For the last 3 years, I have been getting calls from Bajaj Finance with offers of loans/ other financial products. I have blocked at least 15-20 different numbers but every 4-5 weeks, I get another call from a new mobile number. I have requested the callers 5-10 times to please put my number in DNC as I am not interested. I have argued with them, scolded them, used swear words, but all of no avail.

This is highly unprofessional behavior and I'll make sure never to use any product/ services of Bajaj Finance ever in my life. On the next call I get from Bajaj Finance, the caller is going to get a mouthful of #$@#!@!$%#$#$#$@@3...Shameless bast**ds unnecessarily irritating everyone...

If any company representative is reading this and you have any shame or professionalism left in you, please put my number in DNC asap and don't call me again...

I have recently noted that there is a transaction of rs. 99 under the narration ""to transfer p[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-auto". Please note that this money has been deducted without my consent.

This is very shameful act from you that you deduct money from account without any notice and i am surprised how sbi can let this happen.

Therefore i direct you to please revert back the money asap.

I advice you to please take the matter seriously and revert back my money.

An amount of rs. 154 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of icici bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.

My no is [protected]. I am getting 3 to 4 calls daily asking me to take personal loans. These calls are annoying me to the core. I am sure that there are many more like me who are being tortured by your daily ordeal. Why is it so difficult to understand that If someone is interested in your offers he will revert back, you don't have to make everyone's life miserable. Please stop calling me, I am not interested even 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000001%.

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finance comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [protected].

Got another call from +[protected] for Bajaj Overdraft Product.

Are you all idiots? If yes, just say so and it will be enough indication to stop expecting any change from Bajaj Finance.

Every time I am told that it will take 48 hours for the change to come into effect and after a month I again start getting calls. Last time, I even asked the Customer Service person to make sure that my number is removed from all Bajaj service offerings and I was promised that I will not get calls again.

What is your word worth?

This is absolutely unethical and shows illiteracy of Bajaj Finance employees and Management.

Since last 6 months I have been requesting Bajaj Finance to stop calling me for selling their financial services. I have even registered my number in DND services of Vodafone. I still keep receiving these calls from various Bajaj Finance call centers.

"Ridiculous" has a new synonym. It is called "Bajaj Finance".

But it doesn't mean that he should say anything. Very bad service. I am telling him that I'm not in Pune in 3 days I will pay but that person is not ready to lesson anything.

I had taken a personal loan from bajaj finanace ltd rs 900000 lakh with a interest 14% p. A.
Initially i had been told that (In writing from business head), there will not be any pre-payment charges
But when i returned the loan amount i had been charged pre-closure charges (Rs 33004 /- thirty three thousand & four rupees)

Due to this i got very much trouble
Even though after frequent contact with company customer care help line - no use...

Every day and I mean it everyday I receive atleast 3 automated calls from your company about your products. Stop calling or remove my name from your database!!! I have complained to vodafone already and they informed since its a auto-dialer it is very difficult for them to stop.

Hello Team

This is Deepak Dubey . I Took an Loan in 2010 from Bajaj Finance Loan No LSWSUR00580228. I shared and letter and Cancel cheque to office of Bajaj Finance to Change the ECS from (Kallupur Corporative Commercial Bank). But Due to your team failure my ECS Not able to Change. Again I Requested after 3 ECS Bounce to Change the ECS and shared the cheque copy and Letter to change with Bike details but the ECS not Change.Again ECS Bounce.Again i requested to change when i went to pay the amount to Please change but the details not change and again ecs bounce.

Team i was an Student at that time and was not aware that this Bounces are going to reflect in my Cibil Score after than all the ECS Bounces and i paid through Cash but till the End also ECS Not change.

Request you to check the Details and Please help me to remove the details as now i am at well position and want to buy the car but not able to get the loan approved because of Bajaj ECS Bounce.

Team Please think if my motive is to bounce the cheque i did not paid the amount. But i paid all the dues with Penalty.

Kindly Help me to resolve this issue for long lasting realtionship with Bajaj Finance.

My card has been blocked why it has been blocked i don't know. Without asking or
Without giving any information my card has blocked i request to active my card and contact me on this no. [protected]... Very disappointed service can't call to customer care also... After calling also not giving respond... Plz work properly and help all customers if they have to ask something... And activate my card quickly...😑

Recently I have taken a loan from Bajaj personal loan, I have acknowledge to pay processing fee 1.25% and I haven't committed to pay 1499/- for financial fitness report. But they deducted FFR for 1499/- and processing fee 2%. Even I am complaining the same to customer care but still they are not resolved my query. Sagnik nag, santosh bukka has done samo fraud on my loan. They edited my acknowledge to 2%as processing fee as2% ang FFR as YES. Don't trust on Bajaj finseev. Employees are completely fraud.

Its pathetic to get calls everyday back to back for taking loans
I tried calling bajaj finance customer care but could not resolve the problem and nobody picks the call

We have availed consumer durable loan 2 months back and they have added insurance without informing us. We have raised complaints against the same with their call center. While the matter is pending at their end the collection agents of their company has started calling and harassing us and abusing with all the filthy language possible and threatening to kill me also. This is causing lot of mental disturbance and they have created terror in my house also. I have also had funds in my account still they have bounced the EMI and asking me to pay penalties for the same. I need justice here and my rights to be protected.

Bajaj finserv makes multiple pre-recorded phone calls and send numerous text messages for loans. I never subscribed with them for any service still they continue to make such unsolicited marketing calls.
They do not share any mechanism to unsubscribe, hence we do not have any way to escape such harassment on daily basis.
Bajaj finserv should be penalized for harassing people in this way.
