    Bajaj finserv — cancellation of bajaj emi card

    Complaint
    In sudden rs.117 debited from my account which is making me highly irritation and i will not going to use this card anymore.

    I am highly demotivated because of this action from bajaj finance and will never go to such finance option no more.

    Take action to revert back to my amount and cancel my card immediately.

    If no action, then this will be treated as illegal and will be informed to others to avoid to go for bajaj finance.

      Sir/mam,
      I had taken consumer loan from bajaj finserv on dec 16. My emi start from feb 17. I had paid 2 emi. After that my accident took place. I was in bed for 3 months. I lost my job. Without any information i get a call from delhi police recovery that a warrant has been issued on my name. I asked the bajaj employee to make my payment in parts that i will pay with penalty. But no response from them.

        My preapproved emi card was blocked without any intimation to me. This i came to know when i tried transaction with the help of card. It was quite uncomfortable situation for me.
        Secondly i had written a mail yesterday and i have not received any acknowlegement of the same.
        Can i please know the reason for blocking the card?
        Also i tried your ivr's and there is no option to talk to customer care support representatiove. Also tried to contact number of pune office but no one was responding.
        Please unblock the cars as soon as possible under an intimation to me.

          I purchased few furnitures from estillo furnitures few month back under the emi scheme of bajaj finance.

          The seller took 30% advance and the balance was financed by bajaj finance in 8 equated emi.

          The amount of emi was mentioned by the seller in the invoice copy and the document is with me. But when the first emi hit my bank it was noticed that the amount was not matching with the emi amount written in the invoice. Rs.385/- was deducted more as insurance amount, insurance company being life style max.

          The insurance was done without my consent which was communicated to bajaj officials. They assured that the insurance will be diffused and the amount deducted till now will be refunded in my account.

          Till now no action has been taken by bajaj officials and they have stopped receiving my phone. I feel cheated and await advice from the forum. Regards, saurav bose,
          Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserv end [[protected] etc] comes regarding to take loan. I am not at all interested to take loans . So please stop the same if not than I shall move to consumer court. My mobile no is .[[protected]].

            I have taken bajaj loan for buying products. Since i have lost my job i was struggling to pay my emi. Eventhough i have paid the emi in delay but ur collation agent from chennai is torchering me and my mom to the death and abusing us in bad language. If we die coz of you people will you all be happy? Will you get the money out of our death?

            I have informed this collection agent vettri that i will pay when u get my salary but he keeps on coming home early morning and torchering my mom to the core by bad words.

            Even we pay the due in delay i am paying with interest only. But why these people are torchering us like this.

              Various persons from various numbers are calling on behalf of bajaj finance . Every day i m receiving 2 3 calls from them since last 6 -7 months . I have refused many times that i dont want any loan and please do not disturb but they are repeatedly calling from different unknown numbers . This is a kind of harassment. I feel fear to pick a phone from unknown number thinking that it may be some caller from bajaj finance . But because i m a doctor its my obligation to pick the phone and in turn i get an unwanted call from bajaj finance caller. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME.

                1 cancelled and 2 blank cheques were given to mr. Arun working for personal loan application. Howerver application was rejected but mr. Arun is not returning the blank cheques. Past more than 4 moth i'm contly. Following them but they are disconnecting the call and not replying mail either. And i have give 4 cheque indian bank name of mohamed vaseem basha to arun and I trying to contact Arun he's avoiding my call n mess too after tat I came to know Arun left the job n another executive name Joseph he's in contact and Joseph also nt proper reply from him too .                   I purchased c9 pro mobile through instalments service provided by you. Some of the reasons i was unable to deposit ammount in my account. You cut 4 time money from my account without any information or call. This act was too much irresponsible done by you. I make so many call to your help line but it was getting busy. Your app was not updated and obviously lie. I have information that i have to deposit money in february not that time. If you will not short out my problem than i will see you on court.                     This is bring to your notice that my emi card permanently suspended. I am agreeing that i didnt pay that amount of 5 emis in time you people didnt called up and not aked the reason. The reason was i paid 1 emi amount to your executive he said i will give receipt eveing due to some server problem. I called up several times its not working. After that i relocated to kurnool and i visited kurnool bajaj office for the payment the amount rs12220/-. I asked them waiver they said send email. I did same thing. I received call they informed pay rs6200. I informed same thing to back end team. They said we cannot do any thing make payment of rs6250. I did payment and asked to them about bajaj card they said ask in branch. I asked in branch also they said it will activate after 45days. I checked in experia its showing permanently disconnected the card. What is this i paid extra amount of rs1250 and card also permently disconnected. Its very worst service by u people. My contact numebr:[protected] call after 10am to 2pm. I want my card activation. Last few days back i received sms you purchased mobile and the emi will be rs2122. And i got otp also. What happened in bajaj i never expect this type of service from you and i hope every one will suffer like that only

                    After giving complaint i received call from this number[protected]. He used unparliamentary language. Bajaj is stupid company and the staff also like that every time they never change and if i raise complaint they can speak like unparliamentary words in call and i am insisting that to take necessary action that fellow who spoke that lunguage and the same mail i am sending to we care bajaj and i wont leave that stupid. How can he speak like that with customer.
                    As per the promotopal e-mail received on my registered e-mail from bajaj finserve, i have applied and paid an amount of rs. 4777=00 online through my bajaj experia user account on[protected] for subscription of bajaj finserve digital lounge lifelong membership & bajaj finserve ellite card.

                      Schoked again to see an SMS "Your EMI Card is temporarily blocked" reason?????????????????????

                      Reached Customer Service? They have no clue!! Don't know what they are talking about.

                      Shocked to see my credit limit from 1.5 lakhs to 60k without a reason. "Bajaj, " says its a system process... For me, it's a joke for paying on time.
                      As of Today Cibil score is 773

                      Very disappointing service by Bajaj. This has to lead me to dropped Bajaj investment plans to avoid future SMS from Bajaj saying " your investment is blocked or "0" ...Its bajaj system process :)

                          Hi,

                          We have applied to transfer our home loan from lic since they have raised our interest rate.

                          Bajaj guys have processed it in their own wish.

                          1. We asked for 15 years of tenure and they processed it for 20 years.
                          2. Top-up loan was promised for 8.75% r. A but processed for 9%.
                          3. Initially they told flexi loan + 3 months emi holiday can be availed but after processing they are telling any one can be give.
                          4. We have asked for 45 lakhs and they processed for 50 lakhs and forcing us to get this amount.
                          5. Our original receipt for the loan closed in lic for lost by them and replied very lethagically. No responsibility at all.
                          6. Initially they told we have a voucher for 15, 000 and dont know here it gone.
                          7. Asking us to submit our original documents now.

                          No mod has been put yet!
                          No response for calls!!
                          No response for e-mails!!!

                          One of the worst financial institute i have ever seen in my life.

                          Now we don't know what to do, even i asked for outstanding letter to transfer my loan to some other bank but they are not giving that too.

                          Very worst people.

                            I have taken EMI for LED TV using Bajaj Finserv EMI process in a shop.Now I have forgotten my username and password, and my bajaj card is not received but your employee said 3 months after your card in your hand.5 EMI's are finished my loan number which the amount is debited for EMI in my account is BF130717_105-409 but card not received yet.                               I am already registered for dnd service. I get calls daily 10 to 12 times phone calls from bajaj finserv. Stop these calls immediately, else, i shall move to consumer court, by the end of this month. I m constantly being bothered, despite of my repeated request not to call me. I have even blocked your numbers, but i still keep getting calls from bajaj finserv. My number is +91-[protected].

                                The sales people are such senseless people that all they are interested is to fool people into applying for loans inspite of telling them there is no need; they promise that the loan will be approved, confirm and once you submit the documents, they care a foot about you and do not have basic manners to answer your calls and update; their grievance department is another horror story who are just trained on one word' sorry Sir' that's it and they cannot do anything.

                                I have been played around twice by these guys (Saritha 2017, Amit 2018) and today I promise that I am never going to get into a relationship with this Senseless, Pathetic Kabadi ki dukaan also known as BajajFinserv...disgusting...

                                  It was told to my father that emi card from bajaj finance is free of cost and it will never charge money, but it is deducting rs 117 annually from his bank account without his permission and he does not have any pending in that card. So he wants to cancel the card as the company is cheating on the customers by providing misleading information. So please help.

                                    Bajaj finance should not spoil relationship with existing customers. Its irritating to get call from daily.

                                    I swear i made mistake to take loan from bajaj finance in 2014.

                                    I don't need loan/product/scheme from bajaj any more as it is not my requirement.

                                    I have already registered dnd on their site. Please bajaj stop calling.

Satish shimpi is available on non-public holidays between monday to friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on[protected]Call charges as applicable)." but bajaj finserv has taken it granted to trouble the available mobile numbers at midnight (11pm), early mrng 3am etc, how on earth this could be acceptable?
                                      I got one mobile in flipkart.and returned due to product problem but amount is cutting from my account pls refund the amount

                                        I have taken a laptop using bajaj finance 10 years back. I have paid the first emi through cheque and paid all the remaining emi's by cash as they had some problem in clearing the cheques. I also have got receipts from the representative for all the payments and the loan was closed. After one year, we got a call from them stating the loan was not closed and final emi is pending. We have visited nearest branch in tirupati and submitted all the payment receipts and got confirmation from them saying they will close the loan. Now after 9 years we are getting continuous threating calls from customer care asking to clear the due and failing to do will send us to jail.
