I had purchased bajaj cooler in the month of may of 2010(roto cool 2004),and the front flower,which is in front of the rotater,the insed screw is broken,after 3 months of purchase,and i had contacted the delear nearly 6to 8 times,called him many times,when ever i call him he says thts he had placed an order,but i will never get that part,he gives me some excuses,im very disapointed and dont what to do with teh cooler,i can use it and i had waste 7800Rs on it,so i want you to take care of theis issue or replace my cooler,i would waite for a replay(pn no:[protected])

I have purchased Bajaj Air Cooler, Model TC 2010 dated on 21th April, 2010 from Vijay Sales for RS.4, 780/-. I used it from 21th April, 2010 TO 20th June, 2010 ( i.e two months ) & from 25th March, 2011 To 10th May, 2011(i.e one & half months ) means total used for three & half months only.
Now from 10th May, 2011 it is out order. I gave compalint & your service man visited & told that Its motor is out of order. It should be replaced & its changes is Rs.1900/-.
sir, I purchased your Air Cooler out of many product in the market because of Bajaj Company name & quality in the market. Now I experienced extremely different in quality & service. within three months o[censored]se motor going out of order indicates quality grade of the material & not giving free replacement of the part. I agree one years warranty has passed. But in one year I used three & half month that also you should be consider.
Now I want to request you that kindly arrange to replace the motor of Air Cooler free of cost on sympathy ground & for your company's reputation.
