NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I HAVE PURCHASED BAJAJ FOOD PROCESSOR ON[protected] FROM VIJAY SALES, BORIVALI(w), MUMBAI. IT NEVER WORKS PROPERLY.WE COMPLAINT IT FIRST ON[protected]. AN ENGINEER VISITED AND FOOD PROCESSOR GOT STARTED. AGAIN IT WORKED WELL FOR ONE GRINDING AND AGAIN THE SAME FAULT ARISES..THE PROCESSOR DOES NOT GET STARTED.IT HAPPENS IN SUCH A SITUATION WHEN SOME GUEST ARRIVES AND IT DOES NOT WORK, ONLY MAKING US TO REGRET WHY WE PURCHASED SUCH FOOD PROCESSOR...

I had bought a bajaj Iron Dry Dx7, invoice no[protected] from croma Dahisar on 8/3/2008 having 2 years gaurantee. It suddendly stopped working on 13th May 2009, I took it to croma dahisar where they said that they will contact Bajaj and will give you a call by 14th May morning. Till 7.40PM, I did not get a call on 14th, then I tried contacting on the number given on the invoice, where some Vinay asked me to call after one hour, when I called after one hour, the voice mail says that our services are from 9 AM to 8.30PM. It means the person deliberately asked me call after one hour so that there is no body to answer.
Can croma give me an anwer to this?

    I purchased one Emergency light (Code: ELX10) from Reliance super store of Bharuch, Gujarat on 23.12.2008. At the shop the salesperson told me to buy this product as it is having a 6 months warranty with full replacement. So, I bought this product for Rs 1100/- even though similar products of different company were available at half the price.
    On 26.03.2009, I found that charging LED was ON while the battery is not on charge & Emergency tubelight is not getting ON when I switched it ON. I called Reliance Super store & they told me to take this product to them. On 27.03.2009 I gave them the product & they had given me the reciept for the same.
    Now after 2 months of repeated callings & harassments I have come to know that main circuit board of the product is gone & the local Bajaj service point (Gujarat Electricals), where the product is sent by Reliance super, does not have the spare.
    When I demanded a replacement of the product with a similar one from Reliance Super they had told me that they are trying their level best, but without much success! Whatever that means!
    One thing I have understood from the above incident that neither Bajaj nor Reliance Super care about customers' money & plight. THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS, SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

    I also purchased one bajaj emergency light on 29.06.2008 from Kannan Departmental Store and met the same fate.
    The emergency lamp is neither in working condition and i am not able to get ir repaired.

    The product is useless and stay away from bajaj products, .

      I purchased four fans of Bajaj make, in one of them one fan is making noise while in motion, complained to the customer care, one technician attended the fan, he did something, it did make any noise, once he went, on the same in the night when the fan was in running state, it started making a more noise than previously, again complained to the customer care, the technician attended and he said that it cannot be repaired, need to replaced with new one, so he took the fan on Mar 24th 2009 and said that he will get the new one within a week and till now they did not return with old one or new one, i had been making calls to the customer care phone number:, Hyderabad

      i also purchased 4 fans regal gold and one of them making noise kadik kadik..., made 3 time complaints to customer care, one technician attended the fan 2 times but till today my complaint is still there my mobil no is [protected]
      I purchase 16 fans of bajaj make, in which 15 fans is not swing, we complained to the customer care, Name:- Hema (service centre MD), MR. Joshi (Head) & Mr. Abbas (Technician), the technician came and attend the complaint but the parts was not there, & he told after 1 week your complaint was solved, But after 1 week he was not came. When i call he tell me the next day of holi, and when i call him he told me the next date. The date was 26/3/2012.& when i call today he said the parts is not available he will come on 1.4.2012. My complaint is registered there & my mobile no. is [protected].
      I had purchased 6 fans. There is color pilling off from the fins of the fan. It seems that Bajaj fan needs to check the quality of the fan. I need solution on my problem.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had bought a brand new Bajaj Ceiling fan [ regal gold 1200 CF, Batch no T06608B] from

        Siddarth electricals.
        No. 614, Amruthnagar main road,
        Opp Nandi garden apartment
        Srinivasa layout, Avalahalli
        Bangalore - 560062

        on 20-02-09

        After one month, the fan started making a lot of noise, so I lodged a complaint and an Engineer came to fix it. First of all the Engineer was highly impolite and dismantled the fan and left the premises. Upon calling him multiple time he came again, changed the Ball bearing and left. After a couple of weeks the same problem persisted, the fan still made a lot of noise. I tried to contact them again for a replacement but was told that they will again change the ball bearing. I asked the engineer to give me the phone number of his supervisor but he gave some wrong number which does not exist.
        I am disgusted at the attitude of both the person from which I bought the fan and the Engineer. At the age of professionalism, they are totally unprofessional and not-friendly in their approach.

        BAJAJ/ Ceiling Fan — Fan Defective

        Dear Sir/Madam,


        I bought 2 fan's from Taneja Electronics(Ph No. : [protected]) new Uttam Nagar. One of the fan became unserviceable. Despite our several complaint, neither company is picking up the phone, nor shops is showing any interest. Yesterday, one of company representative came to house and said the fan is defective need replacement. It happened thrice for the same fan. They came and done some changes and again gone unserviceable.

        Bajaj representative said, fan will be replaced by Taneja Electronics and Taneja Electronics said i will have to check it out. But finally, a customer in this mid summer is suffering from the last 8 days. Fan is under guaranty.


        Please help us and guide us how to proceed further to get it replaced.

        Bajaj Ceiling Fan — DEFECTIVE

        I bought a Bajaj Ceiling fan 1200mm from Defence caneen about a month back.
        The fan makes so much of noise that it is almost impossible to sleep at night

        Capacitor was Shot within one year, Within one or two year winding was flashed. now after repairing it is not providing services.
        We have three fan. but the service of product is not very good. Total unsatisfactory.

          i bought a Sb-2003 air cooler of the above mentioned company in april last year. initially there was a problem of some short cct in swing cct which the dealer rectified. on 8 mar 09 there was some electrical short cct inside the product due to which the plastic body of the machine got burnt. by the time the fire was extinguished the body has already burnt around 50 %. the product is still under warranty. when i took the product to the dealer he told me that this cant be repaired or replaced. plz tell me the fault on my part and since the product is under warranty it should be replaced. the product was bought from amar trading company(bhuj, gujrat). plz reply to this mail as soon as possible.

              Dear Sir,

              I had bought a 15 litre Bajaj geyser in November 2006, and it started giving problems within 1 year of installation ie. in Oct 2007. Since it was under guarantee period, it was repaired free of cost.

              Now, last week, 16-3-09, it started giving problems again - we get an electric shock in our taps, when the geyser is switched on. Since the 2 year guarantee period has expired, the authorised service agent wants us to spend Rs.2, 350 for spares and service, after inspection. We paid Rs100 to get it inspected.

              Now, my question is:
              1. what is the sureity that the product supplied was not faulty when purchased, since it has got faulty twice already within 28 months of purchase
              2. is it worth spending nearly 50% of a new one, on repairs alone, especially when the co gives no guarantee on repairs.
              3. what is the remedy if the company refuses to repair free of cost or does not reply at all.

              Please advise.

              We too purchased Bajaj water heater, and we got problem on the second day itself... we even complained and nobody is responding from the company since 3 weeks...

              The product quality of Bajaj geysers is really not upto mark. I purchased at Bajaj majesty geyser in 2010 and within 6 months of its element went out. Since it was under warranty, same was changed on company a/c. Two months back again the element blown off and it cost me Rs.750/- to get it replaced. Last week also my geyser stopped functioning. After 5 days of complain, a mechanic came and told that thermostat is not working due to leakage of water from assembly. He promised to change it next day and got away. He returned after 10 days and now says that assembly pipe has damaged and it's replacement will cost Rs.550/-, the thermostat will cost Rs.170/- along with Rs.200/- as service charge. That means I have to spend Rs.800-1000/- every two months to avail the geyser facility in bathroom. This just absurd, how can we trust a brand like bajaj with such poor quality of spares and service.

                I was unfortunate that I visited Reliane digital retail outlet at Shipra Mall, Indirapuram. I bought two Bajaj Water Gyeser in the last month of january.The products were not delivered to me on promised time, as such I had to suffer loss of time and money due to negligence of executives of this shop. I have never seen such HOPELESS SHOP in my life.
                The second story is more disgusting. I visited on[protected], i.e. nealry one month from the date of purchase of these gyesers for installation. I am very sorry to name SANJEEV, ROHIT and MAYANK, who not only spoiled my valuable time but did not arrange to install these gyeseres even after one month. Now I have left with no option but to file a case under consumer protection Act.In the meantime, I request the HEAD of DEPARTMENT to take suitable action against these officers/staff after proper enquiry.
                I promise that during my entire life, I and none of my friens and relative will visit this hopeless shop. I will go to the media also. Now summer has come. I request the proper authorities( However I doubt ..???) to arrange refund of amount paid to this hopeless shop with compensation.These Geysers are lying in my house as winter has passed . The above named officers are interested in talking on phone than to listen to complaints of customers.
                I wish that this shop should close very soon so that others do not suffer.

                Not only the dealers, but the response from the co itself is one of indifference towards the customer.

                  Hello,

                  I have purchased Bajaj Geyser on 6th Jan 2008. It has two year Guarantee in General and SS tank has 5 year Guarantee. I have registered a complaint with Bajaj service center on around 7th January 2009 that water is dropping continuously from the geyser at R. T Nagar bangalore . Ph:[protected]. Complaint num 5057 under the name "Ramesh Hegde" address: #82, Kubera Enclaves, 2nd cross Bhuvaneshwari Nagar Bangalore. Aftter 8- 10 repeated follow ups the service person came to my house on 31st Jan 2009 and examined and told that coil is spoiled. I was surprised by the answer as the geyser is working perfectly fine excepts it drops water. After argument he also tells that there is a leakage in the SS tank which he will replace but I have to pay for the coil which was earlier replaced around 5 months back.
                  He told he will be back with all the materials on 2nd Feb. He dismantled the geyser cover and plugs.

                  Till today 4th Feb, there is no news from him . We are really fed up with this kind of service

                  Shakthi Home Appliance — Product not delivered although full payment made 1 month back

                  Hi,

                  I ordered for 18 gauze iron almirah from Shakthi Home Appliance, Bangalore, on 18-may-2008. The owner promised that it will be ready and delivered to me in a weeks time. I went on 26-May-2008 and asked for the almirah. The owner, Vijay Shakthi said that it take 8 to 15 days to make the almirah. I didnt say anything and asked him when shall I came. He said Coming Monday. When I called on coming Monday again he said that almirah is not ready. On asking for returning my money, he became rude and said he can't return the money.

                  Please advise me what I need to do.
                  I got it repaired today on 5th Feb 2009 as I also complained Bajaj Electricals Customer Care head. It worked well and they came immediately within a day and replaced the steel tank and coil. Both comes under warantee

                  I also bought a bajaj majestic geyser in 2008 October. It has had several defects and customer service are quite useless. They take time to respond, and when they did respond they made a complete mess of my bathroom. Lesson for me is to stay away from bajaj for consumer goods.
                  After sales service for all products in India is Bad. There is no discipline, accountability. All most 90% of the people are becoming head strong, careless speaking, careless gestures. Stupid fellows dont know that they and their families are being feeded by WE the consumers. Bajaj in Hyderbad also giving troubles. With lot of trouble i got Bajaj Customer care complaint number. From morning to evening it will be in Engage status. Try this number [protected]. This is Hyderabad Bajaj Geyser complaint number. After several days, once it got connected. I complained my problem. After 2 days, one guy called me and enquired me about my problem and told that he is comming on next day. But not came. After 15 days i tried with [protected]. Again engage. Then i tried to the person who talked to me from Bajaj. To my surprise he lifted again, enquired my problem, promised me to come on the same day. But not came. After one more week i once again tried with[protected]. Again same storey. Then again i tried to talk with that person. He lifted the phone, enquired my problem again promised me to come on that day. This happend 20 days back. He not yet came. Now i am trying to lodge a complaint throguh internet. (mean while i bought another companies geyser) I am trying to get bajaj geyser's official web site, through searching in Yahoo. But i did not get it. Fortunately i came into this site, read your problem, and sharing my problem. It is insult to me to live between these Head strong stupids. Better leave to US or UK.
                  I purchased bajaj geyser in the month of feb, 2008 and after few months the tank started leaking. Since I build the new house the warranty card was lost.                   Bajaj Shakti Gyser — Body leakage

                  Body leakages are there from the next day of the Gyser fitted.

                  No one is attending to resolve the problem from Bajaj. We are struggling without hot water and my family fall sick due to this.

                  Its more than a month and no one is attending the complaint. I was fed up with the Bajaj as they took more than a week to fit the gyser after purchasing.

After a long time follow up, it got resolved in one week. Again, some issue has come of not heating water and no light in the geyzer. I called no. of times to Bajaj service centre and everytime I have been told that today the person will come. Complete one week has gone but no one has come up even with repeated calls and reminders.
                  Is there any way to escalate it so that we will expect good service and on time or shall we go, not to buy any Bajaj product and recommend others also not to buy it.

                  i agree about his complaint.my bajaj gas gyser is also not working more than i year.i complaint so times but no benifits.Service centre of gaziabad is not treating well on phone.Now, i accepted they will not come for repair.

                  I have purchased a gyser of bajaj shakti from M/s Banwari Lal Harmukh Rai, Aligarh on 25.10.2009. After two months of its installation of gyser its element has been burst which has been replaced by the dealer. Its element has again been burst on 20.10.2010. Complaint in this regard has again been registered with the dealer and the same has also been attended . But after attending the second complaint, the gyser is not working with its full swing. The temperature of water remains normal and water become cold soon. The complaint in this regard has also been communicated to the dealer but no one has been deputed so far. Please explain why the problems in this gyser is rising again and again and attend the complaint of the gyser immediately to win full faith on your products .

                  Bajaj service center Ghaziabad is useless, my recommendation to not buy bajaj products...I am facing similar problem...
                  I have purchased gyser from Bajaj and their server is so worst, just one week after i puchase this product it stopped working and no one turned up even after repeated issues. finally had to escalate it to the dealer from whom i purchase this product, although the issue was fixed, just immediate after 2 weeks had same issue. Now new compliant raised, with no response from the service centre. RT Nagar service centre, first they do not know how to talk to customers, where asked for Manager's no, they give nos of someone who sits next to them. I too recomment that Bajaj server center's are useless and not to buy bajaj Products.

                  I had purchased Bajaj 25 liter Geyser from e Zone of Pantaloons Bhubaneswar on 12/10/2008. After using only for one season it started showing problem & no heating could be done. Thanks to your repair centre at Bhubaneswar who responded immediately to my call & it was repaired by paying Rs.845/-for parts like element and other things . In the next season when we started using it it again started showing problem .Immediately on request the technician from Bhubaneswar Service Centre reached promptly and told us that the problem is with plate, element, thormostart etc.The damage is caused due to internal leakage & for its repair it will cost around Rs.2500/-.Since then my geysor is just laying unused as I found that the recurring repairing cost of this geysor is more than Rs.1000/-per season. Is it worth paying such an amount for each season? Whether the product qulity is so bad which has been produced by one of the most reliable brand of India. Sir, I am a regular customer of bajaj appliances. Please for heaven's shake donot harass & make fun of our trust with your product.
                  If at all the particular product is having any manufacturing defect kindly replace it after proper checking by sending a qualified person. Other wise please send a person who can repair it by which it will run atleast for 2 to 3 years.

                  I would like to bring to your notice, that I have been very upset with the way Bajaj electriclal handle their customers.

                  I have had two geysers from bajaj for the past one odd year and already I have had to replace the body of both of them and also the heating element as well as the thermostat for both. This makes me understand that the quality of bajaj electrical products are not upto standard.

                  What tops it now is that in spite of making several complaints to your call centre, on 12 Dec 2012 vide # 1966192 and again on 18 Dec to remind, 25th Dec again to remind and one final on 27th dec when they gave a new complaint number since the old one was cancelled due to time vide # 2023272. The repair is still not carried out.

                  Although both the geysers are in warranty, we had to get one geyser repaired from a local vendor by paying money from our pocket due to the urgency of situation.

                  On 27th Dec I was given the name of Area Manager Mr Shashi Ranjan- who's number is [protected] /[protected] who I called and was told that he is apologetic and service will be carried out today itself. He also gave me the contact number of some S R agency (Sarvesh) who does the service for Bajaj[protected] / [protected].

                  S R agency has been very difficult to get on phone and whenever they pickup their technician says will come in 1hr. To my surprise that 1 hour has not come in the last three days. Since yesterday he has been not receiving calls and immediately when I called from another number he picked up and said today is holiday and refused to give his name for a complaint against him and was also abusive.

                  You know with the cold wave in delhi, what does a non operational geyser mean for the past 18 days.

                  So any body wants to buy bajaj, my suggestion is compare it to any local brand, cause that is how u will be made to think after u make the payment.
                  we had purchased a geyser on 11 dec 2011 .. with 2 years guarantee on the combistat (thermostat + heating element) .. it ran well for a year .. but this season it started giving complaints... to the effect that we have complained to bajaj 5 times in a month . for the first four times their guy came and replaced the combistat with allegedly a new one..., the geyser ran well for one day in each situation and stopped working after 2 days... this time (5th) they didnt even give us a complaint no. .. and it has been over 1 week.. we have been calling them up.. to no avail.. it seems they have little regard for consumer satisfaction and follow up and only care about minting money... i would advice anyone going for a geyser.. its better to buy a local one rather than bajaj appliance.. for sooner or later you will have to repent your decision !
                  I have purchased a 15 Liter Bajaj Geyser and it is not working properly from the day1. After instillation it worked for 30 mins and later the power was not flowing in and i have contacted the dealer and he say he is not responsible for that and i need to call bajaj customer care..and bujaj customer care person came in after i call them and he repaired it and said it will work fine but when we switched on the geyser and kept it on for 40 min suddenly got some noise in my bathroom and to my surprise the inlet and out let pipes busted out and the steam cam out of geyser if some body was in bathroom they would have undergone a serious injuries(burns) i called the service center again and he came and said that it is the problem of inlet and outlet pipes and we replaced them now turned on the geyser it did not work he says that there is some thermostat problem..and it is not yet repaired...

                  can some one guide me how to get a new geyser as i did not use it at least a day in proper condition...how should i take it to consumer court... Service center guys says that they will repair it but not replace why should i go for a repair as i did not use it at least once..i did not purchase a second hand geyser right ...

                    i have bought a 25 ltrs geyser as mentioned in the subject on 26.12.2007 from vandana 93, sarojni market, new delhi--110023, phone no:[protected],[protected], valid gurantee for two and half years .twenty five days back, i found my geyser was not heating the water, immediately imade a call tto the vandana, they provided the t.no. of the service center, we contacted the service centre, they sent their technician two three times, but hte problem was not resolved, after my several calling tthey sent their other executive, he inspected the gyeser and said the is old manufactured and was wrongly sold to you by the ditributer, when concated to the distributor, his reply was not satifactory.he advised to get the sticker of fault on machine from the service centre.i got it done from the service centre. now rang the dealer about the replacement of the above, again he is saying about that there is no stock right now. giving you the details of the gyser

                      I bought a bajaj water heater. The authorised person from bajaj company named Sunil came to install. He charged Rs 400 in total for installation which included Rs 150 for the pipes. The pipes started leaking when we used the geyser for the first time. Now Mr Sunil is least interested in mending his mistake and does not even care if we make a complaint to the company.

                        I would like to register a complaint against the horrible service provided by The Bajaj Service Center.
                        I had purchased a Morphy Richards Coffee maker earlier this year. On Oct 18 I registered a complaint with the service centre regarding the malfunctioning of the product.
                        It has been more than one and a half months and I still havent received any information from the customer care center. Everytime i have called I have been asked to call after 2-3 days.
                        I am horrified at the poor quality of service and the extreme rudeness displayed by the service staff. Especially one Ms Rasika who is available at this number[protected].
                        This service center is doing the Bajaj name a great disservice by treating the customers in such a pathetic way. They forget that it is we customers that are responsible for their company running.

                        The machine was supposed to be returned last week as unfixable and with a certificate so that we could get it replaced from the dealer. Still no sign of the machine nor have we been able to get any information from your service center regarding the likely date of delivery.

                        I urge the readers of this forum to not buy any Morphy Richards or Bajaj Products due to the pathetic and horrible After Sales service.

                        You are right bro, There was a time morphy richards provided premium quality products but now it seems that they are getting there products manufactured locally. I have bought an OTG just a week ago and guess what i unpacked the OTG with great enthusiasm but shocked to see that the barbeque tray wire is broken,
                        the Rotisserie rod is short in size.
                        Though i had contacted the customer service for the same, but everytime i got lame answers, assuring me that they are arranging the new tray and the Rotisserie Rod. I felt cheated after buying Morphy Richard product.
                        I urge readers to check thoroughly and compare Morphy's product with other brands before buying anything.
                        i am trying to get a positive response for the past three days.
                        i am yet to receive a reply from bajaj electricals ltd reg the purchase of
                        mixer grinder despite several attempt.
                        i decided not to buy their product.

                        I fully agree the service back up of baja electricals is more than pathetic. The environment should be warned about this. The Media should make the public aware of this dayto day fleecing of this substandard service, instead of running behind ephermerals like 2G scam.

                          I am a consumer from Kolkata who has purchased 2 Bajaj water heaters in april 2007. I am writing to here in sheer desperation, after getting absolutely no help or support from their kolkata service centres.

                          I have lodged a complaint (NOT my first, in the last year and a half) last on 1st of october 2008 for BOTH of my heaters - complaint number 3238 with your Bajaj Care centre in south kolkata. One is a storage heater 15L and the other is an instant one 5L. The first inspection happened promptly within a week when ur engineer came and diagnosed the problem and said someone will come in the next one week to replace a certain part of the geyser. After about ONE MONTH, around mid november one of the geysers was partially fixed with the replacement part. however, the part thatw as replaced is still lying in my house as the person could not carry it back with him (dont know why).

                          the other geyser has not been fixed till date!! i have repeatedly called our local Bajaj Care centre at[protected] and spoke innumerable times to the representative Ms munmun who has assured me each time that the person will come in the next 2 days, but has obviously not turned up. please also note that the said number of bajaj care is more than half the time "not available" or "line is busy"...it has now become a part of my daily routine to once try the number and not get any response!!
                          not only do my calls go unanswered, but noone has the courtesy to call me back to apprise me of the state of my complaint.

                          i am absolutely at my wits end as to what action to take. please note that it is the hard-earned money of consumers that is spent in investing in reputed brands such as Bajaj and if this is the kind of post-sales service we get, what are we paying for?!??!
                          I have bought 15 ltrs water heater "BAJAJ SHAKTI" four years back and now from yesterday it has stopped working to warm the water. I have lodged complaints, but nobody has come to restore the
                          problem. I believe all connections are good, but the problem is in heating element. No light is coming
                          in indicator lamps and nor it is catching the electric current. Kindly depute some one at the earliest

                            I have bought one Microwave Oven Model No. 2503 ETC of Bajaj Electricals make just 10-12 days back. But surprisingly the product has been sent without the following:

                            1) There was no accompanying receipe book/ nor any Demo CD

                            2) No pair of hand gloves/ safety handle is accompanied with the item.
                            3) No proper demonstration could be given.

                            Now it is leading to total discontentment as to why we have gone for such a product.
                            Secondly, the demo CD which is given after 10-12 days is not conforming to the model, that I have bought.
                            In such a competitive market for consumer electricals, such a state of consumer service is really horrible.
                            I request the company's customer care segment to be more alert on this aspect so that they take care of customer requirement with every new model they bring out in the market.
                            Hope you will attend to my problem and make sufficient arrangement for sending the items which ought to have accompanied with the product.

                              I had purchased Bajaj Gas Geyser GWX -05 from Shoprite, Nirmal Lifestyle, Mulund on 20th July 2008. Bajaj rep at Shoprite Mr. Surendra assured me that this model is the one used for PNG though the geyser had a label of LPG & also promised me that the installation would be done within 2 days, accordingly the third party Mr. Vikrant who is entrused with the job of installation visited our place on the 22nd of July 2008 and gave us a quotation of Rs. 2200/- to which I agreed on the first instant. He assured me that he would come for installation the following day, but at the same time was propogating an Benchmark brand geyser. On the following day when the person did not turn up I called him on his cell to inquire with him, to which he replied that he was held up on some other site. The same excuses were repeated by the person for not comming to install untill 25th July 2008. On 25th I went to Shoprite stores and met Mr. Surendra & he in turn assured me that the job would be done on the 26th July 2008 positively. On 26th when the person did not turn up I clled Mr. Vikrant on his cell to which he told me that he has calls pending since last 6 months. I did not want to have any further conversation with the person. Since installation of geyser was not done even after 6 days of purchase I returned back the geyesr to Shoprite stores with reason that the services were unsatisfactory, since Shoprite stores does not take back or exchange any goods which are not returned within 7 days. Secondly I had to take Gift vouchers of Rs 4000/- as they do not refund money so I have spend my hard earned money on something I do not require . Will Bajaj Electricals pay heed to my complain and will I be informed of the action from their end ?

                              gas geysers is not the technology manufactured by indians or india,

                              1. gas geysers emmit a lot of pollution
                              2. gas geysers have a life span of hardly 2-3 years
                              3. gas geysers dont emmit carbon monoxide fumes that are not good for health
                              4. gas geysers dont get an isi if you find an isi on any gas geyser ure being faked.
                              5. gas geysers are harmful if you have no ventilation in your bathroom, which can lead to bursting or choking.
                              6. in india, govt registered companies supply only one cylinder that leads insufficent gas for days.
                              7. prevent pollution for a better future. (GLOBAL WARMING)...

                                I had purchased Bajaj Steam Iron Model No.Majesty MX8 having serial number 50710555 from Reliance Digital Retail Limited, Vashi, New Mumbai, on 6th January, 2008.

                                The iron started water leakaging and getting shock within 15 days. But due to non-availability of time, I could not surrender the iron with complaints to Reliance Digital, Vashi.

                                On 3rd of Sept., 2008, I surrendered my iron to the customer care department of Reliance Digital Retail Limited, Vashi for repair.

                                Till date, I have not received my iron back from them and I have been calling the concerned customer care department but in vain.

                                I hope the higher authority of Reliance Digital will take this matter.

                                  Please do not trust Bajaj Besecure doors people. They are cheats and spoling the reputation of Bajaj.
                                  They just take the money from you and do not deliver the product on time. First of all, they do not have a showroom or display even in big cities and their only selling point is the brand name 'Bajaj'. Then they ask for full payment and never deliver the product. In my case, the product had a dent and they refused to change it. Then it took them 48 days to fix the door. The person who fixed the door demanded 500 rs to get this done!! NEVER EVER GO FOR IT.

                                  I had the same experience but in a different form. There was a person by name Pejawar who was my sales person. Mob no. [protected] and home number[protected]. He was following up with me desperately till I got the door. After I bought it he never bothered to get it fixed. Then when I started follwoing up at his home number, he suddenly said he has left his job and is no longer responsible for this!! This is the type of Service you will get from Bajaj.
                                  I live in Bangalore as well. I think Bajaj has cheated a lot of people like this. My sales person was Kush Bajaj ([protected]). Do not get cheated by his Surname. He is a cheat of the nth order. He will do anything till the product is sold. But once the online transfer of money is done, all your calls will be dropped and banged till you give up!!! I am planning to go to the consumer court against the damage caused by these people.
                                  Once the door is installed, forget ever getting service even after 10 calls. Also the installation is very roughly handled, the door gets damaged and scratched and the whole look goes away.
                                  Our lock broke and the door got locked and still these people did'nt come for service. We had to call outside mechanic to open the door.
                                  Zero stars.

                                    I bought an Bajaj Emergency light one year back, it was working good and quite. within 6months it went down.

                                    The Bajaj Service Centre, Tambaram, Chennai told that the battery had gone down, it has to be replaced. Also they said no warranty for battery.

                                    Note here iam an Electronics Engineer.

                                    Ok i said. no other go. they gave estimation of about Rs.550/- and asked me to collect after two days ( for battery replacement ??? !!!)
                                    Finally collected the product after two days, they gave Rs.100 discount( wow great people !!!).

                                    Within 6months, again it went down, as a engineer i opened it since warranty is over so.
                                    I got really shocked, Bajaj What company how they did that ?,
                                    the battery replaced was an local battery, no manufacturer name is available and got bulged in one side, the bulged part made damage to the outer casing.
                                    Also ultimate is they not used proper battery terminals to connect the wires, just they made a knot over it.

                                    Poor quality of service. This i never expected from Bajaj.

                                    So i recommend dont by Bajaj emergency lights.

                                    Now i replaced with an branded batter and proper battery terminals, its working good.( Costs only Rs.170/- with 6months warranty for battery)
