My bajaj finserve id is 4981388, and i took the SONY TV in sony Show room in banashakari Bangalore with bajaj finance in the name of K.Ramamurthy. i paid all the installments, i contact the bajaj finance office in Residency road in Bangalore, till now i didn't get my NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from them.

Bajaj Finance — Did not give my no objection certificate

After that he have paid all EMI in the certain period of time but bajaj finance did not give the NOC so what I am doing now.

    i have purchased bajaj discover no. MH 06 am 1593 on 19/4/2007 from S.K.Automotives Ltd., Panve bearing engine no,14493 and chasis no. 27905 duly financed by Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd., The entire loan amount was paid through monthly instalments.(36). M/s. BAFL have not given me any no dues certificate since then. Now I am in the process of selling the same motor cycle.       Sir/Madam,
      I bought two LED televisions from bajaj electronics, Panjagutta, Hyderabad on 11/11/2012 with invoice number:MALL/CR12/42110. I took finance from bajajfinance to buy these 2 televisions. My loan sanction number is SF7499675. I logged into my account in eperia portal of bajajfinance and found that my account shows as if i bought 3 televisions. Then i contacted bajaj electronics. They said to contact a person named Dashrath whose contact number is [protected]. He said that there is a mistake in bajaj finance and will resolve it shortly. It was not resolved even after 15 days. Then i contacted Dashrath again. He said that it will take 10 more days. Then i requested him to settle by 10 days, because i don't want to get extra amount debited from my account for EMI. He said that he will definitely solve the issue well before the EMI due date. I contacted him so many times and he says that i will call you back within 1 day. He never makes a call and finally last month more amount was debited from my account. This is very bad customer care. I went to bajaj electronics and complained about the issue. They said that they will solve the problem in 10 days, but they also did not solve my problem. I again called to Dashrath and he said to contact his boss Durga prasad. I contacted him also, he said that he will resolve the problem and also asked me to put a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. I also mailed to the mail id: [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 26.01.2013, but no reply till date. My problem was not solved even though i complained since more than 45 days. Hence, i would like to book this complaint and solve my problem.

      Bajaj Finance — Extra amount of debit in my bank account

      I have purchased AC on finance of Rs. 20000/- in eight equal installments of Rs.2500 P.M. without interest from Bajaj finance in the month of March.'2010. For payment of installments I have issued 8 cheques of Rs.2500/- each. However it has been observed that every time an amount of Rs.25/- is being debited by Bank alongwith installment of Rs.2500/-. for which I have informed to the sales person of Bajaj finance but he has given me Toll free no. to contact , but sorry to say it is always busy whenever I have tried to contact.           Hi I have been a Bajaj customer and taken 5products and loan. I have clear product loan and personal loan is pending.I know my payment was never regular but I use to make payment.Later my case went to a different agent and I was abused mother [censored]r. And lost of abusive word which you will not like to hear. I spoke to many manager after that and wanted apology letter before I start the payment.In the mean time I was called by your one of Rupesh no [protected] and his manager Mr reddy. I was abused by him and Even he called up to my parents and abused. I spoke to Mr reddy and he said he has all the rights to abuse and threaten me for killing me and my family.                 Complaint against Bajaj Finance For the unprofessional way of dealing with financial accounts related to CIBIL.
                I am Partha Patnaik; I purchased a pulsar in 2006 with and like other middle class I took loan from Bajaj finance at Hyderabad. Till one year without any discontinuity I paid the EMIs.
                After one year I changed my job to Pune, before coming to Pune, I wanted to clear all my debt with Bajaj finance so went their office and paid the reaming amount. And I received the NOC after 45 day (I have the NOC with me now)
                I was just surprised when I came to know that my name is there in the write-off list even after the NOC I have (After paying all EMIs in time), I got to know this when I applied for a home loan .
                I called 8 to 10 times to know what the real problem is , Then i was given a contact number in Hyderabad to get help from . The outcome was I have to pay more ~550/- to Bajaj Finance as they found it was not paid by me, There was a mistake from the accountant who dealt my case.
                I still even don't know if i really owe them 550/-. I did not have time to think much about this matter as I was in hurry to get my Home loan approved so paid the amount without even thinking for a sec (the amount was very low so I was not worried about)
                Now what made complain against them again..!! It’s because The Bajaj Financial people are the most unprofessional people in this world . I am again suffering due the same problem i had 1.5 years back while availing my home loan. SBI rejected my car loan as i am still in the defaulter list that is with CBIL
                This is really very surprising when your name appears in the Write-off list even after you paid the full loan amount and interestingly have the NOC given by Bajaj finance officer to me (Please find it in the attachment)
                Please help me in coming out from this problem, I have paid the full amount.
                I am a middle class man; I neither have time nor money to fight against their unprofessional behavior, what pleasure they are getting by putting us trouble?
                After a long wait in my life I wanted a car for my family, and because of above problem, I am unable to.
                Now
                1.I am unable to transfer my home loan to SBI
                2.I am unable take any personal loan
                3.I am unable to take a car loan
                I am in a deep trouble now, the only mistake did is I took loan from Bajaj Finance .

Due to some problem i have paid instalments irregularly. with this delay days and huge late charges incurred in the account. last march 2012 i have cleared the account by paying cash including delay charges also. The account was closed and updated in the cibil. I am thankful to you. In this connection the closed account still dispaying in my cibil and delay days showing. The entire account not removed in the cibil.

                  Due to this account I am unable to get any loans and any credit from banks since they are rejecting my proposal blindly by seeing this closed account which shows delay days. I have approached the cibil department and they said that the bajaj finance company have to do something for removal of this account in my cibil. Now am well settled and financially stabled. But due to this account am sufferring a lot from this account. Please do the needful and kindly recommed to remove peramanently this closed account from my cibil.

                  I hope and am having confidence on your company to do favour immediatly to remove the closed account of this loan . Please do the needul and take immediate action regarding this loan account

                  Bajaj Finance — GOAST LOAN AND CIBIL COMPLAINT

                  PROPOSAL NUMBER[protected]

                  I had applied for loan to purchase a LCD TV from Jain Radios n signed prereceipt docs.However later on the product was not taken by me and the decision was conveyed to the dealer.However after some time i observed that EMIs have been deducted from my account.I immdtly brought this to the notice of the dealer and he assured me of promt action.During this period I kept getting calls from BAJAJ FIN about non payment,to all those callers i explained the facts,they assured me of action but did nothing.Subsequently the dealer paid the amount and settled the case with BAJAJ FIN on 18/09/2009 on my behalf. Subsequently,when I had applied for a loan with DFHL i was informed on 13/11/2009 by them that a CIBIL CONTROL NO[protected],MEMBER ID HF63071073 is pending against me.Since than I have been constantly after Bajaj Fin to clear the CIBIL against me as the dues have been cleared by the dealer and there was no fault of mine because i never purchased the product but there has been absolutely no response from BAJAJ FIN .And even after the case has been settled by me i continue to get SMS for payment of EMIs.

                  Request tell me the fastest means for getting redressal from CIBIL and further course of action

                      Hi,
                      I applied for personal loan with Bajaj Finance on Dec 5, 2012 and submitted all the documents on Dec 6, 2012. The loan request was logged in on the same day. After the verification process, the loan was approved & sanctioned on Dec 8, 2012. I received an email & SMS confirmation about the approval & sanction. After that no representative from Bajaj finance contacted me for further processing. I handed over the cheques & signed the agreement on Dec 12, 2012 to a representative of Bajaj Finance. After that I wasn't contacted by anyone about the loan amount disbursal and nothing has been discussed about the loan terms & conditions. I called one of the representative named Prathap J (j.[protected]@bajajfinance.com) who was processing my loan. He said that they are processing it and will get the amount in a day or 2. It has been more than a week and still the amount has not been provided to me. Can someone from Bajaj finance take any steps about this.

                      Why is Bajaj Finance having such cheap process & cheap people. I am feed up of this and I am wondering that I shouldn't have applied with Bajaj Finance. Based on my personal experience, I suggest people not to apply for loans with Bajaj Finance.

                      My loan application number is [protected]. Apart from the resolution team call, I haven't received any other calls till now to discuss on the loan details like EMI, interest rate charged, terms, etc.

                      Not sure what is happening with Bajaj Finance. The only thing I understood is that they don't care about the customers. They expect the customers to run behind them.The worst finance institution I have ever come across. Unless until someone takes it to the Court & Law, they are not going to change.
                      Even I have applied for a personal loan with them and I was told that loan has been sanctioned and I signed all documents however now it has been more than a week, still loan amount not credited and I do not know status of my application

                      I applied for personal loan with Bajaj Finance on MAR, 2016 and submitted all the documents on MAR 14, 2016. The loan request was logged in on the same day. After the verification process, the loan was approved & sanctioned on MAR 16, 2016. I received an email & SMS confirmation about the approval & sanction. After that no representative from Bajaj finance contacted me for further processing. I handed over the cheques & signed the agreement on MAR 17, 2016 to a representative (Mr.Vishal of Bajaj Finance). I called vishal he gave two representative named ( Namvar & Vinod) who was processing my loan. He said that they are processing it and will get the amount in a day or 2. It has been more than a week and still the amount has not been provided to me. Can someone from Bajaj finance take any steps about this.

                      Why is Bajaj Finance having such cheap process & cheap people. I am feed up of this and I am wondering that I shouldn't have applied with Bajaj Finance. Based on my personal experience, I suggest people not to apply for loans with Bajaj Finance.

                      have applied the loan request March 6, 2017 and i got the loan apporval mail after 10 days only, But after that i am waiting for more than two days to getting the amount but still it is not disbursal. I am calling every day more than thirse. They are keep on telling their problems. however, They are telling the system problem in past twodays.  How you people can say this kind of chilly reasons? without working systems what you people are doing? 

                      You are running the banks for customers.  The bajaj finiance is never worry about the customers. I handed over the cheques & signed the agreement one week before itself.This is really very poor services. If you people cannot provide the pesoal loan, tell to the customer's directly. Don't play with them. We are also not stupid to understand the bank processes. 

                      You people are calling more than twice a day, like do you need personal or not. When we say yes, we have to call and follow you more than five times per day. Very Worst service,

                      Dear colleagues, I'm a central govt gazetted officer from Nagpur. I have a very bad experience with Bajaj Finserv at present. On 3rd July 2017, I applied for Rs.2 lakh personal loan at its Nagpur branch. The staff took 3 blank cheques, my salary slips and 6 months bank statement, copies of PAN, AADHAAR, Photo etc. They told me within 2 days amount will be credited in my salary account. But they didn't credit so far. On 6 July 2017, I received SMS message with User ID AND Password to login "EXPERIA" customer portal. When I login it, I was surprised. It shows loan Rs. 193032 (after some deductions) was disbursed on[protected] and interest outstanding as Rs.68152. How can it disburse loan even before I applied for loan? I contacted Sales Manager and field executive many times. But they tell me they processed it through RTGS. But I haven't received the amount until 9.37 pm 7/7/2017. Being a govt employee I could have easily got loan from any nationalized bank. Unfortunately I fell victim of the Bajaj Finserv. Now I'm afraid that they might use my blank cheques and salary slips to do financial fraud. If I don't get my loan by 8th July 2017, I will start legal proceedings against Bajaj Finserv management and its Nagpur staff for fraud and harassment. I'm a central govt gazetted officer, and I tell my fellow countrymen never approach Bajaj Finserv for any loan. If you do, you may suffer like me.                       I applied for Bajaj SPL on 14th Dec and all approved on 15th Dec i submitted all my documents immediate considering the promise of immediate disbursal but am still waiting for the disbursement and no one care on my requirement now, i think they only collect document and wont revert back

                      Better dont go with Bajaj finserv for any loan, cheap guys wont serve your purpose.

                            Hello,

                            My Loan Account no with Bajaj Finance is[protected] and also note that I am chasing them since August 2011, but they never replied my mail or call and very time they said your requested has been generated but no response. Therefore, I filed the dispute resolution form at CIBIL but no response from from CIBIL.

                            Here is my dispute with Bajaj Finance:

                            I had applied for a Bike laon from Bajaj Finance in 2008. I had already given all the 36 installment cheques to Bajaj office, but meanwhile I had changed my bank account from ICICI to SBI and also updated the same, along with fresh SBI cheques, to Bajaj office through payment of swapping charge of Rs. 500 (vide ack no 45091 dated[protected]. The installment which was bounced due to swapping was also paid in cash for Rs. 1,814 on[protected]vide ack no AF10139712 & book no 15589).

                            Further, in March 2011, I got a call from Bajaj office that there is pending of around Rs. 5,000 against that bounced cheque of Rs. 1,814. I argued with them that how come it possible & what the mess is it so they advised me to come at Bajaj Finance office to resolve the issue. Therefore, I visited there and found that there was a mistake in Bajaj records and they assured me to correct that mistake and thereafter 1-2 weeks, I again got a call that now the record is updated and now the amount payable is Rs. 300 towards bouncing charged. It was paid by me on[protected]vide ack no AF14930022 & book no 214397) against Jan 2009 bouncing.

                            I had never delayed any installment of my loan because all the cheques are lying with Bajaj office and in that case if there would be any delay then it is mistake from Bajaj part and also my bank account was also in good position so this can’t be issue for this case.

                            Because of above, Bajaj reported negative report to CIBIL which is not my fault. Fault is on part of Bajaj and he reported negative for me..how can anyone do that?

                            Therefore I requested them to further update your record (if there is any discrepancy) and asked them to send the updated records to CIBIL against loan account no[protected] due to Pending Balance Amount Shown Rs.9,106/- .

                            But till date the situation is same. No updation of records and accordingly not reported correct picture to CIBIL and to me.

                              I have financed a two wheeler from Bajaj Finance Ltd on[protected] for INR 29, 000.Agreement No.[protected]

                              The repayment mode for 12 installment was ECS.The installment amount was INR 2623 per month.

                              Amount deducted through ECS was INR 2622 per month.
                              For NOC I have contacted [protected]@bajajauto.co.in and customer care no.[protected].
                              they told me that there is due of 12 rs. and penality of 1800 rs so i want


                              Question 1: Why INR 2622 was deducted and not INR 2623 as repayment?(Whose fault is this?)

                              This resulted in INR 1 balance overdue.

                              As per my current statement its showing INR 1800 as penalty charges (INR 150 p.m.) and INR 12 as amount overdue.


                              On[protected] I visited the Sector 14 gurgaon branch for cash deposit of one installment, i inquired about the same discrepancy and i was informed that this (INR 12) is a nominal amount and it will be waived off on closure.

                              This shows a big question mark on company commitment towards its customer.

                              I was not intimated on time that i have to pay INR 12 as overdue.


                              This matter came out when i required NOC from the company against the loan.

                              I have contacted [protected]@bajajauto.co.in and customer care no.[protected].

                              I am highly dissatisfied with the weird explanation provided by them. One of them is "Its due to cheque bounce."


                              Kindly help me out in this matter and advise me what should i do to get a NOC for my two wheeler..

                                  I have purchased Bajaj Discover 150 cc on 16/07/2012 with Engine No. JZUBUC35722 and Chassis No. MD2DSJZZZUPC22072 from HIND MOTORS SCO 42 PHASE 2 MOHALI.
                                  After 4 months it was giving me trouble and Its Piston set along with Chain set was replaced on 23/11/2011.
                                  On 1/12/2012 I went to get the service of my vehicle done from Hind Motors. I was shocked because I had got a call from the service center
                                  that the Piston has to be replaced and they demanded Rs 7000/- for that.
                                  I do not want to Repair my vehicle. I want replacement/Refund for the same because they had given me the defective vehicle.
                                  I will file a case in the consumer forum for cheating.

                                        I have purchased one AC from Great Eastern Trading Com. Behala Kolkata. on August 2012 in finance from bajaj finance. The Amount is Rs. 19800, & I down payment Rs.6600. They confirmed EMI 1650 for 8 months.But one message was received of Rs1999. One insurance was done by the bajaj through phone, & they committed to sent the insurance details by post. While confirming my address it was found that my address was wrongly recorded at their ends. They confirm me that they have rectified my address. But today while I checking my profile I found that they have not rectified my address. And till now I didn't received insurance related documents though I have to pay the EMI of Rs.1999.
