Changing my registered mobile from [protected] to [protected] because that number was lost or stolen...please change my number .and my cust id: 7313652...kindly change my number as quick as possible...so please be change my registered mobile i.e. [protected] to my new number or current number is [protected]...it is too important to me...and i will purchasing in online it was imp to me...so pls change my number.

As per ur letter of refund forcolser amount of pl 04070pl08555106, my hdfc bank ac numbe registered with you. Also i have given hdfc bnk ac cancelled cheque for refund of fc amt. Instead of that your operation team refund my rs.7765/- to my non-operative yes bank account without my confirmation. This ac in negative bal of 10k. I want my money back from you. Your team close my graviance sr by saying credit to yes bank ac. Plz correct your operational error or plz allow me to take a help of consumer court.

I am getting daily, almost twice daily, unwanted calls from bajaj finance for loans. Inspite of blocking so many numbers, i keep getting calls from new number. Please stop this harassment. My phone number[protected] is a dnd number. And i am sure this problem is faced by others too, since there are similar complaints in this forum. This problem needs to be brought to the attention of legal team.

My cd loan approved on 8 th nov, 2017 (Cd loan app no. Sf[protected] for rs 50001/-with eligibility of emi card with limit rs 20000/- but not able to trace on bfl website at the time of purchase of consumer durable product.
At the time of contacting for purchase of product they are unable to trace my cd loan no so i request you to resolve
And please tell me how toregister my mobile no with bfl.

I am using bajaj finserv card for 30 months, my credit limit was 1.5 lakhs, but the bought my limit to about 50000 without even informing me, when they increase the limit they send an sms but now they have decreased my limit, i have maintained a healthy relationship with bajaj finserv, in this two years you will not find a single emi bounce or anything. What's the point in keeping such a card, it's useless for me. On what basis credit limit is decreasing without any information and every year is getting decreasing.

I had made a purchase from flipkart for rs. 4856 on 21st sep 2017
That day i entered incorrect otp, but still the smount got cut.
Thats means on september 21st loan of rs 4856 got charged twice.

However flipkart cancelled one of the product of rs 716 due to which all other items in my correct. All the refunds were initiaited and this loan is closed.

But for another 4856 amount charged, they are not at all responding and cancelling the loan.

Its their mistake that they have cut the money twice.

I have provided all the necessary proofs etc,.

Everyday i must call customer care and explain for an hour. Those guys take 1 hour to understand and i have to re-iterate everything.

They asked me fr 1 week time. They did not respond.

I spoke to finance team. They said they will revert on nov 21st.

Nothing is progressed till now.

Shame on you guys. You don't know how to treat customers. You don't know what promise means.

Each time they say we regret inconvinience which that actually dont mean.

I regret being the customer of this non sense where m losing my hard earned money.
Because they have deducted the amount, i have no money in my account.
I must spend 8 days for this month like this.

They loot the poor.

Deeply hurt.

I have provided them evidences. They are not bothered at all to resolve the queries.

I have bought the samsung tv in the month of september'26 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
On dated 18.11.17 i have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as mentioned above in the subject. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi card and i do not get my card till now.

I am getting constant phone calls from bajaj finserv for loans on my mobile number [protected] and want this to stop immediately, at times the call comes even in the night times disturbing me. I hope action is taken or i will need to look at legal route to stop this trouble. I am not sure how my number was known to bajaj finserv and i think that these numbers are got from the telecom provider and the customer is troubled. I hope this stops

This complain is in connection with personal loan from bajaj finance ltd has disbursed the loan amount of rs.515000/-Without my consent and deposited in bank account sum of rs.487846/-

The above loan was disbursed Without my consent and for this loan disbursement I am liable to pay rs.28000/- to bajaj finance ltd as they have credited my account with rs 4.87 lac Without my consent.
For this loan disbursement thay have taken two blank chq for Security reasons.
Kindly look into the matter

My old lan is - 4140pl05628754. I am cn sreevalsan, from trivandrum, kerala. The last emi was fulfilled by me on 5th november. Before that on october 12th i received a letter from bajaj finserv, quoting that a pre approved loan of 2, 00, 000 is approved to me. I send a sms on 14th october. But no enquiry from your side. After that i send my query through your site also, 2 times. I would like to hear from you. Thanks.

I took a loan from bajaj finserv, from that day onwards i am getting atleast 3 calls from bajaj finance asking for loan to my mobile number [protected]. I have registered trai complaint against multiple numbers but still the scene continues with multiple numbers. I bave enabled dnd, but atill same scene. I dont want your loan so please delete my number from your database. I dont want ur marketing calls hereafter

I purchased a bosch washing machine for rs. 26000 through bajaj finance on 05/09/2016 and started paying the monthly installment of rs. 1505. 4 months back the official from bajaj finance told me that it is the last installment and don't have to pay any installment. But to my surprise, i got a call from bajaj finance on 18/11/2017 that i have to pay rs. 15000 for the overdue installment. The statement says that the loan amount is rs. 2961 but including other dues the amount now is rs.15000

Bajaj finserv sales guys who cheated me - sanket khandare and shiddesh pohane. Both of the are real cheat don't fall for any of there trick.

I applied for the 1lc rs personal loan because i needed it urgently i was looking for quik processing, these guys assured me the will do it in 2 days. I called for it and did not try anything else fulfill my needs. Even after 4 days i didn't received anything but some mails and sms.

This is not all, when i went through the mails care full i realized that, - sanket converted it into 12lcs rs loan, which i never requested.

For 12lcs loan he has taken 4 insurance policies to cover this loan worth rs 23000rs.

Now i am left with 23000 deficit and 16% interest.

I just wanted 1lc loan but i feel like i am robbed for at least 1lc already, i don't know what is expected next.

I have been give 2 times ecs and cheque to bajaj finance but they always said to me for cash payment and i paid always but after paying cash bajaj claims to bank for payment but bank refused and take charges from my account. Give me solution for this, i complained about it 3-4 times but bajaj says its bank mistake and bank says its bajaj mistake, but i m geeting problem and deduction money from my account

I have lost bajaj finance emi card. My name is sanjay v khimani and my pan card number is ayipk0410c and my reg mobile no is [protected]. I want duplicate card. I have only this much detail i have provided with me. I lost my bajaj finance emi card 7 to 8 days before but dont know how and where to complanint. I need this card to transact in future through bajaj finace card so i will be helpful to you if you do needful in this matter and submit me a new bajaj finance emi card as soon as possible.
