I had taken a personal loan from bajaj finanace ltd rs 900000 lakh with a interest 14% p. A.
Initially i had been told that (In writing from business head), there will not be any pre-payment charges
But when i returned the loan amount i had been charged pre-closure charges (Rs 33004 /- thirty three thousand & four rupees)

Due to this i got very much trouble
Even though after frequent contact with company customer care help line - no use...

Every day and I mean it everyday I receive atleast 3 automated calls from your company about your products. Stop calling or remove my name from your database!!! I have complained to vodafone already and they informed since its a auto-dialer it is very difficult for them to stop.

Due to your salem manager mr. Murugesan personal venges, my loan get rejected. Even i submitted my all the required documents as well and my house verification also done.
If everything is perfect then how come my loan get rejected. Even i received a loan conformation mail from your sales manager mail i'd.
Due to his particular ego and attitude only my loan get rejected..

Hello Team

This is Deepak Dubey . I Took an Loan in 2010 from Bajaj Finance Loan No LSWSUR00580228. I shared and letter and Cancel cheque to office of Bajaj Finance to Change the ECS from (Kallupur Corporative Commercial Bank). But Due to your team failure my ECS Not able to Change. Again I Requested after 3 ECS Bounce to Change the ECS and shared the cheque copy and Letter to change with Bike details but the ECS not Change.Again ECS Bounce.Again i requested to change when i went to pay the amount to Please change but the details not change and again ecs bounce.

Team i was an Student at that time and was not aware that this Bounces are going to reflect in my Cibil Score after than all the ECS Bounces and i paid through Cash but till the End also ECS Not change.

Request you to check the Details and Please help me to remove the details as now i am at well position and want to buy the car but not able to get the loan approved because of Bajaj ECS Bounce.

Team Please think if my motive is to bounce the cheque i did not paid the amount. But i paid all the dues with Penalty.

Kindly Help me to resolve this issue for long lasting realtionship with Bajaj Finance.

My card has been blocked why it has been blocked i don't know. Without asking or
Without giving any information my card has blocked i request to active my card and contact me on this no. [protected]... Very disappointed service can't call to customer care also... After calling also not giving respond... Plz work properly and help all customers if they have to ask something... And activate my card quickly...😑

Recently I have taken a loan from Bajaj personal loan, I have acknowledge to pay processing fee 1.25% and I haven't committed to pay 1499/- for financial fitness report. But they deducted FFR for 1499/- and processing fee 2%. Even I am complaining the same to customer care but still they are not resolved my query. Sagnik nag, santosh bukka has done samo fraud on my loan. They edited my acknowledge to 2%as processing fee as2% ang FFR as YES. Don't trust on Bajaj finseev. Employees are completely fraud.

I am uneccesarily getting phone calls from bajaj finance daily for 5-6 times from last few months.
Its pathetic to get calls everyday back to back for taking loans
I tried calling bajaj finance customer care but could not resolve the problem and nobody picks the call

We have availed consumer durable loan 2 months back and they have added insurance without informing us. We have raised complaints against the same with their call center. While the matter is pending at their end the collection agents of their company has started calling and harassing us and abusing with all the filthy language possible and threatening to kill me also. This is causing lot of mental disturbance and they have created terror in my house also. I have also had funds in my account still they have bounced the EMI and asking me to pay penalties for the same. I need justice here and my rights to be protected.

Bajaj finserv makes multiple pre-recorded phone calls and send numerous text messages for loans. I never subscribed with them for any service still they continue to make such unsolicited marketing calls.
They do not share any mechanism to unsubscribe, hence we do not have any way to escape such harassment on daily basis.
Bajaj finserv should be penalized for harassing people in this way.

You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked 3 time rong date of bireth mistak before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call

I am getting repeated calls from the customer care to take a loan. Why the hell are you people back o[censored]s. If we require a loan we will contact you. Look into the above and see that i get no more calls. I will take this issue to consumer forum if i get more calls. How many people should complain more. Are you repaying the loans that are been given. A cheap marketing strategy. The company will be on roads if this continues.

Its really annoying when we get unwanted calls... I have been receiving pre recorded message calls for Bajaj Finance from different numbers very offen.. at times it is 8-9 calls in a day.. sometimes it is back to back.. so far i have blocked around 30-40 numbers but still i am getting calls from different numbers below are the few numbers which i have blocked so far...

Encroachment in railway land
I am a resident of 3rd cross, Charles Campbell road Cox town Bangalore 560 005. I would like to inform you that in our area your railway land has been encroached for a long time and now they people are making their roads and all so they can use your property well by making a road on ur property. It is my humble request to kindly look after this matter immediately and remove each nd every kind of encroachment from your property.

I had availed of a loan from bajaj when i bought my ac in april.at the time of loan application i submitted my hdfc bank details but bajaj is using my icici bank info that i had given in 2012 for a different loan. Not only are they un lawfuly using my bank for ecs but once the ecs is unpaid i get unpleasant calls from their collection department. I have tried my beat to get this sorted but no one seems to want to help. Now they have blocked my calls to the contact centre and emails to the customer care also are unanswered. This is affecting my credit rating badly also now they have blacklisted my emi card as though i am some criminal.

Regarding interest part before taking the loan they said they will give at 9.5%loan interest after sanctioning the loan they have sent the documents as12.5%loan interest. You are fooling people, now they are not responding the call. What is the next step. Please advise me I am unable to pay the extra interest which will be burden on me.

On[protected] there is no foreclosure or part payment charges but now when i want to foreclose my loan they told me that there is a foreclosure charges because are policy changed.
