Already informed them, remove my number from their database, still getting calls asking for loans.
Please stop calling again for loans.
I am getting calls from them for years. Mostly once or twice in a week. Repeatedly asked for stopping this. It will be quiet annoying when these calls come when i am busy or while travelling. Why don't you respect people's time?

She say priya sharma form bajaj finance delhi i have no any bajaj loan and she is misbehavior with me and he is seeking the information of madame jaydev gadhvi. He is saying that jaydev garhvi's loan is the rest and i do not know any jaidev gadhvi and my number is included in this and i am disturbed by calling them repeatedlyhe uses madam madam and such abusive words you can do such things with a customer

This is Yesudoss from Chennai. Child certificate number is : OG[protected]-00808490. I was purchased Onida LED TV on 20th Feb 2016 and I have also one year external warranty in that. There was an issue in TV on Feb 13th 2018 and I was called customer care service for claim to get resolve the issue but there was getting delay on that. Finally I got call confirmation for get claim to resolve the issue. After confirmation from customer care service. They came and get my TV for repairing and also they asking for 500 rupees traveling charges. I asked them for bill in that, they are not providing any bill in that. After two days they called me and saying that your claim has denied. If we need to resolve the problem then we need 6000 rupees. I don't know why they are asking for us to pay for this issue even after we get an confirmation from the customer care service. and then i told to reedy for my tv i am paid the money.the service center owner is delay for my tv repairer work & then he is not attend my call for 10 days pl solve the problem is immediately

Bajaj finance allocated an customer nos to me bearing 32014127.
With same customer id bajaj has allocated some one else a loan amount of 2lakh.
As well as an purchase of 3996/- amount is highlighted in my profile which i have not done.
Emi amount of 1998 has been deduted from my bank which im not responsible.
Such an irresponsible fraud company is bajaj finance.
Please take action against this.

Hii, i m existing customer of bajaj finesrv. I want to change my registered mobile number... Please change my old mobile no. [protected] to my new mobile number [protected]... It will be very helpful to me to get best offers of bajaj finesrv... Please do best in this case and as soon as possible... I am getting lot of automated (Ivr) calls from bajaj informing to take loan.
I am not looking for any loan from bajaj now. Kindly remove my number from subscribed list.

Frequency : everyday (5 to 7 times)
Calls received : [protected];[protected] also from multiple numbers (Starting with +91124 & +91172)
Description : unsolicited calls for loan
Resolution : remove my number from subscribed list (Can be shared privately)

I have finance my pulsar 220 from bajaj finance and i have completed my all emi before 7 months but still i have not got my no. When i call to customer care they told there is some pending due then after i visited bajaj finance office they said sorry and there is no pending amount from your loan and said we will send you a noc in 7 days and now 3 to 4 months after till i have not got my noc bajaj finance company is fraud and i am going to file a case on them in consumer court

Our processing fees is taken 1 time but there are asking us again to give the processing fess for bajaj finance and an people from the shop are calling and troubling us to give them the processing fees one more time we have given them the processing fees one time and there are telling us to give the processing again after 1 month taking the product.

How many times do we have to pay the processing fees?

I am a banker and right now i am working with indusind bank ltd. As deputy branch manager at neem ka thana district sikar.
Here at neem ka thana two bajaj finance employee contact to me and offer me a personal loan on salary.
Employee name
1 mahipal singh bm neem ka thana
2 neetu singh shekhawat.
They offer me the [protected]@ 13.5 to 14 percent with one percent of file charge, and no other charges.
I was accepted their offer and give my docs to them for personal loan.
They give me personal loan of rs 357699with roi of 15 with loan applications no 75799266.
And amount credit in my account was 340169.
When i talk to these person they did not give any specific answer regarding the charges of rs 17000.
These are give me a insurance policy but i don't want any insurance policy.
Still on dated 8jun i am not receiving any welcome letter, or insurance policy regarding this loan.
When i talk to neetu regarding this, then neetu give me a police case warning.
I am so frusted regarding your staff behaviour. So please talk to both these persons and close my insurance policy.
Also reduce my charges otherwise i will take legal actions against these both persons.

DEAR SIR, MADAM I took a consumer loan from bajajfinservin 2017.LOAN A/C NO-436DPF48850621AND I paid all the dues(5*2082=10408)by ESC ONLINE MY BANK.THE Representative told me that after clear all the dues they will send me NOC. My loan account has been clossed.But till the date i didnot get the noc.And it is reflecting in my bank record.Iwould like to request you please send me NOC and update my bank record. I received one call from Bajaj Contact Centre regarding new scheme that they have launched :-

Its goes like this :-
They will give you a commitment of INR 35, 00, 000/- (35 lacs) in the form of Insurance.

Yes you are right Home Loan in the form Insurance.
So called benefits

1. EMI will be interest free
2. Addtl you will be having Insurance as well
3. Tax deduction benefit
4. Post Maturity of the Policy, 35 lacs will be deducted and balance amount will be paid to you.
5. Accidental and Death is also covered
6. Loan will be for 10 Years only with EMI much lesser than your current EMI.

After you okay ... they will take you through proper verification and file is passed on Insurance company.

They will prepare a plan for you as well

Tenure :- 10 - 15 Yrs
Per month Premium :- 87K Per Annum
Time Taken to process Loan :- 25 - 35 days

*Note :- They will try convenience you to tell lie to Insurance company that this is not for loan purpose.
Reason will be - otherwise Insurance Company will charge their commissions which will be almost double of the EMI.

My EMI was 29, 000;/- Per month once you pay advance payment of INR 87, 000/-

Plot :-
Insurance company are really and they will do their sanity checks that why you will get caught under this mesh.

Once, you make the payment then after 45 days your policy comes in action and then you are stuck with this policy.
35 Lacs will never come to you but this third party will get their commission and they will abscond.

Therefore, your 87 Thousand will also get stuck and EMI will remain as it is.
These Fake people are calling from Delhi and will give proper Bajaj's postal address so that Bajaj will get caught and not them.

I have given all my documents eg. Cross cheque, account nubmer of the bank with each and every details but then also, i am receiving messages from bajaj that your amount is due for payment and when i checked the details in their website, it says "my given bank a/c doesn't exist". This is the consecutive 3rd month when i am receiving the threatening messages for payment of may said amount of 1875/-. I dropped an email to them but in vain.

Had taken loan of rs.2 lacs . Loan account no - 403SOF34410359. This loan i had taken in Chennai. I have paid 12 months EMI after that lost my job.Now am not working am unable pay EMI past 6 months. now am going to settlement the amount .Please suggest me how to proceeded the process.Ageny will call continuously to my parents .I need to pay amount to Bajaj to sell land I need time to repay amount.Now am not able to pay amount due to don't have job.

One of my customer is not paid the amount through bank.. Then the bajaj offc call the customer to give them the money with fine amount.. The customer told "i give u money after 2 days bcz bank holidays"... But the collection boy not listen and go to the customer house and creat scene in his house.. The hole area comes out fem home.. They want to know what happend... So i m telling that this is in your rules??? Why the collection boy do this??
When i told to the bajaj offc they also told me they need money right now... That is not a sytemetic process... The customer is very close to me.. He did not come again to buy something from me... I need ans why your offc doing this.. Ans the customer also want to know this.. U lose ur customer... Nothing more

My name is kawaljeet kaur i leave in naraina vihar the problem is i want to chang my registered no on bajaj finance 5 months before i purchase a mobile samsung max so when i was purchasing this mobile meri emi bani 8 months ki jisme se 3 months ki emi me submit kara chuki hu to jis number pr mujhe emi ke liye call ata hai vo no ab band ho chuka hai so i want chang my number on bajaj finance my older no is [protected] and new no is [protected] so plz i request you to plz chang my no and dont call on that older no so i can take my all call from bajaj finance thanks.

I dont have any intrest on taking any loans from this finance company and evn called their customer service. They are not responding properly. How can we punish this company. I have blocked all the numbers while receiving the calls, even each time getting calls from different numbers.

Its too much disturbance while we are in official meetings / driving the vehicles.

I want to get rid of these unnecessary calls.

Loan account no. 4000cd69496666, inspite of executing ecs mandate at the time of availing emi facility and also maintaining sufficient balance in my sb account my 1st as well as 2nd emi not executed through ecs mode resulting to make payment through net banking. This effects my credit rating. Your staff not responding to my calls at your tarnaka, sec'bad office not informing valid reasons for their failure in executing ecs mandate. I am a senior citizen and unable to visit your offices in person. Requested for redressal of complaint at the earliest.
