I am writing for my mother, we took loan for tv & refrigerator from bajaj finserv of loan no 4440CD48140174, already have paid 6 months payment correctly(more than Rs 38000 ). Unfortunately due financial problems, is unable to pay for jan'18, and told agent(don't know his name, his phone no.[protected]) on phone that i can give him by 5th feb'18(6 days time), both loan amount of jan&feb'18, but he is not hearing what i have say and is saying that he can't wait till that and have only the option of recovery if i don't pay by 31st jan'18 noon that he will come with agency from where i have brought it and take that back. I repeadly asked him to give me 6 days of time but doesn't want to hear a thing about that. Later by evening he came to my home and asked for payment, i said what i said to him on phone, he still don't want to hear me and was repeadly asking me payment without waiting to hear me or the time for which i have asked causing a lot of embarrassment in front of neighbours. I have previously taken 3 items on bajaj finserv never have came across such a matter. So please, if recovery is the only option for you for our one month due, do that without that agent and help me from further embarrassment.

please give stop payment to your Bank Alc once your loan EMl is completed. This is the mistake from my side. Be careful while taking a loan from private financial Institute. I learned lesson after this. Good Day Guys... .Thank you complaint Board TEAM
