I purchased an LG LED TV for nearly Rs.50000 from Bajaj Electronics, MGRoad, Paradise on 9th April, 2017 (Invoice 1216/17/2026), and was assured a gift item of LG Portable Speaker PH1. Since April, I have contacted Bajaj Electronics many times, and on each occasion I am told that the item is not readily available. When the item is not there even after three months, why should a reputed company like Bajaj promise such a gift and lure customers?
Have taken the double door fridge one week back, it got delivered after 3days of purchase, but still installation is not happened and when we called to store they are not responding to the given numbers

And when we went to store for some clarification, they are giving irresponsible answer, we want to return our product back...

    I purchased Bosch washing machine on 30th July 2017 for which this Bajaj electronics (Nagole) has issued me a ADVANCE PAYMENT RECIEPT instead of Tax invoice and they informed that it will take 2 days to generate tax invoice due to new GST . At the time of payment the sales person (Balraj )intimated me that the product will be delivered to my address with in 3 day max it will take 5 days so I asked him again before paying the amount about the products availability he told me confidently that thI product was sitting in ware house (Sanath nagar) and the only problem is to update every thing in system that's the reason it is taking time to deliver the products . After 5 days I tried calling the nagole branch and to my surprise none of the contact numbers printed on the receipt are working so I went to the store just to know the delivery date where I came to know that my billing was not done even after the payment and they told me that there is no stock from bosch in the ware house and they don't know how much time it will take to get the stock . This store has misguided me about the information of product availability and they haven't fulfilled any of the promise they made about the delivery

    On 6th July 2017 morning around 11:30 I contacted the sales person who sold me the washing machine about the delivery he informed that they haven't received the stock and it will take another 2 days to deliver my product but to my surprise the same sales person contacted me and told me that my mobile number was not reachable from morning and the product is about to deliver to my address. so finally I received my product and I am waiting for the company people for installation process I don't want to open the product by my self I will wait for the installation person and will let you know if I face any trouble with the product .

        DELIVERY PENDING FOR SONY TV INVOICE NO.1207/17/S-27580 DT.29.06.2017 & LG AC 1207/17/S-27583 DT.29.06.2017. I have submitted cheque dated.23.06.2017 for Rs.50000/- & 29900/- paid thru SBI card. I am unable to contact your Hyderabad customer care telephone no as it is not working for last 4 days. when I have contacted your sales executive Vishal, he is saying since cheque is deposited in Saturday, it can not be delivered till cheque clearance.

        I have been committed that delivery will be made latest by 03.07.2017. Please ensure the same. why should be I penalized for the delay you made in presenting the cheque.

          I have purchased Sony LED 49 inches tv and LG refrigerator 470lts on 26th June 2017(Monday). They have committed for the delivery by Thursday.Today is Saturday 1st July. Even after continuous follow ups through phone calls they are not providing the delivery and they are not even telling when can deliver the products.

          Even though customers are giving negative reviews on the showroom I don't know why no proper action was not being taken on the concerned persons. Seriously frustrated and disappointed with the quality of service they are providing.

          I have purchased LG smart full hd LED 43 inches tv on 25th June 2017(Sunday) madinaguda branch. They have committed for the delivery by Monday/Tuesday.Today is Saturday 7th July. Even after continuous follow ups through phone calls they even not responding nor providing the delivery and they are not even telling when can deliver the products.
          They are simply telling that talk to there manager but the manager is not taking it seriously about delivering the products and it was very much disappointing to the customers.

            Purchased samsung washing machine from their madhapur store. Its more than been 15 days they have not delivered the product neither they intimated anything. After repeated follow up from our side, after 15 days they are saying tomorrow it will be delivered . Invoice no/bill no. 10704. How i can get my washing machine earliest and why i should suffer for their fault. Why don't they check their stocks before finalising bills. Is there any compensation for this???...

              It has been committed to deliver the product on June 27, 2017. I have been trying to reach on the contact number provided however, there is no body who picks the call and alternate number is switched off.

              Also, there is follow up or there is no update from Bajaj Electronics branch.

                I have purchased led tv 40k6300 on[protected] from your madinagua centre.it was installed on[protected] and it went back.
                On complaint your samsung service engineer came and took all took all the details.complaint no.[protected].on opproching your madinaguda branch manager for quick replacement.he didn't agree and assured that the company will replace with in next two days.this nothing but cheeting and misguiding the customer.samsung says it requires 21 days offer opproved.

                      Ordered led tv 32 inches 7days ago and they keep on saying today tommorow but never received it till yet. One of the worst customer services of bajaj electronics, karmanghat, hyderabad, ts. I suggest none should buy from this place as it was disgusting experience and they dont resolve their issues too..                           I have purchased samsung led tv on 3rd june 2017. They have delivered damaged product on june 4th 2017, the same was informed to bajaj electronics replacements person on 5th june. The person told that the new product will be delivered in 2 days time but 3 days has passed and still he is saying that it will be delivered in 2 days time. Please resolve the issue asap.

                          Still my issue is pending only. Nobody has answered my query. This is the worst customer care support from Bajaj electronics that I have ever faced. I will never recommend Bajaj electronics to anybody and I will never purchase any item from it. I will spread this message in all social media sites.

                            I purchased samsung washing machine from bajaj electronics miyapur branch on o5 june 2017 through hire purchase by bajaj finance.
                            Today is 08 june and the washing machine has not been delivered. None of the numbers of bajaj electronics miyapur are attended to. The sales man shekhar -[protected] doesnot attend to the calls made to him.
                            Please try to resolve this issue.
                            Cannot understand why has the company not delivered the product after receiving payment for the product. Worst is why is it the company not even have telephone no functioning to speak to customers.

                              My ac wasn't functioning and when checked with technician, i was told that compressor is damaged hence would need to buy a new ac. I wasn't sure then that i was covered under warranty which is universal 5 years. With the intolerable temperature around i went to bajaj electronics (Boddauppal) and agreed to purchase in exchange and they quoted inr 1500 for my old unit. They said if i pay in cash then only they can install the same day which doesn't make sense to me and i agreed. Later the same day ac was installed. The very next day i located my old units invoice which clearly said compressor is covered for 5 years so i reached out to the store manager and told that i will come to your showroom and pay the amount of inr 1500 as i would get the same fixed. The representative has been after my life since then asking to submit the old unit and not agreeing to accept the money. I have been trying to make them understand but they are adamant about it for no good reason. Under no circumstances, i will give away my ac if fixed for 1500 when i agreeing to pay the buffer. Need bajaj leadership to revert and fix the arrogant behavior of the representative at bajaj store (Bodduppal)
                              We have purchased LG Washing machine and we have tried to call[protected] Punja gotta branch) them to know the status but branch numbers are not reachable and if we call to other branches also no proper response... what the heck it is after paying amount Bajaj electronics showing hell to customers... please don't go to BEGGAR BAJAJ ELECTRICS.

                                Bought godrej on 27 may ac from as rao nagar branch. Executive has promised it will be delivered next day i. E sunday. After repeated calls to the agent, he informed there is no stock at his store needed to get it from another store and he promised it will be delivered on monday. Executive contacted on monday and informed to cancel the order or choose another product which i was never ready for as i was not ready he said he'll check with his manager and will call back. After 10 minutes he called and confirmed that stock is suppose to come to his store on tuesday and he promised he'll deliver it by end of the day.. I was expecting it to be delivered today the executive called once again today morning and informed that the item had been dispatched and it will delivered by end of the day. Again i got a call in the afternoon from the executive and this time he informed that he couldn't find stock anywhere and asked me to choose another product...                                   Purchased godrej ac last week, sent dented and damaged piece, requested for replacement immediately sent damaged pictures, i was assured will be replaced, since then not answering phone calls no response..
                                  Sales man was haneef ph: [protected], bajaj electronics j. N road abids.

                                  Worst customer service ever.

                                  Hot summer time... Paid all.. Still had to go through this trouble.. No time to visit their shop again and again..

                                  Will approach consumer court.

                                    I have purchased multiple products from BAJAJ electronics NAGOLE branch with a total bill of 3.5 lakhs. There was on offer on UHD TV for which BLURAY DVD was given as GIFT. But past two months the staff is neither bothered to deliver nor respond properly. kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.
                                    I've raised the request regarding gross change in Early May 2017. Technician never visited my home, but I got message saying that Issue is resolved.

                                    Please change GROSS in Air Cooler.

                                        I Have purchased Panasonic LED TV in showroom near Suchitra.
                                        They didn't delivered the 'wall mount bracket case'.
                                        When Iam trying to contact the branch about the issue, no one is giving the correct answer and moreover they are answering the call too harshly.

                                        Enough with bajaj, I don't want to visit ur branch ever again and I even suggest others for doing the same.
