I purchased kenstar ice cool from bajaj electronics asrao nagar on 31-3-18.
They hav given me a defective piece knowingly.

They said will replace... But till now there is no response..
I hav been calling.. But no response..

Really sorry to say about u r service..
If this is the service u r providing., how can we trust u r products in future??

Kindly take some action and replce defective piece with new piece as early as possible

    Purchased samsung split ac on ugadi at bajaj electronics kondapur branch and as on today this is third time ac came for repair
    First time installation not done properly n the pipe got broken while fixing and after two days they came n refix with new pipe n worked for 15days and again today ac s not working no cooling n no display on ac monitor and am totally fedup with this product. I would like to return back this product and will go for with other brand of ac. Please help me out
    I purchased an LG A/c from Bajaj showroom in A.S.Rao nagar, Secunderabad on 26 March 2018 vide bill no 23758. The product has been delivered to the address requested on 17, Wahab Nagar, Sikh Village, Secunderabad - 9.
    The installation has not been done yet and it is almost a week now since the purchase. Please ensure early installation.

        I have availed a loan 4120CD55067628 to buy a LED tv during november 2017..i have also applied for emi card and paid 400 rupees during that time..they said i ll receive emi card after 3 successfull emi..now i have paid 4 successfull emi and about to pay my 5th emi coming 2 apr 2018 without any cheque bounce or late payment..still now i have not received my emi card..but in customer portal my card is active ..please despatch it asap or tell me where can i get my refund for emi card

          I have purchased a new symphony cooler from bajaj electronics, kukatpally. I unboxed the cooler box and tested funtionality, noticed cooler pampu is not working. Then i immediately called to bajaj electronics kukatpally informed about the issue and i requested them to replace the new piece because i noticed the issue while installation.

          They are not ready to replace the product and they are telling they will not responsible once sold.

          I requested you to plz take a immediate action on bajaj electronics kukatpally.

                  I have approched to replace from whirpool a person engineer came & checked and gave the status to concern person whirlpool store manager in bajaj electronics but still no action has been taken. It's already 10days over

                    Hi sir/madam,
                    I bought voltas cooler 50l vn-d50eh on[protected] at chandangar, bhel, hyderabad with invoice no:1219/17g/s-19247.

                    Compliant: the sales boy and manager promised to deliver today itself but could not deliver.

                    It is hardly 2 km from the store exactly and when i asked them to deliver my product to home their reply would be worst and misbehavior.

                    Before purchasing product their behavior was good one money paid you will be neglect customer.

                    I will wait til tomorrow, then will file case against bajaj electronics.
                    I can write a million times about this company and their pathetic service. Which is full of disproportionate people hired for jobs, very very very unsatisfactory

                      Ordered a lg refrigirator from bajaj electronics, kphb branch on 5th mar monday 2018 on birthday
                      Delivery was promised about with in two days (Expected on[protected],

                      Haven't received the product yet and today is 9th.
                      Even after constant follow-ups the customer service representatives at the branch are not cooperative at all and not answering my call (Executive name - rahaman - he is skipping my calls)
                      This is the worst customer service i've ever received.

                        This very outrageous and cheap customer service where u treat customers like ### to be honest, and just for your info I would take it to any extent I have to because I have been betrayed, mis informed, I'll treated, ditched and ever possible in customer service provided. I am right now very very very distressed and I am not at all sorry to say this so called bajaj electronics at ECIL is full of ###, one thing u might have huge number of customers but 1 unhappy customer can damage it all.

                            Haven't received the washing machine yet and today is 4th.

                                I puchased sony 4k android 49x7500 efrom bajaj eletcronics with invoice no-1215/17g/s-20525 on 18.02.18
                                they delivered on 22.02.18 @9.30 pm after several follow ups since that day morning.

                                And for installations also we asked for service request then they initiated the process on 24.02.18.

                                Finally the guy came on 26.02.18 and installed the tv.
                                After switch on tv, black lines are coming bottom of the screen.Then that guy informed us that this is deceptive piece.

                                Why should we buy such a high end models with no proper checking facilities.
                                Immediately we called bajaj electronics but no response.Then we went to showroom directly and given a compliant.They said that the concerned person not available and get back to you in two days.

                                I came to understand that they focused only on sales part and not on service part.

                                So i am claiming charges for that along with new piece.

                                  Recently i bought three items from bajaj electronics kondapur. I asked to deliver it to my native place, they said 2000rs. Will be deliver charge. They asked me to pay 500 here and 1500 at the delivery time. Today i recieved my products but delivery charge is 3300 and transport people saying that bajaj electronics didn't paid anything, you need to pay full deliver charge. This is disgusting from bajaj electronics. If you are not paying then directly you need to say full amount and don't need to give such a false promises. Too worse to face this from bajaj.

                                    I bought a refrigerator from bajaj electronics from kondapur branch. I paid inr 52, 600 for lg refrigerator model t542 gnsx. Value of the invoice provided to me is inr 64, 900. When i requested kondapur branch to provide the invoice for the actual amount paid, they said this how they issue invoices and i need to reach panjagutta office for any clarifications. I tried reaching on numbers provided. There was no response. Because of difference in invoice and amount paid i am not able to claim the amount from my office. Please provide correct invoice.

                                      I purchased an electronic item with 2 year extended warranty, within warranty period my item stopped working, so i log a complaint about the item, bajaj technician visit my home and replace the faulty electronic item, within just 2 hours my electronic item stop function and i log a complaint again about the fraud, and mail bajaj group manager and customer support care guys, but they not believing their employee can do this type of cheating with their customer (Bajaj customer or bajaj service holder).

                                      So, i decided to do an audit of my electronic item with a reputed company, so i log paid service complaint to sony service centers, they provided me a chargeable service at 240 inr and visit to my home and check my electronic item and told me the bajaj service center guys put a faulty and badly repaired items, i shocked, its mean they (Bajaj service center guys) replace electronic item with second hand, chor bazar type maal, my doubt became true. Same i told their managers, customer center guys your (Bajaj company) employee doing such fraud, please take a strick action against them.
                                      But from that day to today (Almost 3 months), they did not take any action to their employee and my electronic item still not working condition. They (Bajaj) egregiously supports their employee suspicious activities.
                                      They passing my issue one team to other team without any resolution. Baja company having their internal complaint mechanism from level 1 to level 5. My complaint no "oc[protected]", go through all the level but they are confusing to provide me a solution, because if they did any action on their employee they feared they expose other employees or managers also for their involvements in such activities.
                                      I regularly mailed them and called bajaj representatives in delhi and gurgaon locations, after i agree with bajaj representatives and give a chance to bajaj and do a visit my home and replace my faulty electronic item with the proof of guanine bill. I shocked again bajaj company employee demanding money again “500 inr for visiting charge”, this is ridiculous, they clearly show all the bajaj employee and manager they dealing with me all are corrupt and mentally harassing the customers who object and raised their suspicious activities.
                                      Now current scenario, i mailed their seniors regarding my issue “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in”, “[protected]@bajajfinserv.in” and customer support team they doing formalities with below reply:

                                      Thank you for writing to us at bajaj finserv. *, we have taken up the issue with concern team for rectification. Team will get in touch with you within 24-48 working hours.

                                      I have a question with baja group “is there any limit for cheating?”
                                      Please beware (If you planning to buy a service or item from bajaj) to taking any insurance, loans, auto, electronic items or other service from bajaj, i suggest you should go with mnc, there is no “make in india” or “made in india”, such companies like bajaj aim only “make in money” and “made in money” and showoff with royal life, parties and royal marriages.

                                      I have a question with Bajaj Group “Is there any limit for cheating?” Now i
                                      decided to exposed this fraud Company (bajaj Group) in social media and run awareness program such fraudster Indian Companies that aim only for Grabbing the Indian Peoples money at any cost and showoff with Royal Life, Parties and royal Marriages.

                                      Exposing These Cheater Indian Company on Social Media after sometime will take a legal action against them.

                                      Please Beware to Take any Insurance, Loans, Auto, Electronic items or other service from Bajaj Company.

                                        In continuation to the trailing mail, lpr solutions have replaced the motor in april’17. However, the same has not been working since 1st week of june’17. Therefore, i request you to replace new cooler as the same is under warranty and do the needful.

                                        Dear usha electronics,

                                        We draw your kind attention to the above subject and in this regard would like to inform you that in response to our above complaint dated[protected] your authorized technicians from lpr solutions have visited our place but even after several visits by them, they could not arrest the problem in toto and the same is still persisting even today. They just replaced the motor to pass electricity to function like a normal fan but they still have to replace pcb, water pump and wind wiper etc., to make it function like a full-fledged cooler.

                                        You are aware that the summer season for this year has already been started and the heat is almost touching 46 degrees in hyderabad.

                                        Since, your technicians could not make the air cooler function in its full condition even after elapse of 20 days, we are constrained to opt our rights under warranty and request you to arrange a new piece of air cooler in place of the damaged one which is under warranty without any further delay.

                                        Please find attached copy of original invoice bought from bajaj electronics, miyapur, hyderabad along with copy of complaint/acknowledgement by lpr solutions for your ready reference.

                                        Please revert for any further clarifications.

                                        Your prompt reply on the above is highly appreciated.
