Dear sir I had purchased Bajaj discover 100cc in jan 2013 from sandeep bajaj bhilwara rajasthan in finance.I completed my loan schedule till may june 2013. and cleared all dues. till date i have not recieved the noc certificate for same. being a bank employee i get transferred and need the same for rto noc clearance. please assist to arrange the same in order to fulfill my requirements.     I am Kavya from Bangalore.Had purchased 2 refrigerators on 7th April 2009. which downpayment was payed 12000 and every month i directly from my account 2555 was getting deducted for 8 months. And the complete payment was done. Every month i used to get call even after the balance is cut from the salary and they used to say i havent paid the interest. after asking them to recheck they said it is paid.
    Now i am getting calls from lawyers and AK Singhania who is supposed to say he is a lawyer and harrassing me again stating i havent paid the amount. even Shekar from Bajaj finance has accepted that the mistake is from bajaj finance end and he corrected the same in the database saying no due from my end. and he promised that he will say to the lawyers and will close my case which is running without my knowledge and intimation.

    But again these lawyers are harrasing and saying me that they will send police to my home and get me arrested. But i have shown all the proofs to bajaj finance and still they are asking myself and harrasing me.

    They are calling me daily and i doent know what to do? i am going mad with these thretens. Please help me.

    [email protected] have sent me the closure of the case with copy of the NOC (No Objection Certificate) and SOA(Statement Of Account). And they have called me stating they have corrected the mistake and have informed the lawyers that the case is closed. And they have informed me that i will no more get calls from them regarding this case and if at all in anyform they call me i can produce them the copies of NOC and SOA.

      I want a bussiness loan from finance companies and i read in news paper advertisenment of bajaj finance company pvt ltd delhi.
      thair detail is under
      Mob. [protected], [protected], [protected] he told me his name Raman Kumar & Vishal Sharma,

      He told me for send documents scan copy on raman.[protected]@yahoo.com then i sen my documents and after 1 hour call back me ant told me for dipositing loan fee rs 10800 i said to him, "this amount is immopossible for my arrangment capacity" the he told me please diposit rs 5400 and i dposit in her PNB account Named of Prem Kumari. after dipositing rs 5400/- he told me your loan application is aproved and for transfer your loan amount plaese diposit 6.5% amount of total loan amount i.e 100000*6.5%=65000/- then i told him i can't arrange this money after he told me please diposit 25000/- and then i told him i can't arrange this money after he told me please diposit 8000/- for 3lac tarnsfer of loan then u transfer of outstanding tax.

      Please Help Me.

      Hey nobody asks for deposit.. i mean no finance company never asks for a deposit in their account. If they are asking then its clear they are fake and its a scam. One more thing that person's mail id is raman.[protected]@yahoo.com. and you send documents in his personal id why???? If he is an employee of the company then he should give his official mail id after all its official matter. He is not giving you lone from his pocket. The mail id should be like raman.[protected]@bajajfinxxxx.com(with company domail). That means he is a fraud.
      You should sign the hard copy of the application and you should keep one copy...

      Now you go to the police station(Financial Fraud Cell) and lodge a complain mentioning the names, phone numbers, mail id and bank acct no with te counter foil in xerox.. If police tries then they can trach them easily... You have to fight... and hick them out.. Remember its you who can make it happen.

        I have completed my all emi and i got the noc from bajaj finance and still there are saying 1 emi is pending .even i have completed all formalities for declaration by submitting alll document to there local office for 10 or more times then also I just got the call from Bajaj finance ([protected]) at morning 9.31 am and rajesh was the representative . he had arrogant talk.and he must have sense and manner to talk with customer and even he was not leastning word . so i need to be complaint about rajesh and data base updation of Bajaj finance company

          Hi Bajaj, I have sent multiple emails and received several SR Numbers but not sure what is the current status of each of them? I don't have any option to make a call to know the details too as the toll free number says 'service to customer service executive is not available for this product'. Its very pathetic. Please keep me informed on the progress happening. The personal loan (4040PL[protected] disbursed to me is not what i was told over phone and its a cheating. Now the agent is not picking up the phone either. I am forced to pursue legal action in consumer court if I do not receive any response before end of this week (29th Nov). Over Email: SRN00628920 SRN00625712 SRN00625713 Over website 9070490 9070253 Problem Reported: 18/11: On seeing the online advertisement on pre-approved personal loan of Rs 2, 26, 000 based on my earlier consumer durable loan (4040CD[protected], I applied it online via website. I received a call from the customer service and she explained about the product and confirmed me 12% as the rate of interest for the offer that I have. I agreed to it and asked to proceed further as I needed only Rs 1, 40, 000. She took my convenient time, location and said I can enquire more on processing fees, tenure, EMI etc with the person who would come to collect the documents. (I suggest you hear this conversation if this was recorded) 19/11: Person from Bajaj finance approached me to get the documents signed and I requested him to consider for 3 years for which EMI would come approximately as Rs 4, 500. He agreed and received signature and the blank cheques promptly. 20/11: I got a person at my home and I received a call from Bajaj for verification purpose and I was told that the Loan was approved. Again, I double confirmed the amount dispersal, rate of interest and the EMI. For which I was told roughly about Rs 4, 500 for 3 years. 21/11: I received Rs 1, 33, 613 in my bank account and the agent told remaining (Rs 6, 387) deducted from Rs 1, 40, 000 was towards insurance policy and some advance interest. Which I don't understand still. 22/11: I received a welcome letter via email as my customer id[protected] and I logged into the website and I could see the 'statement of account' with rate of interest was calculated as 23.05% and the tenure was mentioned as 4 years. Which brings the EMI to Rs 4, 491. This was shocking and I raised a complaint in your website and wrote the email id [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. 23/11: I could see there was also a 'welcome letter' which says Rate of Interest as 13.49% for tenure of 4 years with EMI Rs 4, 491. 24/11: I called the agent and informed about this descripency and he promised to get me a call back from his office on next day 25/11: I got a call from Bangalore office and the person informed me that the interest rate is 23.05% because I did not take the loan amount of originally approved Rs 2.26, 000 and hence this fall as normal personal loan category. This was an extreme shock and he said he will talk to the head office and get me a response soon. Which I did not receive till date and there is no one to talk to me regarding this. Outstanding issues: Loan amount that I requested is only Rs 1, 40, 000 with rate of interest as 12% for a tenure of 3 years. This needs to be change in the 'statement of account' immediately. Why there is an insurance amount deducted? I already have several PA cover for my life so, this need to be cancelled. What is the 'upfront interest charges' (Rs 2, 885) from the customer calculated?             I had taken a loan from BFL, to which am paying the emi mostly every month . out of 30 emis i have paid 26 emi till date . even last month also i have paid the amount with receipt.
            the loan is closed now, also am in discussion with the local collection agent who is collecting my emi every month.
            Still some goon saying himself as advocate for bajaj is threatening to my family members for the same.

            Please suggest what to do?

            Dear Pravanjan,

            First and foremost I think you should approach the people who you took a loan from and tell them that you are being harassed in this manner. If they do not take any action to stop this, then you are eligible to file a criminal matter against them. If you have paid all the outstanding EMIs of your loan and have the documentation to show the same then the actions of the thugs acting as agents amounts to Criminal intimidation under section 503 of the Indian Penal Code. I suggest you take the evidence of this kind of harassment by the agents to the Police along with your documents and file a FIR with them for the same. Usually people like these will then try to harass you in court by filing false and malicious cases. You should consult with a lawyer beforehand so that you can deal with these people.

              Hi, I took a consumer durable loan, for a microwave oven just because a 0% interest option was available. Now it seems to be a huge mistake! I opted for ECS, which was not presented correctly to my bank and hence they did not release the amount. Please note that my bank always has enough funds since my home loan and car loan both get deducted from there. I told the same to Bajaj Finance many times, to present the ECS correctly, however no action was taken. I paid the EMIs on time to a person who came to collect the amount from me. While paying the last instalment, the person said that I need to pay Rs. 3500 more for "check bouncing charges"! I said, that was not my mistake hence I would not pay it and no NOC was given to me. I kept receiving calls for the same from Bajaj Finance, though I always politely explained the entire situation. Now I am getting calls from people who say they are police and lawyers, a case has been filed against me and I would arrested, would have to pay 1 lakh, my name would be put in CIBIL and so on! I am well educated and informed to understand that these are collection agents, however what does this say about the standards and processes of Bajaj Finance? Are these fair loan collecting techniques? I can easily pay Rs. 3500, but why should I pay when the mistake was on your side? You presented the ECS wrongly, did not take an action to present the ECS correctly, even after being repeatedly informed, you did not inform me of the cheque bouncing charges before and now harassing me like this? Does this not constitute a case of harassment against the company and a case for the consumer court for not following fair banking practices? I pay around Rs. 50, 000 as EMIs every month, would buy more flats and plots in the future. I have a huge circle of friends in the IT industry and the social network who would need loans for various purposes in the future. Is this is the way Bajaj Finance wants to build a reputation among us? This set of incidents is building a very poor impression of your company in my mind. So request to take appropriate action.               Thanks a lot for your quick action. Just to let you know some people call and harass people as police officers and lawyers. Their numbers are [protected](Fake lawyer, some Sharma) and [protected].

              If they are your collection agents please ask them to follow ethical collection practices and if they are fake please take legal action.
              Similar thing has happened to me. I receive a call from some Aditya Rana from Gautam budh nagar police station. He said he is gonna bring a few constable to my place and arrest me. I have paid the complete amount in agreement with the collections agent. No noc was provided. Now suddenly I owe 11000 in cheque bouncing charges ! As per the RBI BANKING OMBUDSPERSON SCHEME 2006, levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer is incorrect. I never never never received any notification of 11000 in cheque bounce fee before today. I was last told that it has been paid. Please solve the matter at your end. I have a good social media presence too and people will definitely know about this bad behaviour.

                Recently I bough my CIBIL rating.and there was around 4 mistakes regarding amount pending one each in 2010, 2011 and 2013. I had completely closed those loans. I don't remember my loan account numbers. My reference numbers registered are [protected], [protected], [protected].
                Please take necessary steps to correct these mistakes. It is very much affecting my CIBIL rating.

                To all who have taken bajaj finance loans. It will be better if you check if you have any pending amounts even if you have closed your loans.

                  Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung 32 Inches LED TV in 2010, and i taken Bajaj Finance for the same. I have paid all the EMI's to Bajaj Finance executive "SAIULLAH KHAN " ( Bangalore ). through online transfer. Now i am getting calls from Bajaj Finance executives saing your Finance amount not yet cleared still Rs 2100/- is due, and i have to make the payment immediately. I have asked the executives for getting the account statement, they don't have any details or documents to confirm this is the loan amount and paid is so and so amount and due amount. Executives are saying if i don't make the payment in a day or two they wil issue lagal notice for the same. I don't understand Bajaj Finance process of collecting and approach proceedures. I really felt very bad about approaching process. Request Bajaj Finance management bafore debiting such transactions please inform the customers in advance and also please communicate over email for their informaion. Request you to please lookinto the above clarifications and do let me know the exact solution and also provide me some documentation to make the due amount. PS NOTE: Currently i don't have the loan account details also. Thanks in advance...

                      I am Shishir Jha. I already fulfill my tenure of loan for a/c 4010CD00143217 but still I am getting due amount of Rs. 15, 000 for another a/c 401BAL00148306, which is not taken by me. Last year (26 nov., 2012) I already file a complain for this loan a/c on "bajaj finance customer care email" (Sir/Madam, Please tell me about this "Balic CD loan - 401BAL00148306", I never applied for this loan than why its showing in my record. Please give me solution for this.) but there is no response and every month financial company asking for late charge. Please tell me why should I pay. Please resolve this issue and do clear my record because I think it will damage my cibil status.

                        There is supposedly some outstanding balance with the mentioned company at there Wakdewadi branch at pune,

                        I was asked to deposit a sum of INR 7114/ by some advocate named Harishankar Narayan who states that he is from Delhi and that a case has been made against me in Delhi vide case no RPC 1436/13 AT Delhi for which I had visited the Finance branch at the above mentioned address but was told to get more details as to the loan account and for what purpose the loan was for.

                        On calling the above mentioned advocate, he furnished me with the loan account no[protected] with which I again went to the cash counter who stated that they are unable to trace what account it is and that they needed more details for the same like type of loan, period of loan and proper loan account no.

                        When I called up the advocate to ask him for the same he started abusing with such filthy language in Hindi which I have never heard through out my whole life, he also abused my senior who tried to intervene and ask for the proper details.

                        How can we pay for something that does not have any details in their system, and even after I am willing to pay for what they are asking, the finance company employees are refusing to take the money as there are no details available.

                        This type of bulling is not warranted from a legal adviser and strong action should be taken against him.

                            I purchased Samsung LED TV with model no - 40EH5000 on 29/05/2012 from Reliance digital retail LTD, Phoenix Market City located at Viman Nagar, Nagar Road, Pune, MH-411014. The cost of the TV was Rs.51900/- . I paid Rs.19996/- as downpayment and the amount financed was Rs.31904/- from BAJAJ FINSERV LENDING(BAJAJ FINANCE LTD). At the time of purchase of TV I was told there will be a tenure of 18 months each EMI of Rs.1773/- so it would be Rs.1773*18 months= Rs.31914/-. Now I want to elaborate the blunder caused by these guys. Firstly they deducted Rs.1773 for first three months which started from 5/7/2012 till 5/9/2012 which was very fine and should have been continued. Now it is were the actual problem starts. They suddenly started deducting Rs.2279/- instead of my actual EMI amount Rs.1773/- from my account without even notifying me. And all this happened from 5/11/2012 to 5/9/2013. When I contacted VAIBHAV(can be reached on [protected]) who is BFL employee and is the one responsible for all my problems, told me that they have rebooked it for i dont know what purpose and the new amount would be Rs.2279/- from now onwards. I requested him that this is very high amount for my budget and i was not informed about it earlier. He convinced me that it will not happen again and he will revert the EMI back to Rs.1773/-. So i waited for the next month and again the same thing was repeated. Finally i went to meet him to rectify the problem. This time he said its not his mistake and it was the mistake of the HeadOffice located at ShivajiNagar and i should meet them. So i went to the main office and told them about my problem. But no one of them was accepting it and were reluctant. They told your TV was rebooked and the new EMI of Rs.2279/- is applicable. They did not say me why it was rebooked instead handed me with the statement of account which even i knew. The same thing repeated for nearly three months. I again went to meet VAIBHAV and this time he gave me another senior guys no. saying that he could resolve it. His name is MAYANK([protected]). When i called him to my surprise he started shouting at VAIBHAV saying that why he gave his number to customers instead of resolving my issue. After sometime MAYANK told me to call ATUL([protected]) who is another employee and would definetly solve my problem. Atul ended up saying that its VAIBHAV's fault. Again the same thing happened for months. Now the total new EMI's deducted was Rs.2279/- for 11 months. So the figure is Rs.2279*11 months = Rs.25069/- and the earlier EMI's Rs.1773*3 months = Rs.5319/- plus Rs.56.18 (I dont know for what it was deducted). So the final amount i paid is 25069+5319+56.18= Rs.30444.18. Now my next EMI due date is on 5/10/2013 which will be again Rs.2279/-. So accordingly i will have to pay Rs.31904(financed amount)-Rs.30444.18(paid amount)=Rs.1459.82/- but my next EMI amount deducted will be Rs.2279/- . So if i pay my next EMI i will have a loss of Rs.819.[protected].82=819.18). I have 2 more EMI to be paid although in this EMI my actual amount will be done. In the portal it shows my last EMI date as 5/12/2013. So finally the total loss incurred by me will be 2279+2279+819.18= Rs.5377.18/-. I will not pay my next EMI because i dont want to run behind these guys for refunding the amount. So now i dont have any other option left and i am forced to keep my account nil. I hope atleast after this thing they will call me. If i suffer any bounce charges caused by BFL or either by bank, BFL people will only have to refund it. And also if my record with CIBIL reflects negative remark i strongly hold BFL guys responsible for it and they should do every possible thing to correct it. I have done everything to rectify the error from my side but they haven't cared a bit for their customers. I actually feel pity on them. The worst thing is the product details are entered wrong. I have purchased Samsung LED but they have entered Sony LED TV that too of higher price. All my details are entered wrong. I have taken only one loan but it shows two loan accounts. It shows one is active and one is inactive. Inspite of meeting them and writing to them so many times it still shows the same thing. Its so unacceptable that these guys keep doing. Now i have attached all my statement of account with bold color reflecting the transaction to BFL. I have also attached my bill along with relevant documents. I hope the forum will look into this matter and resolve it ASAP. According to them I have to pay Rs.2279 for 14 months which would be 2279*14= Rs.31906 but they are not considering my earlier EMI's worth 1773 for 3 months. Which would be Rs.5319/-.                             Today after 7 days i got a call from a lady CCE from BFL she said she will mail me the details. I am waiting for it. She asked me for the loan account no. Here it is 4020CD00262438.

                            Today i checked my statement of account and was shocked to see that BFL people have charged me Rs.224.72/- twice respectively on 5/10/2013 and 9/10/2013. Now I have Negative balance. I have attached the screen shot for reference. And Reliance digital says that this problem pertains to BFL only. This is wrong. You people should take care of your customers even after the purchase of the product. Instead of that you people only target on sales. Its your responsibility to look after the customers problems too. Why do you guys allow these BFL guys as financial providers for the customers?. Why dont you hire some genuine company?. I want this issue to be resolved quickly. I checked my BFL portal still the mistakes are same. No improvement. It shows my last EMI date still as 5/12/2013. The BFL is saying that they have closed the erroneously booked loan account. But that is not the actual problem. Why dont you guys understand?. The actual problem is that i have already paid the loan amount and you guys are still deducting the money from my account. Dont you get it?.

                            I received a call from Reliance Digital. He said that he will look into the matter. People can i please expect some strict action against BFL to resolve my issue.
                            A person from croma called me and promised to resolve the problem. Its been more than 4 days now, he never called nor emailed me anything. Instead i only called him twice but to no avail. People please help me.
                            Today a guy from BFL called me named ROHIT. He said that he will also resolve the problem. By this i can surely say about the miscommunication between the employees and staff is so poor that each time a new person calls and assures to solve the problem. All of them expect me to explain the whole blunder once again to them because they really don't know what happened. I am so frustrated by these guys. According to him i am only responsible for my bounce charges and also its not his duty to correct my CIBIL record. Ultimately according to them I will only have to pay the Bounce charges because I have no other option left. I am really surprised when he said there company has more than 50 lakh customers. I wonder how many of them were cheated and gone through this pain because of silly mistakes created by BFL employees and reluctant to solve it. But I need to say this forum is really awesome and is giving me great results.

                              Loan Account #3611261 I have been trying to settle the loan for the above mentioned loan i took from bajaj finance, I lost my job after paying 17 EMI'S, After repeated online request for settling the amount Bajaj finance seems to be least interested in settling the loan, Hence piling up the total outstanding every month, I request bajaj finance to respond to my request at the earliest and get this close.

                                  I was not aware of this untill i pulled out my Credit report recently and got to know that my account is written off by Bajaj Finance.

                                    I have taken personal loan of Rs 20,000 on 23 oct 2011 in that I have received 17074.00 only, I have received a call from Bajaj finance executives they clearly told me that there will no processing fee and no other charges will be deducted from the loan 20,000 Rs full amount will be sanctioned after getting loan I have received on 17074 Rs only, and your executives have told me that the interest rate will be 3 Rs but after receiving the welcome letter I was shocked I saw you are charging 23.99% many times I had requested to cancel the loan but I have not received any call nor any mail from there end even after sending plenty of mails. Now I have decided that I will not make any further payments the final settlement will happen in the consumer court ,I want to file a complaint in the consumer court I had requested many times to send someone for settlement but no one was deputed to collect the payment.
                                    Few months back due to delay in salary I was not in a position to keep sufficient funds on my emi date cheque bounce happen due to that they have send rowdies at my residence I was that not in station they came to my house and tortured my parents to make the payment even after speaking to me over the phone I had told them I will be coming in a day or two but after telling this also they did like this please help me from these people and do need your advise

                                        This is to bring to your notice that due to extreme conditions and my sick child I had to spend the money from my credit card which I have paid off, but couldn't pay the EMI of Bajaj Finance, 8th EMI. I have paid ALL the EMIs till date, but the kind of behavior that was produced towards me as their customer. Is that the kind of behavior that was produced towards me.

                                        Especially Ms. Ria Chakraborty and Mr. Goutam the kind of HARASSMENT that I had to face is in exemplary. I just wanted 2 days to pay off ALL their due EMIs, but they are calling names and Shouting at me with Slangs and bad words.

                                        I am at such a fix.

                                        This Ms. Ria Chakraborty is STILL calling and is DISTURBING!!! And making Lewd comments that I am a low caste beggar etc. If this is not stopped I am going to file in the Consumer Forum as well as file a Lost Reputation Case. Please Advise.
                                        THEY ARE STILL CALLING!!!. They are also threatening me to assault our house if I can't pay by tomorrow, but I am a common man with salary and till my salary date I am totally unable to pay. I have applied for loans as well from normal companies as well as my own but the process is taking lengthy time. Just 3-4 days are required, but the kind of behaviors that I am having to face is VERY BAD!!!

                                        I have purchased two almirah form full house there bajaj finance technician 750 rs taken from me for file charge or processing fees but as per bajaj finance app there is not showing processing fees.
