I am getting repeated calls from the customer care to take a loan. Why the hell are you people back o[censored]s. If we require a loan we will contact you. Look into the above and see that i get no more calls. I will take this issue to consumer forum if i get more calls. How many people should complain more. Are you repaying the loans that are been given. A cheap marketing strategy. The company will be on roads if this continues.

Its really annoying when we get unwanted calls... I have been receiving pre recorded message calls for Bajaj Finance from different numbers very offen.. at times it is 8-9 calls in a day.. sometimes it is back to back.. so far i have blocked around 30-40 numbers but still i am getting calls from different numbers below are the few numbers which i have blocked so far...

I had availed of a loan from bajaj when i bought my ac in april.at the time of loan application i submitted my hdfc bank details but bajaj is using my icici bank info that i had given in 2012 for a different loan. Not only are they un lawfuly using my bank for ecs but once the ecs is unpaid i get unpleasant calls from their collection department. I have tried my beat to get this sorted but no one seems to want to help. Now they have blocked my calls to the contact centre and emails to the customer care also are unanswered. This is affecting my credit rating badly also now they have blacklisted my emi card as though i am some criminal.

Regarding interest part before taking the loan they said they will give at 9.5%loan interest after sanctioning the loan they have sent the documents as12.5%loan interest. You are fooling people, now they are not responding the call. What is the next step. Please advise me I am unable to pay the extra interest which will be burden on me.

On[protected] there is no foreclosure or part payment charges but now when i want to foreclose my loan they told me that there is a foreclosure charges because are policy changed. Very bad service from bajaj finserv so please do go with the bajaj finance because there policy changed when they want...

Though there was a phone call to me that i have taken a loan for washing machine.
When i denied they are telling me to pay the installment otherwise to spoil my cibil record

Now they are harassing me by giving me bulk sms.

Within 24 hours i have received more than 80 massage from company.

Should i go for cyber crime & mental harassment... Complain in cyber crime deppt...

Please stop calling me for loans. I am not interested in any loan. And even if I would be interested then would be scared of taking loan from Bajaj finance because of phone calls at any hour of the day. I get calls even on weekends.

Hi Sir,

My Bajaj Finanace Loan account number 400CSP03328533
As per agreement There should be no Foreclosure Charges after 1 year.
But even after two and half yeas, r when I foreclosed loan, They charged me 4 % Charges.
and also I paid all my EMIs without fail on 5 the of every month, As per agreement I should get 1% refund of interest amount, but they refuse to pay as per agreement.
Please resolve this issue.

I need to lodge complaint on
Bajaj finance executive working in sahana sales and services, 1st cross ashok nagar, mandya.
Today around 12:30pm i have visited above said vendor to buy ac with 1 ton capacity, i, manukumar working as asst professor in govt college, mandya told him i working so and so and need finance in order to cut initial investment but he misbehaved with us and told we can't give loan to you.. And he also told "you can take in your bank itself".
I felt humiliated as my salary itself is rs.62000 and to take ac which costs rs. 33000 i got those talkings...
Pls take action on him which in future avoid embarrassment to your own company.

My name is shobha gudhekar my loan id is 10173112,. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to pdc bounce on 5th oct. On the same issue, before the thing happening, i called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Kindly resolve this issue.

They have given loan without any details of emi. how many months to pay. How much to pay for month.customer are not answering my calls from 3 days.they called i told Sir i need only 70000 persnol loan for 24months and he said OK call was End.iam asking what they are trained

I keep register complain to my N/W Airtel, but response is those are from other service provider. How DND is implemented between cross service providers.
