I am d. Janardhan, purchased a samsung led tv worth of 1.4l in bajaj electronics madhapur showroom on 6th of august 2016. They have promised for free goodies like 320 gb hdd and airtel dish.

I am very happy for the offer and pleased with showroom service, however it last for very short time. The problem is, they delivered tv and yet to deliver the free goodies. I tried to call the showroom representatives just to know when they can deliver these pending goods. They never picked my phone from last 2 weeks. I have tried from multiple phone numbers. But still no response and i tried from 4 different numbers, but still same thing. I totally lost my patience and gave a final attempt with different number. This time they picked up and i was utter disappointed with the response they gave.

I would like to return tv now and i need my money back. Could you please help me in this regard.

I am getting fake calls saying that confirm your credit card number and validity of the card and OTP number. Please address these issues as well.

    Ordered Sony home theatre on 14th Aug was promised to get the delivery on 15th Aug. However now the delivery is being neglected giving false promises.
    Bajaj electronics out let people are not keeping up the promise made about the delivery of ordered appliance. Besides not giving importance while visiting the outlet checking about non delivery of article. They are harressing customer like me.

Again i went to d mart they assured me it will be done but it is almost so many days no one turn up i request bajaj people to resolve this matter even i din not used this .

        I have purchased a dell laptop vide invoice no. Ngl/15/5220 dated[protected] from your nagole, hyderabad showroom. The system developed some display problem (Lines on the display). When contacted yesterday at that showroom they advised me to talk to dell customer care. The dell people say that the warranty is since expired. They prevail upon their supply date to the dealer i. E., some time in march according to their records. Since i am only concerned with my date of purchase i. E.,[protected] which is still in force i. E, 16th of this month, i would request you to take up the matter and fix the problem forthwith. Please advise your technicians accordingly under intimation to me asap (Before the expiry of warranty).           I brought an icx3 induction cooker (serial no - c[protected] dated on 11/10/2015, but this product is power on & fan is running but no heating from 13/07/2016.
          I complain to bajaj customer care in 3-4 times. they take complain each time but still now the product is not repaired.

            I am highly disappointed and disheartened by the way bajaj electronics miyapur hyderabad is selling demo products.

            I got a demo piece with cloth marks, missing mounting nuts and opened power cable. The dealer said they have delivered a packed piece inspite of several calls. But i was sure it's a fake or used piece. I call sony call center for support they asked me to check the serial number on warrenty card and tv.


            Both are total mismatch. Moreover the person who came to install drilled the wall and installed 40 inch bracket instead for 49 inch tv.

            Please find attached the details. Even the tv box serial number is cut down by them. This is disgusting cheating customers and not accepting the cheating.

            I need quick support from your side and also genuine compensation for all this.

            I am going to escalate it if not handled properly and also put with proofs on social media. I paid the money and now i am suffering. I will put this in all media channels as well as this a trauma after paying so much and trusting brand like sony.

            What will happen if tomorrow this break down and the tv serial and warrenty card does not match.

            For customers who do not check are getting cheated like that.

            Attached : invoice, warrenty card, fake/demo tv serial id and package serial cut by dealer.
            I buy a home theater on Sunday but it is not delivery saying out of stock and the product is damaged telling i want urgent i tell them first only after i pay money

              I received a damaged product from bajaj electricals one day back and writing an email due to no response while made a call to them on their toll-free numbers.
              I want a refund of my money back as the product has certians dumps on outer area as well as inner side which results in non fitting of its one grill rod which they provided separately.
              Kindly resolve my matter asap.

                  I have bought a refrigerator and ideally it should be delivered in a day.
                  I have been told that it gets delivered next day. I said ok.
                  It was not delivered next day.
                  After two days also, there was no response. I had to call the person who assisted in buying the product.
                  He gave me one delivery person's number. I contacted him also and then there was no proper response from delivery person. He said he is just in my place and reaching in 10 minutes.In very next minute, i was told that it won't get delivered on the day surprisingly.
                  Reckless response. There is no professional work culture.

                  Its been 3 days and i kept on calling on the status. Still no positive response.
                  I had to keep on calling them and they don't even have information about who is delivering. Just giving reply in air that they are on the way.

                  Very disappointing service.
                  I seriously don't want to give at least one star after experiencing the service response.

                    HI I bought samsung 1.5 ton split ac from bajaj electronics madinaguda in april 2016 (manager: Anand). Instead of getting my ac installed from samsung authorised person anand sent some service center person to install and he installed wrong size copper pipe. After that I had to get the pipe removed and get the ac installed from samsung person,

                    After my repeated calls over 2 months the manager mr anand is refusing to collect the copper pipe from my house and is not refunding my Rs 3000 which I paid his person.

                      I was purchase a exhaust fan but this fan dose not work properly. I call service center they told me within 2days a representative came to my my house and resolve the problem. He was come within 2 days and told us that the blade was not work properly and it have to replace, he will come within 2 days and replace it. But today near about 12 days was over but the representative is not come back. I cal customer care but they told me with in two days he will come but till now he is not come.

                        Have purchesed samsung led tv on[protected] from bajaj electronics jubileehills and was told that the tv would be delivered on[protected] but till now[protected] it's not been delivered. sale executive (rajashaker) who convinced to buy the product in there store and also gave his mobile number but tired to reach him. he don't even pick the calls. also tried the called customer care numbers continuosly 2 days but no response. these ppl just convince the customers till they get into the trap and order product and later don't even bother to ensure that the product us delivered on time or not. how much you...

                        I have purchase the washing machine from bajaj electronic from attapur same the sales man has said he deliver the item next day but next day when i call he said some auto issue postponed to another day then again 3rd showroom guys called and said stock is not available we will deliver after two days again 4th day just to remind i called them they said you will get the item after one week due no stock why you hire bull type of sales men they cant even stick to their word dont you feel shame like customer is writing this type of feedback to you company if cant deliver the item on time why dont shut you company .

                        Amount has been already debited from bajaj limit.

                        If I call customer services they are not giving proper response.

                          The executive and the manager gave a defective piece and on replacement they argue that, i should not talk to him about it
                          also the security person misbehaved for parking, as we were catching auto for taking the purchase material to home


                          this is the bajaj electronics and it shows clear intention of cheating the customer

                            Dear sir/ mam - i had purchased bajaj cooler from the dealer "vijay sales" @ asharam road branch, ahmedabad. After one month from the purchase date, i started facing so many technical issues/ problems in cooler for which i have also lodged complain for thrice but each and every time the cooler causes with multiple defects viz viz water flowing outside, not starting properly etc.

                            Basis our latest complain lodged dated on 12/06/2016, engineer came to our house and inspected the issue and asked for replacement of motor, stand etc. As discussed with engineer, he has claimed that due to unavailability of the parts with company, complain is yet to be resolved and stand unresolved.

                            Request you to pls look into this matter on top most priority as we have been facing lot of issue since from the date of purchase... Moreover, there is no response and priority resolution received in the captioned query...

                            Appreciate your positive response in the is case as it's create wrong image/ perception in the mind of customer as far as after sales services concerned...

                              I have purchased 40' uhd samsung colour tv on 9th june 2016. Until then nobody came to my home for installation. I came to understand the staff were colluded with outside mechanics for getting commissions. Among one mechanic namely sangem bhupathi has demanded for installation rs 600/- though the company offered free installation. These people are damaging the prestige of the company. Suitable action may please be taken against mr sangem bhupathi and dismissed from your company.

I was purching a bajaj majesty 6 gpu water heater. Product sr. No. G[protected].. From the shope... When i go my home i feel it is not suficiant for my family, than i decided to take 10 liter water heater.. Next day due to my official meeting i am not able to go to return the product. So i go on today for returing. I gently talk with them that please return my product, i want 10 liter.. But the shope woner refuse to return. And they use bad maner with me and say that they could not return.. Evan i say to them please talk with respected company.. But they are not any response with me... So i confused what i can do.??? So i write this mail to..

                                  Sir have complained bajaj juicer mixer grinder which is under guarantee. Its motor is defective. I mahesh kumar residence in air force station chimney hills, the technician came after 10 days and after coming he was not having the motor, so he took the mixer and told that he will return in 2-3 days. Till now he didn't returned the mixer may be 15 day has been passed. I had tried too call him many times he rejecting the call also

                                    I purchased bajaj food processor on 25 Mar16 from Vijay Sales, within one month kneeding blade broke. I replaced it by paying charges. again after 15 days it was broken along with kneeding jar. I again file a complaint with bajaj. thay agains asked for money as plastic parts are not covered under warranty. I agree but plastic parts shloud be not as low quality as bajaj is using. It should have some life.Now day befor yesterday while using mixer for approx 30 seconds it was heated, giving smoke & smell. this is like worst product i have ever experienced. Moreover bajaj technicians said this was borken due to mishandling, to add this i want to say we are using food processor from past 8 years it was maharaja whiteline so we know how to use food processor. I need my money as this is a complete waste product.

                                      I made a complaint on bajaj customer care on approx 14 may . Regarding room cooler . They registered my complain and told me that it will b resolve in two to three days. It's 27 may and it is still pending .. don't know the reason behind this might be because my product is on warranty that's why they are not interested.
                                      In between i called twice customer care each time they gave me same promises and different complain no. One of the executive told me that my complain is cancelled from service provider without my concern . I got his number and tried to call him but there was no response.
                                      It's been a week and they are still lazy and careless.

                                        Poor customer care from bajaj electronics, hyderabad. Delivered defective lg split ac on[protected] and not replaced for 7 days. Sent another unit after 10 days but not installed till date ie[protected]. They insist customers to buy products in their showroom. Once we pay the bill they will ignore us. Ultimately customers are being punished and face the consequences.
