I had bought a kenstar cooler from bajaj electronics store @ vidya nagar nallakunta the product delivered was not in a proper finish condition i want a proper finished product as this is a branded product and not a local one i contacted your concerned sales person sravani many times she sent me another cooler to replace but that was more worst than the earlier one we invest our hard earned money in branded products to have a good longer life but i[censored]n finished products like local are delivered to us whats the use in purchasing a branded one kindly deliver us the properly finished product its already 17 days since i purchased and summer is moving we will be in rainy season very soon kindly respond and call me thanks regards my no is [protected]

I am trying to get in touch with someone from Bajaj Electronics to obtain a duplicate invoice as I can't find the original and the warranty card.     I have purchased one AC from chandanagar main road, BHEL, Hyderabad branch on 4th May'17, Bill no. 1219/17/S-4325.

    I was informed that one technician will come from LG to install the AC on 5th May. But the person who came for LG was not from LG, he had no uniform, no company id Card. After a doubt came to my mind I asked him whether he is actually from LG or not, he said yes... even I called the sales person Imtiyaz from bajaj he also said yes, then I allowed him to install the AC at cost of Rs.1400, whereas the actual charges is 499 only, and he didn't give me any receipt.

    After 2 hours of installation, water was leaking from AC inside the room. I called LG Customer care for the same, they informed that they don't have product details registered in their records as Bajaj electronics didn't update yet and there was no technician came from LG, that person was a local guy hired by bajaj electronics.

    I visited the store and told the entire story to the store manager Srinivas, he said that they will update in system immediately and technician from LG will come and reinstall the product for which cost will be bared by them, but till date no progress, still my AC is not installed by a LG technician. I am continuously Calling Srinivas and Imtiyaz but nobody responding.

    When I called LG Customer care, they are saying my product will not have any warranty as they don't have any details and they didn't install my product.

    I need your kind attention towards the issue. Tell me why should I suffer a lot even if I purchased from a big brand like Bajaj electronics. I want my product to be replaced and refund back my money as LG is ignoring to provide warranty. Looking forward to get your quick help and please take an action against the culprits sales person who are actually spoiling Bajaj electronics market standing just to make illegal money.
    has anyone responded on this issue, i am also facing the same issue with the bajaj, join me, we can go legally on Bajaj electronics, they are fooling the customers and higher management also not involving in this regard. there are many sufferers like us, should take some legal action on bajaj electronics

      I bought two daikin acs, 1 ton and 1.5 ton inverter models from bajaj electronics, as rao nagar on monday 1st may 2017. Payment was made by cheque of syndicate bank and amount of rs 78, 300/- debited from my account on 3 may 2017. Till now the acs have not been delivered. I have spoken to mr vijay and the manager mohammed firoz ali numerous times and they say the acs will be delivered today. This is a very poor response towards a customer and these people don't bother at all.in the shop also there is total chaos and there are more staff than customers. The staff is poorly trained and barely polite. I have made a mistake by choosing bajaj electronics.

        Such a pathetic place to go for shopping. They delivered TV and wall mount separately. When called they are so bother less about my queries. When asked they don't reply properly. Such a bad tone to their customer.

        This was my first shopping from this worthless Bajaj electronics.

        It would had been great if I had bought through online..

        Please take necessary actions.

          I have bought a cooler (Kenstar, glam 50r) in the month of march. Its been a week your technicians are giving proper response. I have a number for some asif who is not giving proper response and not doing his job properly.
          I want action to be taken against him as his fooling around with the customer by asking if your cooler is in warranty again and again. He already know that cooler is in warranty. Is he trying to make money uneccesarily?

            Reference invoice # 1227/17/s-3986 dated 28 arp. 2017 for purchase of a samsung aircondition.
            This is to inform you that the aircondition was purchased on[protected] from bajaj electronics show room at tolichowki and was delivered on[protected] around 2:00pm.

            On[protected], around 7:30pm i have received a call from service installation no. [protected] asking me if they can send the technician for installation. I told them that it is already late, please send the technician tomorrow morning. I am told that the technician with come to me between 10 to 10:30am nest morning (On[protected]. I have been waiting at home for the technician until 1:00pm. No one came. I called the service installation no. Twice but no one pick up the phone.

            On[protected], around 1:35pm i received call from [protected] asking my address to come for installation. I told him that you suppose to come to me between 10 to 10:30 in the morning. He said he don’t know, just now he received the assignment from service installation. I told him that i waited till 1:00pm, now i am busy and asked him to come next day morning 10am. He gave me appointment for next day 10am.

            On[protected] i was waiting for him until 1:00pm but he did not come. I called his mobile but not reachable. I called up service installations twice but no one pick up the phone. I called up service installation again at 3:45pm, after many rings someone pick up the phone. I gave him my name and asked him about technician who suppose to come at 10am but did not come. He don’t know. I ask him if there is any schedule and said “no”. I don’t know how the work is being managed.

            I went to the bajaj show room (Galaxy, tolichowki) immediately and looked for person incharge for airconditions. First incharge not around, second incharge not around. I met the third incharge. I ask him who is incharge for installations, he said not available in this showroom. I told him the above mentioned problem. He rude response was “yes nothing is done on time” “we are busy”. Is this acceptable response to the costumers?

            I went done to the reception at ground floor. I was very much upset from the delay and then rude response from the responsible person. I was asking for the owner or show room incharge, but not available.

            At the reception a gentleman listen to me and try to contact the technician who suppose to come to me but his mobile was not reachable. He contacted the service installation team and after a while he told me that he will make sure that the aircondition will be installed the same day.

            Around 4:30pm i received a called from the reception that the technician (Younus) is working near by my area and he will finish and come within 1 to 2 hours. I continued waiting for him but he did not come or phoned me. I called up reception a couple of times but no one picked up the phone.

            On 2-5-2017 around 10:30am i went to the show room to see the people at reception but the show room was closed. The watchman said it will open around 11:30am. While i was waiting, i received a call from [protected] (Who suppose to come to me yesterday) asking my address. He said he just received the job assignment to install my aircondition.

            Finally, he came and installation completed by 1:00pm on 2-5-2017.

            I request the bajaj electronics management to take action for the following and to make sure that such incidents are not repeated :
            1. No one pick up the phone (At reception or service installations). Which is very bad for business.
            2. The responsible staff does not behave politely and give unacceptable replies. They are not well trained to deal with the costumer.
            3. There is mismanagement in handling the installation services and no proper followup and no updating to the costumers if there is any delay.

                I am a loyal and existing customer of Bajaj Electronics. We have purchased Bosch Washing machine, P4 Play station etc., from your outlet at Paradise.

                This is to inform you that recently we have purchased the subject LED TV
                on 02.04.17 (Invoice No.1216/17/S-466) at Bajaj outlet near Paradise circle.
                The sales executive Mr Uma shankar, Mob [protected], told us that there is a free offer along with the LED ( HT HW- K360) and the same will be delivered within 10 to 15 days after purchase.

                Whenever we used to contact him, he will not respond over mobile. On 18.04.17 again we have contacted him for the same. The sales executive told us that the same is ready and you can take delivery of the same. Since I was out of station on official work, I could not take delivery of the HT. We requested him to send the HT to our home address so that we can pay delivery charges. The gentleman informed that they are very busy with sales of ACs and they cannot deliver the same. He asked us to come personally for taking delivery.

                Today (23.04.17) when we got ready to go the your show room, before leaving at 16:25 hrs, when we contacted him, he informed that the same has been given to some other customer and we have to wait for some more time.

                If this is the way a company like Bajaj Electronics is serving a loyal customer, I am sorry to inform you that we will not purchase anything from Bajaj in future, if the above mentioned HT is not delivered immediately to my home.

                Please look into the matter and do the needful.

When they loged installation request they mentioned wrong pin code. There after no proper response or communication. Fedup with these people, and requested private technician and get the job done.                             I have purchased a bajaj 3burner gas stove at spencer hyper market, velachery chennai, on 8th of april. We found that one of the burner is not working. We have placed a complaint on 9th april.
                            But we didnt get any support from service center till tuesday. Again we called the customer care and they provided a support person mobile number. Then they attended our compliant on wednesday 12th april and told that one of the part is missing and its a manufacturing defect. He told that he needs to place an order using our warranty card and then he will replace it on 17th april.

                            We called him on 17th april, at that time he said he will not attending the calls from our area.
                            This defect product has been sold out by bajaj; the product has not been tested properly by the quality team.

                            We are very much disappointed by the services, in the beginning itself.
                            We have proper warranty and bill, and we couldnt make use of this defective product.

                              I bought 4 goods in punjagutta bajaj electronics Sony tv Samsung refrigerator LG washing machine and symphony cooler. When I checked the Sony TV I was shocked because in the pack it contains only monitor and stand. There is no remote control and no cables. ...it's really ridiculous. I never face such problems with any other showrooms. It's very worst experience with these guys. ..nobody will give proper response. ..it's shame on you. ..very very very bad customer service. ...

                                I have purchased kenstar cooler and initially they delivered damaged product with me insisted them for replacement they did a replacement but after few days it stopped working. I called the dealer two times and explained the problem to them, they said they will get back but i didn't receive any call from them.

                                    My name is Ranvir S Bawa recently I have purchased Samsung Ac on[protected]. Invoice no-1227/17/S-324 But till now the product was not delivered I called to Mr Nazeer sales executive he always say will get back to you in 10 min and he never calls back and after that if I try to call back his phone is switched off or call diverted which nerve get connected, I tried ceiling store and it take more than one hour to get connected and from there also I get same response will get back to you, I have patient at home and same was informed at the time of purchase and they promised we cannot do early but by Wednesday 5 April it will be delivered and installed without fail and today is 7 April still no update by when it will be delivered, . I agree you might have peak season but don't give wrong or false commitment, just because of you people my entire family is suffering, look like did big mistake by trusting Bajaj Electronics Hyderabad

                                        I am facing the same problem. Samsung service is really pathetic. Every day I am calling the service centre and they keep assuring that before 8 pm it will be resolved. But its been 4 days now and I am contemplating getting it installed from outside . What's the point of installation after the summer is over?

                                        I have purchased the SAMSUNG TV KU6470 from Bajaj Electronics Kothapet branch on 29/03/2017 in the name of A Nagavalli. They have extended two months free DTH connection from AIRTEL. Airtel allotted customer ID on 31/03/2017. Sofar that DTH connection is not given. Please look into the issue and solve the problem.
