I have was told for pre approved - home loan i will get eligibility confimation after 1 to 2 day maximum.

However after sharing all the legal documents with bajaj i have received no responce from them they are not responding to calls and nor they acknowledge the documents and there customer service is pathetic they dont answer the calls.

Not sure how to get in touch with them i am afraid if i will get any trouble because i shared mt data with bajaj agent subhash (Subhash. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in)
Receiving unwanted calls to take loan...daily 5 to 6btimes my mobile number
We are getting repeated calls from bajaj allianz that about all your company products which huge disturbance to us so we are requesting you to please remove phone no in your poratl.our phone no is [protected]
Deduct the extra charge of amount from my account last month and this month before the EMI time period...I submitted the EMI amount before the due date and bounce charge date...so, why 118 &118 rupees was deducted from my account... please give me good reason or give my money back

    Hello,

    I have been getting calls for loans from Bajaj Finance daily more than 3 times, at odd hours and during busy times.

    They keep changing numbers, so blocking them is also not a option.

    I am not interested in taking any loans as of now. Even after mentioning this again and again on calls, they keep calling me and harassing during busy hours.

    Please make them stop calling me at [protected].

      With due respect I just want to said that I am purchase a Mobile oppo vs from Krishna mobile store, Deoghar and I am submit loan of time apart from that one more loan show in my account for business loan and I am witnesses there but I am not sign. for witness of others loan.
      So, please I request you to don't do such kind o[censored]ses trick to submit document of any individual. I am too much frustrated over it and I also trustless this type of work.
      So, Please take necessary steps over it.

      It is bad mark's of company reputation. Your staff do such type of things for income money from customer who take interest of loan. I never give him witness of business loan or any other loan. It is fake. Bijaj Finserv is company, why do such kind of things occurred from your side.
      Hi I was trying to pay my installment from Paytym but it's showing loan no. Is on correct please help. And I am out of country for few years please help.?
      I have been receiving multiple call from Bajaj finance thru automated call recorded from[protected], [protected] and many other number daily.
      I have complaint to both vodafone and bajaj despite their mail assurance no action has been taken as yet

        The regular phone calls which goes up to 3-4 calls per day is so irritating. I wish i had no association with a company like this you doesn’t understand that constant calls will not increase there business at all. If no loan is required by a customer at 10:00 am what would change at 1:00pm or in a day. They don’t have a clear dnd policy as well, the system generated calls should be stopped.

          I am jatin vaish. I had apply for bajaj finance emi card from croma on 13.11.2017 by paying 412 rs. My invoice number is sla[protected]. But till today i had not received my emi card. I request you to plese file a complaint aganst them as they are the cheaters. They always take payment against emi card but never send to any customer.

            I Kajal Ghosh, is a Consumer of BAJAJ FINSERV. My Flexi Loan Account No - 4F2SPF59675322. My Loan Outstanding amount of Rs. 413, 599.00 Including Insurance and I had paid your Interest amount of your due date time to time, but when I close of my flexi loan account, the forecloser charges @ 4.72% on sanctioned limit applicable taxes of Rs 19, 521.87/- What is this ? It Is totally your unbecoming manner policy. It Is totally wrong & unjustify. please solve the problem as soon as posssible.

              Hello,

              I've been receiving spam loan promotional calls on daily basis from bajaj fun serv, even though i blocked each number, your automated system is calling with new number. I understand that's the system you've developed to make calls with new numbers, knowing call receipients are blocking every new number from you. That's quite irritating, i'm sure it must br causing extreme inconvenience to many other people also.

              Please exclude my number [protected] from these calls.

                What is this laon amount of 7, 53, 000?

                Your customer care says that is for internal purpose. If it is for internal purpose, why it is reflecting in my statement?

                  And followed by otp.
                  After the same i got a call from +[protected] asking for otp, on not providing the otp to him he started to abusing me.

                  Please look in to the same immediately and seriously.

                    Please stop calling me for any kind of loans. I get daily 4 to 5 call which is automated. I have been trying to reach the customer care to stop but the call gets diverted to ivr. Its been very frustrating. I tried to block the calls. But the series changes every time. Please take necessary action against this. Otherwise i will take thia with consumer court.

                      I mousumi bhowmick booked my ticket on 3/12/17 through bajaj finance total amounted rs.13509/ (Bajaj finsery-*-2758) but my amount had been dibited rs. 8903-on 3rd january &rs 8903-on 2nd february. I donot understand the explanation of that.

                      Please send me explanation of this neihter i have to do something other way, why extra amount to be debited from my (Ubi) bank. Awaiting your early reply...

                        It is almost daily that i receive calls from your new- new no and calls from your executives at my number.

                        I do not understand if once i have said i am not interested in any kind of personal loans then why do i get daily recurring calls?

                        I have not any account in bajaj finserv & no EMI card then calls from your executives at my number for personal loan.

                        I ask your executives then told you change No. or purchases new sim.

                        This harassment is too much.

                          They informednme that bajaj finserve card is free of cahrge, but I have received a debit of 117 from my HDFC bank account stating as annual fee for bajaj finserve card. BF [protected]
                          I stongly condem and also ask them to refund my annual fee back into my account. Also pl cancel my card I no more wish to use the card.

                            I'm living in bangalore, karnataka, i purchased few goods through bajaj finserv in the past and my number is +[protected], my problem is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from bajaj finserv almost 1-3 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low-interest loans. These automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays. Some times when i'm in very important meetings and i'm totally harrassed with these kinds of approaches and calls, i would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, if i need to purchase with loans i would approach the available options but due to this these automated and manual calls simply irritate me every day, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please. It will be a great relief for me and my family too. Please understand my situation and help.

                                Bajaj finserv deducted rs.117/- (99 + 18% gst) for annual subscription without my permission and am the old customer.
                                Ecs what i gave to the bajaj for only that particular product. Once eml is over they are not supposed to take money from their client's account. They insist us to buy things using their card. It's ridiculas.
                                How many people check there passbook
                                Regularly. This is cheating and please make them to refund the same to me. All the details sent to their official email id in the pdf format.

                                please give stop payment to your Bank Alc once your loan EMl is completed. This is the mistake from my side. Be careful while taking a loan from private financial Institute. I learned lesson after this. Good Day Guys... .Thank you complaint Board TEAM

                                    My query is you people and your bloody. CUSTOMER CARE at the time of LOAN giving fake information. Told me that foreclosure charges will be 4%.
                                    Itook a LOAN previously also and that time also I got fubbed from you bajaj.
                                    That's why I got a email before disbursed LOAN amount of 201000 from your one of disgusting manager mohammad talhas email stating 4% will be foreclosure charges and he give me a amount also.
                                    When I took the LOAN of 201000 they disbursed 186000 means 14000 less amount for your #### insurance policies. And after 3 emi i went to foreclose the LOAN at that time your #### bajaj finserve took 4.75 % foreclosure charges from me and some extra 950 amount for intrest till date i disputed this amount person at counter told me to contact the person to whom I spoke at the time of taking LOAN then I called mr mohammad talha the disgusting person fake lier he told me that something far and all are applied and email was already sent to the respective email id i told him I haven't got any email check your records he give me answer no email was sent i told him I don't have email if your system has this email so give me proof . But he didn't give me any proof and beside he told me you have to pay or continue the LOAN. Is this your #### customer service for valuable customer .
                                    And second thing I have the proof of that email which mr M talha sent me on behalf of bajaj finserve and sending you as well for your reference and you people took from me extra money from me like a Beggars hence I am now prepare to take a legal action again your bajaj finserve for taking extra amount. And I'm offering people to dont go with bajaj finserve lending as you people are taking dubbing there money from any how and any reasons like a joke at the time of foreclosure. And ita not the small amount of issue ita an issue that I'm facing 2nd time. And I now let your face to the people. I recommend people and family to dont take any LOAN from bajaj finserve.
                                    Hence be ready for some legal action again you.

                                      I am writing for my mother, we took loan for tv & refrigerator from bajaj finserv of loan no 4440CD48140174, already have paid 6 months payment correctly(more than Rs 38000 ). Unfortunately due financial problems, is unable to pay for jan'18, and told agent(don't know his name, his phone no.[protected]) on phone that i can give him by 5th feb'18(6 days time), both loan amount of jan&feb'18, but he is not hearing what i have say and is saying that he can't wait till that and have only the option of recovery if i don't pay by 31st jan'18 noon that he will come with agency from where i have brought it and take that back. I repeadly asked him to give me 6 days of time but doesn't want to hear a thing about that. Later by evening he came to my home and asked for payment, i said what i said to him on phone, he still don't want to hear me and was repeadly asking me payment without waiting to hear me or the time for which i have asked causing a lot of embarrassment in front of neighbours. I have previously taken 3 items on bajaj finserv never have came across such a matter. So please, if recovery is the only option for you for our one month due, do that without that agent and help me from further embarrassment.
