We have purchased samsung side by side refrigerator from bajaj electronics nizampet hyderabad. While showing the product they showed a brochure with a samsung tab e 1n as free gift for the refrigerator at the time of billing they changed the gift to tab 3v without any intemation... After a lot of negotiation and discussion also they didn't accepted their mistake. We finally fed up with them. Delivery of the product is also delayed and is not pre intemated. If we are calling them for status also no one is picking the calll. Overall horrible experience with bajaj electronics nizampet branch...

    Hi i have booked a ac on 15/04/2016 from panjagutta branch, invoice # mal/16/7172. I was told that product would be delivered by monday i.E. 18/04/2016, early monday morning i get a call asking for the location, once gave info disconnected, i tried calling cust service no [protected] for more than 100 times, it just rings but know one answers the call. Poor quality customer service.

      I picked up 2 A/C last month and gave a cancel cheque towards my payment options however the EMI went to the previous bank on which I picked up my TV 3 years back. That old bank a/c is already closed and the recovery agent calls me every day from last 5 days. I am trying to reach to his supervisor or the showroom to talk to the agent, but no one picks up the phone. Such a poor customer service and lack of coordination. can some one call me to sort this out.

        Bajaj Electronics dilsukhnagar branch is such a worst showroom they don't bother customer, they behave like they are giving the products for free...
        really worst experience with this fellows, i have paid the amount on friday that is on 15-04-16, they told me by 16-04-16 afternoon ur product will be delivered and installed but today i.e' 18-04-16, till now its not delivered and one more thing i had call them they are telling that uil get it by today r tomorrow this is really worst experience since i call them around 20 times but am not getting any proper response i never ever again go to this bajaj fellows worst fellows fit for nothing very very bad experience if any one goes here don't ever buy products from this bajaj showroom lazy fellows.

          I had recently purchased an Inverter Ac and the showroom has promised to get the ac installed in 24 hours, and till date there is no one even to answer your calls and there is absolutely no way you can get them to do their job. Their phone numbers [protected] and service engineer Mr. Ganesh No. [protected] keeps his mobile on busy mode only, after noticing a customers call. The showroom only provides the mobile number which is not reachable and their land line number [protected] has a standard reply " the customer is not taking any calls at the moment".

          The showroom is encashing the Brand of Bajaj & no way nearer to deliver basic customer service, forget customer satisfaction/customer delight.

          Hope some one would take necessary steps to improve this negligent behavior towards customer service .
          I have Purchased an Washing Machine and Ac 2 days back but till now no one has turned up to Installation and For giving the demo this is the bad service they are providing after calling many times also Nacharam Branch..

            Visited malakpet branch to purchase voltas air cooler. Store manager said that its out of stock and will get back to us in a couple of days. Its been almost a month now, nobody responded. I've called the store at least 4 times to hear the same reply "will get back to us in a couple of days". Very poor response. Utterly disappointed. Looks like summer will be gone by the time they deliver the product.

              I have purchased a 24" panosonic tv from dilshuknagar bajaj electronics.The stores people gave information that this is the latest model and i[censored] purchase this model i will get 6 months d2h connection free but there is no such offer given to me. If i call and ask them about the offer they are speaking very rudely and asking me to reqister a complaint we wont give the offer and we didnt say anything about the offer

                After 26hrs of the committed delivery time, the product has not yet reached at my place. I have requested several times to put me through call with the store manager. Several salesman kept talking and denied to give me the store manager's number. Requests or complaints nothing mattered to them.

                Did not give me manager's number and asked me to wait till the cooler gets delivered. I can not go anywhere. Just sit at home and wait.

                Sales people are promising delivery, but leave about the delivery, the model itself not available after taking 80% amount in advance. this is with regards to invoice number MG/16/4865. Placed an order on 29/04/2016. Delivery date 30/04/2016. lots of call to follow up on 01/05/2016 but no answer. next day, sales guys are saying model is not available. I dont understand why you were not checking while taking an order and deposits? Why the customer care number not lifting calls?

                  We purchased voltas cooler 40l-vb - w40m in bajaj electronics, secunderabad, bill no. Mg/16/414 on[protected]. The cooler is not working when we opened the seal. We booked complaint immediately with complaint number [protected]. Nearly we called 50 times to the shop and no phone was lifted. We thought the shop was either closed or the number given on the bill are not correct. We went to the shop and explained the situation and they booked the complaint.
                  After that no one was turned up for the service. We need replacement of the product as it is a defective piece was sold to us.

                  The service is worst as there is no proper response either from shop or from the service center.
                  Re: bajaj electronics at malakpet. The experience was nightmarish. The store manager is blatantly rude. The cashier's behave as if they are doing us a favour by attending to us. The experience is worse than a govt office. I wanted to buy an AC and I paid the initial amount and I have to wait endlessly for processing.

                  I purchased one air cooler on 4th April, they promise it will be delivered by6th April. I am calling them again and again almost 20 time. They only phone 2 times and Every time they say Sir server not working can not check your details.

Purchased an Ac on the 7th n no one has come to install it yet.. more than your famous 48 hours.. u have lost a customer forever. I'd rather pay a little extra than get harrased by u all.. hate the experience.. Never again!!!

                    I purchased a split ac from bajaj electronics, punjagutta branch, vide invoice no. Wal/16/1967 dt 06.03.2016. I am supplied with the ac unit not exactly same model (Different model unit is supplied to me) as that mentioned in the invoice and no body is responding for this.

                    At the time of purchasing, on inquiry i was asked to pay rs. 1000/- for installation which includes all charges at non local installtion. It is there with me in writing also. Now at the time of installation at my place, nakrekal nalgonda dist. I am being asked to pay the installation charges of rs.1300/- which includes transportation charges of rs.800/-. But the ac is taken by me on my own vehicle to the installation location. Still the technician is demanding for transportation charges of rs.800/- to be paid after installation. But i dint understand why should i pay for transportation as i have done that job on my own expenses the concerned technician mr. Karunakar, cell [protected] is asking to pay transportation charges also to him after installation.

                    Further i would like to mention that during local(Hyd) transportation at my house at hyd. I was asked to pay rs.200/- for local transportation (Is there in written on my invoice bill) but the connected person has taken rs. 350/- on demand during at 11.45 pm (Mid night).

                    It is not the question of the payment of additional amount towards charges, the question is why the show room is not sticking to the written conditions during purchasing. Giving false/misguiding information during purchasing.

                        I had been to the Bajaj Electronics store at Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500036 yesterday afternoon to purchase a 1ton split air conditioner and requested to give me the pricing of all the brands so as to compare and finalise the product. The sales man was kind enough to give all the details and asked me to meet the stores manager to get the final price.
                        I went to the stores manager to know the pricing wherein he became very ferocious to give pricing of all the products and very insultingly in a humiliating manner told me to decide only one product to purchase and for that product only he will give the pricing.
                        I said he cannot demand to finalise without giving me the pricing and said this is ridiculous way of dealing with the customers.
                        Upon my saying, the stores manager came out of the counter in a threatening manner and demanded apology from me, else consequences will be severe.
                        I said this is not the way to handle customers and came out of the stores.. Of course I purchased a 1ton split airconditioner from JD ELECTRONICS, ABIDS, HYDERABAD. wherein the sales people were very courteous and informative.
                        The stores Managers attitude towards Customers needs to be changed...

                          Entire amount is paid, yet order is not delivered. From last two days i have given multiple reminders, every time i call i get to know in next one hour i will get it delivered & two days passed but you cheaters didn't deliver it yet.

                          I have bought it in jubilee hills branch on 30th of mar & was promised to be delivered on 2nd april.Looks like you people are well trained to cheat & harass customers (Fb reviews also says so)

                          Deliver it asap, & stop fooling customer . Mind your business in better manner.

                            I brought a mixi, juicer and grinder all in one 25 feb 2016 and i log a complaint on 27 feb 2016 for juicer not working properly problem is when we take a fruits juice then only 50% juice comes out, rest of juice gone in wastage area. In first complaint engineer replace blade cup. But unfortunately problem still not resolved. After second complaint engineer visit and argue with us this machine will work as it is. But our problem not resolved. Only 2 days after machine brought we log a complaint. We want to replace this machine.

                                  I purchased a split ac from bajaj electronics, a s rao nagar branch, vide invoice no.Asr/15/23567 dt 23.3.2016. At the time of purchased i was informed that the bill amount includes the installation charges also. Now at the time of installation at my place, i was asked to pay the installation charges of rs, 1250/-. On enquiry with the bajaj, mr ravi, the floor manager arrogantly replied that instllation charges has to be borne by the customer.

                                  It is not the question of the installation charges, but the hiding the information about the charges that a customer needs to be pay on installation.

                                    I've bought Samsung inverter AC on 24 March, 2016. I was told that Ac will be installed by 26 March, 2016. I was also told the you need not call anyone for installation we'll follow up with the company.

                                    The customer care department at the showroom didn't follow up with the company. After my rigorous follow up I received an SMS from Samsung stating that my request is registered.

                                    It's the utter negligence of the showroom that they didn't follow up with the company. It would have been better if they asked me to contact the company for installation.

                                      I have ordered voltas air cooler 50l vn-d50e with invoice no. Bhel/15/19911, dated: 20.03.2016 at bajaj electronics, chandanagar branch. The cooler is still not delivered. Worst response from the executives. They don't lift call or always the number will be busy. They say product is not available or some other useless reason. It's been 5 days i have ordered. If they don't have the stock / product why do they make customers to pay for it. Such a useless response.

                                        I purchased a led TV in Bajaj electronics medipally show room yesterday threw Bajaj finance .bill number BDP/15/6314 . and I have came today 12.40 pm for Submit documants and take delivery, at parking place ur security guard is talking too much and behaved very rough.
                                        I feeled shame because Baha'i is one of the top electronics company. But why appointing this type of labour. Please take action on him
