Please put my number in your donot disturb dnd list immediately. I have informed your telecallers like million time. I get 100 calls every week. I'm not interested in any bajaj products or finance at this point of time. If these calls continues i will terminate my bajaj finserv emi card as well. Hope u will take this very serious. For god sake stop ur calls.
Who is providing mobile nos to Bajaj Finance that they keep on disturbing on everyday basis for taking loans. It is not one member who is calling. All the telecallers are asked to call all the nos without even having a record of which mobile has already been called. It is very irritating everyday. Kindly stop the daily nuisance.
Just stop calling me i[censored] again so it surely I ll sue you people

      Its a serious pain of your call centre who keeps on calling 5-6 times a day and sometimes in a span of 15 minutes. Don't know what fun do u get out of your automated calls to the same customer from different numbers. Please stop harassing a person who is not interested in taking a loan and atleast your organisation is smart enough to align different numbers calling to the same person.

        Please stop calls made by bajaj finserv or bajaj finance officials to my number immediately. Although i have blocked numerous numbers on my own, it is very irritating to receive such ad calls from various numbers time and again. This is now really troubling me a lot. Shall be forced to escalate to competent authority, if this is not stopped immediately.

          I am presanna kumar k. P., a retired police officer of central government. While i was in service and posted at thiruvananthapuram i had purchased one note book (Laptop) by availing finance of rs, 34, 190/- from your company vide customer id no.37326214 and loan no. 14cdd28829627 dated 19/10/2016 from m/s qrs, thiruvananthapuram (Kerala). I have fully repaid the said loan without any default and the loan account has been closed. Though i had not requested for any emi card, yet your company had despatched me an emi card to my last address. During sep/oct 2017, i contacted m/s attinkara, changanacherry (Kerala) to purchase an inverter. When i contacted bajaj finsery staff available at the above said firm during the said period the staff refused to accept the emi card on the plea that the card is having thiruvananthapuram jurisdiction and which can not be used outside thiruvananthapuram. Accordingly, i made up my mind not to use the said emi card for my entire life and purchased an inverter from other source. Surprisingly i noticed that a sum of rs. 117/- (Rupees one hundred and seventeen) only has been debited from bank account on account of annual inactive fees. A message has also been received from your company on 2.2.2018 at1726 hours in my registered mobile number.

          From the above, it may please be seen that i have not used the card due to any fault of me. It is, therefore, requested that a sum of rs. 117/-debited from my back account may be re-credited to my account at the earliest possible. Otherwise i may be issued with new emi card having all kerala/india jurisdiction free of cost.

          An early reply/action shall be highly appreciated please. Reply may be given in the email address given below.

            I have taken a phone loan last month through bajaj. My lan 402dpf61904155.

            My auto debit date is been set to 2nd of every mont, however i received a text and email stating that the account has not been debited due to ecs nandate not update kindly call your bank regarding the same. I called up kotak mahindra and checked with them they said that we have not recived ecs form from bajaj due to which the transaction did not go through.

            I tried calling on the 1800 tollfree number of bajaj but it just kept on giving me my loan details but was not able to get throught customer service to check regarding this issue. I went to the shop from where i got my phone they said that need to get in touch with bajaj.

            I got call after 10th feb frm legal department the person i spoke with his name was nikhil i don't remember his last name. I told him the scenario he said that due to signature miss match the esc was not updated informed him that why didn't anyone called me before? How would i know what is the issue? Someone should have told me about this in the first week of feb when the emi did not process. The person was rude on the call hes said "it is not my fault it is your fault" in a very rude tone. He also said that come to bajaj office in wakdewadi and we will talk face to face about this matter.

            After that i recived a call from legal department again from person name advocate ravindra jadhav told me about the emi did not process, again had to explain the whole thing again. I told him that i had some family issue last week due to which don't have sufficient cast to pay the emi can i pay it next month? The rep said that no if yoh don't pay today or by tomorrw i will put this on your sybil. Asked him that why will you put this on my sybil when it is not my fault, the rep said that i don't know but it will go on sybil. Later he said that you are taking too much of time of mine i am giving you a days time will not call you again you will call me and tell me how to do it and cut the call.

            Even i work for collection agency for us and know the fact how credit reporting works. Despite of telling him that won't be able to do this month still kept on threatening about sybil. I told him that did receive a call on sat from a bajaj agent asking about money told him that i'm broke this month the agent said that will receive call from his senior regarding the same, however did not recived any call.

            I'm not ignoring to pay the emi however the situation right now is little tight but will definitely pay on 1st or 2nd of march.

            The agents working with bajaj do not know how to talk to their consumers over the phone. They talk as if they are doin a favour on us. Act like goons threatening all the time.

            I need to get this resolved asap. Need to talk someone who is expert and knows how to talk to someone.

                Sir, i purchased a mobile set by bajaj fin serve card . My bajaj card no. is [protected]. The installment of my mobile set had to be deducted from account on dated 2-2-18 but the installment was not deducted from my account on above said date. Instead the dedutction of installment of mobile set from my account the deduction of Rs.295 & Rs.295 (dated 4-2-18 & 6-2-18) made by you 2 times from by account. Then installment of mobile set deducted by you from my account on dated 16-2-18 instead of dated 2-2-18. and again Rs.450 deducted from my account on dated 20-2-18. For this i am facing so many problems and till i dont find any answer by your customer care services regarding this. Now I am closing my bajaj finserv account . Pls tell me about the above deductions which is made by you.

                  : smartphone faulty and want refund or exchange

                  I am purchased nokia 6 from bajaj finance services yesterday but the smartphone i have faulty so i want refund as soon as possible.
                  Contact me as soon as possible and share terms and conditions about refunds and purchase another company smartphone.
                  And i also talk with ur customer support but they are not given correct info when i know email i'd they told me wrong email.
                  When i place the order i am confern for refund process, he say yes but now sainath cce told me there is no process for refund.
                  Solve this as soon as possible otherwise i am raised complaint against u in the consumer court and online fraud.
                  I don't want to go in the nokia care for repair this phone i want my money back or purchase another smartphone from your site.

                  This mail i am send the regrading department but they not revert me back, and they told me visit in nokia service center for resolving issues but i am purchased brand new smartphone nokia 6 before 72 hrs price 15000 so why i am repair it.
                  Give me refund and if not possible so give me another brand smartphone chose by me.
                  And when i place the order for this phone i am confern the return policy by the cce.
                  So please solve my issue otherwise i don't pay any emi.
                  I am receiving about 8 to 10 calls every day from Bajaj finance to my no [protected] from various numbers and iVR. My no is registered with NDNC and i dont want to receive such calls. I would raise a complaint with TRAI now if i receive any such calls
                  I am getting calls from Bajaj finance everyday for the last 2 years..on my mobile number [protected]. I am getting calls despite registering on DND list on Bajaj finance site. Please stop these calls NOW..else I am going to file a police complaint and also go to consumer court..

                      I would like to inform you that on ddr bajaj-auto deducted rs 117 from my icici account on 20th feb 2018, its looks like a fraud case.

                      Transaction details :- to transfer p[protected]tr for bajaj-auto_cd

                      Can i know the reason why you people have deducted this amount from my a/c?

                      It is very painful to see that company like bajaj finance are deducting money from savings account without any kind of information or any consent.

                      I have not initiated this deduction. Please take necessary action and reimburse the money, otherwise i will be taking further action to resolve it.

                        My name is roopa shetty. And i had taken a loan for dr. Batras treatment...
                        I wasn't very keen in taking the loan but people at dr. Batras highly recommended bajaj finance
                        I m supposed to pay an emi of rs.1260, which is supposed to be directly debited to my hdfc ac.
                        But ur customer care calls me nd tells me i have to pay 450₹ as bouncing charges...
                        I don't understand what kind of fraudulent behaviour is this.
                        I have cleared my dues via netbanking...

                        It's my request to you to kindly look into the matter nd clear my overdue charges at the earliest... The cibil people had also called regarding the same.

                        I m simply harassed for no fault of mine.

                          I had done online payment of loan number l2wban05322663 which is in the name of mr. Srikanth venkatesh sakhe, and accont holder as mr. Karthik venkatesh sakhe which is me, payment was done on 17-feb-2018
                          At 7:52:17, receipt number lhmp[protected], amount of rs.4378/- which is including fine. Even after payment is done rs.3847/- emi amount is already deducted from my account on 16-feb-2018, where as payment done information or the amount deduction details are not sent to registered mobile number from bfl, as amount was already deducted from my canara bank account [protected] on 16-feb-2018, jp nagar manager or executive had called me to pay the amount on same night so i had to do online payment and above mentioned details are also attached in file below.
                          My bank statement and online payment receipts are attached below, kindly revers the amount rs.3847/- which is deducted even after emi paid already. If you cannot revers the amount to my account please kindly adjust the same amount for march 2018 emi.

                            I applied for a loan on 27th of january for 3 lacs and subsequently i call a call from mr prasanto and sent all dox. Later part he said to give a draft of 25500 in favur of rage multi state credit co-operative society limited and sent a persons for collection which i made on 29th from bandhan bank.

                            Till after the draft is given no one visited and no formalities received so far. I subsequently called up mr biswajit on [protected] in vain.

                            Sir my personal request is if the loan is not given, pls return the draft which is given to u.

                              I'm complaining about the annual fees of Bajaj finance EMI card. For wrong information and cheating customers with annual fees. They said that charges will be one time but they don't.
                              And they advertising groceries to everything we can buy, but when you inserted the card the card not accepted. So, I want to deactivate my card. So-called Bajaj finserv card.

                                  I have pleaded to every single telecaller of yours to please remove my number from your list. I have made a mistake that i took an emi plan from you and i am repenting today.
                                  I block your nos, still your team manages to call from different nos all the time.
                                  My number is registered under dnd, and i have informed this to your team as well.
                                  Please stop calling me on [protected].
                                  I am getting unecesary calls for loans, I dont need them. Please stop calling me on : nine seven four one zero two five six one eight
                                  I availed a consumer loan in 2012, the loan is closed and the product itself has lost its life.

                                  Still I get a call daily at odd hours.

                                  I have mentioned to the callers many times to register my phone number in DND but to no avail.

                                    His is balaji mupparaju, i had availed personal loan from bajaj fiance vide lan no. 400spl34941988 for rs. 749, 232.00 during february, 2017.

                                    Before i apply for loan, i have received mail dt. 08/02/2017 from ms. Soundarya nagari, asst manager, bizz for bajaj finserv, phone no : [protected] and she confirmed below sanction terms.

                                    "personal line eligibility : rs.749232/-
                                    Offering rate of interest : 12.50%
                                    Processing fee : 1.5 %
                                    Line charges on total line amount is : rs. 1999/-
                                    Part payment charges : nill
                                    Pre-closer charges : will be waved off
                                    Financial fitness report : 1499/-

                                    No documentation required for the process of loan. Only mail conformation from your official mail id."

                                    Later i have negotiated on processing fee to decrease the same to 1% and she promised for the same and she confirmed that foreclosure charges will be waived.

                                    I have availed loan based on mail confirmation from your employee as i can foresee that i can close my loan with in a year or two.

                                    From last 4 days i am requesting your call center team and wecare team for waiver and they are not responding positively. They are least bothered on commitment given to customer. They communicate like "currently as per bajaj finance policy foreclosure charges are applicable and we are not able to waive the same".

                                    If you company is not able to waive foreclosure charges, how your employees are communicating to the customers that charges will be waived?

                                    I request to look into the matter and waive foreclosure charges applicable to subject loan account at the earliest. For every day passing i am liable to pay interest, you people can understand the issue.
                                    Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected].

                                        I have had taken a loan from bajaj 1 year back. Since the time i have taken loan, i am getting loads of these automated calls from bajaj finance and also from executes reg loan top up. I have requested them repeatedly not to call because it's very annoying while in important meetings and work. If these people are sensible enough, i request bajaj finance ppl not to call and disturb me.
