I had purchased a Bajaj food processor(Platini) in the month of May 2010. I had opted for the best model

that time. but over a period, i started facing the problems with the same. i contacted customer care

department quite offten, but was not given fair service. service person attended the complaint, but somehow

i am still not fully satisfied with the performance of the machine. Service person replace my chatani jar ,

    Hi,

    I had purchased Bajaj Gas Strove on 15th June 2010 from Sangam Steel (Bajaj Dealer) in Vashi Sec 15 opp of Warana Dairy. Within three month of purchase, i had complaint twice of the Gas Strove issue.

    1. The first complain was in the month of July. The Gas strove provided had leakage. As per dealer we need to contact call center as they do not look after for this. Then i called call center and register complain. The TAT for the complain to be attended in 2 working days. Imaging gas strove having leakage and taking two working day for technician to come. I had to struggle and get it done in one day after calling call center, then taking number of technician and then getting it done.

    2. The next complain i logged complain on 10th September 2010 (Complain no:- 418585) the button has been broken. Complain been logged on Friday, the commitment given by the call center was two working days which should have attended on Monday max. However, no one turned on Monday. I waited till Wednesday i.e 15th Sept 2010 and called the call center and Spoke with Shweta. She committed someone will be send next day. Next day till 6 PM no one turned up. Then i escalated to Mr Singh (No-[protected]) and he said he will call me back checking the technician availability. Engineer came @ 6 :30 name Ramesh. The worst parts comes here. He was not updated about complain which i logged as Gas strove buttons has been broken. So he did not brought button with him. I informed Mr Sigh in front of the technician. Singh then committed he will be calling me tomorrow morning and update when the technician will come. Mr Singh being Manager did not called me entire day. I called him in the evening and informed that no one had came to my place since morning. Today 18th Sept 2010 one technician came with some old plastic button as replacement which looks like will get damage in few days.

    First the TAT for gas strove of two working days itself is wrongly. Describing the TAT they are not providing service in the defined TAT. When asked Mr Singh to provide replacement of the equipment he was not ready as only buttons are not working for which they do not provide replacement. I explained him that within 3 months 2 issues has been arise then what is the guaranty of the equipment for the next use. Singh had replied that any further issue we will send the technician. That means we had to log complain and again and again technician to get it resolved. They don't even understand how critical the issue can happened if Gas strove is having problem. This may also lead to fire.

      The compalint was made on 13th september but they are not sending any technician even after calling repeatedly everyday. The power light and the heating light both are off.

        Self has purchased a Bajaj Food Factory from M/s Rubiana Steel , Sakchi , Jamshedpur where it has been assured that the person from customer service[Ph no-[protected]] will visit me after calling me. Once he has visited without information and returned back as we were out of city. Further self has requested directly and through M/s Rubiana Steel several times in last 15 dyas but even after assuring for the same your representative are not turning up at all . If this is the seen for demo God knows what will happen in case of any trouble in coming days. This is a very poor show from Bajaj & his frenchise & customer service at Jamshedpur. It seems that I am begging for the demo and the costomer care has to oblige me for the same. Very very disgusting for a customer like me.

          FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE 4-5 TIMES THE LIMIT SWITCH IS CHANGED. EVERY TIME WE HAVE TO COMPLAINT THEN THE REPERESENTATIVE ATTENDING THE SAME. I AM ASKING FOR THE REPLACEMENT. BUT THEY WERE TELLING SINCE IT IS SMALL PROBLEM, WE CAN NOT REPLACE. WE ARE UNABLE TO USE IT PROPERLY, AFTER PAYING GOOD AMOUNT FOR GOOD BRAND.

            my name is devender goel and i have purchased a bajaj dx 7 press for 12/10/08.and purchasing showroom is lightco(karol bagh).
            the warranty of the press is two years.
            so in my press some problems and i have call to dealer and i talk the problem and he gave me bajaj complaint no[protected].i have booked a complaint in customer care.complaint no is 9713 and complaint date is 16/07/10.
            but after ten days no response for the company.and i call approx 50 times in customer care[protected].customer care executive recieve the call and she told me some person is coming my home today and solve the problem.but after ten days no anyone person come my home . so sir i am very disappointed for this metter.
            so pls solve my problem
            otherwise i have complaint in consumer court because i am very hurt and disappointed.

            i am sorry to say this i am felling angry in my self because of buying bajaj two wheeler no person is giving response at bajaj service centers in hyderabad specially sri vinayaka bajaj.daily i am going to service center for a small problem but their taking easy to customers.if this will happen continuous people sacred and
            fell angry and fell shame to having a bajaj vehicle.please give response to customers its my request.customer is you are revenue and you are good will finally customers is everything to all origination.

              I Have taken new food processaors from nallasopara from Snehanjali. The applicainces of Spices and Juicers is not running has ur person on contract had come to visit he saw and he said he will replace the same.

              As he had given me his mobile no which is [protected] name Hasmukh now i am trying several times he is not answering than i message him but no reply.

              Now has i have taken new packed food processors which should be proper and i am very much unhappy that it is not proper but still i compromise seeing to it that it should be replace or repair by the company person but still it is not.

              So this is what the services and things u provide to the consumer i need a proper feedback and solution on the same.

                I purchased a Bajaj ceiling fan from a well reputed shop, within three months it started giving noise, on repeated complaints for over 2 months the company sent some service technician, who could hardly do anything, so through the the shop person I got the fan replaced since it was under warranty.
                this peice was also defective and the same noise started, it increased day by day.
                the service centre attended by some stupid girls, who donot even know to attend complaints, daily ask for the same info, & nothing is done for over six months, now they say the fan is out of warranty and nothing can be done, if you want get it repaired through some local electrician.
                this is the reputation of a company like BAJAJ FANS.
                the worst of worst managed company, no professionalism, no ethics of after sales services etc.
                after all its the CEO & the owner who is responsible, who has to cheat common man for running the bussiness.
                I hope all who read this compliant will think twice before purchasing a BAJAJ product.

                Bajaj Ceiling Fan — not attending service

                I lodged a complaint (58776) on 28th March 2011. Despite of my calling about the complaint no. 58776 every day, the Bajaj company is not repairing my ceiling fan. It's been about a month that BAJAJ every day promises to attend my complaint, but they have not yet attended it.

                  I have purchased Bajaj Air cooler on 17.06.2009. i got i year warenty.after 8 months,my air cooler is not working.i have register my complaint one month before.Even i send my complait to the bajat customer care.but they are not at reponding. very poor. my warenty peroid ending on 17th of this month.thet are cheating the customer.please consider my complient.
                  I have purchased an Air Cooler "Bajaj Coolest" Model- MD2000 in the month of April 2010 which is under warranty now. It stops functioning since 29/06/2010. I have lodged complaint in local Bajaj Service Centre, Patna (PH[protected] with CALL NO-1171 dtd.03/07/2010. An engineer visited the cooler and moter is not working and it will be replaced very shortly.

                  Since then we have approached on that contact no. but till date they have not responsed to our call and thus our complaint is unattended till date.

                  No one can imagine such type of poor Customer Service from such type of reputed Company.

                  Please give us immediate solution within 24 hours or I will have to move to Consumer Forum.

                    I booked a complaint about NON Working of Gas Geaser on 22nd May 2010 compalint No 263715 through Call centre. Geaser was puchsed on[protected] from Royal Market,Sector 11 Nerul Navi-Mumbai-400706.
                    I am told by one Agency PROMP SERVICES Nerul that the person is on leave so I have to wait for more Time.
                    In veiw of above Please look in to the matter and arrange to repair the geaser meanwhile review the services of the said agency who is not in position to provide services .

                    In case I am not heard from I am free to take up the matter with appropriate auothrity.

                        The dealer Shree Geeta Electronics situated near hotel west's, G.T. Road, Panipat-132103(Haryana) from whom we purchased one food processor under the name of Mr. M.A. Sheikh resident of H.No. 116/4, H/o Bishan Sarup Colony, Panipat-132103(Haryana) dated 28/04/2009 promised us that they would send man to give demo of the same but didn't do as promised and later when we asked them they suggested to consult the user manual and operate.
                        We tried and in the process there was some configuration problem and the cutter in the mixture jar came off.
                        We complained about the scenario and asked for mechanic, they promised but didn't act according to the promise once again.
                        We demand the necessary action be taken. Thank You.

                          Our Bajaj 15lt Geyser, which is not even a year old .. starting leeking badly on April 20th 2010. I have lodged a complaint with Bajaj Electricals (Complaint no.364617) on that day itself.

                          On 24th of April, a representative from Bajaj visited us and informed us, that the Tank was damaged and needs to be replaced...which after repeated followups and false assurances, was done on May 13th.However, the leakage dint stop and the representative informed us that the new tank is also damaged!!!

                          Till date, I have been following up with the Bajaj Electricals Customer care center (Mr.Naval) and R K service center daily but the geyser has not been repaired or replaced.

                          With such disgusting services.. I wud like to warn all the customers, that buying a Bajaj appliance is going to be the beginning of a Mental agony for them. "PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY BAJAJ PRODUCTS"

                          I strongly agree with the above argument. I also faced the same problem. The product quality might be good but the service is very very very poor.. My geyser also had the same leakage problem but till now this problem is not resolved by the service personnel. everytime I call them up, just they visit your premises after several calls simply note down the problem and ask for the xerox copy of the bill and forget about the problem. no response from them from then onwards.. Service is worst..!!! Bajaj electrical should take an action immediately on the Hyderabad service center to keep up its brand value.. Otherwise bajaj will be out of the game!!!

                          The same is case is with me. I have purchased Bajaj gyser of 25 litres in Nov 2009. There was leackage in Feb 2010. The tank replaced after one month. Again leackage obsrved in May 2010 which is yet to be repiared. My suggestion too. don't go for any product of bajaj.

                          The same problem happened with me also, I bot a geyser 25ltrs on jan, 2010. On the month of may it started leaking, I immediately launched a complain. The service person came and repaired it, but the machine was not fixed properly. On the month of october, the power points inside the geyser burst of. I launched another complain on 18.10.10. After many followups one service person attended on 27.10.10.He came and surrendered that he knows nothing technical about the machine. due to shortage of persons he was send forcefully. next day another person came and took the geyser, saying it will take 2-3 days to repair it. But till date we hv not recieved it. Dialing to the service centre, they constantly replied that the machine is ready and it will be delivered that day itself.
                          It's just a fake thing they r continuosly taking about.The service centre is near Shahpur colony, newalipore. So if any body residing near, please dont respond to this centre.
                          I strongly recommend for not to purchase bajaj appliances due to worst post service experience by me.
                          I registered complaint dt 21 may 2011 no. is 189273 regarding bajaj iron but till now nobody (eng.) visit on my address.
                          I request you please send an eng. and resolve this problem.

                          I would like to bring to your notice, that I have been very upset with the way bajaj handle their customers.

                          I have had two geysers from bajaj for the past one odd year and already I have had to replace the body of both of them and also the heating element as well as the thermostat for both. This makes me understand that the quality of bajaj products are not upto standard.

                          What tops it now is that in spite of making several complaints to bajaj call centre, on 12 Dec 2012 vide # 1966192 and again on 18 Dec to remind, 25th Dec again to remind and one final on 27th dec when they gave a new complaint number since the old one was cancelled due to time vide # 2023272. The repair is still not carried out.

                          Although both the geysers are in warranty, we had to get one geyser repaired from a local vendor by paying money from our pocket due to the urgency of situation.

                          On 27th Dec I was given the name of Area Manager Mr Shashi Ranjan- who's number is [protected] /[protected] who I called and was told that he is apologetic and service will be carried out today itself. He also gave me the contact number of some S R agency (Sarvesh) who does the service for Bajaj[protected] / [protected].

                          S R agency has been very difficult to get on phone and whenever they pickup their technician says will come in 1hr. To my surprise that 1 hour has not come in the last three days. Since yesterday he has been not receiving calls and immediately when I called from another number he picked up and said today is holiday and refused to give his name for a complaint against him and was also abusive.

                          You know with the cold wave in delhi, what does a non operational geyser mean for the past 18 day.

                          So my suggestion is buy bajaj geyser at your own risk.

                            I had purchased a BAJAJ electric iron from D'Mart in the month of January 2010. However, this iron started giving problems & stopped working in the month of May 2010. All my efferts go get thru the so called CUSTOMER CARE of Bajaj Electricals have failed. Even their website is of no use. The equipment is within the warranty period.

                            I am at a loss what to do. Can someone help????
                            Dear Sirs,

                            Pls. raise your level and address your mail to their technical service Director / Manager etc by getting the mail address from their any regional office / zonal office etc. Big company's top bosses always take care about the complaints. But since the down below officials don't take up the matter to the highest level, the consumer/customer always suffer.

                            But once this is brought to their notice, things will move very fast which you will realise personally. People will call you over phone / mobile etc., and ask for the full details. This I have seen practically in my life. Officials in the departments do care little about such problems, but higher authorities of any big companies will not allow the customer to suffer. Pls. write to Technical Director of Bajaj Electricals. You will really find the difference.
                            I have purchased an induction cooker, model Majesty [1CX7] on 16.10.2010. After one day, there was heating problem and lodged complain at service centre. They have repaired by replacing circuit board. Just after two days same problem has been noticed. Again I have lodged complain. But no action has been taken. Service Centre people who have attended the complain are telling that this type of problem are very rare. I think, there is manufacturing defect. If a customer faced this type of problem after purchasing a new goods, the reputation towards the company's product will hamper. From my view, as a customer, the product must be replaced with new one immediately to sustain good customer-company relationship. My Personnal details is Name - Ujjaleswar Behera, Qr.                               I have purchased on 15L Majesty water heater from M/S. Vivek Limited ,No.35, First main Road Gandhi Nagar , Adyar , Chennai 600 020 on 16.10.2009 vide bill no.[protected]. Batch No.0809, GC.Sl.Nocode No.0136746 Sl. no. of the product 01821. It was not working and the matter was reported to M.S. Vigna Appliances,74/2. 1st Floor, L.B Road, Adyar, Chennai 600 020.. The mechanic who inspected the product has asked me hand over the product of the Service centre for repair even though the water heater was purchased 6 months age. Icomplaid and handover the water heater toM/s.gna Appliances on 30/3/10 vide job no.42408. Till date the water heater has not returned and installed at my house even though more than a month lapsed. When ever enquired no reponsible reply is received. I regret to inform you that the service of this centre is very bad and they don't know how to repond to the griviances of the customer. i request you to look in to the matter and do the needful.

                                I purchased one Bajaj make gas stove from Vijaya sales, Little World, Kharghar on 11th April 2010. I was given the assurance that the stove would be delivered to me next day i.e. on 12th April 2010. Since then I have inquired on several occasions regarding the non-delivery. Every time that I was lucky to contact them (telephone line most often remains busy), I get a false assurance that their executive would get back to me. They refuse to give any complaint number. I am waiting for the stove since last ten days, but in vain. I have made the payment from my credit card. I am paying interest to the credit card company and little world is enjoying my money, what ever little it may be. I urge the consumers to not to fall prey to such evil designs of Vijaya Sales.

                                I bought Bajaj Popular E gas stove around 6 months back. But I guess that was a big mistake. I don't know whether it is a defect in this particular piece or in all Bajaj Popular E products, but the flame in the gas stove doesn't reduce. We are having a hard time in cooking, the flame is so intense that we are afraid it might lead to some calamity. And Bajaj claims it to be ISI mark. So either the claim is false or else ISI mark itself needs a certification to certify others.
                                i believe the bajaj sales heads are specially in Madhya Pradesh region are working with the shop keepers and selling duplicate products as i too had bought a bajaj majesty product and its faulty from starting but they have not given any resolution for the same

                                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                                  I have bought a Air cooler Model MD - 2000 , in Spencer Hyper Market located near RTC X Roads. The guys who gave demo of the product told us that the cooler eaasily cools the a 12x 10 room , but now when we now using it , it doesn't cool the room even after many hours of running. The dimensions of room are still less but it doesn't work good. So we have called up Bajaj Service Center and the guy who came to us cheked the cooler and told us everything is perfect and asked us about the demo given by the Marketing guy in Hper Market. And he told us that the guy has given you demo has misled you. :( . So what should we do now?

                                  cooler /bajaj coolest md 2000 — not working

                                  i have bought my cooler<bajaj coolest md 2000> 3 days ago now its not working. They have told us that it has warranty of 1 year it has stopped working on 3rd day only plz tell what to do . i want my money back or replacement

                                  plz reply soon
                                  u have to put ice cubes and cold water into the tray or water inlet.

                                    purchased from croma ahmedabad on 22/7/09 their bill no. 173782.
                                    The machine is not working. customer care toll free is not working. There is a voice on the line which says 6 minutes waiting time but after two minutes the line is cut saying you have to call after some time. It is ridiculous.

                                      This is regarding my bajaj wall fan which I purchased 2 yrs ago.In the first week of FEB2010 the fan stopped working and the body behind the wings melted.I lodged the complain at the call centre and the technician came and said the body has no warranty so u need to change it and is chargeable.I paid the money and he got it fixed but then the wings did not fit in that body so he changed that but despite all this the fan did not work so he said it is the motor problem and he did the needful.The fan was within the warranty period.The complain no was 346960.Not even 12 days had passed that the fan again stopped.Still it was in warranty period but to get through the call centre was next to impossible for so many days.I called up the service centre JAY SERVICES but they told that i had to complain thru the call centre only which gave me a real tough time before i could get somebody on the lineand get my complain registered on 22nd March complain no was 356021. But all this took so much time and the warranty period ended on 15th march.This complain was finally attended yesterday 24 days later after calling up MR J C SINGH innumerable times.Now the technician says that warranty cover is over so nothing can be done.I agree to that but if the motor was changed on 28th feb then it was a new piece as the body and the wings had also been changed so how could it become faulty in 10 days time or the other thing is that the motor was faulty and was not changed when the fan was in the warranty period.I hope that my complain is attended properly and a replacement given for the same as early as possible.It has been very difficult for me to get my complain attended after calling up so many times taking out time from my busy schedule.At the end if this is the response that I get it is really disgusting and is not expected from a company as reputed as BAJAJ.

                                      I agree with you ma'm. i also purchased bajaj wall fan last yrs 2009, in last (June 2010) month fan is the working properly . I lodged the complain at the call centre [protected] (complaint no 374274) and the technician came continuosly 3days and he took our fan and told us the he will come tomorrow, from that day 12th June 2010, he did not return back, sincs that day i called to costmer care i got responses like it will come by today or tommorow.I called up the service centre Parmar Electonics dadar but they told that i had to complain thru the call centre only which gave me a real tough time..I hope that my complain is attended properly as early as possible. It has been very difficult for me to get my complain attended after calling up so many times taking out time from my busy schedule. At the end if this is the response that I get it is really disgusting and is not expected from a company as reputed as BAJAJ. Its like NAM BADE OR DARSHAN CHOTE.
                                      I REALY FRASTED NOW. I SUGGEST YOU GUYS PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY... REALY VERY BAD THING.
                                      I guess this is an ongoing problem with Bajaj Fans. No one seems to be attaining to complains.
                                      Dear Concern, I had purchace the one Bajaj Spectrum Wall Fan last one year but after one month fan was not working many times complain on customer care and local vendor and supervisor but he is not provide the service due stock not available for last 9 months.9 month ago but fan was not working so kindly lookinto the matter and provide the new fan other wise refund my purchace amount.In case my problem was not resolve on urgent basis i am going to media and consumer form regard this matter.
