Sir/Madam, My name is Rinka Dey.I have loan account from bajaj finserv which is L2WHGL02677556. I took a 2 wheeler through your finance.I had some problems and has to leave my job.I was not able to make 4 months payment.I told the collection agent about my problem.I was suppose to make a payment on 15 th april but I failed because I donot have any money.I am receiving threatening call at any time from Mr. sarkar saying that he will take care of me and he wants me .to meet him right at that point of time.Here is his [protected] number .I understand that I have not made the payments because I don't have a job and I am willing to make up to it by first week of may or middle of the month .I just need some time. and i am jst started my job again I am not fraud its just that I am stuck in some unavoidable circumstances and I have been regularly talking to your collection agents This is happening for the second time.So please help me out of this I am really feeling threat for my life now.I guess next time I will have to report this next time.I am sending a copy of this e-mail to the consumer forum. I would definitely make the payments on time from the upcoming months from the month of may But I would sure try if I can make some arrangements real soon.Hope you people help me to get out of this alarming situation.Please I don't one any more threats I will not be able to take it.     Respected Sir, I 'm an existing customer of Bajaj Finance. Today I went to Techno city consumer durable stores at Sarat Bose road as I wanted to purchase two of the air conditioning units under finance scheme. I possess an Emi card and wanted to install the air conditioners in two of the different locations. The representatives were unwilling to help out, moreover they were charing extra as per the calculation. When I objected, the representative called his colleage and asked him to handle the situation. They were not accepting my documents and asked me to get the electricity bill of my residence. I want to know the valid documents required to take consumer durables as per norms. I was giving them my driving license and pass port where in they insisted on to the electricity bill. They went on argue with me for the documents and even stated that giving the product and loan is their sole discretion. If this is how you do business where in you allow your representatives to judge on their customers by face, not by the previous records then I must say, you should not have given my the Emi card with a limit of above a lac on it. Later the store manager intervened and asked the representative to process the loan to which they agreed but that was beyond the tolerance level.         Respected Sir, On April, 2007 i have taken a consumer durable loan from Bajaj Finance.Loan No.[protected].I have successfully paid my 10 PDC'S(Post Dated Cheque).On November, 2013 i applied for another consumer durable loan from Bajaj Finance but they denied to sanction the loan by saying thati have not paid my last due.I got astonished when they said that and i asked them to provide me with my payment statement.Unfortunately i saw that my last cheque does'nt participate in the cleaing.Due to this mishappening i paid my due by cash on 1.11.2013 vid Receipt No.5410146, Bhubaneswar.But this was of no use as wenever i went to other banks for loan it showed 'CIVIL' Due to which i am not able to get loan from any financial institutions. So please take corrective measures to cancel the problem appearing in my complaint within 2days and kindly return my last cheque as i had made my payment by cash.Orelse i'll be foced to file a complaint in the RESERVE BANK OF INDIA.           Hi, I have purchased one Toshiba TV from QRS Trivandrum.I have made this payment through Bajaj Finance loan facility.The amount of 2700 /- has been debited for every month from my HDFC Bank account.During this payment Bajaj Finance provide one EMI Card.After the completion of my TV EMI, I have purchased another product from QRS using the Bajaj Finance EMI card.But this time the bajaj finance people wrongly entered my account no.At that time I did not know that. I Due to their fault, the amount not debited on time.So the ECS has been bounced.The bounced amount charge is around 420/-.This is happend in last month.After this I provided my account details to Bajaj Finance.But like last month the amount not debited yet now.An another bounce charges I have to face in the next month.So the total loss will be around 840.Please do the needful ASAP.             I am not at all happy with the transaction from your side. I submitted documents on 21st March 2014 and I told the sales team clearly that if the amount is not disbursed by 25 or 26th of March 2014 I don't need the loan. After all these days yesterday i.e. 1st April 2014 the loan was sanctioned. Now, when I am requesting to cancel the loan, they are asking me go to the branch. The manager sanctioned the loan after I told the sales team not the process further.Is this way Bajaj Finance works? Now I need to go the branch and then cancel the loan. What a pathetic way of processing...

              Dear Sir, I had take a consumer durable loan in the year 2008 from bajaj finance of Rs 33000 Loan A/C[protected]. After 6 EMIs i requested the company to foreclose my account and for which they told me to make a DD of Rs 18340 . As told i made the DD from ICICI bank and gave it to them. I asked them for the NOC but they said it will take another weeks time and would be delievered at my place withinn 7 days as it comes from pune.Even after several visits to the branch i didnt recive the same.Then after that they again started debiting EMIS from my account and hence i made standing instructions to stop the payment.After that one yer later they started calling me for EMIs and when i told that i had preclosed they didnt listen and started giving me calls from recovery agents who threaten me to get arrested and also abuse me . They have also spoiled my CIBIL score becuase of which am unable 2 apply for any credit card or loan. Today i get a mail from them that i have to pay Rs16 250 and 2814 Rs befor ei can get an NOC from them. Please guide and help me from this fraud.

                In 2006 I purchased a CT 100 through Bajaj Financing. That time RC and one key will keep the financer. I paid all installments and collected my RC book and Key. after years they saying still dues, you want to pay. I approached customer care too. They saying as per system record I want to pay. The same team closed my dues and gave my RC and Duplicate Key. What a team?

                  I took loan to buy Samsung LED 32 inc TV. When I took this TV Bajaj fiance guy told me that i would get 2 Year extended warranty. I opted of that. By putting 1500 Rs. Now my TV have a problem. When i looked into this loan account there is no 2 year extended warranty. But they have linked 4040CD00324251 insurance. That's the life insurance. Why should i want life insurance for this consumer product? Does this make any sense to anyone???
                  Customer product but linked life insurance.

                  When i called up customer center. Person named Sandeep Sharma blasted me. What they think about customer - idiotic people?

                  I have 2 year extended warranty cover note number. That's the proof that i have asked for 2 year extended warranty whereas they sold some life insurance to customer.

                  Q4. What are the main exclusions of the Extended Warranty Program from Bajaj Finserv?

                  A. The main exclusions are as under:

                  1. 10% of the claim amount is deductible, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500 with respect to each and every claim;
                  2. Loss or damage arising out of the insured asset not being used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions;
                  3. Loss or damage for which the manufacturer of the insured asset is responsible under a guarantee and/or warranty;
                  4. Replacement of any consumable item of the insured asset, including but not limited to batteries, bulbs, plugs, cables, ribbons, belts, tapes, fuses, filters, toner or software;
                  5. Failure of parts which are subject to recall by manufacturer of the insured asset;
                  6. Loss or damage arising out of any external cause, including but not limited to fire, theft, explosion, water damage, acts of God, etc.;
                  7. Where the Insured asset is subject to commercial, rental or profit generation purposes;
                  And other exclusions as per policy.


                  Feed back - Point no. 4, 5 and 6 includes everything that is viable to damage or need replacement; and all these possibilities excluded from the extended warranty.
                  Now lets have a look at the below question. In below Q5 and its Answer there is nothing detailed written; I mean what is included as everything is excluded
                  I am writing this review because a merchant fooled me with this plan that costed me 1562/- INR.


                  Q5. Why should customers buy Extended Warranty policy from Bajaj Finserv?

                  A. The primary reason for buying an Extended Warranty Policy is to have extra protection for valuable appliances after expiry of the manufacturer’s product warranty period.

                  For majority of the appliances, manufacturer’s product warranty is usually offered for a period of 6 months to 12 months. After expiry of this period, the customers are likely to incur significant expenses if the particular appliance fails. However, with the help of our Extended Warranty Program, you can enjoy comprehensive protection for your valuable appliances for a period of 12/24/36 months even after expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty period.

                  i have taken extended warranty for may hitachi ac, my policy no. is OG[protected]-00179146 and i have given complaint of ac for not cooling, my complaint no. is oc[protected], and its been 15 days and my problem is not solved, if i am calling the customer care then they have given me regional manager Mr. Bhuvnesh Mehta no. and that no. is constantly engage. There is no solution for my problem.

                  This is most unprofessional method for customer problem resolution

                  I had bought a policy for extended warranty of my Godrej Split AC,
                  This AC has become faulty since 4th of August, I had lodged a compliant in your customer care against which I was provided a Complaint #. OC[protected] telephonically, no email of SMS unlike most of the compliants registered these days.Attached policy document:OG[protected]-00285923

                  It was parallely assured that it will be attended in maximum between -24 to 48 hrs,
                  Unfortunately there was not a single look-up or check done from company since more than 72 hrs+
                  When yesterday it was enquired the customer care gave me regional Head's contact no. which not getting picked since yestreday, it was suggested to get it rectified from OEM(Godrej) service center and claim being produced to Bajaj alliance.

                  I had got it checked from OEM who had surveyed and diagnosed problem of faulty condensor & gas leak leak which they have made a charge of around 8-9 thoudand rupees,
                  This may be reverified at Godrej Service Center Mr.Vijay

                  I am puzzled, In lack of any confirmation from Bajaj Allainz should I go ahead with this expense and then claim it from Bajaj??
                  I am salaried class person and cannot wait for whole time to get this rectified.Today I have taken off from office for merely resolving this issue but no response is coming.

                  I had registered an no response call too in you customer care :Escalation Complain#63764022, they provided me some other office no.[protected] which again is constantly engaged.

                  The Bajaj Finserv extended warranty really sucks. I logged a complaint OC[protected] for my AC Problem more than 2 weeks back. A person visited in a couple of days and inspected the AC. Then he said he'll come tomorrow with all tools and necessary approvals to fix the issue. But its almost 12 days since that happened. No-one visited to fix the AC and I never received any call from Bajaj for status of my complaint. WORST SERVICE EVER.
                  Whenever I call the customer care or HO they'll say "Sorry for delay it'll be resolved in next 2 days" and I'm hearing that for last 3 times. Its really difficult to reach someone in HO/Reginal Head as they'll never pick the phone.

                  I'LL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO FOR BAJAJ ALLIANZ. They're just fooling us around.
                  Hello I purchased a TV and took Bajaj Extended Warranty on 29th Sept 2016 the TV is not working and I raised a complaint with the costumer care on 29th. After couple of days a technician visited and informed their is problem with the TV and he will come the next day and collect the TV for repair and get it done. No one has come till date I have spoken to your regional manager Malikarjun and he says today it will be done tomorrow it will be done. Nothing is done till date. You guys need to inform the costumers this how our service is before providing the extended warranty and collecting the money from costumers. My LAN no is 404EWC09660612. Can anyone check and let me know the status.

                  with high frustration I writing this complaint,

                  I purchased a 32 " LG Smart TV using the Bajaj Finance EMI on May/2016 and I have repaid all the amount included the extended warranty for the TV I purchased. I paid Rs.2, 988 /- for the extended warranty. Now I'm have a serious problem in my television where the display got scattered and not able to see any picture. I calling your customer care for more than 50 times all I got was another tollfree no.

                    1. On 16th January I enquired on Personal Loan 2. On 23rd January Mr.Vicky Sehra called me and enquired on my requirents for Personal Loan and he promptly sent the documentation required (Appreciated) 3. On 24th January, I sent all the documents to Mr.Sehra 4. On 28th January, Mr.Deepak ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) sent me an email to reply in my official email so that Official email is verified. Within a minute I replied for the same 5. On 28th Mr.Sehra verified and collected all the hard copies 6. On 31st, www.bajajfinance.com shoed status as “ Loan has been disbursed” 7. I was shocked on 5th February 2014 that nothing has been received from Bajaj Finance and reported the same through my official email to Mr.Vicky Sehra 8. Mr.Sehra called me and assured to get in touch 9. My next EMI is due on 5th March 2014 and today is 11th February 10. Till Date I have not received a single Rupee Why it takes 26 Days to process the Loan? Why Bajaj Finance harass its customers like this? Why so much of highly paid inefficient people working in Bajaj Finance? I was advised to contact Mr.Prateek Gupta on Date 10th February by Mr.Vicky Sehra, but even after giving 25 calls Mr.Prateek Guta is not bothered to reply. I sent SMS to know the reason but still there is no response from Mr.Prateek Gupta Such a pathetic Personal Loan processing is not expected from a reputed brand. You do not have good people to represent such a big name.                         I am Kavya from Bangalore.Had purchased 2 refrigerators on 7th April 2009. which downpayment was payed 12000 and every month i directly from my account 2555 was getting deducted for 8 months. And the complete payment was done. Every month i used to get call even after the balance is cut from the salary and they used to say i havent paid the interest. after asking them to recheck they said it is paid.
                        Now i am getting calls from lawyers and AK Singhania who is supposed to say he is a lawyer and harrassing me again stating i havent paid the amount. even Shekar from Bajaj finance has accepted that the mistake is from bajaj finance end and he corrected the same in the database saying no due from my end. and he promised that he will say to the lawyers and will close my case which is running without my knowledge and intimation.

                        But again these lawyers are harrasing and saying me that they will send police to my home and get me arrested. But i have shown all the proofs to bajaj finance and still they are asking myself and harrasing me.

                        They are calling me daily and i doent know what to do? i am going mad with these thretens. Please help me.

And they have called me stating they have corrected the mistake and have informed the lawyers that the case is closed. And they have informed me that i will no more get calls from them regarding this case and if at all in anyform they call me i can produce them the copies of NOC and SOA.

                          He told me for send documents scan copy on raman.[protected]@yahoo.com then i sen my documents and after 1 hour call back me ant told me for dipositing loan fee rs 10800 i said to him, "this amount is immopossible for my arrangment capacity" the he told me please diposit rs 5400 and i dposit in her PNB account Named of Prem Kumari. after dipositing rs 5400/- he told me your loan application is aproved and for transfer your loan amount plaese diposit 6.5% amount of total loan amount i.e 100000*6.5%=65000/- then i told him i can't arrange this money after he told me please diposit 25000/- and then i told him i can't arrange this money after he told me please diposit 8000/- for 3lac tarnsfer of loan then u transfer of outstanding tax.

                          Please Help Me.

                          Hey nobody asks for deposit.. i mean no finance company never asks for a deposit in their account. If they are asking then its clear they are fake and its a scam. One more thing that person's mail id is raman.[protected]@yahoo.com. and you send documents in his personal id why???? If he is an employee of the company then he should give his official mail id after all its official matter. He is not giving you lone from his pocket. The mail id should be like raman.[protected]@bajajfinxxxx.com(with company domail). That means he is a fraud.
                          You should sign the hard copy of the application and you should keep one copy...

                          Now you go to the police station(Financial Fraud Cell) and lodge a complain mentioning the names, phone numbers, mail id and bank acct no with te counter foil in xerox.. If police tries then they can trach them easily... You have to fight... and hick them out.. Remember its you who can make it happen.

                              Hi Bajaj, I have sent multiple emails and received several SR Numbers but not sure what is the current status of each of them? I don't have any option to make a call to know the details too as the toll free number says 'service to customer service executive is not available for this product'. Its very pathetic. Please keep me informed on the progress happening. The personal loan (4040PL[protected] disbursed to me is not what i was told over phone and its a cheating. Now the agent is not picking up the phone either. I am forced to pursue legal action in consumer court if I do not receive any response before end of this week (29th Nov). Over Email: SRN00628920 SRN00625712 SRN00625713 Over website 9070490 9070253 Problem Reported: 18/11: On seeing the online advertisement on pre-approved personal loan of Rs 2, 26, 000 based on my earlier consumer durable loan (4040CD[protected], I applied it online via website. I received a call from the customer service and she explained about the product and confirmed me 12% as the rate of interest for the offer that I have. I agreed to it and asked to proceed further as I needed only Rs 1, 40, 000. She took my convenient time, location and said I can enquire more on processing fees, tenure, EMI etc with the person who would come to collect the documents. (I suggest you hear this conversation if this was recorded) 19/11: Person from Bajaj finance approached me to get the documents signed and I requested him to consider for 3 years for which EMI would come approximately as Rs 4, 500. He agreed and received signature and the blank cheques promptly. 20/11: I got a person at my home and I received a call from Bajaj for verification purpose and I was told that the Loan was approved. Again, I double confirmed the amount dispersal, rate of interest and the EMI. For which I was told roughly about Rs 4, 500 for 3 years. 21/11: I received Rs 1, 33, 613 in my bank account and the agent told remaining (Rs 6, 387) deducted from Rs 1, 40, 000 was towards insurance policy and some advance interest. Which I don't understand still. 22/11: I received a welcome letter via email as my customer id[protected] and I logged into the website and I could see the 'statement of account' with rate of interest was calculated as 23.05% and the tenure was mentioned as 4 years. Which brings the EMI to Rs 4, 491. This was shocking and I raised a complaint in your website and wrote the email id [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. 23/11: I could see there was also a 'welcome letter' which says Rate of Interest as 13.49% for tenure of 4 years with EMI Rs 4, 491. 24/11: I called the agent and informed about this descripency and he promised to get me a call back from his office on next day 25/11: I got a call from Bangalore office and the person informed me that the interest rate is 23.05% because I did not take the loan amount of originally approved Rs 2.26, 000 and hence this fall as normal personal loan category. This was an extreme shock and he said he will talk to the head office and get me a response soon. Which I did not receive till date and there is no one to talk to me regarding this. Outstanding issues: Loan amount that I requested is only Rs 1, 40, 000 with rate of interest as 12% for a tenure of 3 years. This needs to be change in the 'statement of account' immediately. Why there is an insurance amount deducted? I already have several PA cover for my life so, this need to be cancelled. What is the 'upfront interest charges' (Rs 2, 885) from the customer calculated?                                 I had taken a loan from BFL, to which am paying the emi mostly every month . out of 30 emis i have paid 26 emi till date . even last month also i have paid the amount with receipt.
                                the loan is closed now, also am in discussion with the local collection agent who is collecting my emi every month.
                                Still some goon saying himself as advocate for bajaj is threatening to my family members for the same.

                                Please suggest what to do?

                                Dear Pravanjan,

                                First and foremost I think you should approach the people who you took a loan from and tell them that you are being harassed in this manner. If they do not take any action to stop this, then you are eligible to file a criminal matter against them. If you have paid all the outstanding EMIs of your loan and have the documentation to show the same then the actions of the thugs acting as agents amounts to Criminal intimidation under section 503 of the Indian Penal Code. I suggest you take the evidence of this kind of harassment by the agents to the Police along with your documents and file a FIR with them for the same. Usually people like these will then try to harass you in court by filing false and malicious cases. You should consult with a lawyer beforehand so that you can deal with these people.

                                  Hi, I took a consumer durable loan, for a microwave oven just because a 0% interest option was available. Now it seems to be a huge mistake! I opted for ECS, which was not presented correctly to my bank and hence they did not release the amount. Please note that my bank always has enough funds since my home loan and car loan both get deducted from there. I told the same to Bajaj Finance many times, to present the ECS correctly, however no action was taken. I paid the EMIs on time to a person who came to collect the amount from me. While paying the last instalment, the person said that I need to pay Rs. 3500 more for "check bouncing charges"! I said, that was not my mistake hence I would not pay it and no NOC was given to me. I kept receiving calls for the same from Bajaj Finance, though I always politely explained the entire situation. Now I am getting calls from people who say they are police and lawyers, a case has been filed against me and I would arrested, would have to pay 1 lakh, my name would be put in CIBIL and so on! I am well educated and informed to understand that these are collection agents, however what does this say about the standards and processes of Bajaj Finance? Are these fair loan collecting techniques? I can easily pay Rs. 3500, but why should I pay when the mistake was on your side? You presented the ECS wrongly, did not take an action to present the ECS correctly, even after being repeatedly informed, you did not inform me of the cheque bouncing charges before and now harassing me like this? Does this not constitute a case of harassment against the company and a case for the consumer court for not following fair banking practices? I pay around Rs. 50, 000 as EMIs every month, would buy more flats and plots in the future. I have a huge circle of friends in the IT industry and the social network who would need loans for various purposes in the future. Is this is the way Bajaj Finance wants to build a reputation among us? This set of incidents is building a very poor impression of your company in my mind. So request to take appropriate action.                                   Thanks a lot for your quick action. Just to let you know some people call and harass people as police officers and lawyers. Their numbers are [protected](Fake lawyer, some Sharma) and [protected].

                                  If they are your collection agents please ask them to follow ethical collection practices and if they are fake please take legal action.
                                  Similar thing has happened to me. I receive a call from some Aditya Rana from Gautam budh nagar police station. He said he is gonna bring a few constable to my place and arrest me. I have paid the complete amount in agreement with the collections agent. No noc was provided. Now suddenly I owe 11000 in cheque bouncing charges ! As per the RBI BANKING OMBUDSPERSON SCHEME 2006, levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer is incorrect. I never never never received any notification of 11000 in cheque bounce fee before today. I was last told that it has been paid. Please solve the matter at your end. I have a good social media presence too and people will definitely know about this bad behaviour.

                                    Recently I bough my CIBIL rating.and there was around 4 mistakes regarding amount pending one each in 2010, 2011 and 2013. I had completely closed those loans.                                     Please take necessary steps to correct these mistakes. It is very much affecting my CIBIL rating.

                                    To all who have taken bajaj finance loans. It will be better if you check if you have any pending amounts even if you have closed your loans.

                                      Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung 32 Inches LED TV in 2010, and i taken Bajaj Finance for the same. I have paid all the EMI's to Bajaj Finance executive "SAIULLAH KHAN " ( Bangalore ). through online transfer. Now i am getting calls from Bajaj Finance executives saing your Finance amount not yet cleared still Rs 2100/- is due, and i have to make the payment immediately. I have asked the executives for getting the account statement, they don't have any details or documents to confirm this is the loan amount and paid is so and so amount and due amount. Executives are saying if i don't make the payment in a day or two they wil issue lagal notice for the same. I don't understand Bajaj Finance process of collecting and approach proceedures. I really felt very bad about approaching process. Request Bajaj Finance management bafore debiting such transactions please inform the customers in advance and also please communicate over email for their informaion. Request you to please lookinto the above clarifications and do let me know the exact solution and also provide me some documentation to make the due amount. PS NOTE: Currently i don't have the loan account details also. Thanks in advance...
