I ahve purchased SONY LED 55W800D for Rs. 129900 on 18/10/2016, from BAJAJ ELCTRONICS SHOWROOM, FORUM SUJANA MALL, HYDERABAD.

The item was delivered at my Banjara Hills residene. While installing the peice was found deffective and the same was taken note by their installation agent.
The persons concerend at Bajaj electronics and sony authorised dealer promised the set will be replaced in couple of days. despite epeated reminders, they could not resolve the complinat. i found them very irresponsible and i advise the protential customers to ensure the quality of the items before making the payment.

    I have purchased the refrigerator on 29 October but not yet received till now,
    When the time of purchasing they promise me to delivery on 31- October when I am rising this issue today they are again telling like some more ten days will be taken to delivery the product when asking regarding this they are suggest me to cancel the order and said like we won't delivery product early if you want to wait you can wait or else cancel the order.

    I don't want to cancel my order I want my product as earlier as possible, I am attaching my bill and details.

      We purchased lg refrigerator on 29 oct 2016 in kondapur shop and it was promised that it will be delivered next day. Today even after 4 days, it is not delivered. Sales manager was very rude to us while enquiring about it. We will cancel the order as no time to keep fighting with them.

      They simply give some deadlines when called.
      Very poor customer service from bajaj electronics.
      The appliance is not functiong properly, on /off switch button not working. It takes long time to get the machine run.
      Purchased online before. 9. Months . Pl help for service.

      It is hoping that necessary help is provided in the case.

          I have purchased LG washing machine on 29 th Oct 2016, so that time your promoter told we will give free delivery, today while giving the delivery time they w charged Rs 250/- so Iam requested and explained pls ask to your show room promoter why you say free delivery to customer, but he abused my words and he taken back the item. So but I have paid amount and I have taken the item.
          Ihave regular customer from 6 years but they treated as a fool, this is very bad handling to customer.
          I will never purchase any product in future in your store.

          In Bajaj electronics, Boduppal branch, I have purchased SAMSUNG Refrigerator and Washing machine on 30/10/2016.They told both items will be delivered within 48 hours. But till now, they are not delivered. On calling to contact numbers, no one is picking the calls.

            Sales person has charged me 250/- even though my house is just less than half kilo meter from bajaj electronics store nagole, Hyderabad. When asked for recipt ., He asked me to collect from store arrogantly. Is this the way you treat your customers.Please call me [protected].A lso, same day installation is myth. Its being more than 24 hours and installation never happened. Please stop fooling customers like this.

              I Nageswara Raohave purchased an LG 55 Inches LED on 9th Oct-16 at Kothapet branch vide invoice no KTP/16/13573 Which was purchased with LG HT LAS355B but it was neither delivered nor informed, when i have called the kothapet branch one Mr.Arun - [protected] said it will be delivered in a weeks time as out of stock, why should they sell when there is out of stock? After weeks time also they have not delivered the same and even not pickingup the calls since last 5 days, is this the way you serve to your customers? Today i have complained to Mr.Naveen service manager at Punjagutta about the issue, lets see how he will take up the issue
              Complaint No's[protected] Dt-1.10.16 &[protected]dt14.10.16. Complaint is regarding"Grinding" but they changed"Unit Base" finally my problem is not solved, again I made complaint to customercare. manager Vijay and other manager Pallavi is not responding properly and asking to bring Wetgrinder to their place, then only they solve the problem.

                I have purchased 1 LED TV and 1 fridge from KPHB branch and was shocked to see the behavior of Store manager MR Keshava reddy it is totally unprofessional he me to get out if the price is not suitable, he is not ready to listen the comparison price with other branch.He thinks that customer are slaves and he is king, but blady hell he is only a ordinary employee who is public servant for BAJAJ, i would have slapped that idiot that time only but its not professional, but i have trust on BAJAJ brand hence bought all my goods from panjagutta branch, i want a apology from that person, he should learn to respect the customer first an then should be handed over the responsible job, by his behavior it seems that he is an executive level person who is promoted as branch head, I want an proper explanation and apology form him till then i will not bare him.

                  Dear sir

                  On 5/10/16, purchased a Samsung washing machine top load activ wash.
                  I paid full cash amount. I was given a defective piece on 6/10/16. The control panel was not working .

                  I informed dealer and Samsung also. On making several calls and visits to store, we were given the new piece after one week.

                  I asked Mr kiran for the gift offer which they advertised in news papers. I was told that it will be given after one week.

                  I went to meet manager Stanley 2 days ago. He and vijay told me that no gift becoz got rs 200 scratch card.

                  Actually scratch and win offer is from Samsung company and not from bajaj.
                  So why they are refusing to give the free gift as promised to customer?

                  This is very unprofessional. I want to write about this matter to the CEO and COO of bajaj electronics main branch.
                  But before do that, wanted to inform the hyd branch.

                  Please look into this matter and kindky ensure that the customer is not cheated.

                    Hi, this is Nagendra prasad. I Purchased Bosch washing machine on Oct 9th 2016 from Bajaj electronics, chanda Nagar, Hyderabad. But delivery of product was on Oct 10th even my house near to store (2 min drive from store). Even after repeated requests, they have not done the installation of washing machine yet. Please take necessary action against this store . Also there are many customers who is facing same issue from this store.

                      I had purchased sony bravia tv on 9 oct i got delivery on 11 oct on 2.00 pm but at the time of billing the sales person confirmed that installation will be done within 2 hrs of delivery but it's not done as my house is 5 min's from showroom
                      I tried to call customer care number but the response i got from that person is very riticulas and iriitating

                      So i hv decided to return tv

                      Kindly acknowledge the receipt of same

                        I paid more than a lakh to buy an expensive tv. When purchasing they said that the product would be delivered in 24 hrs and installed in 48 hours. The product was delivered after 3 days after umpteen number of calls and false promises. Its been 6 days and no installation has happened. I have been calling relentlessly and they promise installation in a few hours. However neither they keep their promise nor have the courtesy to provide clear communication. They also hang up the phone everytime. Today also they committed that someone would show up and no one has. I am stuck with an expensive product and not able to install

                        When I ask how to escalate, they have no means to do it as well. They just hang the phone on me. This is the new store in Gachibowli.
                        My product was delivered 4 days back and till now installation did not happen, and when I tried calling Bajaj electronics on their contact number it was just engage but call didn't connects am very disappointed with Bajaj electronics panjagutta.please make sure to send installation guy along with my free package of Sony power bank ASAP.

                          I have purchased Sony Bravia LED 43W950D TV on 09-Sep- in BAJAJ ELECTRONICS KOTHAGUDA (V), KONDAPUR 'X' ROADS, SERILINGAMPALLY (M), RR DIST PH: [protected]. TIN: [protected] (KDP/16/8502)

                          Issue: - Bajaj electronics delivered a defective piece and the TV Camera that I have got with the TV is not working. During the first installation engineer who installed the TV also observed that there is some issue with the camera but he overlooked it. Soon after usage of TV for couple of days I realized that I have got a defective piece from Bajaj Electronics.

                          I have checked with branch manager Srikanth from Bajaj Electronics (above mentioned showroom) and he is rejecting my TV replacement request, saying that it will be repaired. I have raised a concern that I have got a defective / used product and they are now telling that it will be repaired. This is a false delivery of bad product saying that it is brand new and good product.

                          Repair clause is applicable if there is any defect raised after the usage of TV for some days but the issue is identified during the 1st day of installation, which says that have got defective/used product from Bajaj Electronics.

                          Also manager Srikanth has supported us well till we purchase the TV and after we purchased the TV he is not supporting us and he is making un worthful quotes that purchase of good TV depends on the faith and luck. He is not helping in taking up this request.

                          Please help me in getting TV replaced and help in taking action on Srikanth to avoid further issues to other customers.

                          Issue:- Along with the TV I have purchased an extended warranty with certificate number OG[protected]-00490531 from the dealer/agent located in Bajaj electronics above address, his name is SHAHEN/SHA bearing phone number [protected] from Bajaj Alliance. He gave wrong information on the insurance policy, he clearly mentioned that he is offering 2 years policy (3rd and 4th year) and for the 2nd year also Bajaj is providing warranty for all the parts of the TV along with panel while Sony (Product vendor) is providing warranty in 2nd year for only the panel. He missled us with the wrong information mentioning that Bajaj alliance is providing full warranty for the 2nd year also and made me to purchase the policy. After I checked with the agent regarding this discrimination of the information, he is telling me to contact Bajaj Alliance office and he did not said any wrong information. This is a kind of wrong selling of the policies by Bajaj Electronics.

                          This is a complete miss lead by the agent of Bajaj Alliance tied up with Bajaj Electronics. Please help in resolution of the issue.

                            I bought a new LG refrigerator 600 Litres from Bajaj Electronics at Forum mall on 24th Sept which was delivered the next day with a dent on it.                               I had purchased juicer mixer. Model is jex 15 .I had launched a complaint twice at customer care. In first first complaints after launching complaint I person had came. And he told me that you motor has to replace. And he went without replacing and told me that with in some days.. i had waited for 7 days but no one came..but next day I got message that your complaint has been resolved.
                              Now I again called customer service he told me that again I am launching complaint. .. After 4 days that person came and try to open and he opened that juicer but unable to replace that motor in juicer... He told me that I have big equipment at my centre..With that I can replace motor easily. so he told me that I will take this juicer and give u tomorrow after replacing. So I trust him that he is a bajaj company person..so I let him go with juicer.. but today he demanding for money and also told me that your juicer has been broken...

                                I Mohammed Shakir ([protected]) Civil Engineer and my brother Mohammed Ishtiaq MBA (Mahindra Motor)is a regular customer of Bajaj Electronics since more than 2 years, and today 11th september 2016, we visited Bajaj Electronics for purchase of AC only and believe it or not we had never seen such dedicated and talented sales person since Two years, He is Mr.Mohd Aziz working in Bajaj Electronics Malakpet Branch. As i informed We went to purchase only AC but the sales Demo for TV given by Mr. Mohd Aziz was very worthfull and excellent technical knowledge and finally we decided to purchase the UHDtv and we have already purchased.

                                Thanks to LG and Bajaj Electronics for having a best and sound techinical sales person Mr. Mohd Aziz (Malakpet) Branch Bajaj Electronics.
                                We have bought AO Smith geyser on 2 oct 2016. But it is not yet delivered. Phone are not working. Everytime busy. Such a bad customer service.

                                  I purchased sony 49 led tv model 49w752d on 28.08.2016 from asrao nagar branch. Order no. Asr/16/11092. Dt. 28.08.2016.in daily newspaper advertisement states that every purchase has a gift. Where as inspite of asking they have refused to give. Further, the delivery boy demanded delivery charges of rs. 250/-. When i refused, he not hesitated to take back the item supplied. My efforts to contact the sales person mr mahendarakumar [protected] could not materialize since he has not lifted the phone. Generally i used to purchase items from reliance digital, as a chance first time t have purchased with bajaj electronics. The experience is bitter. I am afried how maney more problems / exploitation i have to face by the time the item is installed and for after sale service.in fact i am happy with reliance digital, i think i have unnecessarily changed and took risk.                                     I am not satisfied with the purchase of iphone 5s from bajaj electronics, kphb, forum mall. Its been 5 days only after purchasing the phone, it has issue with the touch. While selling they promised lots of things, post that if any issue they are even wont bother of it, i m running to service center, they told post 48 hrs they r nt respsble, screenguard also i need to put again. They will not give it agsin if it s replace, really very bad!

                                      I have purchased a Philips 43 inches led for 47950k from Bajaj electronics Abids branch on 15 August 2016 the sales guy said me it will be delivered same day, which was prompt and said it will be installed next day now the trouble started neither the salesperson is responding to my phone nor the Philips customer care Hyderbad is taking any responsibility for installation!!! It's very sad as well as funny that the numbers provided by them are switch off or not answering!!! Philips being such a big and old brand than new rivals are so irresponsible!!! Rahul
