i am fedup from this bajaj product. realy so do the needful as earlyest .

        I had attended the India Internation Trade Festival ( IITF) and made the mistake of puchasing a Bajaj Toaster ( Model: PX30T ) from the stall put up there by Bajaj Appliances Ltd. The guy handed me a receipt ( receipt no. 527 ) took an advance of Rs 400 and promised delivery of the device on 4th December. Upon not receiving any call from the vendor, I decided to enquire about it form the number provided for assistance and was duly provided another number of a Mr. Neeraj Yadav (Cell:[protected]) who was supposed to take care of my problem. Upon contacting the said person promised me that my issue would be taken care of ASAP. One week later the same promise was made again as I still had not received the device. Today on contacting mr. Neeraj yadav seemed downright angry with me and decided not to help me at all. I am now out of every option and don't know what I should be doing to get my device.

          I had purchased one Bajaj Gyser (Majesty 15L) on28/11/2009. On 6th Dec 2010 while I switched on the geyser I found that it was not working. So on the very next day I had complained (complain id: UDC07120) to the Bajaj Service Center (Unique Solutions). On the next day i.e. 8th Dec 2010 the technician visited our home and told us that the geyser is malfunctioning because one part needs to be replaced. Since the part was not available so the part will be replaced on next Monday i.e. 13th Dec 2010 to replace the part. I called them up on 11th Dec 2010 to give them the reminder and they told me that they will come on 13th Dec 2010 positively. So I took a leave on Monday and stayed at home and also gave them a call in the first half and they gave me the assurance that the technical person would come on that very day. After waiting the whole Monday no one came. Next day i.e. on 14th Dec 2010 I again called them back in the first half and asked them the reason for not visiting the last day. During the conversation they put me on hold for approx 15 mins and then finally they disconnected the phone. Then again I called them back after sometimes on that very day and they told me that the part that need to be replaced was not currently available and they will positively visit us on the very next day i.e. 15th Dec 2010 and replace the part. On 15th Dec the technical person called me and asked me the direction to my residence. Then again waiting for 2hrs when he did not came I again called him back in his number and he told me that he was currently in Sonarpur and he will visit the next day i.e. on 16th Dec 2010. I called back the customer care service and asked for clarification and my phone was disconnected during the conversation. Then I again called them back and one of the customer care executive told me that the technical person will visit positively. Then the technical person again called me back again and told me tha he was busy in a call and he will visit my residence on next day in the first half. After he visited on 16th Dec 2010 he examined the water heater and told me that one more part need to be replaced and that part was not available to him at that moment. I again called back the customer service and again they disconnected when I asked them for clarification and they were showing all sorts of nonsense reasons. I don’t know when they will really visit. Now my water heart is still under the warranty period and they are offering this sort of after sales service.

          Now I really feel regretted why I had gone for Bajaj while other brands like Venus etc. were available. I have the products of other companies also in my home but I was never been harassed before so much. In future I will not recommend anyone to go for any of the products of Bajaj. This company has a horrible customer care service and they give all sorts of false assurance while selling their product and once the product gets sold they not even bother about the customer.

          Believe me all the water heater companies including crompton greaves (reputed) are as bad as Bajaj. The crompton's Solarium water heater is Open outlet type, meaning it is not designed for any pressure.

            I have a complain in my geyser after 3 years of purchase and i visited local service centre, but its 4 days approx but no one has come for visit and whenever i called they say that person is going to your place only....
            I would also like to ask - is there any warranty on replace parts or not as Service Centre people has confirmed that there is no any warranty of changed parts, how come this possible??? Please confirm as they are charging approx Rs.460/- for changing element plus service charge of rs.250/-. Confirm if I can get the warranty on Replace Parts?
            I have logged complaint about defective gyser a month back on 18th oct.
            yet no body has attended the call.

            Same with me...I have lodged complaint one month back (66744)- not attended. Complaint was closed with the false statement of service centre without verifying with the customer.
            The product (Shakti Geyser 25 lit) had two years warranty. Purchased on 7th October, complaint lodged on 27th OCtober; Twenty days after official expiry of warranty. It was found that the tank and assembly- all have gone bad. Such is the quality of the product that it cannot work beyond 2 years...worse than any third rated local products which are being used in the society by many.
            Stay away from Bajaj..for quality of product as well as service quality.

              I had purchased a geyser and a water purifier on 4.12.2010 from City Electronic, Show Room No.939, Gurudwara Road, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi - 110 003. As per the bill the details of price are given below vide bill No.13077, book No.131 dated 4.12.2010 :-


              1. Geyser 25 L (Bajaj - I series) Rs. 4622/-

              2. Water Purifier 10 L (Pureit) Rs. 889/-

              3. Tax Rs. 689/-

              Total Rs. 6200/-


              The problem is plumber has visited my house to installed the geyser on 5.12.2010. He has informed me that geyser is not getting heat due to some techincal problem. The plumber has narrated the condition of the geyser to show room owner. Show room owner was also spoke to me and they informed me to replace the same from the Company, But they are not taking any responsibilty.

              I therefore, request you to kindly get it done immediately. So that I can use it smoothly.

                Recently my mother purchased a BAJAJ juicer cum mixer cum grinder, model no JMG JX10, on dated 23/10/2010, from Asansol, Radio Electronics, Near Asansol Main Bus Stand ( Opp. Raha Lane ) (ph –[protected] in exchange of SODEXO gift voucher for Rs-3800/-.

                Though during the same time Bajaj internet site shows the price is Rs 2943/-.
                I also enquired about the same model from the same shop about the price, & they told it will cost Rs 2300/- on cash.

                So, same product they cost me 3800/- on instead of 2300/- on cash.

                This is simple the case of Deceiving innocent customer, by showing very old model with MRP 3850/-

                Please look in to the matter with great concern & oblige.

                    I have purchased bajaj electric geyser on 1st May 2010. In the month of nov. geyser is not working. I have launched complaint on 18th Nov. One service person came and told coil needs to change. He supposed to come on 21st Nov but still today no one visited at home. When I call on service center they tell me coil is not yet come. Such a pathetic service.

                        Sir,

                        Our Bajaj 2100 ETC, which is not even a year old not functioning sinci August 2010.I have lodged a complaint and reminders for no positive response with Bajaj Electricals (Complaint nos. 433651 dt. 09/10/2010, 449552 dt. 06/11/2010 and lastly 462317 dt. 27/11/2010).

                        2 -3 times a representative from Bajaj visited us and informed us, that the fan is not suitable for the product and needs to be replaced...which after repeated followups and false assurances, was done on Nov.18th.The representative falsely assured us that the product is O.K.however, the problem dint stop

                        Till date, I have been following up with the Bajaj Electricals Customer care center (Mr.Naval) and R K service center daily but the ETC 2100 oven has not been repaired or replaced.

                        With such disgusting services.. I wud like to warn all the customers, that buying a Bajaj appliance is going to be the beginning of a Mental agony for them. "PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCTS" or be ready for harassment by the company by not providing the post service.

                        I want to mention that this product was sold to me by bajaj representative Mr. Zaki who visited personally at my home and insisted upon me to purchase the product. Pl. beware of bajaj representatives visiting your societies for selling their products.

                        As i am facing so much probleme in OTG-Bajaj from last 1 Mont..even i m regulary follow -up with your local service center bt.they are unable to provide requir parts(Panel) & now they are saying why u purchase that brand...parts is not availabe with us & u can thrown your product on road or go for Court case...So how much the pathetic respoce from your side & it's very bad experience...I m really mentally tourched by your service center..

                          We are the Goverment aproved contractors for large scale
                          electrical installation works in Maharashtra. We would like
                          to inform you that we have bought 10 Wall fans
                          from Rajde Electrical Marol Andheri (East). We have installed these
                          fans in BES & T office at Walada under W/O No.EWD/W/G/59691
                          Out of 10 Fans 04 of them has already stopped working
                          within 3 to 4 months of the installation. We have removed the
                          fans from our client and given the fans to the Rajde Electrical for
                          replacement. Rajde has immidiately intimated the same to
                          your service center under complaint No.444569.

                          Please be informed that its past 2 months now and there has
                          been no action taken from your side and we are facing the
                          consquneces as BES & T has denied to clear our payment due
                          to your faulty fans and poor after sales service.

                          We would request you to take an urgent action on this failing
                          which we will have no solution rather than going to consumer
                          redressal forum with supporting documents of BES & T.

                          Please be informed that BES & T has already verbally informed
                          us that if no urgent action been taken by Bajaj, then they
                          will black list your Brand for further installations in their
                          department and we will fail to promote the sales of any
                          product.

                            Complaint = Leakage of cooking gas from Knobs
                            Repeatedly launched complaints with Customer Care telephone number given by the company[protected] the last complaint number is 444758 dated 29th October,2010
                            In spite of daily assurances, the complaint is not being attended by the company.
                            The product is still under warranty period and the company should provide replacement if they are not able to resolve the complaint.
                            Please take up with the company and help.

                            Pravin warang 1st day of my purchase...today bought a gas stove of three burners..the flames are not coming only..they are juusst dying to come from the burner...what the hell does SIM mean on the knob ?                               I am writing with utmost regret that i have made a purchase of Bajaj Maxima Ceiling fan. So here is the event and story of the worst product and services I have seen in my life:

                              1) I bought a bajaj maxima ceiling fan for my new house from Aundh Pune
                              2) Came back home and installated it. It was not working...i had to made it rotate with my hand to start then only it started.
                              3) So i uninstalled it , packed it and went back to the shop.
                              4) Here is the response of the dealer ...this is what she said ...." bajaj fan are like this only...we are trying to sell it off as quickly as possible....now it is not our headache...it is your problem...if you dont want it...there is a dust bin....u can throw it into that dust bin....we dont care..."
                              5) WHAT A SHAME SIR/MADAMs of bajaj......
                              6) i luanched a service request in your service centre.....and the guy came a week after and agrred the fan is fualty and he will get me a replacement.
                              7) He took back the fan and now it is 6th WEEK I AM WATING FOR MY FAN.
                              8) I called up to your service center today phone number ([protected]) and they have no answer and not letting me talk to their superiors. Ultimately they have hanging up the phone as soon as i tell my name. and now I am getting continous engage tone as they have disconnected that phone.
                              WHAT A SERVICE AND WHAT A COMPANY....made a mistake to buy ur fan.

                              I HAVE DECIDED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT NOW AS I HAVE NO ANSWER.

                              AND I DONT EXPECT A REPLY TO THIS MAIL ALSO, AS I KNOW THAT NO ONW WILL READ THIS AND REPLY :) GOD HELP YOUR COMPNAY...I WILL NOT BUY A BAJAJ PRODUCT EVER...

                                I SUBMITTED MY INSTANT BAJAJ WATER HEATER AT THE BHUBANESWAR BAJAJ AUTHORISED SERVICED CENTRE ON DATED 20/10/2010 VIDE SLIP NO : 1687.THE SERVICE PERSONNEL UNABLE TO ACCESS THE FAULT AT THAT INSTANT AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL INFORM ME ABOUT IT IN TWO DAYS OF TIME AND THE APPLIANCE CAN BE RECTIFIED WITHIN 3/4 DAYS OF TIME.
                                AFTER NOT RECEIVING ANY CALLS CALL THEM UP 2/3 TIMES WITHIN THAT WEEK AND EVERY TIME ANSWER WAS 'WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU'.
                                ON 3/11/10 I WENT PERSONALLY THERE,THE CENTRE WAS NOT EVEN KNOW THE STATUS,AND I STRONGLY PRESUMED EVEN NOT CARE TO OPENED UP THE GYESER TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HAPPEN TO IT.
                                I REQUESTED AGAIN AND THEY SAID TO GET BACK TO ME WITHIN A DAY.
                                BUT THEY NEVER CARE TO TO SO,SO ULTIMATELY WHEN I CALL THEM ON 6/11/10 AFER 17 DAYS THEY AGAIN SAYING WILL GET BACK TO ME.AFTER LOT OF REQUEST THEY ARE SAYING SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.WHEN I THOUGHT ITS ENOUGH AND SCOLDED OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL ATITUDE AND SERVICE THEY SAYS CAN BE REPAIRED AND COST ME ABOUT 700/900 RUPEES!!
                                ITS NOT WORTH OF BELIEVEING AND DEPENDING UPON SUCH SERVICE THEY ARE RENDERING UNDER BAJAJ ELECTRICALS.
                                SO I DECIDE TO BRING THE APPLIANCE W/OUT RECTIFYING IT AND BUY A NEW ONE AS THE NEW ONE LITRE WILL COST ME ABOUT 1500/-.BUT WILL NEVER WILL BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCT.
                                DURING WINTER AND HAVING KIDS AT HOME I SUFFERED DELIBERATELY BY THESE PEOPLE.

I have purchased Murphy Richard Cheff 600 Induction stove which is giving offenly troubles I have purchased the same last two months back I have not used the same atleast for 15 days - my last complaint dt:[protected] till now not attened pl.take care of the same and see that the service centre will attend my complaint at an early date and rectify the defect.

                                  This is to inform you that we had purchased 13 wall fans for our restuarant in Behala, Kolkata 6 months back. Out of the 13 fans 12 fans are making noise while rotating.We had made complaints four times regarding this ( Complaint No.1527 & talked to Mr.Kanai Ghosh). On first complaint a technician had come & said some parts have to be changed and he will visit within 2 days with the required parts. But after that day no one reported again inspite of reminding three more times. We had purchased Bajaj fans thinking that its after sales service will be good but we are fully disappointed regarding this.
                                  Hope you will look into the matter at the earliest & do the needful.

                                  Bajaj — poor after sales service

                                  I HAD BOUGHT A 220 CC DTSFI in the year feb 2008 . Though quite entralled in the beginning with its ride , i was dissapointed few months later when it started giving starting trouble. Their was some serious snag with its engine head , cause whenever i would accelerated in the morning the engine would stop and refuse to start again. after numerous cranking , its battery would be dead and so would i. And then would start the funnier side when i has to push a 150 kg bike and bring it back to my home , to everybody's amazement This episode went for a year and i was too scared to open my throttle early in the morning . The service people would just turn a deaf ear to the problems and their attitude wasnt helpful either. finally it so happened that the engineer himself wasnt able to start one day and found the trouble to be with the engine head. valve lapping cost me around 1000 bucks . but at last the problem was solved .

                                    As usual my Bajaj Food Processor has stopped functioning from today morning. This is fifth time it has failed in last 30 months. In spite of my complaints about defective "RESET" Button, Bajaj technicians are not replacing the same but they open the machine and Reset it. If we ourself cannot Reset it and if we have to call their technician everytime, then why the hell such Button is provided on the Machine. For all other makes, the Reset button is operative by the user, whereas in this Machine it is NOT. If it is operative for this model also, then the machine which I have purchased is a defective piece. I need replacement.

                                      I bought Bajaj FX-10 Food factory on 13/03/09.

                                      It was mentioned 5 year guarantee on motor & 2 year guarantee on product. But now the rotor head that spins the blade has worn out and to replace it they say will take months, and i have to pay money for it.

                                      the dealer from whom I bought this product doesnt seem to answer with responsibility.
