Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . Phone calls comes anytime spoiling my sleep and meetings. I am loyal customer of bajaj but this type of behaviour of your side is not acceptable. So please stop the same if not than I shall move to consumer court.

I am receiving calls from bajaj finserv daily 4-5 times which irritates me a lot. They keep calling from different numbers even if i block the number. I dont want to take any loan nor have any interest in any scheme of bajaj finserv.

Daily i am getting 3-4 calls from bajaj finance chandigarh and i have blocked around 20 numbers of chandigarh bajaj finance but still they keep on calling me from different numbers and i get computer recorded calls. On 10 april 2018 i was purchasing samsung washing machine from reliance digital korum mall, thane through bajaj finserv emi option but soon i cancelled my order before delivery.

I was worried how would i get the refund? I called bajaj finserv and told them and they assured me no money will be deducted for this purchase. Later, i called reliance digital and got confirmation from them too that no need...

I buy one samsang mobile i paid my all emi with late charge no pending amount and they give me noc as well

Last month mr dd sharma came to collect 10, 000 rs for emi and did/nt gave the reciept and after that emi also deducted from my account, iam trying to call him he is not even answering
They are not even refunding my funds m sharing his phone number with the details please take some strict action against him, so that he could learn a lesson in return. His name...

Kripya karke mere ac loan ke bare me mujhe poori ditail mere e mail pr bheje. Jisase ki mujhe loan chukane me asani ho. Maine kai bar aap ke coustmer care no. Par phone kiya par mujhe us par koi jwab nahi aaya aur phone nahi utha. Mujhe aap ki company se koi bhi jawab nahi mila. Jisase mai bahut upset ho raha hun. Agar aap ki company mujhe koi bhi sampark nahi karegi to mujhe apni ac loan ki kisht rokni paregi....

I took personal loan ( salaried personal loan)from them after utilising the entire amount i paid 610000. They took 603006 rs in personal loan and 6994 as a charges on what basis they took the charges i didint understand.

Then i again used 58000 and they deducted remaining amount from my balance principle with them. And intrest from me.

After that i complaint but no one bother to proper reply.

Bajaj finance allocated an customer nos to me bearing 32014127.
With same customer id bajaj has allocated some one else a loan amount of 2lakh.
As well as an purchase of 3996/- amount is highlighted in my profile which i have not done.
Emi amount of 1998 has been deduted from my bank which im not responsible.
Such an irresponsible fraud company is bajaj finance.
Please take action against this....
