I had an immediate requirement of a geyser with the advent of winters.And I made a purchase of a geyser from dealer 'The CAPITAL'- (Unit of Anand &Co. Electronics Pvt. Ltd.), 248/A,Diamond Harbour Road,Kolkata-700060 dated 22/11/09. Now this geyser firstly was sold at a price quote higher than those in other shops. Secondly, the geyser turned out to be a faulty one with internal water leakage.We immediately reported the matter to the dealre who,very rudely,didnot bother to address our complaint and asked us to contact the company people-'Bajaj'.Now if the geyser is faulty at the first place and it hasnot yet been installed,the dealer should be replacing it with a new one.But the dealer as well as well as the Bajaj services asked us to get the machine repaired.I spent my hard earned money on an expensive item like a geyser and havenot even installed it or used it once, and my supposedly 'new' geyser needs a repair! I refuse to get my geyser repaired and instead asked for an immediate replacement. However the dealer as well as the Bajaj services have been showing hesitation on this regard. I feel disappointed and helpless at such post services in this age of marketing and services. I do not understand why the dealers do not understand the simple logic that when they have sold a faulty product to me, why do they not want to replace it with a new one. Instead the dealer behaves as rude as possible and shows no sign of co-operation. I am in a fix and really do not know how to get over with it. Would be grateful if some help is obtained.

cooler /bajaj coolest md 2000 — not working
i have bought my cooler<bajaj coolest md 2000> 3 days ago now its not working. They have told us that it has warranty of 1 year it has stopped working on 3rd day only plz tell what to do . i want my money back or replacementplz reply soon
