receiving irritating calls & messages every day.

I request you to not irritate me by calling 5 to 6 times in a day offering Loan.
I am not interested in any kind of loan and not even interested in receiving any messages from you.

I am really feeling bad to be a part of Bajaj Finserv by taking a loan. I really regert for it.

Kindly delete my no.[protected] from your database else I will be compelled to go to consumer court.

Again it is almost daily calls from your executive at my number.
I m already say that I have not any account in bajaj finance and i dont require any loan.

Bajaj finserv — daily unwanted calls - a menace. Please stop immediately [protected]

It is almost daily that i receive calls from your new- new no and calls from your executives at my number.

I do not understand if once i have said i am not interested in any kind of personal loans then why do i get daily recurring calls?

I have not any account in bajaj finserv & no EMI card then calls from your executives at my number for personal loan.

I ask your executives then told you change No. or purchases new sim.

This harassment is too much.

    They informednme that bajaj finserve card is free of cahrge, but I have received a debit of 117 from my HDFC bank account stating as annual fee for bajaj finserve card. BF [protected]
    I stongly condem and also ask them to refund my annual fee back into my account. Also pl cancel my card I no more wish to use the card.

      I'm living in bangalore, karnataka, i purchased few goods through bajaj finserv in the past and my number is +[protected], my problem is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from bajaj finserv almost 1-3 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low-interest loans. These automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays. Some times when i'm in very important meetings and i'm totally harrassed with these kinds of approaches and calls, i would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, if i need to purchase with loans i would approach the available options but due to this these automated and manual calls simply irritate me every day, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please. It will be a great relief for me and my family too. Please understand my situation and help.

        Iam so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as i see ur numbers. Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand. My no is [protected]. I am determined that if this doesn't stop, i will complain to consumer forum.

          Bajaj finserv deducted rs.117/- (99 + 18% gst) for annual subscription without my permission and am the old customer.
          Ecs what i gave to the bajaj for only that particular product. Once eml is over they are not supposed to take money from their client's account. They insist us to buy things using their card. It's ridiculas.
          How many people check there passbook
          Regularly. This is cheating and please make them to refund the same to me. All the details sent to their official email id in the pdf format.

          99 + 18% gst from old customer means just think 117/- for 100 people X 1000 people

          how many people have time to fight with them??????

          please give stop payment to your Bank Alc once your loan EMl is completed. This is the mistake from my side. Be careful while taking a loan from private financial Institute. I learned lesson after this. Good Day Guys... .Thank you complaint Board TEAM

              My query is you people and your bloody. CUSTOMER CARE at the time of LOAN giving fake information. Told me that foreclosure charges will be 4%.
              Itook a LOAN previously also and that time also I got fubbed from you bajaj.
              That's why I got a email before disbursed LOAN amount of 201000 from your one of disgusting manager mohammad talhas email stating 4% will be foreclosure charges and he give me a amount also.
              When I took the LOAN of 201000 they disbursed 186000 means 14000 less amount for your #### insurance policies. And after 3 emi i went to foreclose the LOAN at that time your #### bajaj finserve took 4.75 % foreclosure charges from me and some extra 950 amount for intrest till date i disputed this amount person at counter told me to contact the person to whom I spoke at the time of taking LOAN then I called mr mohammad talha the disgusting person fake lier he told me that something far and all are applied and email was already sent to the respective email id i told him I haven't got any email check your records he give me answer no email was sent i told him I don't have email if your system has this email so give me proof . But he didn't give me any proof and beside he told me you have to pay or continue the LOAN. Is this your #### customer service for valuable customer .
              And second thing I have the proof of that email which mr M talha sent me on behalf of bajaj finserve and sending you as well for your reference and you people took from me extra money from me like a Beggars hence I am now prepare to take a legal action again your bajaj finserve for taking extra amount. And I'm offering people to dont go with bajaj finserve lending as you people are taking dubbing there money from any how and any reasons like a joke at the time of foreclosure. And ita not the small amount of issue ita an issue that I'm facing 2nd time. And I now let your face to the people. I recommend people and family to dont take any LOAN from bajaj finserve.
              Hence be ready for some legal action again you.

                I am writing for my mother, we took loan for tv & refrigerator from bajaj finserv of loan no 4440CD48140174, already have paid 6 months payment correctly(more than Rs 38000 ). Unfortunately due financial problems, is unable to pay for jan'18, and told agent(don't know his name, his phone no.[protected]) on phone that i can give him by 5th feb'18(6 days time), both loan amount of jan&feb'18, but he is not hearing what i have say and is saying that he can't wait till that and have only the option of recovery if i don't pay by 31st jan'18 noon that he will come with agency from where i have brought it and take that back. I repeadly asked him to give me 6 days of time but doesn't want to hear a thing about that. Later by evening he came to my home and asked for payment, i said what i said to him on phone, he still don't want to hear me and was repeadly asking me payment without waiting to hear me or the time for which i have asked causing a lot of embarrassment in front of neighbours. I have previously taken 3 items on bajaj finserv never have came across such a matter. So please, if recovery is the only option for you for our one month due, do that without that agent and help me from further embarrassment.

                    I keep getting repeated calls daily from either telemarketing people or auto answering machine representing bajaj finserv/bajaj finance.

                    Each time i have asked them to not call me and to remove my number from their database but there is no change in the situation.

                    The most annoying experience i have ever seen, is i got calls from below numbers post midnight.

                    [protected] at 2:09 a. M.
                    [protected] at 2:04 a. M.

                    Please help me to remove the no. From the database.
                    I will also make sure in future nobody including me in my family or friends circle will apply for bajaj finance products.

                      Daily received unlimited calls from bajaj finance and bajaj finserv end no. Of times. Its 10 calls a day on average basis that includes calls during dinner time and lunch time as well.

                      I request you to please take immediate action on the company and stop calls. I am already registered in the dnd category in vodafone still i receive this calls.

                      Please consider this as warning message else i will file police complaint against the company

                      Please stop on immediate basis.
                      Too many irritating calls in a day for loans. IT is really annoying as they are automated calls and if you cut the call it will come again.
                      I don't want any personal loans and don't want any calls from bajaj finance in future.

                          Dear Bajaj Finance service, Do you have any business sense?? are you trying to close your company??? I pose this doubt to you because, If you irritate your customers to the peaks like this by making number of automated calls, then how the customers are going to use your services...

                          Daily... DAILY I am getting 6-10 calls from Bajaj finance service (it's almost 5-6months). I am so much fed up with you people and I took a promise that I will never in my life use your service and will not allow my friends and my family to use your service.

                          Once I didn't lift the call wantedly... I don't want to listen to that stupid automated voice " welcome to Bajaj finservicce... Bla bla bla..." and you senseless people went on giving missed calls for exactly 20times...

                          When you don't even have this much sense and do not take care of your customers ... How we people will trust you?

                          When a cool person like me is irritated sooooooo much by YOU, OMG then what about others

                                I purchased a dinning table from royal oak furnitures few month back under the emi scheme of bajaj finance.

                                The seller took rs.15000 advance and the balance rs. 10000 was financed by bajaj finance in to emis.

                                The amount of emi was mentioned by the seller in the invoice copy and the document is with me. But when the first emi hit my bank it was noticed that the amount was not matching with the emi amount written in the invoice. Rs.440/- was deducted more as insurance amount, insurance company being life style max.

                                The insurance was done without my consent which was communicated to bajaj officials.

                                Till now no action has been taken by bajaj officials and i feel cheated and await advice from the forum. Regards, jeevan

                                  I have bought a laptop and as per my bajaj finance loan account no 403cdd59203481 statement, my first instalment falls on 05.01.2018 and rs5608 is debited on 05.01.2018 itself.
                                  But already on 02.12.2017 an amount of rs5556 (Belonging to loan accountno 403cdd[protected] is wrongly debited from my sbi bank account please kindly refund the wrongly debited amount from my sbi account.
                                  So please refund the wrongly debited loan amount rs5556 (Loan accountno 403cdd[protected] which belongs to somebody else immediately.

                                  I have availed loan for my vehicle, but bank is debiting my account in the name of bajaj finance. The bank has already deducted almost 2000 rs for no reason while if payment is being made late, the company is charging penalty also.

                                  Why so ??
                                  I had one loan which i have completed in year 2008 and still i have not received noc and showing my name in defaulter
                                  I get at least 3 to 4 marketing calls from Bajaj Finance and disturbing the me regularly. After many requests also, Bajaj finance tell callers call and disturb though out day. Is there any solution to block the call from Bajaj finance to my number as [protected] ?

                                    I have bought an ac from vijay sales motera branch. I have all my dues in time. I have not availed any other services of bajaj card etc.
                                    Still my account is deducted with rs.118/- with following message.

                                    15 jan '18 bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_dec17 - 118.00

                                    My customer id is 58961288.

                                    Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible. I am having my first emi in the next month.

                                      The customer care executive named "bhavna" is calling me again, even i told her that i am not interested in the overdraft service, then i enquired that how did she got my number, she started screaming at me and told from data, i told if i have not enquired how can my number be recorded in the database, then she told that data is stored in the computer. Then i told when i have told her again & again not to call, why is she calling me. To this, she replied, "put your number into dnd".

                                      Can someone explain to her that without feeding the number in a database, computer cannot store anything of its own? And how can anyone tell me to do what?

                                      Have bajaj finserve stared new advise expertise as well?
