Bajaj finance you guys are really spoiling your reputation. Have some basic common sense why would any person change his mind if you keep calling them. Infact i would perfer anyone other then bajaj finance. The biggest mistake of my life was buying some products on emi with bajaj finance. I will never do this.

Calls in sunday even at night 9 pm... Seriously??? You guys are disgusting...

When i called customer care they said we verify so for no response is this the way to treat the customers? Please waiting for reply

My loan account no.405cdd34389410 last week from your office person name mr. Pratik called me and i paid on line rs.3, 000/- in place of rs.3, 447/- this amount was for delay payment i paid all installment before this and he assure me for closing my account but till now i have no response from your company

Bajaj Finserver shut down their business from NorthEast without any information, my overdues shows 2692 on CIBIL report, last payment 05.02.2009.

Like many others mentioned, the only mistake i did was that i used the loan facility once to purchase something and in return i get minimum 4 - 6 calls everyday from your executives even after telling that i am not interested for further loans every time. If i dont attend the calls they keep calling continuously no matter how many times i disconnect the calls until i pick and start raising my voice, interestingly the days wen i raise my voice...

Credit card no ending 8502, i requested for emi payment from dena bank to city union bank, i gave application on 04 dec'17. At the time of submiting application concern person told me that next emi from city union bank, but now clearance goes to dena bank, i am not responsible for this, moreover i am not able to pay penalty. I had taken a loan long back and closed it on time. After that i am being harassed with 5 to 10 phone calls per day. I have complained a few times to the executives who call to stop it. I am not interested in a loan. They promised i will be on dnd... But the calls have not stopped. No other bank is so intrusive. Hi, this is masthanbe. I purchased washing machine on may month 2015. At that time i did not applied for bajaj finserv emi card.in application form also i did not select the check box for getting emi card. Once i applied for emi option they sent me a emi card thru post. I never used that card. I finished my loan on 2nd december'15 and got noc mail on 17th december 2015. I get about 3 to 4 calls daily with different caller ids. Despite me blocking the numbers every time a new caller id is seen. While i am meeting at work or sleeping this is very irritating

I am getting frequent calls from bajaj finance asking me to take loans, if that is not enough these days they have started ivr calls also.

Please stop bugging people like this, and remove the number from your marketing database.

It seems i have done a big mistake taking a loan from them 3 yrs back, will ensure never to repeat this mistake again....

The issue is that daily i get calls from bajaj finance offering personal loan/ credit card etc.

I would like to inform you that i dont want any kind of loan or credit card or any service from bajaj finance.

If at all i need i know how to approach them.
Many times i told the customer care personal to remove my name and number from their database, but they never do it.

This message is not for bajaj finserv/finance but for all of you who are using bajaj finance services. We all can see thousands of people are complaining for spam calls for rubbish maha loan offer etc. But the company doesn't care about us, they are not stopping callin. We should take legal action and inform to trai.
