Bajaj Finance — GOAST LOAN AND CIBIL COMPLAINT
PROPOSAL NUMBER[protected]I had applied for loan to purchase a LCD TV from Jain Radios n signed prereceipt docs.However later on the product was not taken by me and the decision was conveyed to the dealer.However after some time i observed that EMIs have been deducted from my account.I immdtly brought this to the notice of the dealer and he assured me of promt action.During this period I kept getting calls from BAJAJ FIN about non payment,to all those callers i explained the facts,they assured me of action but did nothing.Subsequently the dealer paid the amount and settled the case with BAJAJ FIN on 18/09/2009 on my behalf. Subsequently,when I had applied for a loan with DFHL i was informed on 13/11/2009 by them that a CIBIL CONTROL NO[protected],MEMBER ID HF63071073 is pending against me.Since than I have been constantly after Bajaj Fin to clear the CIBIL against me as the dues have been cleared by the dealer and there was no fault of mine because i never purchased the product but there has been absolutely no response from BAJAJ FIN .And even after the case has been settled by me i continue to get SMS for payment of EMIs.
Request tell me the fastest means for getting redressal from CIBIL and further course of action
