I am already registered for dnd service. I get calls daily 10 to 12 times phone calls from bajaj finserv. Stop these calls immediately, else, i shall move to consumer court, by the end of this month. I m constantly being bothered, despite of my repeated request not to call me. I have even blocked your numbers, but i still keep getting calls from bajaj finserv. My number is +91-[protected]....

The sales people are such senseless people that all they are interested is to fool people into applying for loans inspite of telling them there is no need; they promise that the loan will be approved, confirm and once you submit the documents, they care a foot about you and do not have basic manners to answer your calls and update; their grievance department is another horror story who are just trained on one word' sorry Sir' that's it and...

It was told to my father that emi card from bajaj finance is free of cost and it will never charge money, but it is deducting rs 117 annually from his bank account without his permission and he does not have any pending in that card. So he wants to cancel the card as the company is cheating on the customers by providing misleading information. So please help....

Bajaj finance should not spoil relationship with existing customers. Its irritating to get call from daily.

I swear i made mistake to take loan from bajaj finance in 2014.

I don't need loan/product/scheme from bajaj any more as it is not my requirement.

I have already registered dnd on their site. Please bajaj stop calling.

Satish shimpi is available on non-public holidays between monday to friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on[protected]Call charges as applicable)." but bajaj finserv has taken it granted to trouble the available mobile numbers at midnight (11pm), early mrng 3am etc, how on earth this could be acceptable?...

I have taken a laptop using bajaj finance 10 years back. I have paid the first emi through cheque and paid all the remaining emi's by cash as they had some problem in clearing the cheques. I also have got receipts from the representative for all the payments and the loan was closed. After one year, we got a call from them stating the loan was not closed and final emi is pending. I have bought mobile from bajaj and loan availed from bajaj finance which has been closed in the month of december 2017 but the noc for the same is not received for the same. I am trying it from last months and nobody is responding it properly and they dont have any service manager for the same in the branch. Staff neglects the customer problems. Dear Sir,
With respect to above caption subject, I undersigned made a payment of Rs14280/-as on 10/05/2017 to you and after that NOC is also issue by you on 17.5.2017 for the same but at the time of submitting the data by you in CIBIL you had shown payment made by me as w/off in your books instead of payment received from me towards the clearance of balance due.

Stop harassing the common people who are not even your cudtomers.
I have never opted for any policy, or suggested interest in any of your financial policies n products. So stop harassing.

My loan application number 4000CD59595572 . I purchased one LED TV make Sony for which an amount of Rs. 29, 000/- was financed by your company. An EMI of Rs. 3625/- was to be paid by me for 8 month. The details of loan amount financed is as under.

I'm from bangalore, i purchased sony led tv 48" 1 year back and took extended insurance by paying around rs5000/-, exactly after 1year mfg warranty display had gone and i informed bajajalliance insurance guy, they took the tv and almost after 1month with continuous follow up and irresponsible response when called each time they gave telling the display is changed we fixed the new display which we got from sony company and charged rs1400/-...

14990/- through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 403dfs47708871" is tagged to my loan account.
I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.

I applied for bajaj finserv flexi loan last month, which was my first loan with bajaj finance. That time they promised insurance waive off, but didn't waive off. Loan account number 4010cd15188381 was pre closed due mistake made by excutive of bajaj accout number of mine was wrong enter on system while we use to get ecs bounce every month than on contact at bajaj office wazirpur on 20/04/2016 i came to know all above than closed on same day with full amount
While earlier loan on same person and same bank account number successful paid

How this mistake done by excutive not know...

Sir/madam it is to inform that the amount of rs.4900/- has been deducted from my account on 06.1.2017 at 10.00 am when the transaction has been failed while i drawing the cash from sbi, moosarambagh, dilsukhnagar.

Due to this i had done another transaction and got the cash of rs.5000/- second time from the same sbi, atm. Due to urgency.

But i got the message that the amount of rs.4900/- has been also deducted...
