DEAR SIR, MADAM I took a consumer loan from bajajfinservin 2017.LOAN A/C NO-436DPF48850621AND I paid all the dues(5*2082=10408)by ESC ONLINE MY BANK.THE Representative told me that after clear all the dues they will send me NOC. My loan account has been clossed.But till the date i didnot get the noc.And it is reflecting in my bank record.Iwould like to request you please send me NOC and update my bank record.     I received one call from Bajaj Contact Centre regarding new scheme that they have launched :-

    Its goes like this :-
    They will give you a commitment of INR 35, 00, 000/- (35 lacs) in the form of Insurance.

    Yes you are right Home Loan in the form Insurance.
    So called benefits

    1. EMI will be interest free
    2. Addtl you will be having Insurance as well
    3. Tax deduction benefit
    4. Post Maturity of the Policy, 35 lacs will be deducted and balance amount will be paid to you.
    5. Accidental and Death is also covered
    6. Loan will be for 10 Years only with EMI much lesser than your current EMI.

    After you okay ... they will take you through proper verification and file is passed on Insurance company.

    They will prepare a plan for you as well

    Mine was
    Insurance company :- HDFC Insurance company
    Policy Name :- Jeevan Bima Policy / Classic Assured plus
    Propose for buying policy :- Tax Saving and Family Coverage
    Tenure :- 10 - 15 Yrs
    Per month Premium :- 87K Per Annum
    Time Taken to process Loan :- 25 - 35 days

    *Note :- They will try convenience you to tell lie to Insurance company that this is not for loan purpose.
    Reason will be - otherwise Insurance Company will charge their commissions which will be almost double of the EMI.

    My EMI was 29, 000;/- Per month once you pay advance payment of INR 87, 000/-

    Plot :-
    Insurance company are really and they will do their sanity checks that why you will get caught under this mesh.

    Once, you make the payment then after 45 days your policy comes in action and then you are stuck with this policy.
    35 Lacs will never come to you but this third party will get their commission and they will abscond.

    Therefore, your 87 Thousand will also get stuck and EMI will remain as it is.
    These Fake people are calling from Delhi and will give proper Bajaj's postal address so that Bajaj will get caught and not them.

      I have given all my documents eg. Cross cheque, account nubmer of the bank with each and every details but then also, i am receiving messages from bajaj that your amount is due for payment and when i checked the details in their website, it says "my given bank a/c doesn't exist". This is the consecutive 3rd month when i am receiving the threatening messages for payment of may said amount of 1875/-. I dropped an email to them but in vain.

          Had taken loan of rs.2 lacs . Loan account no - 403SOF34410359. This loan i had taken in Chennai. I have paid 12 months EMI after that lost my job.Now am not working am unable pay EMI past 6 months. now am going to settlement the amount .Please suggest me how to proceeded the process.Ageny will call continuously to my parents .I need to pay amount to Bajaj to sell land I need time to repay amount.Now am not able to pay amount due to don't have job.

            One of my customer is not paid the amount through bank.. Then the bajaj offc call the customer to give them the money with fine amount.. The customer told "i give u money after 2 days bcz bank holidays"... But the collection boy not listen and go to the customer house and creat scene in his house.. The hole area comes out fem home.. They want to know what happend... So i m telling that this is in your rules??? Why the collection boy do this??
            When i told to the bajaj offc they also told me they need money right now... That is not a sytemetic process... The customer is very close to me.. He did not come again to buy something from me... I need ans why your offc doing this.. Ans the customer also want to know this.. U lose ur customer... Nothing more
            Myself Prabhakaran (Chennai) I have taken 1 lac loan from bajaj and I have been paying regularly but due to this Pandemic situation I was not able to EMI on 02/09/2020 . Yesterday a collection boy named Santhosh came to my house by afternoon, I was not in my home . My mother was 60 years old lady, she told him my son is not in home and asked him to come tomorrow, but that collection boy never moved and shouted using bad words and created a scene in my Apartment . Tomorrow is my Salary day, I am going to pay the money with added interest. But I never expected this kind of behaviour from Bajaj . Anyone kindly let me know where I need to complaint against this Bajaj collection boy .
            My husband has taken loan of around 1.5 lakh.we have been paying emi regularly before covid and also during covid we are trying to pay the emi but since there was strike in Gujarat for long time my husbands funds are blocked for long time.still we are trying to pay as much we can.but the collection guy kiran mistry has been bothering us since quite a few months. We have paid around 80k during pandemic still every month the collection guy is harassing us and calling an unusual hours from different phone numbers.life has become miserable after taking loan from bajaj.i will advise all my friends family and acquaintances never to borrow from bajaj ever.i am also going to complaint to RBI

                I dont have any intrest on taking any loans from this finance company and evn called their customer service. They are not responding properly. How can we punish this company. I have blocked all the numbers while receiving the calls, even each time getting calls from different numbers.

                Its too much disturbance while we are in official meetings / driving the vehicles.

                I want to get rid of these unnecessary calls.

                  Loan account no. 4000cd69496666, inspite of executing ecs mandate at the time of availing emi facility and also maintaining sufficient balance in my sb account my 1st as well as 2nd emi not executed through ecs mode resulting to make payment through net banking. This effects my credit rating. Your staff not responding to my calls at your tarnaka, sec'bad office not informing valid reasons for their failure in executing ecs mandate. I am a senior citizen and unable to visit your offices in person. Requested for redressal of complaint at the earliest.

                    I am constantly getting this annoying mobile calls from Bajaj Finance. Regarding overdraft facilities. These people are almost harassing me by constantly calling on my mobile number - [protected]
                    Just delete my number from your data record.
                    Every now and then I am getting these call.
                    Please refrain calling me! I do not want any loan from Bajaj finserv even if I have to.I get calls from you 4-5 times every day and I am so irritated.I am tired of blocking your numbers but get calls from different number . I dont think you will get any customers if you continue pissing off people. Just block my number and Stop calling!

                      I have taken 2 years extended warranty insurance from you of Carrier AC.and i have registered complain on 19th May 2018 (Complain No.- OC[protected]-[protected] regarding AC cooling and today is 5th June 2018. and problem still not resolved even i didn't get any call from your technicians. I am calling every day on your customer care number and they told me "our technician will contact you". i want to know what is the TAT to resolve a customer issue. your customer care executive said that is 48 working hours now you calculate by your self that how many hours have been passed from complaint date.

                      Is this the your company policy that customer have to suffer after taking services from you.

                      Please refund my money if your company cant fulfill your commitments or solve customer problems.because this is our hard core money which we have pay.its been 15 days and i m still facing the problem.

                        I availed a personal loan vide loan account no # 400pht42246785 for 4 (Four) lacs. Since the beginning the bajaj services are worst. One loan with 2 different repayment scheduled. One i received on email differs from the one on the portal. No one in customer care has a clue why the one on the portal is wrong. They keep telling me that it is it error. I failed to understand how can it be it error when the the emi is printed wrong.

                        Suddenly after 10 emis my emi got increased and no has a clue why it got increased by 145 /-

                        I wrote multiple emails - no one can resolve the simple issue.

                        Worst service with incompetent employees
                        They call me from different numbers daily and ask to take a loan.
                        I have not done any transaction with Bajaj finance still debited some amount from my HDFC bank account. Very disappointed

                            This is to inform that i received a call from a person naming mr rk sharma with phone number [protected]. He asked me to take an insurance policy for an amount of rs 500000 for 15 years and i would have to pay rs 50000 per year as a premium. Also he told me that there is an offer from bajaj that bajaj will provide me interest free loan for rs 500000 the ammount for which i would take the insurfance policy. On 4th feb i took the insurance policy through the person sent by mr rk sharma and after that i am in continuous touch with them but they are saying that i have to take another insurance policy to get the loan amount.

                            My concern is that they have fooled me and wasted my insurance policy. They told me that they are calling from lajpat nagar branch and the perons with whom i have talked and their contact numbers is mentioned below. Please look into the matter and resolve this. I have decided to lodge police complaint but i am just waiting for your reply and resolution. Please find the below mentioned details of the persons from bajaj finance. They have also sent the approval letter of loan from bajaj through watsapp.

                            They have blackmailed me and asked me if i want my personal loan than i have to take another insurance policy otherwise i will have to continue the policy with extra burden. Before taking the policy they told me that they will cancel the policy if i did not get the personal loan. But they intentionally extended the matter so long that my free look cancellation period was also lapsed. I took the insurance thing that i will continue the policy and the amount which i will get as personal loan i will repay my existing personal loan as the rate of interest on existing personal loan is very high. Now they have loaded me with extra burden of rs 50000 per year as insurance premium. Please help me with this.

                                Through bajaj finance emi facility.
                                Downpayment : rs 11016/-
                                Rest emi amount :rs 2754/- x 8 = 22024/-

                                That was grt, but after one month today (2.6.2018) 1st emi deducted from my bank account but still showing remaining amount rs 22024/- on my mobile apps.

                                    I received one sms in the first week of may from bajaj finserv that since the emi card hasn't been used from 6 months, they will charge inr 117 from my account. I reported the case at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and requested them to stop such transaction. On the 25th may, 2018 they just took out inr 117 from my saving bank (Sb) account. They want me to share my sb details in order to initiate the refund. I fear that my account will be misused if i share such details. But then i wonder why shall i share my details when they know my bank details already. Beware of such companies...

                                      I don't hold any emi card or any loan from bajaj finance services. I had loan long back 4 yrs ago and i have cleared my loan.

                                      I used to get messages and calls from bajaj finance services asking for, if i am interested in loans. All of a sudden i started getting messages from bajaj finance services saying 117 will be deducted. Below is the message i have received. Eventhough i doesn't hold any emi card, i have received the below message.
                                      Dear customer, your emi card annual inactive fees of rs.117 is due on 22nd may18. Available loan limit on card is rs. 102, 000 use your bajaj finserv emi card & get waiver on your annual inactive fee. Know more http://bit.ly/2BQgplb

                                        I received call from bajaj for od facility.

                                        Initially discussed with executive,

                                        1. Bajaj will provide od facility with any charges and charge the interest only for used amount and no hidden charges/conditions
                                        2. Basic processing charges can be paid within a year as customer convenient.
                                        3. Wave off some process charges and refund some amount.

                                        Had the initial discussion with executive, then i said ok. (I have all the mail communication).

                                        Later executed keep on called me day and night, i responded and given the documents. Before they approved the od loan.

                                        Later just i agreed only for 1% processing fee, on condition to pay it within year in instalments, later without any further discussion and final confirmation they approved (902, 999) and transferred the loan amount of 8, 87, 136 (Deducted 15, 863), from day of transferred amount in my account, i tried to forward/transfer the same to bajaj account but transaction got failed, i shared the same details with screenshots with bajaj, also requested for cancellation.

                                        Once issue get resolved i transferred the same to bajaj account, now i’m getting sms to pay the emi i was shocked and keep on following up them for cancelation this miscommunicated product/loan but no one responding on mail or on phone.

                                        I requesting you, kindly assist me to move of this miscommunicate loan issue.
