Hi,
I applied for personal loan with Bajaj Finance on Dec 5, 2012 and submitted all the documents on Dec 6, 2012. The loan request was logged in on the same day. After the verification process, the loan was approved & sanctioned on Dec 8, 2012. I received an email & SMS confirmation about the approval & sanction. After that no representative from Bajaj finance contacted me for further processing. I handed over the cheques & signed the agreement on Dec 12, 2012 to a representative of Bajaj Finance. After that I wasn't contacted by anyone about the loan amount disbursal and nothing has been discussed about the loan terms & conditions. I called one of the representative named Prathap J (j.[protected]@bajajfinance.com) who was processing my loan. He said that they are processing it and will get the amount in a day or 2. It has been more than a week and still the amount has not been provided to me. Can someone from Bajaj finance take any steps about this.

Why is Bajaj Finance having such cheap process & cheap people. I am feed up of this and I am wondering that I shouldn't have applied with Bajaj Finance. Based on my personal experience, I suggest people not to apply for loans with Bajaj Finance.

My loan application number is [protected]. Apart from the resolution team call, I haven't received any other calls till now to discuss on the loan details like EMI, interest rate charged, terms, etc.

Not sure what is happening with Bajaj Finance. The only thing I understood is that they don't care about the customers. They expect the customers to run behind them.The worst finance institution I have ever come across. Unless until someone takes it to the Court & Law, they are not going to change.
Even I have applied for a personal loan with them and I was told that loan has been sanctioned and I signed all documents however now it has been more than a week, still loan amount not credited and I do not know status of my application

I applied for personal loan with Bajaj Finance on MAR, 2016 and submitted all the documents on MAR 14, 2016. The loan request was logged in on the same day. I called vishal he gave two representative named ( Namvar & Vinod) who was processing my loan. He said that they are processing it and will get the amount in a day or 2. It has been more than a week and still the amount has not been provided to me. Can someone from Bajaj finance take any steps about this.

Why is Bajaj Finance having such cheap process & cheap people. I am feed up of this and I am wondering that I shouldn't have applied with Bajaj Finance. Based on my personal experience, I suggest people not to apply for loans with Bajaj Finance.

have applied the loan request March 6, 2017 and i got the loan apporval mail after 10 days only, But after that i am waiting for more than two days to getting the amount but still it is not disbursal. I am calling every day more than thirse. They are keep on telling their problems. however, They are telling the system problem in past twodays.  How you people can say this kind of chilly reasons? without working systems what you people are doing? 

You are running the banks for customers.  The bajaj finiance is never worry about the customers. I handed over the cheques & signed the agreement one week before itself.This is really very poor services. If you people cannot provide the pesoal loan, tell to the customer's directly. Don't play with them. We are also not stupid to understand the bank processes. 

You people are calling more than twice a day, like do you need personal or not. When we say yes, we have to call and follow you more than five times per day. Very Worst service,
Even it's the same case approval has been done but amount has not been disbursed it's more than a week now.they are saying it's problem with Hdfc which is very ironic to hear
Dear colleagues, I'm a central govt gazetted officer from Nagpur. I have a very bad experience with Bajaj Finserv at present. On 3rd July 2017, I applied for Rs.2 lakh personal loan at its Nagpur branch. The staff took 3 blank cheques, my salary slips and 6 months bank statement, copies of PAN, AADHAAR, Photo etc. They told me within 2 days amount will be credited in my salary account. But they didn't credit so far. On 6 July 2017, I received SMS message with User ID AND Password to login "EXPERIA" customer portal. When I login it, I was surprised. It shows loan Rs. 193032 (after some deductions) was disbursed on[protected] and interest outstanding as Rs.68152. How can it disburse loan even before I applied for loan? I contacted Sales Manager and field executive many times. But they tell me they processed it through RTGS. But I haven't received the amount until 9.37 pm 7/7/2017. Being a govt employee I could have easily got loan from any nationalized bank. Unfortunately I fell victim of the Bajaj Finserv. Now I'm afraid that they might use my blank cheques and salary slips to do financial fraud. If I don't get my loan by 8th July 2017, I will start legal proceedings against Bajaj Finserv management and its Nagpur staff for fraud and harassment. I'm a central govt gazetted officer, and I tell my fellow countrymen never approach Bajaj Finserv for any loan. If you do, you may suffer like me. I applied for Bajaj SPL on 14th Dec and all approved on 15th Dec i submitted all my documents immediate considering the promise of immediate disbursal but am still waiting for the disbursement and no one care on my requirement now, i think they only collect document and wont revert back

Better dont go with Bajaj finserv for any loan, cheap guys wont serve your purpose.

Very worst :(

        Hello,

        My Loan Account no with Bajaj Finance is[protected] and also note that I am chasing them since August 2011, but they never replied my mail or call and very time they said your requested has been generated but no response. Therefore, I filed the dispute resolution form at CIBIL but no response from from CIBIL.

        Here is my dispute with Bajaj Finance:

        I had applied for a Bike laon from Bajaj Finance in 2008. I had already given all the 36 installment cheques to Bajaj office, but meanwhile I had changed my bank account from ICICI to SBI and also updated the same, along with fresh SBI cheques, to Bajaj office through payment of swapping charge of Rs. 500 (vide ack no 45091 dated[protected]. The installment which was bounced due to swapping was also paid in cash for Rs. 1,814 on[protected]vide ack no AF10139712 & book no 15589).

        Further, in March 2011, I got a call from Bajaj office that there is pending of around Rs. 5,000 against that bounced cheque of Rs. 1,814. I argued with them that how come it possible & what the mess is it so they advised me to come at Bajaj Finance office to resolve the issue. Therefore, I visited there and found that there was a mistake in Bajaj records and they assured me to correct that mistake and thereafter 1-2 weeks, I again got a call that now the record is updated and now the amount payable is Rs. 300 towards bouncing charged. It was paid by me on[protected]vide ack no AF14930022 & book no 214397) against Jan 2009 bouncing.

        I had never delayed any installment of my loan because all the cheques are lying with Bajaj office and in that case if there would be any delay then it is mistake from Bajaj part and also my bank account was also in good position so this can’t be issue for this case.

        Because of above, Bajaj reported negative report to CIBIL which is not my fault. Fault is on part of Bajaj and he reported negative for me..how can anyone do that?

        Therefore I requested them to further update your record (if there is any discrepancy) and asked them to send the updated records to CIBIL against loan account no[protected] due to Pending Balance Amount Shown Rs.9,106/- .

        But till date the situation is same. No updation of records and accordingly not reported correct picture to CIBIL and to me.

          I have financed a two wheeler from Bajaj Finance Ltd on[protected] for INR 29, 000.Agreement No.[protected]

          The repayment mode for 12 installment was ECS.The installment amount was INR 2623 per month.

          Amount deducted through ECS was INR 2622 per month.
          For NOC I have contacted [protected]@bajajauto.co.in and customer care no.[protected].
          they told me that there is due of 12 rs. and penality of 1800 rs so i want


          Question 1: Why INR 2622 was deducted and not INR 2623 as repayment?(Whose fault is this?)

          This resulted in INR 1 balance overdue.

          As per my current statement its showing INR 1800 as penalty charges (INR 150 p.m.) and INR 12 as amount overdue.


          On[protected] I visited the Sector 14 gurgaon branch for cash deposit of one installment, i inquired about the same discrepancy and i was informed that this (INR 12) is a nominal amount and it will be waived off on closure.

          This shows a big question mark on company commitment towards its customer.

          I was not intimated on time that i have to pay INR 12 as overdue.


          This matter came out when i required NOC from the company against the loan.

          I have contacted [protected]@bajajauto.co.in and customer care no.[protected].

          I am highly dissatisfied with the weird explanation provided by them. One of them is "Its due to cheque bounce."


          Kindly help me out in this matter and advise me what should i do to get a NOC for my two wheeler..

              I have purchased Bajaj Discover 150 cc on 16/07/2012 with Engine No. JZUBUC35722 and Chassis No. MD2DSJZZZUPC22072 from HIND MOTORS SCO 42 PHASE 2 MOHALI.
              After 4 months it was giving me trouble and Its Piston set along with Chain set was replaced on 23/11/2011.
              On 1/12/2012 I went to get the service of my vehicle done from Hind Motors. I was shocked because I had got a call from the service center
              that the Piston has to be replaced and they demanded Rs 7000/- for that.
              I do not want to Repair my vehicle. I want replacement/Refund for the same because they had given me the defective vehicle.
              I will file a case in the consumer forum for cheating.

                I have purchased the Bajaj Discover 150 cc on 16/07/2011 with Engine No. JZUBUC35722 and Chassis no. MD2DSJZZZUPC22072
                from HIND MOTORS SCO 48 PHASE 2 MOHALI.

                Its Piston was replaced on 23/11/2011 and the same replaced after charging Rs 750/- approx.

                I had went to get the service of my vehicle at their Industrial area workshop on 1/12/2012.
                I am shocked because they are demanding Rs 7000/- for the replacement of the piston.

                I want replacement of my vehicle. They had given me the defective vehicle.

                I will file a case in the consumer forum for delivering me the defective vehicle.

                        Friends, I am writing this stuff to make all of you aware that how . Last year i bought some electronic gadget which was financed from bajaj finance. I paid all the EMI subsequently and hence as per my good credit history, i started to receive offer for pre approved loans from bajaj finance, which was supposed to be complete online procedure. Last month i decided to avail the offer and made online application. After few clicks webpage told that a representative will call me. now the process began and it open itself subsequently. First a representative came to collect documents, then process started with all kind of physical verifications, bank statements.In spite of my best cooperation,when i came to know that i was ineligible despite of five year old good credit history, it filled me with great anger.

                        Hence i want to advise all of you to better contact directly to your bank, in case of any financial need and ask for loan rather than wasted your time to deal with these indirect financial institutions like bajaj finance , baclays or any xyz.

                            bajaj finance (consumer durables) — wrong information provided

                            I had opted for a whirlpool fridge in croma juhu and I had logged in my details. but later I found the prices better in vijay sales, goregaon so I had again requested to login my details but as they told me that once logged in my details i cant login within 20 to 25 working days.
                            After that time i again went to goregaonn branch and asked for the login. the finance person told me that she needs the login number which she got it from the juhu croma branch but because croma wanted to get the sales done they simply told me that i cant purchase on my name i have to do it on my husbands name when asked for reason they told me no reasons. i disagreed to it . The finanace person ibn goregaon told me that once logged in from somewhere it takes 6 mo9nths and i cant login again.WHY THERE IS NO PROPER INFORMATION TIO THE EXECUTIVES GIVEN?????????????she told me she needs to take an approval from their pune office n she ll call me in 2 days time.

                            She didnt turn up n when called up 10 times in vijay sales they told me she is gone out of station.later i was informed that my application has been rejected with no reasons????????????????????????

                                Hi All,
                                This is regarding Bajaj Finance Consumer Durable Loan A/C Number : 4040CD00271808.

                                The Issue is that:
                                As per the agreement while purchasing the Furniture (Sofa set) I opted for EMI of 12 months at Rs 2999 PM,

                                The Total cost of the Furniture is : 51,750 (Loan amount : 47,984)
                                Amount I have payed: 16461 (4monts advance EMI @2999 PM = 11996 + Extra amount above loan amount: 3766 + processing fee: 699)

                                But Now I can see from the website that the Net Tenor In Months is mention as 16 instead of 12

                                Please find the attached scree shots.
                                For your reference I have also scan and attached the Sales order for the CONSUMER DURABLE from the dealer.

                                I have been following with the Local Bajaj Finance persons for last 6 months, but no result.
                                They are not serious about this, and throwing ball on each others.

                                I am really frustrated and disappointed.

                                Can any body take up this seriously please..

                                I have all the required document like sales receipt from the Dealer and so.

                                I have only few months left for my Actual tenure... even I am not able to stop the auto debit from my account..

                                    Would like to bring to your notice that I “Rakesh Rawat” has purchased an Air Conditioner in the month of April’12 from LG Dealers “VEE KAY Enterprises”, Sector 37 D, Chandigarh-160036.

                                    I got it financed by “Bajaj Finance”. It was told to me that the first installments would be deducted as per ECS on July’12. I have submitted my Cancelled Signed Check & filled all the required documents. I have given my address Proof also.

                                    I received an SMS on 1st July’12 by saying that my ECS Amount Rs.2464, would be deducted on 5th july’12.So, I need to maintained my amount in my account.

                                    However, still the amount not deducted from my account & I have maintained the amount in the Account. Request to kindly deduct the amount.

                                    I have already given calls to your Executive (VEE KAY Enterprises) many times that it should get deducted but still nothing happen. I have called on[protected].

                                    Not only this, i have paid an oline payment to Bajaj Fianance last month. However now when i am applying to give the payment again online then its saying that the loan is invalid.

                                    I AM TOTALLY HARRASED BY BAJAJ FINANCE.

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        I purchased sony camera worth Rs. 14599 /- from Dass Electronics, though Bajaj Fianance. ( receipt attached ) I repaid its all Emi. in time. I lost documents in my home shift regarding the loan agreement and I have no account details. nos of the same at present
                                        After wards last year I also purchaed another two products i.e home theatre and oven from LG showroom on Bajaj finance. amounting 32,000/- , of which I paid the same before time
                                        .
                                        Last year there was a phone call only through Bajaj Finance regarding the amount to be paid for camera , on acount of cheque bounce charges . While I requested to give me the details at my postal addresses to confirm it , but they were said that the executive will come to recover the amount and you keep the same ready.
                                        Afterwards there was no single letter on a phone call . Yesterday I got the call again for the same reason and said to keep the amount of 2250/- at your home. While I again asked for the details regarding A/c no and other details in brief they clearly denied and only said to keep the amount ready.. I given the reference of the another loan issued by Bajaj Finance , and asked the madam why your firm sanctioned the new loan prior to recover the old dues when I was defaulter to the loan for camera, why you given me the another loan of 32,000/-. and you can recocer that dues prior to giving me the new loan. She replied that I dont know.

                                        It was not at all expected by the lending organisation. Then I asked the name of the caller, the details of the call given below.

                                        PHONE NO : [protected] , today - wensday at 12.40 pm , as on 25.07.2012 caller name - Janaki Madam.

                                        Yesterday I requested on the same phone call that if you given me the details regarding the loan A/c no I can pay the same in Bajaj Finance at wakdewadi branch, she denied to tell all the details and was forcing to pay the amount with our executive to whom we are sending at your home. It is a matter which I doesn't know why they are spening such a long period and by calling me ones a year and after 3 years period such a meaningless replies are providing so easily. It may be due to earn interest on dues to earn while showing that the lending amount is being given on 0 % rate of interest.

                                        Sir this all minds very toruble some to treat this way to the regular customer, what they expect exactly I didn't realise.

                                        Instead what a genuie customer can expect from such organisation that they may send a copy of letter in writing to recovewr the correct dues at their address and provide them the details and then to recover the same.

                                        Expecting justificable action please sir.

                                        I agree. The calls gradually get vulgar, threatening and nasty and make you feel like a criminal. I could not find the telephone number in BajajFinservLending website. They do not even agree to drop a mail regarding the future Calls. Bajaj never informs about the check-bouncing issue unless the consumer digs into the payments status and spend time on analysing everything. Once you find out and report, they always say to visit their office which is a day's job. If the electronic check bounces, they do neither inform nor suggest any remedy or alternative mode of payment.
