    I have bought mobile from bajaj and loan availed from bajaj finance which has been closed in the month of december 2017 but the noc for the same is not received for the same. I am trying it from last months and nobody is responding it properly and they dont have any service manager for the same in the branch. Staff neglects the customer problems.     I am getting repeated calls from Bajaj Finance on loans and overdrawl facilities etc. In spite of telling again and again that I dont need such facilities, the calls are not stopping and they keep coming from different numbers. I dont get promotional calls like this from any other company. I want such calls to stop immediately.

      With respect to above caption subject, I undersigned made a payment of Rs14280/-as on 10/05/2017 to you and after that NOC is also issue by you on 17.5.2017 for the same but at the time of submitting the data by you in CIBIL you had shown payment made by me as w/off in your books instead of payment received from me towards the clearance of balance due.
      Due to that, it is wrongly appeared in my CBIL as w/off instead of payment received by you. So kindly do the needful to update CBIL data

        To the ceo/director/manager,

        This is to inform you i am having 3 product taken from vijay sales vasai west branch.
        Loan no.5770 cd 48490959
        Loan no.5770 cd[protected]problematic
        Loan no.5770cd 54644870.

        Out of which loan no.5770 cd 48491402 which is for led is problematic. We are following up with parth and asha from past 4 months.

        Firstly the ecs was not registered, secondly it gets hit on any date i have been charged 350 twice so it's 700 rs of my hard earned i've to bear as bounce charges. Every month since september rs 2880 translation is hit but shows ecs not registered, however last month there were bounce charges, which i want to be refunded.
        Third and most importantly there is an ecs deducted for amount rs 5760 on 3rd oct 2017 for which no one has any clarification, for which i want adjustment in ecs for the product.

        Even when i haven't made any mistake your collection department is continuously chasing for payments. Rest both ecs are smooth. So i have no intention of stopping any of ecs. Now nikhil is chasing for payments and misbehaves over the phone, he is not ready to solve the situation and threatening us of taking back the product.

        Let me inform you that we have go to vijay sales almost every week for follow-up from vasai east to west, also in week days, and as me n my husband are both in service we have faced hell lot of trouble following up with bajaj finance people. Still no solution given by parth. Every one is so care less and not willing to work on tge case.

        Please be clear i m not going to pay till ecs date is fixed, amount is fixed, excess amount should be adjusted, and bounce charges also should be adjusted.

        Ask nikil to stop chasing and misbehaving badly with customers...
        I am really fed up follow bajaj finance..
        I must also conclude very very pathetic service.

        Also note: if case not resolved will take a serious action and will also reach to consumer court/forum if required.

        Request you to resolve at the earliest.

          Getting too may spam calls on daily basis from bajaj finance and its allies for personal loans n other plans. Fed up of blocking every single number n suggesting the callers that i don't need any loan.
          Stop harassing the common people who are not even your cudtomers.
          I have never opted for any policy, or suggested interest in any of your financial policies n products. So stop harassing.
          I have a log of all your numbers and going to file an official complaint if this doesn't stop forever.

                My name is Bashist Singh, My Loan ID is 5770CD56062039, My EMI Card No.[protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. you are blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very discusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 2nd Dec.17. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card is blocked. This is not my good experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team.

                  My loan application number 4000CD59595572 . I purchased one LED TV make Sony for which an amount of Rs. 29, 000/- was financed by your company. An EMI of Rs. 3625/- was to be paid by me for 8 month. The details of loan amount financed is as under.
                  loan financed against TV - 29, 000/-
                  EMI for 8 months - 29000 divided by 8 = 3625/-..

                  For extended warranty My loan application number 400EWC61134760.
                  someone from your company told me to buy extended warranty on call, for 2 years. the amount to be paid is 600 extra. but i got message that my next EMI is 4, 568/- which is 943/- more than my actual EMI. it seems unethical that to finalise extended warranty on call.

                  so am requesting you to cancel that extended warranty and continue that old EMI of Rs.3625/-

                    I'm from bangalore, i purchased sony led tv 48" 1 year back and took extended insurance by paying around rs5000/-, exactly after 1year mfg warranty display had gone and i informed bajajalliance insurance guy, they took the tv and almost after 1month with continuous follow up and irresponsible response when called each time they gave telling the display is changed we fixed the new display which we got from sony company and charged rs1400/- as a pick up charge and didn't give any receipts from bajajalliance or sony company, exactly after 1 and half month again the display has gone.
                    I'm raising a complaint against bajajalliance in consumer court as they are trying cheating us telling the display a has been changed with the new one.

                    I'm informing for the last time here i need my tv to be picked up and changed with the new one and need clear picture like wat was done last time with proofs.

                      14990/- through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 403dfs47708871" is tagged to my loan account.
                      I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.
                      Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this compay and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. I shall remain grateful to you.

                        I applied for bajaj finserv flexi loan last month, which was my first loan with bajaj finance. That time they promised insurance waive off, but didn't waive off. I sent mail to them either to waive off or cancel loan. From the reply from customer care i came to know mobile number added for my application is not mine. They called me back and changed the number and given login details for loan account. After login to account i came to there is already one more and emi card which was not mine but mapped to my account. And address mentioned also not mine. When mailed to customer care they are asking to change address and saying other loan is mine. Which i didn't take and one year old. Now i am really frustrated with all these things. I want to cancel my loan by paying disbursed amount back. I am not ready to pay for insurance and processing fee because those are blunders happened from bajaj finance.
                        I have all mails and documents for the same mentioned above. Please help me to close the loan.

                          Loan account number 4010cd15188381 was pre closed due mistake made by excutive of bajaj accout number of mine was wrong enter on system while we use to get ecs bounce every month than on contact at bajaj office wazirpur on 20/04/2016 i came to know all above than closed on same day with full amount
                          While earlier loan on same person and same bank account number successful paid

                          How this mistake done by excutive not know while other side in paying full i got statement from office zero

                          Than again getting calls from furzi layer form which i am taking to consumer court

                          We want justice for the same
                          No one i think in bajaj is working because as per pre closer day the guy told me that in a six month it will close and u will get noc instead of that i am getting farzi call for last six months even emi card also freezed

                            Sir/madam it is to inform that the amount of rs.4900/- has been deducted from my account on 06.1.2017 at 10.00 am when the transaction has been failed while i drawing the cash from sbi, moosarambagh, dilsukhnagar.

                            Due to this i had done another transaction and got the cash of rs.5000/- second time from the same sbi, atm. Due to urgency.

                            But i got the message that the amount of rs.4900/- has been also deducted from my account.

                            I request to kindly let me know the details of my account and rectify the amount which has not been withdrawn (Rs.49000/-). But debited from my account.

                              Sony led tv complaint

                              I have registered my complaint on 6-dec-2017 through toll free no and my complaint no is oc[protected]. I have given my tv to digital svc india noida on 9-dec-17.
                              Approval promised within 2 days but after calling regular in a week i have informed that approval was given on 15-dec-17. I have not recieved any call from bajaj ot its frenchise for any update for service. When i was call their service center, the person named amit was regular told me that product was on the way from service center. (18-dec, 21-dec three days). When i was told him that i am comming to recieve my product on 23-dec-17, then he was told me that product was not repaired yet. After that every two days date was extented. Today 07-jan-18 any contact person (Amit, service center manager’ bhuvnesh mehta) was not recieving my call for update. I don't know where go for update because call center told me for other 2 days. (This was 5th times two day.). Also i have generated a issue[protected] but still no call recieve for any supporting authourities. Very worst service. They are simply not bothered to inform status. Please listen to my problem at the senior most level or else i go to consumer court.

                                Bajaj finance you guys are really spoiling your reputation. Have some basic common sense why would any person change his mind if you keep calling them. Infact i would perfer anyone other then bajaj finance. The biggest mistake of my life was buying some products on emi with bajaj finance. I will never do this.

                                      My loan account no.405cdd34389410 last week from your office person name mr. Pratik called me and i paid on line rs.3, 000/- in place of rs.3, 447/- this amount was for delay payment i paid all installment before this and he assure me for closing my account but till now i have no response from your company

                                        My name Pradip Singha from kahikuchi guwahati airport, I took a
                                        consumer loan on Bajaj finserver on 30.11.2007, my sanctioned amount was
                                        29500/-, I repayment from Central Bank of India ( Azara Br.), but unfortunately
                                        Bajaj Finserver shut down their business from NorthEast without any information, my overdues shows 2692 on CIBIL report, last payment 05.02.2009.
