Hi,this is venkat i bought refrigerator&washing machine through Bajaj finance..when i buying those things they said 0% only,EMI i've to pay 3700/-Rs.But every month they deducting 3841/-Rs from my account,i met the bajaj finance executive several times from 2nd EMI he is saying that he'll solve it, nw my EMI or almost over.. plz tell me a solution how I've to get my money back.........

This is regarding Bajaj Finance Consumer Durable Loan A/C Number : 4040CD00271808.

The Issue is that:
As per the agreement while purchasing the Furniture (Sofa set) I opted for EMI of 12 months at Rs 2999 PM,

The Total cost of the Furniture is : 51,750 (Loan amount : 47,984)
Amount I have payed: 16461 (4monts advance EMI @2999 PM = 11996 + Extra amount above loan amount: 3766 + processing...

i purchase lcd tv on loan from bajaj finance pune.
my actual monthly installment is 1634. but the company deduct rs 298 extra from my account without any
information from last six month. when i ask about it to loan manager of bajaj finance mr. Thakur. than he
cannot co operat to me. and say u must pay it. otherwise we sue u
.
please help me.
