Hi team,

I am gaurav chaturvedi a customer for the pl# - 401spl02054748. Due to a personal emergency, i was not able to make payment of this loan installment in jan. Rajesh called me for collection and had a word with me about payment for the same to which i committed to pay by the 1st feb when my pay is credited. Rajesh threatened me on the 1st feb at 12 am in the night to come to my house at 3am to collect payment since i was not able to pay as soon as the salary credited. Due to his behaviour i had to rush from office back home. Anyways i made the payment of the instalment and partly the penal charges. An amount of rs 4000 was still left that rajesh promised me to take care of however now i have completed my loan amount and the load stands paid accept for that penal amount. Rajesh has been giving me commitments for the past 3 months now and still the issue with stands.in addition to this i personally would like to lodge a formal complaint for rajesh pandey and rajesh thakur (Collection executive). They have used threatening words, harassed me out of business hours, given wrong commitments and have just withered away with time.. If this is the way bajaj treats their customers, it comes as a real shocker to me i am attaching my folllow up messages where i have repeatedly asked rajesh pandey for an updated and he has simple failed to keep his commitment in addition to which he possess a very unwelcoming demeanour. I personally would request you to kindly help me out with getting him fired off his duties since he is nothing but a black hole in your esteemed institution. I am attaching the screenshots of the follow ups done by me with this man (Rajesh pandey). If my penal charges could not be waived he should have told that to me clearly 3 months ago. Also rajesh suggested me to get my emi bounced to help me get this resolved. Who gives suggestion to customers to get their emi's bounced on purpose. Please fire this man at once. I also am going to come in person to your office to discuss this case further.

    I am not customer of bajaj finserv or hold any loans directly or indirectly, please stop sending someone else's loan account regarding messages on my postpaid number.
    The message shows loan account no. 4250cd47845636. Linked with some pnb account number ending with 2162. I do not own any of these and still, i get messages on daily basis.
    Please contact the original actual holder and update his/her contact number on your database and leave me out of this mess. I am fed up with your regular messages four to five times daily.

    Hello sir my loan id is 50396311 and my total emi is 12000and 1500/month but april month debited in 3times and total debited in 24000 in double amount..And bajaj finance calling from me and talking to rough languge..And my last emi is 2 may but amount is alredy debit in 24000rs.

      I have told them not to call daily for the samething.. I am tired of letting you know i dont want any damn loan or some thing from you.. Just delete my number and dont call me again

        Hi,

        I used to have a personal loan with bajaj finserv but now that it is done and dusted, i get at least 10 calls from the company to take another personal loan. I have blocked at least 20 of their numbers but every time i get a call from a different number. Initially it was a person calling, when i started to tell them that i dont want any calls from them, i started getting automated calls over and over. I want this to stop!! I have many important calls to take and this definitely is not one of them!!! Please stop!!!

          I want to surrender my emi card. The agents had marketed the emi card to customer with wrong information that, the said card is free of all charges (I. E. Renewal and annual etc.). But the company is charging annual fee of rs295.00.
          Misleading the customer by giving wrong information is not healthy corporate culture. It leads to loss of goodwill, customer dissatisfaction and loss of business of the company.
          Please provide proper training to your marketing agents to give correct information to the customers at the time of selling the emi cards. It will help the company to survive in long run.

            I am receiving regular phone calls from bajaj finance service from various executives regarding to take loan/overdraft. I am not interested to take any such loan . So please stop the same immediately, if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [protected]
            I am getting lots of CALLS and SMS from Bajaj Finance both from landline and mobile phones. Inspite of several complains it is not being stopping. I do not know who is favoring the company.

                I have taken bajaj finance personal loan 16% interest rate now they are charging 24% interest rate why first time they are talking polietely and now they are given answer our bank is non banking sectore why they are harrising me so kindly give me solution regarding this and

                    I receive calls for a loan from bajaj finance several times a day. I am not interested in receiving calls from bajaj finance. I have told the caller several times not to disturb me and to remove my number from their list. However, nothing has happened and i keep receiving their calls. I do not know what strategy is this. If at all i want a loan, i will surely not go to bajaj finance. Please stop those calls. It is really irritating.

                            The terms and conditions for my loan, under od loan to professionals, are clearly finalized with ajay dhanwani area manager, ahmedabad on mobile through mr. Kamlesh vaghela, asstt manager as under
                            1. The rate of interest will be 15% pa.
                            2. No any charges will be taken from me means all chargeable items for making loan are waived
                            Now my complain is that
                            (A) the bank has charged of rs.31037/- from my loan account then i talks with concerned officers of your bank at that time, both of them has replied me, the same charges will be refunded to your account after 1 month, however there is no refund any money and i also sent the same details through whatsup to mr. Ajaybhai, and now mr ajaybhai has discoutinued me from his whatsup and also not attended my calls so that i request to refund the amount as charged as per terms.

                            (B) in the month of december, the more interest of rs.5830/- is charged as on 02/12/2017 for the period upto 01/12/2017, so that i asked for the such more interest then mr ajaybhai has replied me it will be refunded to you however there is no any credit made by the bank so please refund the same.

                              Am sendamij selvy. I don't want loan now. Puducherry executives didn't call me and didn't get cheque leaf from me. Then how will u credit loan amount? Tom u closed my loan. I don't pay any dues. Am not having money to pay every month dues. So please close my account. Am asking details only. They didn't give any intimation to credit the amount.

                              Bajaj finance has set up automated recorded calling that keeps calling you at odd hours with no option to request DMC or unsubscribe.
                              How can one request to remove my no from your marketing database and stop calls from them or their agents/dsa.
                              Its almost leading to harrasment.

                                Every day I get a call from Bajaj Finance Service and it is so annoying when I have to pick up the call from different customer executives on daily basis. I do not understand if a customer declares he do not want loan or a credit card, why does your representatives still keep calling him.

                                I have already blocked lot of your numbers but still they keep coming.

                                Please stop this harassment. I am not declaring my number. Do not want my number being misused if I post it in a public forum.
                                Reverse charge intt in my AC Rs 4169/ or Rs. 562/ both amt already deduct.

                                  For few days ago i have inquiry for personal loan on paisa bazar.com regarding this inquiry bajaj finance representative visit my office & ask for loan i have submitted all documents regarding loan in good faith even though security cheque also company representative give assurance that before approval loan they will inform me on mail each & every condition when they approval loan they charged 10.000 rs for insurance & 2999 rupees for other charges i strictly refuse & inform through mail short & sweet i dont want take loan. Now finance company give me threat that you mast avail loan as it was approval otherwise they will spoil my cibil report so i request you please give me justice & return my all documents includein my cheque.

                                      Purchased a smartphone make vivo through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe insurance applied with loan application no. 6x1dfs69611275" is tagged to my loan account.
                                      I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.

                                        I have bajaj fin flexi load. Bajaj fin executive told that this is zero forecloser and zero part payment loan, you can close loan any time without any extra charge.

                                        I applied for foreclosing of the loan and they told that now the policy has changed as per market and economic conditions and charging 4% + gst for foreclosure. This is unacceptable. Can someone please help me on this?
