Hello Sir/Madam,

Need URGENT Assistance and Intervention.

The Product - Bajaj Air Cooler, Product Name : COOLEST TC2010 Sr.No : 8544, with the Batch Number : S271T010410 GC/Code No : 0029544, was purchased on the 24th April 2010, from Dealer :Snehanjali Retail Pvt Limited, SV Road, Kandivali West. The Product was purchased for Rs.4500/- (Four Thousand Five Hundred only).
Since the purchase of the product, there were some issues with the Cooling as well as Fan Noise and the Wheels of the Cooler. After repeated complains, they replaced the product, on the 9th August 2010. After replacement the only thing what was taken care of the product was the Wheels, but the Fan Noise and the problem with the Cooling remained.
Again after repeated complaints with the Company (Service Center) as well as the Dealer, it was on deaf ears. The technician who visited to have a look at the product, bluntly said that there is nothing that can be done, the cooler would definitely make NOISE.
As of now the Product is a total waste of money. The type of Service and the Product Quality is totally not acceptable from a repute like Bajaj Appliances, who have a huge expertise in Home Appliances.
Could someone please look into the same and have a proper Service, or a Product Replacement, which could value the amount spent on it.

    We have registered a log on complain in bajaj electrical for our geyser with complain no: GB901 dated: 25 Feb. 2011, but still no one from bajaj has come to rectify.

    After our several reminders to them, we got only response that, he will come to your place within two days, but no one has turned up as of date.

    This was the worse service I have ever encountered from such a big & reputed company like Bajaj.

    While buying we had many options available in market with low rates, but we have paid higher amount to get some better brand, & to get some good service, but now i am cheated by Bajaj company.

    I also request people not to buy any product from bajaj, when they don’t give any service to customer, you can buy some low range product in that money & can replace later.

    Bajaj Electric Geyser — Raised a complaint for repairing of geyser , its in warranty period but no one is coming for the same.

    I have raised a complaint at Bajaj Service center for repairing of my Baja geyser which is in warranty/guaranty period, but no one is coming to resolve this issue. I had called on there customer service center so many times but they are not taking care of my complaint. Kindly help me into this to resolve this issue.

      I have a Bajaj Mixie cum food processor. The mixie suddenly stopped working. I have tried all possible ways to get the same restarted, however, machine is not working. Besides, the customer care no published by the co onsite is incorrect. The no dialed from site happened to be the office no and after the operator assisted me with the no there is no response form the customer care i.e nobody is responding to the call.

      Please assist us has we are finding it very difficult with such issues.

        I baught a gas Geyzer in November 2010 with 2 year warranty of bajaj appliances from A-1 Trading company Near Siebel Cinema badarpur.

        Since the day I Bought this Junk,It never worked properly, The Customer Service Rep has visited my house minimum 10 times in these months since purchase, but it never works more than a couple of days.

        I told them to replace it but they refused to do so and they say they will keep coming and repairing it but won't replace it and will get Rid of the service once the Warranty is over.

        Great Job Bajaj..We trust in Indian companies That's why We get this hit..All people never Purchase any bajaj appliances. This is a suggession if you actually want to purchase something to Use.

          I Purchased a Bajaj fan from csd canteen on 13/09/10.When I tried to use it, it
          didn't worked, so I called bajaj electronics customer care centre at their telephone
          No..[protected] . My complaint No. is 25668 dated 12/02/11. They advised me that
          their executive will visit my place within next 48 hrs., but they never turned up. When
          I again called at their customer care no. They started making silly excuses that it is
          still winter season and there is no need of fan so call us back when you truly need a fan .i.e in summers....when i called to complaint about their ignorance to their senior....he assured me that within 24 hrs engineer will visit me, but even after 5 days no one has visited me from their side. It is my humble request to you to look into this matter.

            I purchased Bajaj water Heater from Reliance Digital (vijayawada} on 14th July2009.Regarding the working of it I lodged a complaint at Reliance on 22nd Jan’11.After repeated reminders a technician by name Anand visited 15 days back and said that the coil has to be replaced and the same will be done with in two days.Meanwhile another 10days rolled.,but things are at statuesque.I visited in person the customer care to enquire about the process and once again a false promise was given by your personnel that its just 2 more days.
            On14thFeb.evening again I made a call,its the same promise that 2 more days .I again visited in person to customer care.After exchange of words with them.in harsh voice,the same Anand turned up the very next day ,opened the system and took away the coil saying that it will be replaced in 2 more working days.I strongly feel your personnel are given enough training in giving answer as 2 more days for any issue that comes to them.

            I really appreciate the courage of your RESCUE TEAM for making repeated false promises about the repair work and not showing even an iota of proactive approach and concern towards the problem of customer.Shame on Reliance.You might have been assured job security else it is not possible to display such stoic attitude.Its like raining on Buffalo.You are busy in reaching your sales targets rather than attending the customer issues.I need to tell that mouth talk would give better publicity than colourful full page adds.
            The showroom is big in dimensions,but not in implementing standards for customer service.You act as if customer is God offering Namaskarams to them during the visit.

            I feel guilty of buying from Reliance. If it had been from SONOVISION show room of Vijayawada the service would be much better. Better You train your people in the aspect of giving responsible answers. I hope some responsible person will read this issue and do the needful to me.IS THERE ANYBODY SO?A big question indeed.In another 4 days my complaint will be aged 30 days.

              Bajaj 25 L geyser was purchased on 09.11.09 from M/s Adarsh Electricals & Agencies,Allahabad vide cash memo no.4263.At the time of purchase,I was told about two years guarantee but when I contacted the firm along with cash memo & guarantee card a few days back,I was asked to contact the service centre for PAID repair.It is not at all PALATABLE.
              Problem:Before auto cut,the appliance produces irritable sound.

                I purchased Electrical water heater/geyser for which the warrary period expired during october 2010. As a customer I instead of calling a local electrai repairer, lodged a complaint with (Yeskay Enterprises) Bajaj Service Center Tambaram East vide complaint no. 90205 to Ms. Renuka on 8th Feb. Subsequently I again remaineded them on 11th Feb. According to them "it will be attended to day". But" 11th feb, 12th feb, 13th (sunday) 14th feb passed and I again called them 15th they chanted the same "it will be attended today in the morning" when the time was half day passed i.e 11.30 am. How lethorgic working/service condition is given by Bajaj itis really pity and pathetic. The Service staff is giving such irresponsible reply to the consumers and there by enforcing a bad impression to the consumers of such company of national repute. We are also one of the dealers of Bajaj Products. I bother if this is the state of affairs for dealer and what will be for ordinary customer/consumer.

                i had purchased a gas water heater/ geaser of bajaj company on 07/11/2011, the appliance worked for 3 days and then got disturbed.since them i am regularly complaining at the service centre, kanpur but nobody is entertaining the complaints seriously.i m regularly calling the center but the only feedback i am getting is that the attendant will be coming tommorow...its past 2 weeks that i m being given such feedback's. if such a service is being provided by a reputated company like bajaj its such a pity that the company will soon loose its dignity.i m extremely sorry to say that the service staff employed is extremely irresponsible regarding consumer complaints and its solutions.i m a consumer of kanpur and wants to get my appliance replaced.kindly look into the matter n help. i will be highly obliged if the matter is taken seriously and solved as priority. i am giving my details for your reference.

                  we have launched a complain regarding our bajaj electirc water purifier. Complaint number :16645 but the company is not sending any person at home for its repair. Customer care person told us to enqire about the same from JAY services . Jay services told that company is not entertaining any repiar services for the product. It has already been 1 week simce we have launched a complain but there is no response from the company.

                    We had registered a complaint regarding food processor going out of order on[protected] with Bajaj Electricals customer Care. Their engineer visited and examined the food processor on[protected] and said that the part needs to be replaced under warranty. He promised to do so within three days i.e. till[protected]. Ten days have passed but no response.Customer care does not give any satisfactory Food processor was purchased from Metro Walk Rohini Delhi on[protected] from E Zone. PH[protected].Model No FX-10.
                    Kindly help us how to solve the problem.

                      I am just repenting for buying a Bajaj Instant geyser from CROMA.
                      We are not getting the hot water from the day we have purchased it & immediately we have informed the CROMA manager. Its almost from 2 months the Geyser is still with CROMA people. Manager in charge Sanjay is very rude..
                      It is disgusting that the CROMA company (Being a TATA group) being a highly reputed one offers the worst service to the customers! Kindly please look into it.!

Saravana Kumar i am from Virudhunagar, This is to inform you that i had taken a vehicle Pulsor 180cc from Visalakshi Corporation Virudhunagar, At the time of my purchasing he promise me the Registration has to be completed in 1 week time but it will take Two Months to Register my vehicle, From the Beginning they are not responsible for the services at any point of time. Every time i go to the showroom for service they said no labours to work and no Spares.,etc, I don't know what the hell is happening in that Show Room, and i am having more than 50 customer Complaint letter, so kindly take it seriously to solve our problem else i will send a mail across to all the location.                           v bought this baja food processor a few day back....earlier v had to make so many calls asking the company for the demo...later on..they came and found 1 of the lids as damaged and got it replaced...but now i think there's some problem with the modal also...it stops in the middle while working...this is really frustating...i want it to be replaced by the company.

                            1. My bajaj toaster is not workng and i have submitted a complaint to the authorised repair centreof swami enterprises, i was given a customer complaint no BA757 on 08th of jan 2011 but there has been no technician who has come to repair the faulty equipment.

                            2. This is very poor customer care and i am very dissapointed with the response of such a large and reputed company. I am quite sure that i will think twice before buying a bajaj product again.

                            3. I hope that i receive a response from your cust care representatives.

                              Iam jotiba Chavan i purchase one Table Fan make bajaj on 10/4/2012 since last two week it was not running having two years guarantee, i went to the shop and register complaint and your service engineer as attend the problem and went of saying that it is ok but after 1hr same problem occur after that i took the fan and went the shop and surrender the fan till now i didnt get any information from your engineer as well as from shop owner. Please rectify the problem and get it done or still it is in under warranty Pls issue new fan for me i lost lot of time by this pls help us.

                                We bought a cooktop CGX3 and some other articles from M/s VK Electricals Shakkarpur on[protected]. The gas stove was installed by your representative at our place 163, Ankur Apartment Delhi -92 subsequently.
                                While cooking on 3-1-2011 the top plate suddenly burst with the sound of a cracker exploding . Smell of burnt rubber spread around. Glass pieces flew like splinters around.. Scared my daughter in law ran out.We did clean up job.
                                Your all India toll free number was un cooperative and useless. They do not register complaints. They say it is meant only for Bombay.We tried to contact your customer support at Pandav Nagar. They gave us the number of Mr Radheshyam - as thy do not service the cooktop. Sh Radheyshyam was reluctant to service same day or send some person. He did not even give us the complaint number to follow up. We tried to contact the shop from where we had purchased it, he insisted for the complaint number- that we did not have. On our insisting they reluctantly agreed to look into. we are still waiting for someone to respond.
                                Is this the kind of service and customer care set you have who do not respond to calls. Chasing them itself is a project ? we had a better expectation from Bajaj as a performing brand and service as well.
                                I will be thankful if this complaint is looked in to by you and a remedy is provided at the earliest.

                                I purchased a Bajaj gas stove from Broivili shop and I saw the gas was leaking from the centre. Initially I thought the tubing may have become old or may be some loose connections. As the gas smell was very prominent I mad a complaint to customer care centre. The mechanic came after 3 days and simply insisted there is no leakage, I made him smell the centre gas and then he realised some gas is leaking . He removed the tubings of the burners and reconnected the same and went away. I was stikk smelling the gas even after this. I again made a complain and this time a different mechanic came and he instantly spotted the gas leakage. He opened centre control knobs and applied some grease . I argued with him that applying grease is not a solution and it is only for lubricating the movements of the valves inside the control knobs. He differed in my view and applied some grease and the gas stopped leaking. Now it is two days the gas has again started leaking heavily.

                                It is highly disappointing to note that a reputed company like Bajaj is not having good mechanics to do thorogh job. Please not that this leakage of gas if remains unplugged may lad to a bigger explosion. I hope the company will take note of this and do the needfull immediately to correct the problem.

ODC22113 on 22.12.10 over phone no.[protected] at M/s Unique Solutions, 12B, Panditia Place, Kolkata - 700 029 - an authorised Service Centre of M/s Bajaj Electricals Ltd. to repair my Geyser. On 23.12.10 one person visited my residence and left without repairing the same mentioning that he has to bring the invoice from his office and the repairs would be attended on the very next day. But, nobody turned. Self tried to contact them over phone, but the Service Centre was closed for 25th & 26th December, 2010. On 27.12.10 self could contact with them over phone and asked their assistance to get my Geyser repaired. Self was assured that necessary action must be taken, but nothing was done. Again self contacted over[protected] on date and I was assured by Mm Samarpita that tomorrow the complain will be attended. Self talked with Mr. Dipankar Manna over (0) [protected] and requested his help. Self intimated him that we require the service of Geyser only in the winter season and if we cannot use at that time then what is the necessity to keep that instrument. Self has been given an another date to repair the same and I am to wait and see.
                                    I think all should know from this incident about the after sell service of M/s Bajaj Electricals Ltd.

                                    i'm also faciing the same problem as mr.pramanik mentioned. the bajaj people are a bunch of frauds. they use to promise flowery things at first. after successfully selling the product they start duping the poor consumer. i've just purchased a 15 ltr majesty geyser on 22nd november 2011. within a month the copper tank leaked. my wife is a cancer patient. she needs hot water frequently. but the geyser is not working since 25th december. water is oozing out from the tank. i've lodged several complaints, contacted the bajaj customer care, even contacted the said service centre m/s unique solution at panditia road, but nothing is working. nobody yet take the pain to visit my place. what the hell is going on.. if my problem remain the same, i'll definitely going to sue the bajaj electricals in consumer court..

                                      I purchased the bajaj instant water heater model no aquatherm gwx 04 (lpg) on 23/10/2010 from m/s taneja gift house, 20, rohtak road nangloi, delhi-110041 vide cash memo no.8414.
                                      when the same was installed at the complainant house, the gas geyser did not work. the complainant approached the above mentioned dealer i.e.Taneja Gift house. the Did not pay any attention. After several visits, The dealer provided a service centre number and asked to approach the service centre. But he did not replaced the product.
                                      The complainant tried to contact the service centre on the phone no. given by dealer. but the phone was always engaged. After many days the complainant managed to contact the service centre on phone. A complaint was lodged.
                                      A few days after on 01/12/2010 the service engineers approached the residence of complainant to check the water heater. After many tries he could not fix the problem. He said that a vital part is needed to be replaced and he will come tomorrow with the part. The complainant waited for the service engineer, but he came after a few days with the part. But even after changing the part he could not fix the problem. The he took the product with him saying that the same would be repaired at the service centre.

                                      i also felt a similar situation like this. yesterday my gas geyser with same name did not worked . the whole bathroom was filled with gas . putting me into dizziness.

                                        We have purchased a water heater model Shakti Plus –I, from Ms/ Ritwik Enterprises, D-213, Krishna Park, Devli Road, Khanpur, on 18/11/10. This Gyser has stopped working on 6/12/10 just after 2 and a half week of purchase...

                                        The ill treatment from your company starts here...

                                        1. The Customer care No. Printed on the booklet is wrong... [protected]... the executive on the other side says this no. Is only for the Mumbai customer..
                                        2. The no. Given by your Mumbai customer care for Delhi[protected]... this no is always off... you can try now ....as well..
                                        3. After calling up again the customer service executive says the no the no. Given to you was wrong and gives a new no.. 25258464... this is again wrong...
                                        4. Then after fighting several times with the dealer (Ritwik Enterprises) finally one executive from your company visits our house on 16/12/10... he fixes something we don’t know what and the geyser starts working.. and again stops in the evening... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... when we call him up he says some part needs to be changed... and assures us he will get this done within a day or two... the name of the executive is Mr. Rajesh (M) [protected].. and he booked the complaint too. The complaint no. is 76 ... soon later even he stops picking up the phone...
                                        5. Then after threatening Ms Ritwik of legal action against him.. Mr. Rajesh Speaks to us.. but no solution... now today he has given us a new no. To chase... of someone called.. Mr. Jha... (M) [protected]... till the time status is he is not picking up the phone...

                                        Apart from this I would like to mentioned .. I called up your Delhi office no.. 25804644.. where someone very rudely talks and says this is not the call centre no.. and slams the phone...!!!! after calling again and again.. I have called 5 time.. to talk to that person.. and asked him at least if he can give me the call centre no.. the no. he gives is [protected]..(Mr. S.R.Pant).. this guys says the he doesn’t takes care of south Delhi... and gives another no. [protected].. (Jagdamba) says they will address the complaint.. but again... nobody is picking up this no...

                                        Pls. Advise what to do...

                                        Bajaj Shakti Plus Water Heater — Water heater not working

                                        Purchased Shakti Plus i series on 4/9/2010. The water tank started leaking and was repaired on 9/3/2011. For the last 2 month the heater is not working and water is leaking from the tank again. Registered a complaint again but so for no service person came to repair. This is happening even after repeated calling.
