I get about 3 to 4 calls daily with different caller ids. Despite me blocking the numbers every time a new caller id is seen. While i am meeting at work or sleeping this is very irritating

Going forward. Irritated with your calls. Pls remove my numbers from your list. My phone number [protected] and [protected].

So many automated calls with so many incoming diff caller ids.. How many to block? Wanted to complain to consumer court

I am getting frequent calls from bajaj finance asking me to take loans, if that is not enough these days they have started ivr calls also.

Please stop bugging people like this, and remove the number from your marketing database.

It seems i have done a big mistake taking a loan from them 3 yrs back, will ensure never to repeat this mistake again.

The issue is that daily i get calls from bajaj finance offering personal loan/ credit card etc.

I would like to inform you that i dont want any kind of loan or credit card or any service from bajaj finance.

If at all i need i know how to approach them.
Many times i told the customer care personal to remove my name and number from their database, but they never do it.

I dont know what kind of business strategy is this? By keep on calling customers.

This message is not for bajaj finserv/finance but for all of you who are using bajaj finance services. We all can see thousands of people are complaining for spam calls for rubbish maha loan offer etc. But the company doesn't care about us, they are not stopping callin. We should take legal action and inform to trai.

Charging high interest then what then mentioned while approving the loan. When i asked for clarification on these there no response from bajaj finserv.
Its been a 30 days, no progress on the issue. No response for call or mails from bajaj.
I have raised these issue on 28th nov and still its not resolved.
Getting worst customer support from bajaj finserv.

On 22 dec 2017 117 rs has been debited from my hdfc account through ecs d - tpcf bajaj finance[protected]
I don't have any dues on bajaj finance. Kindly clarify on urgent basis otherwise i will force to go to consumer court. Please provide there fund at the earliest. Unwanted debit without notification.

Today again i have received a call from nidhi from bajaj finance from [protected] and the heroes at bajaj finance have still not bothered to reply me.

I am getting your marketing calls since more than 2 years even though my vodafone no [protected] is registered for full dnd.

I am getting at least one call a day selling your services and the calls are made from various numbers from all over india.

The reason might be that the data you would have stolen for marketing would have left mentioning my number as being a dnd one and that data of yours have been distributed all over india.

I'm not interested to receive any call from bajaj finserv. As i'm not interested to take any loan. So requesting not to call and disturb me. I’m getting frequent calls from multiple numbers which i can’t block / ignore to attend the call. Some executives are really worst they don’t even have manners / common senses. If i disconnect the call due to some meeting / urgency. They will keep on calling and really making trouble to customers.

I am naresh sharma.in 2012 i bought two electronic products in 39, 000 rs from a local vendor through bajaj finance and i pay all installments and complete my loan in february 2013 (I am sending you loan noc).

First installment date 05/07/2012
End installment date 05/02/2013

Now i am getting threatening fake calls and he is saying that i am calling from mumbai police and name of person is devinder singh rathore and his contact no is [protected]. He told me that there is complaint against you and you talk to advocate anil kumar tripathi and his contact no is [protected] when i call him he said that there is loan pending amount against you when i ask him about details then he give me a shocking details that when i buy product through bajaj finance then they activate a insurance policy which i have not taken and amount was 300 or 400 is pending and now that amount is 28000. I told him that i didn't ask for any policy. I can't believe that bajaj finance executives are making fake policy for cheating peoples.

I just want to clear that which policy i didn't ask how you people activate that policy on my name and now bajaj finance agents making threatening calls.

Now i am going to consumer court for this fraud of your company i make a complaint in consumer court and they already forward you a email regarding this my complaint no is (549514) they told me if i didn’t get your written reply regarding this with noc and clear my cibil then i will take next legal action against your company through consumer court.

I am sending you my loan account details with noc of products those i purchase and i am not going to pay a single rupees for this fake insurance policy which i have not taken.

I have bought the led in the month of nov 17 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
And processing charges at the time of led purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs dec-17. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

On 22.12.2017, i got an sms from my bank account ([protected]), that rs 117/- has been debited towards, bajaj investment intermediary account no: [protected], p[protected]t1 for ddr bajaj auto.
I have not conducted any such investment transaction with bajaj auto.
Then why it is debited.

Do reimburse the money immediately.

The last call today was from akhshita at 12.19 pm from mobile no [protected] and her senior was mr. Rakesh. I have sent them sms to stop this nuisance by sending an email to ho with cc to me. I am disappointed that mr. Rakesh was not willing to share his email and phone no with me.

I am vinod shanmugam and do not have any loan relationship with bajaj. When i extracted my cibil report yesterday, i can see address and phone number which has been updated by bajaj finance for my pan and i can see some suspicious transactions trying to be made using my pan number. Do let me know how i can file al legal suit against these guys who are trying to use my pan to a get loan for others illegally using mine.

My cibil report shows an account from kotak bank (Bajaj finance) with number bf1p027874. When i disputed this since i never had any account/loa /relationship with kotak/bajaj finance, kotak people after 2 months asked me to check with bajaj finance after i called them for inquiring the status.

Cibil dispute shows :-
Kotakbank - bf1p027874 does not belong to me no change - please get in touch with your credit institutions for the required correction.
Bajaj finance officials to fix this error and remove this entry from my cibil report.
