iam from hyderabad, i have purchased a godrej fridge in nallakunta on[protected] and at that time a fellow nagaraj has confirmed that after 4 successful emi deductions an 0% interest emi card will be sent to your address and it costs extra 250rs said. now after 4 months deductions he saying your money is not added to their paid list so we cant help. he is saying like that.My Invoice no.NLK/CR14/1329 Dt:01.03.2015. My registered Mob.No.[protected], Name: K venkata naga yasasvi. loan no.3042898. and for that 250rs they did not give me any bill because when i asked he said we don't issue any bill against for emi card.

    We booked a Sony 40R562C in dilsukhnagar bajaj electronics on 3rd of July and the sales person says that bajaj loan was approved you just pay 1000/- rs and product will deliver today. On 07th of July I went and pay advance 1000/-rs.After the bill the sales executive and finance executive house verification is pending so, tomorrow we will deliver the TV but today he is saying that loan has rejected so we can't delivery the TV i[censored] pay full amount so we will deliver the product . This type of response I can't expect from this organisation bloody & stupid service from your Company.

      We have bought a Sony 55 inch Bravia TV, and we were told that we would get a smart watch free, it's been 3 months since purchase they have not yet given us the smart watch. Every time I call them, they tell us tomorrow. And it has come to 3 months

        My name is Mr. Rambabu. K purchased Sony LCD 32” TV model No: KLV C32X320 in Bajaj Electronics in Dilsulkhnagar. At the time of purchase they have given the warranty of one Year only. But it can valid upto 3 years. That they did not inform us. After 3 Years the Sony TV is not working, When I asked customer care of Sony, they informed that my TV is not in warranty and informed that if we informed early it can valid up to 3 years. THE SALES HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT UNDER BAJAJ FINSERVE FINANCE, AND THE SALES PERSON HAS COMMITTED TO DELIVER THE MACHINE ON NEXT DAY AND THE SAME HAS BEEN DONE, AND THE SALES PERSON HAS HAS ASSURED ME THAT THE MACHINE WILL BE INSTALLED BY NEXT DAY, SATURDAY IF NOT 100 % ON SUNDAY THAT IS 24TH MAY 2015, BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE MASSAGE, TAKING THE RNA NO.[protected], THE TAJ AIRCONDITIONER WHO IS SUPPOSE TO INSTALL THE MACHINE, THEY GAVE ME THEIR TECHNICIANS NO.               Hi Sir/Madam, I have purchased Bajaj 3 Burner CGX-9B-SS Glass Gas Cooktop vide order No. [protected] (Product code - [protected]) through Snapdeal.com in the month of August 2014. We are having problems using this product now (within 10 months!), that: - Gas is burning VERY LOW even at the maximum level, and it takes HOURS to finish cooking, which usually took 30-40 minutes earlier. I request Bajaj to kindly send a technician to check and rectify the problems at the earliest possible. Thanks.                 Recently I logged My BAJAJ Mixer and grinder Complaint and met an BAJAJ Onsite engineer, I shocked by overall experience with BAJAJ Engineer, do you know Why? See the followings:- 1- Technical Knowledge- 5/10 Working While Power plug was in socket only ON/OFF switch was off, unable to fit Mixer motor Three failed attempt due to this coupling of 2 Jars got melted then he replaced this on chargeable basis 2- Dress Code-3/10 Dirty Dress and Torn boots 3-Education- 3/10 even don't know how to fill Customer Service Report 4- Manner and Etiquette- 2/10 Nonsense Talking style 5- Response Time- after 4 days of complaint logged date If there is no improvement, I could promise never bought any BAJAJ products in future.

                  Hello Sir, We have taken a cooler model (DC 2015) in April 2015 and they already delivered late and the cooler is not working since day 1. We are trying to give a complaint on them. We tried reaching on numbers[protected] and 401 51612. But they never respond back and never pick the call. Every branch number mentioned in the bill are picking up the call but dilsukhnagar branch people never pick the call.                   I recently Bought an Refrigerator on 5/5/2016 and item delivered the very next day.i came to know the Refrigerator is defective & from then i Trying to call the phone number mentioned on the bill i.e[protected], 12, 13 But they never answered the call & no response from the company. Even i complainted by call when the person called me regarding extended warranty for three years But still no technician Showed up it has been 6 days for now and then Can i Know the procedure to Just Replace the Refrigerator or Tell company ppl to show up.

                    I purchase LG TV 32"LED on 1services 2015 invoice number ATP15/1146 they send defect TV and since that date no one giving response may be 100 call made to the show room really this type of services was from bajaj I could go for other show room really solve this issue really very very upset with service

                      I purchased the Fridge on 9th April, 2015 at 11.45 AM still the fridge is not delivered. Its more than 48 hrs as per their commitment. Still We are awaiting for the fridge. I took from the forum mall, kukatpally, hyderabad. 2 door LG firdge, delievery address is : near kalimatha temple, appa junction, hyderabad. If today there are unable to deliever, i am going to cancel the fridge and going to raise a case in cosumer forum. Thanks Sreekanth [protected]

                          Dear Sir, I Bought a Philips LED 32PFL5039 TV on April 05, 2015 for Rs. 22, 000 (Invoice no. MAL/15/1500). It was delivered on April 06, 2015 and installed on same day at 1945 hrs. The sound of TV is defective and there is no clarity in sound. The salesman has given me wrong information about the LED TV at the time of selling the product. I met Mr. Vijay, Manager of Bajaj Electronics, Punjagutta, on April 07, 2015 at 1925 hrs. I explained him that sound is not clear so please exchange this LED TV with other brand and I am ready to pay difference amount of new LED TV. He replied me It is not possible and where you want to go, you can go. It is not a small amount and if product is defective so they should exchange immediately.                             I had bought a new cooler from Bajaj Electronics but i got it in no new condition it was in damaged state and not even the parts of the cooler were attached I also was promised a trolley with this cooler that also i didn't receive this is getting very frustrating as they cannot do something like this with a new product that has been delivered This is a ken star cyclone cooler which I received in such a condition They have taken the full money and they just cannot do something like this I bought this product from bajaj electronics kondapur roads hyderabad india Bill no. KDP/15/251 Please do something about it as such companies big ones cannot do cheating like this

                              I am a resident of hyderabad. I am very disappointed by the service of a staff at bajaj electronic abids branch. I visited to purhase an A C, and the concerned person had quoted me the amount in written. Due to lack of documents i had to come back another day as wanted it on installment basis. But when i went the next day the person denies the quotation and apart that he says that it is not his writing. I mean how ridiculous is that, what does that mean. They have also given the breakup for the same and don't accept it. This kind of childness was not expected by them. I dont want to spoil the person job that is why not mentioning the names but this is very bad thing happened with such a reputed store and i am their regular customer. This issue has to get noticed as they do not repeat the same
                              My name is pavani.k, I have ordered a samsung AC at Bajaj Electronics kompally branch and the invoice no: is KMP/15/568 and the billing was done on[protected] and they promised for the delivery right next day but they call me on[protected] and tell that they have a damaged piece so they'l delay it on[protected], which is so lame of Bajaj company.They should have basic common sense that in the month of summer the customer will need it ASAP.Really annoyed a lot with this third class service of Bajaj Electronics.Will surely advice my relatives, neighbours and friends never to go with Bajaj Electronics.

                                We purchased a Sony television from Bajaj electronic s kondapur store, at the time of purchase the staff acted very customer friendly but after purchase they dint care about delivery . Tv was not delivered in time and their attitude when I called was reckless. They even promised free Sony head set as world cup gift but now when I called for same they say they don't have idea about it. When I asked for customer care number they say they don't know about it also. I don't understand whether they r working for bajaj or some other store.I purchased electronic s from other branches of bajaj but never faced this arrogance from staff. If this continues I'm sure bajaj will be loosing it's customers. I am not happy with this.

                                  My name is Shekar from Hyderabad. I have purchased an LG refrigerator using the Bajaj Finance on March 1, 2015. Till the time I purchased the sales representative at the Panjagutta store talked so nicely and were trying to help me out but once the transaction was completed, Mr. Leo and Mr, Srikanth, when I asked them about one Mr. Naveen and Mr, Ramesh who were the people who took all my papers for the finance, I was asked to look around by myself and both were not only rude but also behavior in a way thinking that the store belonged to them. I had given a written complaint after talking with the Manager Mr. Habeeb and also sent out an email to bajajpanjagutta.[protected]@gmail.com and I was told that the MD who would be present at the store the next day will handle this issue and even after 4-5 days, leave alone hearing anything from this store, have not even received an acknowledgement, which is really very saddening. I will request all the customers to be careful when you visit this store as the staff doesn't have any respect for its customers but will sweetly try to talk with customers till the point the products are purchased.                                     I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine from Bajaj Electronics Kondapur branch on Sunday[protected]. Invoice no is "KDP/CR14/992". I have been told that the product will be delivered in 24hr max but now it is more than 50 hrs and I have not yet received the product. Today even I went to the showroom and shouted at them but after that also they have not delivered the product.
                                    I don't know whether I will get the product or not. Now when ever I am calling to check for delivery status, their behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. I feel like I have been cheated. Worst service ever seen by any dealer.

                                      Sir,

                                      I need to inform you that we got purchase Electrolux Washing Machine from your Bajaj Electronic Kukatpally, Hyderabad against your Invoice No KKP/CCR14/16193 Dt. 14.2.15. The same was delivered to us on 15th Feb evening. The next day when we went for the trial, we found that the Washing Machine is a defected piece and the dryer was not at all working. We had already lodged complaint to your Kukatpally office but still there is not proper feedback on this.

                                      I want to bring it to your notice that if there is no action being taken from your side for the replacement of the washing machine, I will left with no option but to lodge a compliant to the Consumer Court.

                                      I need a immediate feedback from you on this.

                                        I ordered an LG TV couple of days ago from the Miyapur branch. They said that it will be delivered yesterday morning. But it wasn't. Every time I call them they tell me stories about how the auto tyre was punctured while bringing the TV. Has the tyre not been fixed for two days? The problem is not the delay. The problem is dishonesty. People can wait if you state a later date for delivery but don't try to fool them by lying. I went to the office twice and they keep transferring blame among each other. I feel they take the customers for fools.
