I purchased a split ac from bajaj electronics, a s rao nagar branch, vide invoice no.Asr/15/23567 dt 23.3.2016. At the time of purchased i was informed that the bill amount includes the installation charges also. Now at the time of installation at my place, i was asked to pay the installation charges of rs, 1250/-. On enquiry with the bajaj, mr ravi, the floor manager arrogantly replied that instllation charges has to be borne by the customer.
It is not the question of the installation charges, but the hiding the information about the charges that a customer needs to be pay on installation.
