Had purchased a Bajaj OTG 28 ltrs TMC and gifted to my niece, to be delivered to Bandra, the piece had many scratches on its body...Approached the retailer several times but only heard that it would be delivered..The unit was purchase on 14th October but till date no replacement has been done...on the first instance the retailer asked me to complaint to the dealer who in turn sends a mechanic..The customers are just taken for granted...

The product was purchased from Roopam Trading at Lower Chawl, Crawford Market...

Such retailers should not be given products to sell.

Can the company instruct the retailer to replace the product the earliers

Bajaj — Defective Piece Delivered

I Purchased a Air cooler of Bajaj Model NO. RC2007,
last weak. And it is defective from the day one. I told the vendor to
change it, he denied. The defect is not yet rectified. And no one from the
vendor side or customer care of bajaj side are bothering about this issue.
Kindly do the need full as I had paid the price for new cooler and why
should I have in my hand a defective one.

    I had gifted my niece, who lives in Bandra with OTG 28 Ltr TMC which I had placed order from Roopam Trading at Lower Chawl in Crawford Market during the Diwali time on 16th October, 2009. The amount was paid on delivery on 16th...at the time of delivery when my daughter received the product and as she is just 12 years she could not check the product.

    When my sister came back in the evening and opened the box, she found that it had all scratches on it...I spoke to Harish from the Shop at tel no: 2206 6998 and informed him about the same, when by the slip of the tongue he said they had sent the display piece..I even went to the shop to complaint about the same when they directed me to the dealer for sending a mechanic to check the piece. When the mechanic came and inspected the piece he said that it needs to be replaced and they cannot do anything.

    I have been following with the vendor everyday but till date there has been no replacement...

    I think Bajaj being such a reputed firm should not have such vendors/dealers who are not able to attend to their customers.

    Please look into this matter, its been two weeks now..I have been trying to tell the vendor to return my money and take the machine back..I will have the same machine picked from another vendor..but its not being heeded to.

      the fan brought from bajaj comapny dieler is not working since we have purchased last 6 months, dieler is telling call on toll free number & nobody is answering on that number, after regular folloups also all are least bothered & not interested in attending complaint. Company proudly providing w years gurantee with gurantee card, but it is very shameful to say that company making all false commitments & not providing after sale service. we suffer a lot without fan at our home

      We bought one geyser in Jan, 2010 and after 3 days that geyser is not working...We tried to complaint regarding the same...but we your contact numbers are not reachables...

      sir we have purchased two bajaj fans before six months one seeling and one wall fan wall both of them are rejected we have called to service man but has also given us no responce acording to him fans are ok but fans bearing has gone and it sounds in that manner sometimes but your serviceman dosent found that mistake i think so youll keep tranee man of less salary who only do time pass and takes report from the customers . secondly we have many seeling fans of other company but every fan is running fine but my wrong decision that i have take two fans of yours bajaj company and now i have to waste my time by sending you this mail and asking yours distributer satyam electrical in silvassa for service .

      we bought a geyser on 2nd of Apriland it has not been working since then.All contact numbers are not reachable.

        i bought a bajaj cooler 6 months ago 2 months back it was a minor fault so i complained to mira road service centre they responded & the job was done now last week my cooler was totally off dont know what happened its not working now i complained on mira road service centre [protected] they said now u have to contact bajaj service centre on [protected] but there is only a answering machine answering we r busy right now after 15 to 18 min ur call is disconnected . this is happening from last 5 days no response & mr rakesh of mira road service centre says he cant do any thing his number is [protected] MY COOLER IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY

                I had bought his boiler last year in Jan, 08. It was working properly then. This year during summers i stopped using as we don't require hot water. In monsoon thats after 3-4 month when i started it didn't heat up. So i called customer service, they sent me a person to fix it. He did something asked me to check that the water is hot? It was not so hot but he said it will start heating from now just wait for 15-20 mins.

                He took my signature that its working and left. After 20 mins i checked it was the same problem.

                I have filed a complaint with their customer service online. They are sending their technician tomorrow.

                I want to raise this further as this is the third time i have to call the service centre for repairing problems.

                Bajaj Storage Water Heater — not working

                The storage water heater was bought buy us on 28/oct/08. The guarentee period is not over. There is league of water and after some time the water starts pouring out. I had complained to the shop, where we had bought on 9th of July. I had followed there many times and no response from them. Later I complained to the Bajaj service centre in Adayar. VIGNA APPLIANCES 74/2, 1st FLOOR, L.B.ROAD, ADYAR, CHENNAI. Tel. :[protected]. the complaint was given on 31st July 2009 and the complaint number is 300708. I had followed twice. Still no one has attented. Please send us the right person and get the repair rectified, as early as possible. I think you will take action immediately.

                  as i have purchased bajaj ceiling fans 4 nos right from the start each fan is having problem till now 3-4 times technician has attended but their is no result in it all fans are making noise and air is not sufficient too need sum help otherwise will tell all customers not to by fans of bajaj company by net its a warning
                  Fully agree!!! I have had a terrible experience too. With the first 3 years of the installation, almost every Bajaj fan had some problem or the other - noise, slow speed, bearing problems, etc. I have spent enough on repairs on each of these 5 fans, I am at at stage at replacing all these fans as it would not make sense spending any more on reparis. I would NEVER ever buy a bajaj ceiling fan/product and would not advise others to buy such low quality stuff. I

                    Dear Sir,

                    I Had bought one Bajaj Dry Iron which is not working since 3 months now. Its is under the Guarantee period.

                    I have placed complaint regarding the same with Bajaj on their call centre on 7th April 2009 The complaint no is 269566.

                    I was told that the complaint would be attended within 72 hours. Till date no one has attended the complaint.

                    I have also written mail to them in this regard but there is no revert from them.

                    In this rainy season now when I need the iron very frequently I am forced to buy a new iron box.

                    I had bought Bajaj iron as I had a good impression of their Brand. But these people are truely non professional

                    Please help me resolve my complaint

                        I purchased a Bajaj water gyeser from my local market on 9 Dec'08, with a two year warranty. Just in about a monts tie it started creating problems. On a complaint thru the dealer the representative of the company checked the gyeser and said the element needs to be replaced. promising to come back the next day, another representative returned around a month later to do the needful. This time water started leaking from the tank. Another complaint thur the dealer showed no response. Finally thru the Bajaj Electricals website I got the number of Pant Services, an authorised Bajaj service centre. I called them on 27 May 2009 and was given a complaint number 3692. The representative came for three consecutive days for the repairs during which he not only damaged one of the parts but also changed the assembly without my knowledge or consent. As a result I am now not able to empty my leaking tank. I contacted Pant services again on 11 June 2009 and was given the complaint number 4368. The representative was supposed to come the next day but no one turned up for a week. I called them again and was informed that they do not have the original assembly and that would take about a months time to procure. This time, again thru the website I got the number of the senior officers, Mr. M.R.Jha whom I contacted over the phone. I narrated the entire story to him and he asked if I was interested in getting it repaired for which he was ready to send an engineer. To my utmost surprise he informed me that the company does not follow a replacement policy. I refused the repair offer informing him that in less than 6 months my gyeser had already been repaired 5 times and I now was only interested in a replacement. He promised to get back in a week's time. Getting no response in even 10 days time I called up again to be told that the gentleman has gone on leave. I was given the number of one of his juniors Mr. Priyank who again had only promises to offer. Later they even stopped attending my calls and finally on 6 July 2009 after repeatedly failed attempts to speak to them I sent them a sms to inform that I was going to the consumer court but still there has been no response from anyone. Please help.

                          i have purchased a sunny spice scooty from Bajaj sub dealer M/s Bhagwati agencies Kichha october last year its new scooty model of 2006. Dealer insured me that there is no problem in registrration of this and he took gruantee of registration, he submit the total document with fee as demanded by RTO office but after 8months i did not get my registration, mean while i contacted Bajaj auto Pune and they also send me ARAI certificate of scooty which i was submitted to RTO office but unneccessarly they harsh me please do something to resolve the matter.

                              I had started facing problem of Flame extinguishing every after 20 sec. I have reported complaint for service to RUMA REGRIGERATION AND ENGG. WORKS, SHOP NO.15, OPEL SQUARE BLDG., 646, NANA PETH, PUNE. via. complaint # 4835 dtd: 14.06.09

                              Till today, Neither I have not received any service from the service agent / dealer nor the dealer / agency is responding properly.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have purchase a Bajaj Gas Water Heater from M/s. Mahavir Electronics, Bibewadi, Pune - 37 on 15ht March, 2009. It was functioning well for three months, but after that I am facing problems with the gas heater. I have registered a complaint on 17July, 09 for the same with M/s.Mahavir Electronics. One person visited our house and removed all the pipes saying that there is problem with the water supply.

                              After repeated complaint the M/s.Mahavir Electronics, Pune finally I could not get any response, so I met the sales person in Mahavir Electronics, Pune but they gave me the telephone number of Bajaj Gas Heater customer complaint and said I should talk to them directly.

                              I called up Bajaj Gas Heater customer complaint on 13th October, 09 complaint number given was 416. Only today one person visited our house, without checking anything said the gas pipe needs to be changed and went away.

                              Now can somebody tell me how do I get the Bajaj Gas Heater again usable?

                                HELLO SIR,

                                I HAVE BOUGHT A IRON BOX OF COMPANY "BAJAJ MAJESTIC" IN "NEXT SHOW ROOM" WHICH IS IN PATTABIRAM. I BOUGHT IT IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY IN 2009. WITHIN 5 MONTHS ITS CONDITION IS VERY BAD, IT IS NOT GETTING HEATED. WHEN I WENT TO THE SHOP HE PROMISED ME TO REPAIR BUT THE PRODUCT IS STILL IN THE SHOP WITHOUT ATTEBDING THE REPAIR.

                                WE ARE NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONSE REG THIS ISSUE.KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SOLVE IT.

                                Even I bought Bajaj Majestic .. and there is a water leakage + there is no heating and it is a lousy service...They are the guys with suger on tongue and no customer care...

                                I am now running from pillar to post for getting it changed..3 days have passed after raising complaint..Nobody cares...D Mart and Bajaj got the money and passed on substandard product...

                                Never buy this product...!

EVEN I BOUGHT A BAJAJ MAJESTIC IRON AND WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD ITSELF I HAVE GET IT REPAIRED ATLEAST 4-5 TIMES AND STILL ITS NOT WORKING. ALTHOUGH IT IS STILL IN WARRANTY PERIOD. THE HEATING PLATE IS NOT WORING, ITS NEITHER PRODUCING STEAM AND WATER IS LEAKING THROUGH OUT. I MUST SAY THEY ARE JUST CHEATING THE CUSTOMER BY JUST SHOWING THE BRAND NAME OTHERWISE IT IS CHEAPER THAN A LOCAL BRAND IN QUALITY.

                                  DEAR SIRS,

                                  I HAD PURCHASED A WALL MOUNTING FAN OF BAJAJ ELECTRICALS UNDER A TOW YEAR GAURANTEE ...ITS ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND I AM ON A REGULAR BASIS FACING PROBLEMS WITH FAN...EVERY TIME I COMPLAINT, THE COMAPNY TAKES 8-10 DAYS TO RESPOND..THE SERVICE ENG COMES, REPAIRS THE FAULT, AND AFTER SOME DAYS THE FAN AGAIN STOPS WORKING..THE LATEST COMPLAINT I HAVE LOGGED ON 6 TH JUNE AND TILL DATE MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED...KINDLY LET ME KNOW HOW TO TACKLE THIS ISSUE...

                                  I had purchased wall mounting fan and its nearly 1 and half year now. I also facing same problem from last 6 to 7 month. when i call service, they cant come to home. We have to take to their and wait 2 to 3 days and again with in 2 to 3 month fan not working. can anyone help me?

                                    Hi

                                    I had given an order for the leaves of Bajaj pedestal fan almost a month ago at Bajaj Service Centre, Tambaram. Each time I called up the service guys or visited the office, they say it will come on a Monday. Last Saturday(6/13) I had to pass by Tambaram and I dropped into the service centre in the afternoon. There was a girl named Manju, seated in the office and 2 guys, 1 named Mani. They again gave me the same answer for which I had to be rude. I immediately called up the so called shop owner, John, who then asked the guys to check the godown. They told me they will be back in 5 minutes when they left the place. It was almost 15 mins and I was seated in the service centre with my 4 year old son. It was lunch time and my son was restless and he almost started crying. My mom was seated in the car downstairs and I was getting repeated calls from her. I then asked the girl, Manju, where the godown is, so that I will know the approximate time those guys would be back. She said she doesn't know where the godown is and I am not supposed to her ask her this. She was uncultured and when she started using filthy words with her finger towards me I had to stand up, be rude, and that resulted in heated arguments. I finally left the place when those guys came back after 20 minutes saying the product is not available and it will be available again on Monday(6/15), that is today. I am living in a far off place and I was not sure whether these guys are having morbic fun with me by making me travel so many times.
                                    Yesterday(6/14), at around 12 pm, I received a call from John, saying the girl had consumed something and she is in the Hospital and she had informed about me to the police. Since, John was not in the shop when I had visited, I told him what happened the other day and he immediately understood it. He said, customers are always valued and such girls whose work is to blackmail other family women should be punished.
                                    What guarantee or security do we customers have when we walk in your service centres? Is this the respect and value you give for your customers? Why the hell should I purchase Bajaj Fans, visit the service centre inorder to purchase and be treated in this way? Why do you recruit such filthy, uncultured girls? If no action is taken from your side against that girl, I will be forced to inform other customers regarding your service centres, so that they are aware such girls are seated at your offices and they don't have to suffer as I did.

                                        I have Purchased Bajaj Food processor from BIG BAZAAR in Hyderabad in Ameerpeth branch. we haven't used it for about 6 months as we had old MIxer which was working fine but when we tried using it about a couple of months ago it did not work and after 7 minutes of running we got burning smell and smoke was coming out of it. so we reported to Bajaj dealer in Ameerpeth and first they ran it for a minute and said that its working fine and did not take any action.so we tried to use it again adn after about 4-5 minutes of running it starteddoing the same thing again. so we took it again to the Ameerpeth Dealer and he tried to say the same thing that its working fine but we asked him to let it run for 5 minutes and smoke came out of it and then he said that there is a problem. it took about a week for them to repair it and then now when we try to use it its doing the same thing and when we reported the same to the Dealer he said that we are not suppose to keep it on for more than 2 minutes. now I dont understand when a simple Mixer grinder with much low capacity can work fine for about 30 minutes how can a fod processor cannot work continuoysly for more than 2 minutes and how long we are supposed to wait for grinding pulses or anything. and is it suppose to generate smoke and burning smell after 4-5 minutes.This is the worst service we have ever received from any company and we regret our decision to purchase this Product which is nothing but a big pain. instead we could have got two mixer grinders in the same price. I am not sure what should as we feel instead of getting it repaired its better to get a new mixer from a difrent company which can provide better service.
