I am using bajaj finance two wheller loan actully last month i have paid two emi one amount is collected my mother 2500 and second amount is send two online transfer and your system show only 2380 amount pai d and i am allready paid
4880 and today i got cal from your company and send 2000 emi other wise 800 extra charge

Team please solve first prirty other wise i am going to consumer court

Fraud case

Myself sayyed moseen, i am running mobile shopee by name eagle mobile shopee and i want to get your dealer code so that i can sale mobiles on finance. My shop is at ambejogai road, opp. St workshop, latur, maharashtra 413512.
I have mobiles like
Oppo, samsung, vivo, nokia, jio, lyfe.

I request you to consider my request and give me your dealer code as soon as possible...

I noticed a debit of rs. 117/- from icici bank account paid to bajaj finance, transaction decs-tpcf bajaj finance /[protected]. I have no such relation with bajaj finance and so i would like immediate action to be taken to refund my money back to my account without fail. Please explain on what ground the payment has been debited from account.in future without my writing permission no further payments should process.

I have received unsolicited sms and calls from bajaj finserve over the past 2 months, and despite me sending the words stop to [protected] (As per the bajaj finserve site - https://customer-login.bajajfinserv.in/_LAYOUTS/15/BajajTnc.html), the messages and calls keep continuing.

The text messages are extremely annoying and happen at least 4 times a day, once in the morning (Sent twice) and once in the evening (Sent twice in quick succession)

I would like this to stop, and further calls to stop immediately

I got a bike loan from bajaj auto finance. My lan number l2adeh04795311. This month i unable to pay my instalment to bajaj auto finance. So i surrender my bike bajaj v15 to compnay collection boy. If there any way to get more time to pay this month instalment. Pls solve this problam. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

Here is what i faced in last few days:
Bajaj finance people call me daily asking requirement of personal loan. Yesterday they called me twice. I have been sayung no for last 5-6 days but each time a new person calls me.
I told the lady today that i am going to complaint and she hung up the phone. These guys do not even have courtesy to understand the pain and just ignores what the people are feeling. I mean i can understand that cold calling is a way of sales but you can't call same person daily and ask for loan. Utterly unprofessional.

They are deducting money from my account every month after completion of all my dues of previous loans.. Just want to get rid of them.. Plz help me.. Totally fraud organization.. Cheater.. It was my life's greatest mistake to use their emi card when i was in need.. Totally fraud.. Someone plz help me.. Already send mail to them but no reply and continuously deducting money from my savings account.

I get three annoying loan calls from bajaj finance everyday on my number [protected]. It has been happening since a year now. How do i tell them that i do not want their loan?

I would like to have my number removed from their marketing list but here seems to be no appropriate mechanism to inform them to stop. I hope this complaint reaches them in good faith and they take appropriate action. Please help.

I bought extended warranty from bajaj finance and seriously there technicians are just money minded
They have 1 clause that wet serviced is not included but what so ever the problem is technicians always say that ur ac requires service and they will charge 500rs
I guess there s no point in taking extended warranty from bajaj finance coz no matter what the problem is they will always charge 500rs

Dear sir/madam,

I have made multiple requests to unsubscribe from bajaj finance emails and phone calls. But still on an average i get 3-4 calls in a working day and 5-8 calls in weekends from bajaj finance team to buy their products (Paperless personal salary loan).

I've been getting calls from private mobile numbers harassing me to drop an email. I'm requesting you to take action against the unethical behaviour of these guys.

Hello sir my name vvls santhosh kumar 12th jully bajaj finance personal loan excute are come to me he had said ur loan approval to 92000, so i will coparate to documentation and complete the documentation. That day another enquiry excute came to my office to enquiry. And my house to come to enquiry done. Nxt day i will call to bajaj excute he said to ur bank account some cheque bounce there so loan approval stop he said. But in my office my job are risk why that excute come enquiry and signature take to my office so my job are very risk

Please stop calls from bajaj on my number [protected]. I am pissed off because of this. Please stop the calls and remove my number from your calling list, else I will escalate it in different forms. It quite irritating, I have block several numbers from. Bajaj still they manage to call from new numbers. Please stop calling me as I do not want products from Bajaj any more.

Those who recover bikes on behalf of bajaj finance, they are doing illegal thinks with recovery agancey like "pikup some bikes from there home with very bad menerous and going illegal statements with those persons like take some extra money without given any receipts and if person delay in payment they took bikes from there home and some s k auto parts at wagale estates thane they sale there parts there and in agancey the submit report that bikes is untraceable. We have information that 500 to 700 bikes parts sales like that only. So kindly take very serious action on those person with urgent action. We are also inform to human riots firm because they are doing recovery with violations of human rights. If your are not doing any action against them we have to go in consumer court as well as cirmal court for fir on those.

Dear team bajaj finserv,

This is to notify you that, today i received the bajaj finserv and rbl bank platinum classic supercard. I never applied for the same though i had a conversation with executive regarding the annual charges and asked the concerned person to not to proceed and still courier guy dropped the same at my home (I was not the receiver). I am having messages regarding approval, dispatch but not a single message regarding application/acknowledgement no (Which i will use as proof). What is your opinion because i don't know rbl bank and i am having business with bajaj finserv only.

It's really annoying and irritated to receive 3 to 4 calls every day with different numbers, which includes saturday & sunday also. Even you guys are sending lot of promotional messages more than 3 to 4 per day, which is really irritating. You guys don't even offer with opt out messages also. If this is going to continue you guys need to face legal action from me or customer who is irritated like me.

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve comes regarding to take loan and is causing a lot of inconvenience in my regular work. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no.[protected]

Getting too many calls and pre recorded voices in a days. Ongoing official and personal calls are disrupted when such calls are comming. All calls are from +911... Despite blocking number they call from different numbers starting with +911... Which is even more suspicious. Pls do not call henceforth, as this is causing mental disturbance and unable to concentrate on my job.
