I requested them deliver item today because it is good day to use. They told that it will be deliver by evening. I called evening but they have information on delivery status. They are not working properly. Item not delivered today. I request you to deliver the item by 10 am tomorrow because good timing at that time. And send demo person at that time.     I bought sony led 32w622e tv 28, 300 invoice no.1216/17g/s-21544 dt 26/12/17 from bajaj electronics, paradise juncton, sercunderabad. From day one it is seen all features not working. The person who came to install was aware of the following functions, he requested us to contact the seller. Despite complaining over phone and in person none attended to the complaint of net flix, browser and mirroring application.

    I, (Sh. Alok Kr Shrivastav) purchase a Bajaj DX 7 1000-Watt Dry Iron on 07-May-2016. The product is on warranty for the period of two years.

    the press is not working properly, i.e.. The heating is not heating and indicator is not on

      This is dr. Karthik, s/o m. Kumaraswamy. We have purchased lg 7kg fully automatic washing machine in oct. 2017 in my mom's name sathya from paradise bajaj electronics, secunderabad, telangana. My parents did not use it till today as they said they will use it when i come from canada. I come tried home two days ago. I tried to use it today but there was no water inflow. All the tubes were fixed properly. We had difficulty in finding the solution. My dad unknowingly called some lg technician named bhasker, phone no: [protected] from paradise bajaj electronics. He was the same guy who came for the first demo. His behaviour on the phone was very rude, no telephone manners, irresponsible, commanding and not showing courtesy. He didn't even listened to our query and was very arrogant. Only thing me and my dad asked him was to come home and help us resolve our query but he did not even showed respect to my dad and said he would come if he is free. What the hell. We purchased this machine worth 30, 000+ for excellent lg customer service and satisfaction.. Not to bear some bloody stupid technician behaviour. We are immensely disappointed with his behaviour. We could have bought bosch or samsung. A big company like bajaj electronics and lg should keep technicians who can atleast show some respect, courtesy towards my 60 yr old father and myself. I am very disappointed with his behaviour and i would like to escalate this issue to the extreme level as possible and i demand an apology from bajaj electronics. I am even not recommending bajaj electronics to anyone. Dear bajaj electronics.. Kindly keep technicians who show respect towards elders on the phone or else please stop your services for ever.
      My induction is not getting on and I don't know why.

      I have already call to customer care and registered the complain. It has been 17 days, but I have not receive any response from their electrician. I have call many times but still no response.

      Its realy very frustrating.

      Also, it in warranty period.

          I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on 30th december 2017 and it was forcefully delivered on 1st jan 2018. It is having dents and plastic body was broken and it was identified by technician who came for installation. When i called contact person from bajaj showroom he is convincing technician to get it repaired by samsung for the defect item that bajaj delivered to me. On the same day, i went to respective branch and they said it will be exchanged and delivered with in 2days. But till now there is no response from them though if i went to showroom thrice. Today i. E. 7th january, they gave me auto driver contact number for my product delivery and when i called him at 8:30pm for delivery (Note that - driver didn't call me for delivery), he was drunk by that time and started talking all #. This is really irresponsible from bajaj electronics hubsiguda branch people and there is no proper response to the customers.

            I have booked a washing machine on[protected] at bajaj electronics paradise showroom. After payment it was promised that within 3-5 days it will be delivered at the given address. Now, its the 6th day and i do not have any clue about delivery. When i call them numbers are switched off. Is this the kind of service you provide.

            Thursday mr rajshekar, one of the salesman is telling that there is no stock that is why it is getting delayed. Bloody if you do not have sufficient sfock why the hell you accepted the booking and took the payment. If the management of bajaj electronics has little shame left... Check the invoice in the name of chandan satapathy dated 31-12-17 and call immediately

                I have purchased this product in bajaj elctronics-nallakunta branch on my bajaj finance emi card on 1st jan 2018 wherein the manager karthik and executive suresh said that the product would be delivered by tuesday 2nd jan. However the product has not been delivered for 4 days now without any proper and honest response and now they say they do not have the stock. I do not understand without checking the stock how can one promise the customer for delivery of the product and swipe the complete amount. I am frustrated with the service and do not need the product or any services from bajaj and need my refund asap.

                  I had bought microwave fro flipkart in august 2017
                  I have made several complaints to baja about my microwave oven not working.

                  The complaint no : mum[protected]-1, but no one bother to respond.
                  Again made the complaint after few days the complaint no mum[protected]-, after certain reminder to their branch office they sent a person who saw the microwave and adviced to replace the microwave as there was a whole inside.

                  Th person told me he will get back to me for the replacment as the product is still under warranty but no one os bother to look after.

                  Are we fool to buy bajaj product to just wait and see what the technician response even not even after a week.

                    Dear sir, i purchased an iron box in bahan electronics tolichowki branch which is under warranty period, today i went your showroom as it is not functioning, there ur employee behaved very irresponsible & told me to go with the dealer for repair or replacement, if i know this thing before i might not approach for purchasing any item to your showroom, very poor service & reckless behaviour with customers, take some strong action regarding service otherwise 2 nd time customers will not come to ur showrooms & not refer other customers.

                          Purchased asamsung fridge 202 litres storage capacity-single door, model rr22 m287yu2 invoice no-1219/17g/s-12725 dated 13.12.2017, from local show room at chandannagar, but the item delivered on 14.12.2017 around 16.00 hours.
                          After opening packing, the fridge door opened to just see internals, then tried to close the door but it is closing only partially approximately to 20% position. Beyond that the door is not getting closed. Imeediately complained to concerned sales show room and the servicing person as per your show room advise.
                          I am totally disappointed with the quality of product sold by famous bajaj electronics and the seriousness of response from your local sales show room.
                          A new item should bring happiness to home but not distress and disappointment.
                          Please treat matter most serious and urgent.

                            Recently we have purchased the lg tv at vanasthalipuram bajaj electronics on 16th october 2017 almost 10 days back tv was not coming complaint given at branch level there is no response technician came and tell that panel was damaged so replace the panel we approched to head office on 15th november immediately

                              I purchased two electronic items from bajaj electronics - habshiguda branch on 21st october, 2017 paying cash.

                              1. Samsung eco bubble washing machine bearing invoice # 1211/17g/s-7899 (Rs. 29, 400)
                              2. Samsung convertible refrigerator invoice # 1211/17g/s-7900 (Rs. 39, 200)

                              But they haven't been delivered to our home yet.
                              Initially during purchase they promised that the products would be delivered within 3 days (By wednesday, 24th oct '17) but they failed to keep up their promise.
                              We made several calls every day to the showroom but all the efforts made for follow-up went in vain.
                              All that we got to hear was - "the product will be delivered tomorrow without fail sir!"

                              Request you to take action against the management because this is not the first time.
                              Expecting something positive to happen here..

While purchasing, the bajaj electronics people told that the goods will be delivered within 48 hours. Now, today is the 6th day almost going to complete, still the goods are not delivered. For the past two days i have been calling about delivery and the reply is very arrogant and not given any proper reply. The customer care number is hope less.

                                  Very bad service in tollichowki branch... I bought a washing machine on 19th oct, which i supposed get on 20th or 21st of oct, 2017. I called the dealer on saturday mr. Hussain sales executive for delivery the same. He said i will give you the delivery on saturday or monday evening,... I am keep on calling the dealer from sunday they are not picking up call or called me and there is no proper response from the dealer.

                                  I have purchased aqua gaurd superb worth 20300 from bajaj electronics habsiguda one of the worst custumer service even manager Nagender and Mr rakesh sales person denied to speak with me after sales i found in pie electronics the same product is for 18875 rupees when i ask for explanation bajaj electronics is replying we are not responsible.

                                    Sir, i purchased samsung tv model no.43m5570 on 27/09/2017 at chanda nagar vide invoice no.1219/17g/s-5734 on wednesday.. The sales boy (Shri. Ravi, [protected]) assured ma power bank as a gift. So far i am not received the same.

                                    You are offered that the airtel dth set top box is free which was affixed on the tv. The fitter of the airtel has demanded rs.800- then immediately i telephoned to shri ravi, who has confirmed that the amount to pay. I paid rs.800/- and i also paid rs.100/- as fitting charges which was demanded by the fitter.

                                    In view of the above, (1) whether the power bank (Gift) is offered by you or not; (2) whether the airtel dth set top box is wholly free or parly free.

While purchasing, the bajaj electronics people told that the goods will be delivered within 48 hours. Now, today is the 3rd day almost going to complete, still the goods are not delivered. Today morning i have again gone to the shop and enquired about delivery and the reply is very arrogant and not given any proper reply. The customer care number is hope less. You people are simply encasing the right spirit of the public without having any values. Why you have to lie at the time of purchase. I promise that i will never purchase the goods again from bajaj. The reply is very worst.

                                        As reference to the trailing mail, i have coordinating with your concern representative regarding my mobile replacement. But there is no positive response from your good concern.

                                        I had spent rs 38, 000/- and still i could not able to proceed my personal and official calls. Because of this issue i had met much personal disappointment.

                                        Kindly consider this is my final reminder to informing you that, i need a refund immediate effect, becuase i had been met improper communication with lg representative who had coordinated with me today (1.10.2017).

                                        I would like to inform your that, if i have buy this mobile through flipkart (Or) amazon there is a eligibility to replace the device within 30 days. But i had been failuired on your service. If your good concern fails to replace within 12 hrs i had already complaint with consumer court at this juncture, because there is no positive response from your representative and productive.

                                        So please confirm within 12 hrs to move forward for this final intimation.

                                        As per trailing mail your service manager is not responding to my calls and then finally i have sent a message to him regarding the issue then he given the reply as "he need approval for replacing the mobile" and he did not given any timelines.

                                        In bajaj electronics, vanasthalipuram, hyderabad where i had purchase the product, mobile department manager also told us that "if lg given approval then only they will replace the mobile"

                                        I spent my money, time and unnecessarily facing the problems regarding your product and response.

                                        Due to your poor response i decided to do not buy the lg product. Hereby i am finally intimating you to refund the total amount otherwise i will go legally.
