This is regarding my bajaj wall fan which I purchased 2 yrs ago.In the first week of FEB2010 the fan stopped working and the body behind the wings melted.I lodged the complain at the call centre and the technician came and said the body has no warranty so u need to change it and is chargeable.I paid the money and he got it fixed but then the wings did not fit in that body so he changed that but despite all this the fan did not work so he said it is the motor problem and he did the needful.The fan was within the warranty period.The complain no was 346960.Not even 12 days had passed that the fan again stopped.Still it was in warranty period but to get through the call centre was next to impossible for so many days.I called up the service centre JAY SERVICES but they told that i had to complain thru the call centre only which gave me a real tough time before i could get somebody on the lineand get my complain registered on 22nd March complain no was 356021. But all this took so much time and the warranty period ended on 15th march.This complain was finally attended yesterday 24 days later after calling up MR J C SINGH innumerable times.Now the technician says that warranty cover is over so nothing can be done.I agree to that but if the motor was changed on 28th feb then it was a new piece as the body and the wings had also been changed so how could it become faulty in 10 days time or the other thing is that the motor was faulty and was not changed when the fan was in the warranty period.I hope that my complain is attended properly and a replacement given for the same as early as possible.It has been very difficult for me to get my complain attended after calling up so many times taking out time from my busy schedule.At the end if this is the response that I get it is really disgusting and is not expected from a company as reputed as BAJAJ.

I agree with you ma'm. i also purchased bajaj wall fan last yrs 2009, in last (June 2010) month fan is the working properly . I lodged the complain at the call centre [protected] (complaint no 374274) and the technician came continuosly 3days and he took our fan and told us the he will come tomorrow, from that day 12th June 2010, he did not return back, sincs that day i called to costmer care i got responses like it will come by today or tommorow.I called up the service centre Parmar Electonics dadar but they told that i had to complain thru the call centre only which gave me a real tough time..I hope that my complain is attended properly as early as possible. It has been very difficult for me to get my complain attended after calling up so many times taking out time from my busy schedule. At the end if this is the response that I get it is really disgusting and is not expected from a company as reputed as BAJAJ. Its like NAM BADE OR DARSHAN CHOTE.
I REALY FRASTED NOW. I SUGGEST YOU GUYS PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY... REALY VERY BAD THING.
I guess this is an ongoing problem with Bajaj Fans. No one seems to be attaining to complains.
Dear Concern, I had purchace the one Bajaj Spectrum Wall Fan last one year but after one month fan was not working many times complain on customer care and local vendor and supervisor but he is not provide the service due stock not available for last 9 months.9 month ago but fan was not working so kindly lookinto the matter and provide the new fan other wise refund my purchace amount.In case my problem was not resolve on urgent basis i am going to media and consumer form regard this matter.

      i purchased a Bajaj cooler 2011 from faridabad (vertex agencies)1D/44, N.I.T Faridabad in April 2010, It has many faults like it sounds and its crack on body in many ways . I submit a complain around 15 days later but they dont do any thing till now they said me We con`t do any thing but also i contact with service agency in faridabad they also do froud . After all i want to go to consumer court . I Will give my Advise to all my friends They avoid this(bajaj) Please

          I have purchased a 10ltr geyser (Sr No 00822 on 4.12.09) & 3ltrs geyser (Sr No 06651 on 6.12.09) from M/S Pande & Sons, Dharampeth, Nagpur. The 3ltr geyser has been tripping every 7~8 days & I am receiving service in time from the dealer but the problem is not getting fixed. The 3ltr geyser has been installed in the place of our old 1ltr geyser (now shifted to other bathroom) which was performing w/o any problems. As per the Dealer the problem is due to low water pressure whereas the water supply to the bathroom is through 1.5" to 0.5" reducer & hence, at full pressure.
          You are kindly requested to arrange to fix the problem at the earliest & oblige.

          Dear Sir,

          We purchased Jucer mixer grinder Jx5,
          Sr.no.of the product - 50196
          Batch no. 1010o.
          GC SI No./Code no 0328365.

          But within the 3 months of purchase we found burnt smelling, after running the machine for more than 10 -15 minutes, and it was observed on regular basis. We have lodged the complaint about the same with the Bhayander branch office, ( complaint no 9465 from Ms. Reshma Sapalaya ).
          unfortunately nobody attending our complaints after reminding 4-5 time to thier office.

          We hope you will look into this matter seriously.

            I purchased a Bajaj cooler Bajaj coolest Sb 2003 from Big Bazzar in LB NAgar...on 21st feb 2010 around 9 in the night...the capacity of this cooler is 25 liters ...After filling about 3 liters the cooler stated to leak...The very next day I contacted Just dail services to get the NO for LB nagar Big bazzar ,they asked me to conatct bajaj...I call up customer care [protected] and she gave me a differnt no for a service centre ...[protected] For Mr Srinias...from 22nd feb to 26th feb I have been calling them after every half an hour ,they have taken my address and my contact nos ,but havent been here yet.. Now they arent even taking my call...I was told that there is a 1 Year gaurentee on this equipment ..

              My complaint no.338090 dtd.[protected] regarding Majesty instant geyser.

              From Hirai Entp, elphinston road, mumbai Mr. Amar Jadhav visited on[protected] and replaced the faulty parts of geyser and we paid him cash instantly. After two days it started having same problems and with additional new problems like burning smell, early cut-off of heating /water not hot as it should be (like other majesty instant geyser in my home as we got four geyser) and leakage started from the pipes after opening & re-fitting the geyser.
              Now since last 15 days water is not getting heated / hot and we are calling every alternate days to Mr.Hirai Entp and Bajaj Manager Mr. Gunachnadra Singh by email ([protected]@bajajelectricals) but there is no response from either of them, and we are the victims of this kind of service.

              I would request you please delegate a well qualified personnel to do proper diagnose of the geyser thoroughly and take /suggest the necessary action to resolve the issue.
              We got four geyser installed in my house and we have a problem with only one geyser so far.

              I would request you to pls look in the matter and provide us a better quality service which Bajaj has always provided us and that trust shouldn't been shaken by any individual.

              this company is not a manufacturing company check the geysers of bajaj

              I have purchased bajaj gyser in november 2009.it worked accurately for a year after that it has stopped working i have complaint to the shopkeeper many times but they didn't repair gyser.I had purchased this gyser from garg electrical barkhera bhopal.

              I have bought a Bajaj Geyser on 11.10.2009. From the very date I have been facing problems. Firstly the LEDs are not working. After two months it has become unworkable. I then called their service centre and SMS Enterprise, Kolkata has serviced our complaints. Now 2 months ago the geyser again has become unworkable. I called SMS Entp for servicing but they have given me a toll-free number and advised me to book the complaints thru this number only. When I dialed this toll-free no. ([protected]), it's telling 'plz check d no. u have dialed'. Now M/s SMS also refused to take my complaints. In that case what will I do ? Shall I dump the Geyser into the service centre ? Is this my fault that I purchased the Bajaj Geyser ? This is not at all expected from the company like Bajaj.

              I will go to Consumer Forum and lodge a complaint against you if you don't take any action against my complaint.
              I bought a Bajaj Geyser 25 L. The geyser started showing problems right after just an year of purchase. There have been numerous issues since last 6 months. The latest complain no is 1010637. Sometimes the plug goes bad, sometimes the coil and sometimes the thermostat. All these things have already been replaced however within two days some other problem again crops up. I am tired, frustrated and irritated with Bajaj, their products and their service engineers. Especially would like to mention about the engineers, they are pathetic. They don't have any knowledge of the products' issues. They just do a makeshift job and leave. They come on their own sweet time and then they would not even fix up the issue permanently.

              I regret that I bought Bajaj and would strongly recommend to go for some other brands like Relief or Racold as I never had any issues with them. I have personally used Relief for 3 years without any issues.

              I am very much fad up by purchasing of BAJAJ Mastic 25 Lit. Gyser . I have Purchase it on 7th Jan 2011 with 5 years of Tank Replacement warrantee & Till Date 4-5 time My Gyser tank has been Repleced by the company, but gaian & again after 1-2 months this is getting Leak.

              Still Complany is not giving any permanent solution for that evrey time thay come & breplece the tank but there is no permanent solution this very very BAD QUALITY of the tank. I am requesting to the complany to give us Good QUALITY oif TANK OR Provide us Copper/other metal tank so that we can come out this leakage issue permanently.

                I PURCHESED A STEAM IRON ( MODEL NO- MX7 ) FROM MANGLA ELECTRICALS , ROHINI, DLEHI- 85 ON 30/08/09.

                FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I SOME HOW WAS ABLE TO CHANGE THE IRON FROM THE DEALER. THE CHANGED IRON AGAIN IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

                  I bought Immersion Water Heater (1 kW) from

                  The heater does not work.

                  (due to the Plug unit is melted - This is manufacturing defect)
                  I am asking the Bajaj & Siva Electricals to replace
                  the product or restore it free of cost.)

                  On Jan 31st 2010, I contacted the shop where I purchased. The shop owner I will get serviced from the Bajaj. And he noted by contact number. He did not called me.

                  After two weeks Feb 13th 2010, I visited the shop & asked what happened to my water. They told me to pay Rs.25, The heater is working properly.

                  I refused to pay single paisa since the product is in warranty period.

                  (Why I am saying is I waited for two weeks he does not give any response. If he asked Rs.25 on same day means I am ready to pay and use the product.)

                    I have noticed that the steel material used for vessel is of thin quality and has very

                    sharp edges and other plastic used for accessories is also very delicate .

                    I have to be very careful that it might break or cut my fingers.

                      Recently i bought bajaj food processor from big bazar, Ameerpet. when i checked at home it is not working
                      when brought back to big bazar and they said that it is defective piece and told me to consult bajaj dealer by giving contact number. when i called him, he assured me to replace the piece. but he send service person to my home he repaired and make it work. after 15 days again it not working service person came and make it work and he says that all bajaj food processors have same problem. now again it not working.

                      Actually They gave 2 yrs guarantee. but they are not replaced given defective piece. really it is bad service from their end.

                      i want Bajaj food pro service centerof lucknow,situated at Lekhraj faizabad road,should be cancelled as they are not able to make my food pro functional since last 18 months.I want my set should be replaced.

                        I had purchased COOK TOP Cx9 / Batch No. OCT 2009 / GC SL. No./Code No. 0278323 / Sr. No. of the Product 12981 On 14th Nov 2009 From Star Bazar {Andheri West} of Baja Electricals.
                        From Very next day I started using it but was surprised when I found that the Gas Burners started turning black. I Registered a complaint with the Customer Care on 03rd Dec 2009 [Complaint No. 323671, Raja]. The very next day one of the technician from the co. visited my place had a check & left. But again from the next day the same problem arised, the burners again started turning black. Again on 05th Jan 2010 I lodged a complaint with the Customer Care [Complaint No. 332923, Raja]. Once again the Technician came Checked & left. Again the next day onwards the Problem remained unsolved. Again I lodged a Complaint with the Customer Care with the Same Complaint No. 332923. This time I was told that New Burners will be replaced, But no one has turned up till date to replace the burners or to attend the complaint.

                          Since the time june 2009 we bought this ,it's giving problems. It started leaking immidiately after instalation . We wanted another pc but engineer who came assured us that we can get it replaced if problem persists as it's under warrany After few months we faced same problem . Thermostate and tank was demaged . This time we were not ready for anything apart from replacement . I personally spoke with everyone at reliance store and at the complaint dept also . But there was no one to hear us. They said we would change therrmostate and tank but would not replace it.For me it was conft is not abliguring which can never be as satisfectory as original. My present complaint no is 493262. It's pending for aweek . Engineer has visited twice but not able to set it right. Please look in to the matter and solve our problem.

                            Bajaj Gas Agency Black Market Adda.. !!

                            Hi,

                            I have Bajaj Gas Agency Connection and the service provided by this distributor is worst i have ever seen. When the gas is booked for refilling he delivers after 20 days. He has the excuse of shortage of gas cylinders & makes the profit out of it.

                            "BAJAJ GAS AGENCY IS FRAUD"

                            " BAJAJ GAS AGENCY - CHALISGAON: ILLEGAL GAS SELLING TO CAR GAS FILLERS"

                            Bajaj Gas Agency is selling the domestic gas cylinders to the illegal car gas filling shops. They provide around 40 percent of their cylinders to the commercial purposes & keep the domestic gas users on waiting for 20+ days. This black market has no control & they are selling as if they have the legal license to sell such illegal gas to the commercial purposes (tht to illegal).

                            The gas cylinders when booked are delivered after 20 days & they sell the cylinders in black market at 2times the original cost. There is no controlling body to monitor them.

                            "BAJAJ GAS AGENCY IS SELLING GAS IN BLACK MARKET".

                            If such thing continues then this will create a great problems in the later stage.. as the domestic gas will be short & will be sold in black market for the commercial use. I have no idea about how this online posting will help in solving the problem but this is an effort from my side..

                            Try Avoiding the Bajaj Gas Agency Service - Chalisgaon.

                              Sir,

                              I had purchased one Bajaj majesty room heater RX 9 from one dealer named Aggarwal Electricals, Jagat farm, Greater Noida. Though he gave me the warranty card duly stamped, but he did not give me the proper bill, instead he gave me an estimate bill.On request, he said that if he will give the bill he would charge 13.5% extra which i think is inclusive.Anyways can you help me how to have my proper bill.

                              Bajaj — not receive bill

                              dear

                              i have not recive bill & given payment at 11/12/08 i thing this my worst exper. with bajaj

                              Bajaj — Not working & water leakage from drum

                              Dear Sir

                              We purchased Bajaj Majestic water heater on 6/12/08. Now the water is leaking from the drum. I would appreciate if the problem could be rectified.

                                Dear sir

                                I had worked at M/s Bajaj electricals Ltd, Lucknow Branch from Oct' 96 to March 2004.
                                After i resigned from my duties & after several follow ups the EPF form was submitted through Bajaj electricals Ltd , Mumbai on your Mubai office at the address 341, Bandra ( East ) Mumbai 400051 on 10th Dec 2008.

                                Our reference no is 10-C/ Nov/2008 dated 24.11.2008

                                The EPS A/c No is MH /460/ 03208

                                But we have not yet recd any reply till date.

                                May i request you to please speed up the process and provide us the funds at the earliest possible.

                                  I had an immediate requirement of a geyser with the advent of winters.And I made a purchase of a geyser from dealer 'The CAPITAL'- (Unit of Anand &Co. Electronics Pvt. Ltd.), 248/A,Diamond Harbour Road,Kolkata-700060 dated 22/11/09. Now this geyser firstly was sold at a price quote higher than those in other shops. Secondly, the geyser turned out to be a faulty one with internal water leakage.We immediately reported the matter to the dealre who,very rudely,didnot bother to address our complaint and asked us to contact the company people-'Bajaj'.Now if the geyser is faulty at the first place and it hasnot yet been installed,the dealer should be replacing it with a new one.But the dealer as well as well as the Bajaj services asked us to get the machine repaired.I spent my hard earned money on an expensive item like a geyser and havenot even installed it or used it once, and my supposedly 'new' geyser needs a repair! I refuse to get my geyser repaired and instead asked for an immediate replacement. However the dealer as well as the Bajaj services have been showing hesitation on this regard. I feel disappointed and helpless at such post services in this age of marketing and services. I do not understand why the dealers do not understand the simple logic that when they have sold a faulty product to me, why do they not want to replace it with a new one. Instead the dealer behaves as rude as possible and shows no sign of co-operation. I am in a fix and really do not know how to get over with it. Would be grateful if some help is obtained.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I am Nadeem Mastan from Mumbai currently working with Shoppers Stop. I am unable to see the status of my claim for PF withdrawal which I had submitted to the registered PF Commissioner Office in July 2009. I have the Professional courier receipt which states that my form has been recd at PF office on 9th July 2009. I am still unable to view status. Phone calls to the Commissioner office are going unanswered.

                                    My Est Code is : DL / 32000 and my PF no is : 55312. It was sent to Regional PF Commissioner, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, 28, Community Center, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi - 110052.

                                    Please help regarding the same.

                                    BAJAJ ELECTRICALS LIMITED — warranty not execution

                                    product fx10 food processor purchased on 05.07.2008 with 5 years motor warranty. but motor is burned we lodged complaint with the copmpany Bajaj electricals limnited on 21.032010. the company service
                                    personnel 1. mt. jaha mobile [protected] and mr sanjay [protected] had taken away for repairing
                                    but not suceeded. and telling lies that sooly replace of the item.after completion of 3 months also
                                    no remedy found from the compnay.

                                    hence we request you to lodege the complaint against the company and provide us the compensatiion.

                                      I have purchased one Bajaj Majesty HB 10 Hand Blender, having 2 year Guarantee on 5/3/08 from Global Agencies, 4,5,6, Durga Market, Naharpur, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-85 vide Serial No. RI 2865 Book No. 058, with the specifications- 500 Watts, having :-
                                      1.Blender Attachment with chopping/whipping blade
                                      2. Main Housing
                                      3. Speed Switch
                                      4.Chopper lid
                                      5.Chopper Bowl
                                      6. Chopper Blade
                                      7. Measurement Jar Cover
                                      8. Measurement Jar
                                      9.Wall Mount
                                      10.Whisker

                                      This Hand Blender stopped functioning in June 09. The complaint in this regard was lodged with the Service Centre of BAJAJ located in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi . The Service Engineer from this Centre informed that the Chopper Lid (At S.No.4 above) is not working, which he promised to be replaced with. In a week. When the Service Centre was contacted after a week, it was informed that, as the design of the Hand Blender has been changed, I will be given new set of Bajaj Majesty HB 10 Hand Blender. They collected the old one with all the parts (from 1 to 10 above).


                                      It is further informed that there was problem in the Chopper lid only and I have to wait for period of more than two and a half months.


                                      After a period of more than two and a half months, I was informed that as Bajaj Majesty HB 10 Hand Blender is not coming from Mumbai, they have given me the Morphy Richards Hand Blender HBCS with the specification 300Watts, having :-
                                      1. Main Housing
                                      2.On/off switch
                                      3. Removable Blending Attachment
                                      4. Measuring Beaker
                                      5.Chopper Gear Box
                                      6. Chopper Blade
                                      7.Chopper Bowl
                                      8. Anti-slip Base

                                      From the above it is very clear even after waiting for a period of more than two and a half months, I was given the Hand Blender with less Watts, obviously the one :-
                                      With lower capacity/Watts
                                      With less attachments (Specially Whisker(at S.No.10 of HB-10)
                                      With poor performance as compared to Bajaj Blender, as it was of heavy duty



                                      It is, therefore, requested that I may be given the same model of Bajaj Majesty HB 10 Hand Blender, for which I have paid

                                      I also took same Bajaj Majesty HB 10 from Dawars International Gurgaon. and when this product has stopped working. They said it cannot be replaced or repaired as this model is now obsulate. I talked to Bajaj Service center person (a office which is in Rajiv Nagar Gurgaon), this person told me I will replaced this with new part. I contacted him he meet me in front of Mamta Hospital, Mata Road, Gurgaon.

                                      First of all, I would like to ask is a genuine person will meet on road side. He asked me to give him 250 Rs. then he will give me a new part. I asked him to show me the part which is to be replaced. He showed me an old used Bajaj Majesty HB 10 part, I said him why you giving me and old used part inplace of new one. He argued me and said that This model is now not available. You have to take this one only, otherwise no option.

                                        I had purchased a Bajaj Rice cooker about 2 -3 years back..The teflon coated utensil had appealed to me. However i had not used this till a few months back.After a couple of months i noticed that there was a small whole and water was dripping thru. I then approached the local dealer M/s Bharat Electricals a Panaji Goa who did not have the same in stock,
                                        Since ,I had seen my mother use aPanasonic Rice cooker use for many years without problems i continued using it not realising that the water dripping had rusted the thermostat .I again approached the dealer who has now informed me that the same is inrepairable and has to be thrown away.
                                        I tried talking to the Service manager MR Singh to get the same replaced but there seems to be no positive result. Ihave been a very old customer using Bajaj appliances Having most of your Products including mixer,waer heaters etc.Mr Singh has asked me to give the same for repairs again to the Dealer but it seems very doubtful.
                                        My main problem has beeen that I have misplaced the warranty card and honestly told Mr Singh about it.I know that this is a necessity but I request you to do something to help me as purchasing these items cannot be done very often .It will only make a customer satisfied if the same is replaced
