I am the customer of bajaj electronics since 1998.I have purchased kenstar ice cool worth of rs.10000/- from bajaj electronics malkpet vide bill no mkp/15/18872 on 20/03/2016 when iam started using after delivery i found that water is leaking from back side cooling pad immdiately informed to bajaj eletronics i gor response after that i compliant to24/7 customer care vide no hyd[protected] techian came on 23/03/2016tried to slove the problem and failed, he sujected to contact bajaj electronics for replace the goods from that continuously i am trying to contact no responsr from their

I bought bajaj hair dryer 4 yrs back... nw its having problem..its start f 2 min and then stops...i tried to locate bajaj service centre but there Z no one who can help...plz help me out

    I have booked and payment done for USHA Air cooler worth Rs. 14000, with invoice number BDP/15/6061 on 20th March at Bajaj electronics Boduppal Hyderabad.

    Still i didn't received the product and different answers on every day., as stock not available, delay in auto wala and etc.,

    Whenever i reach the shop the response was very rude and they were responding as they are not responsible for delivery.
    hi, i am facing same problem, not receive my cooler yet in last 10 days. Have you receive your cooler yet?

      I have paid amount for a displayed product. They have checked and confirmed they have stock availability and processed payment. later payment is done, they started conveying me that the product was delivered to one of the staff colleague which is unaware.

      How could they deliver the product with out payment ! and what about the customer who has paid as per process and waiting for delivery.

      Such bad people are doing jobs in this showroom and my worst experience is, The person who has done this is the manager of this Showroom.

        Dear Consumercomplaints Support

        I, Sree Hari Shankar K working with an IT company in Hyderabad and residing at Gachibowli area, have purchased Electronic Home appliances from Bajaj Electronics, Kondapur on 30th Nov 2015 thru Bajaj Finance.
        LED TV of LG brand is one among that:
        TV Model - LG 43LF6300.
        I got the TV delivered on 02 DEC 2015, then got it installed on 03/04 DEC 2015 by LG team, which was scheduled by the dealer Bajaj Electronics itself. The same day, when I was pealing of the cover on the TV panel Frame shockingly found the left bottom corner of the frame in broken condition, as shown in the pictures. I have immediately taken the photos and approached Bajaj Electronics Kondapur, then they have considered it to be the damaged product being delivered to me and told me that they have raised a request with LG for product replacement. Since the day one I have been following up with Bajaj Electronics staff person name Sunil-[protected], who claimed that following with LG area manager and the team for my product replacement. Sunil has even confirmed that he got approval for replacement from LG and assured me for the replacement and asked me to wait for a week. After 2 weeks when I approached him for the status he told me that stock is not there i need to wait for 10 days and convinced me that TV is in working condition, so that I can use it by guaranteeing the replacement.
        then again after 2 weeks, I directly approached BILLING desk of Bajaj electronics Kondapur branch and enquired the stock availability of my TV model, and been told that stock is available. After this when I asked Sunil for the status he was trying to bluff me that stock is not available yet. Then I have told him about the stock info which I got it from their showroom itself, after this he struggled a while to convince me with some rubbish stories and started one more story that it's approved from one team and needs approval from area manager, who is on leave and asked me to wait again for a week.
        Like this he dragged it till today and when I finally approached their TV's section team lead and started shouting, again they have raised a request with LG .
        After that I received a call from LG technical team requesting for the visit . LG technical person came and noted down the details and complaining me in reverse that why have I delayed these many days without raising on the 1st day, because of which they can't replace the damaged product. Though it looks very clear that damage happened at the time of packing or during delivery.

        Now Bajaj is asking me to log a complaint with consumer court on LG. But I am here to log a complaint on Bajaj electronics, who has initially promised me for TV replacement and harassed me these many days by making me to roam and visit their showroom regularly with false promises.

        I am very much frustrated with their service and false promises and delivering the damaged products. Ultimately I am at loss.
        I have attached the screen shots of messages showing replacement confirmation from Bajaj electronics, TV damage and Invoice copy from the showroom.

        Kindly provide me justice, I need the replacement of the TV or refund of it, please take an immediate action on such fraud showrooms.

          Order No. KDP//15952, i made order on 18 march, they promised to deliver next day. I called everyday on landline, executive, driver n everyone saying that product in transist but no delivery yet. Delivery can be late but they should not lie everyday which is confusing me with my routine work. really disappointed

            Sir I am a happy customer of Bajaj electronics, hyd since 10 years. But last week when I visited Malakpet branch, the experience was very bad.
            I came to take Samsung tab, I waited for almost 15- 20 mints, but their was no one to attend me. I asked On sales guy, to assist me but he said to wait, I asked one more sales Boy he said he from tv section so he does no the cost of the tab. Now a day's when every one is going for online shopping, still few customers are comming to showroom, I am also in marketing and know the importance of walk in customers, I would suggest the Management or floor incharge to look in the matter.               I have purchased a Samsung 55JU6470 UHD 4K smart tTV on 16/01/2016 from Bajaj Electronics, Nagole Branch. There was an offer of free Home Theatre of Samsung Make model HT-J5130 with the above TV. The stores manager Mr. Suresh and the sales executive Mr.Jaffer assured that the free item will come within 10 days. Now more that 02 months have passed but I didn't get my free Home Theatre. I made lot of correspondence with the stores as well as Samsung Company Regional Office in Begumpet. They were keep on asking time and dragging on the issue. Now on 17.03.16, I was told by R.O of Samsung that the free item has come and handed over to the Bajaj Stores. Your contact Bajaj stores and collect your item. When I contacted Bajaj stores, Nagole I was told to wait further 02 days as some mistake took place by them. I am very much disappointed and frustrated with this reply. Now I have decided to approach consumer forum and file a case against Bajaj stores from where I purchased my TV after waiting for 02 more days as requested by Mr. Karthik, Bajaj stores, Nagole. Kindly look into and do the needful at the earliest please.

                I purchased Godrej Fridge having Model No.192PDS WINE SPRING on dated:28.06.2015 from Bajaj electronics, Nallakunta, Hyderabad, Telangana State, but every time fridge getting problem frequently also it has been serviced by your mechanic regularly but till now the problem is not resolve, so again i register the compliant on 14.03.2016.So I am very dissatisfied with the above mentioned product so kindly replace the same with new fridge.

                  To the head of bajaj electronics i, m.Purushotham purchased iphone 6 in u r store located in nagole along with insurance while buying the phone u r workers/salesman/manager told me if tbe phone has been theft u can bring the insurace slip, one sim block letter & complaint letter with stamp of the local ps .No kne customer will read the all insurance policy rules coz the customers may be illetrate persons or else its not a customers responsibility.It is the only responsibility of theservice providers to explain all the rules of the insurance policy.Hence according to u r commitment made one the day of purchasing mobile i request u to plz repay my mobile amount or mobile phone acoording to u r mean vajaj electronics commitment.Dont give fraud amendmants to customers.Reply me back sa soon as possible.Or else ill file a cheating case against:::::::::::'

                    I received Air Conditioner on 13th Mar 2016 (Sunday) and I have been assured of getting my installation done by Monday i.e 14th Mar 2016. As after calling customer care it has been told to me that technician will come within 9 PM which is not being informed to me earlier, so I have to take off from office on Monday, But still no one came for the installation .Again On Tuesday when I called it has been said that some technician will call me within 1/2 hrs., but unfortunately I didn't received any call.So again I started calling them but still my installation is not done because of which I have to take half day off from office. So there is a serious communication and professional gap in this which eventually led me to sit at home waiting for their replies. Please help me soon to fix the installation of my A.C also inform the hierarchical levels not to befool the customer.

                      I purchased Sony TV (W950C 43") at Bajaj Electronics at AS Rao Nagar on Dec-16-2015. Sales manager promised us in providing free gifts from Sony (3d glasses and Hard disk) within 20 days, which i didnt received till now.

                      I dont know why these agencies give all fake promises to customers while purchasing and gives excuses.

                      Some should to take an action on such agencies.

                        Till 6 PM on 25-2-16 no one came for installation and demo as promised by your Toli Chowki, Hyderabad branch. To reach by tel was task by itself. Staff response was pathetic to say the least. Salesman was Ahmad Khan who was said to be off ?
                        Overall very poor impression. Will advise my friends to avoid such cheap outlets.

                          but STILL I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PRODUCT..I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONCERNED SALES EXECUTIVE AND HE IS NOT SAYING CORRECT ANSWER..FINALLY I ASKED WITH ANGRY WHEN YOU WILL DELIVER MY PRODUCT..THE EXECUTIVE SAID THAT COME TO SHOWROOM AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER..THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO TALK TOWARDS CUSTOMER..

                            On dt:22/02/2016:i purchased through bajaj finance. Samsung ac 18kc3 hdtrn.. But i cant received my product still now. And i asked concerned sales executive for delivery of my product upto 3 or 4 times.. Finallyyy i wth angerly said to sales executive to cancel my product.. Then the executive says that come to showroom and cancel your order recklesslyy..
                            I am totallyy upset by his answer. I think this is not a way to behave like this towards customers..
                            So please respond immediately and take severe action.

                                    I have purchased a television on 03/11/2015 with invoice number MG/15/18869 at secundered. I have received a bluetooth speaker along with Tv which is not in working condition. Immidiate i have lauched a complaint with sales person Manoj and manager pawan. Still the customer remain unsolved and when i am calling them no body is answering, i am fedup with this and thought to report directly to you to get some positive reply and hope fully to solve my issue with immidiate effect. I humbly request to look into it at the earliest, if after sending this complaint if this issue remains still unsolved then force fully i have to take some legal action against it which i do not want.                                       Dear Sir, I have purchased a food processor on 4th December, 2015 from Vee Plastoline, Pragati Bazar, Kapoorthala Lucknow, Contact Person Mr.Vikas Maheshwari No. [protected]. The Machine got non working and I made online complain no.[protected] on 18/12/2015. I had been told by your representative repairing centre M/S Batra Repairing that I have to take machine to their place. Then I send the machine there. After ten days I got it back with temporary and local solution. Now I find that even machine screw had not been put into it. The smell is coming out of motor. Now I feel cheated by Bajaj as the machine is not upto our requirement and not satisfying our need. The machine not working properly and required to be changed.                                         I got the IFB Senator SX 8KG washing maching on 16th Dec from Bajaj Electronics and 17th IFB came for installing, when they unpacked the box it was a damaged piece. From 17th morning I have been chasing Bajaj and IFB and no one is responding. I just disputed the charge with my Credit Card Company so the payment is stopped. Now Since I did not pay I am going to get this Washing Machine which is at my house occupying space be thrown out of the house, as I do not need the damaged piece. Please be careful dealing with Bajaj Electronics and IFB products they are totally crap customer service, not sure how the product is leader in the market with such bad customer service.
