I am Shishir Jha. I already fulfill my tenure of loan for a/c 4010CD00143217 but still I am getting due amount of Rs. 15, 000 for another a/c 401BAL00148306, which is not taken by me. Last year (26 nov., 2012) I already file a complain for this loan a/c on "bajaj finance customer care email" (Sir/Madam, Please tell me about this "Balic CD loan - 401BAL00148306", I never applied for this loan than why its showing in my record. Please give me solution for this.) but there is no response and every month financial company asking for late charge. Please tell me why should I pay. Please resolve this issue and do clear my record because I think it will damage my cibil status.

    There is supposedly some outstanding balance with the mentioned company at there Wakdewadi branch at pune,

    I was asked to deposit a sum of INR 7114/ by some advocate named Harishankar Narayan who states that he is from Delhi and that a case has been made against me in Delhi vide case no RPC 1436/13 AT Delhi for which I had visited the Finance branch at the above mentioned address but was told to get more details as to the loan account and for what purpose the loan was for.

    On calling the above mentioned advocate, he furnished me with the loan account no[protected] with which I again went to the cash counter who stated that they are unable to trace what account it is and that they needed more details for the same like type of loan, period of loan and proper loan account no.

    When I called up the advocate to ask him for the same he started abusing with such filthy language in Hindi which I have never heard through out my whole life, he also abused my senior who tried to intervene and ask for the proper details.

    How can we pay for something that does not have any details in their system, and even after I am willing to pay for what they are asking, the finance company employees are refusing to take the money as there are no details available.

    This type of bulling is not warranted from a legal adviser and strong action should be taken against him.

      Dear sir/madam My name is MANJUNATH from Bangalore my loan no is 4040CD00421849 & 4040CD00421009 I purchase a two led TV from reliance digital shop with the help of your Bajaj finance my TV value is 20000 & 25000 RS but your executive told sir you pay extra 3000 RS you will get a life time free health card and this card you will get with in 3 months from date of purchase now 8 months up till I have not received that health card & also i gone to residency road customer care center i given request also my request no is SRN00403123 and your cust care excutive told my problem will be sort it out in five working days but already 15 days over, next month my loan will be close if you are not given me that health card i am not paying next EMI, pl do the needful at the earliest.         I purchased Samsung LED TV with model no - 40EH5000 on 29/05/2012 from Reliance digital retail LTD, Phoenix Market City located at Viman Nagar, Nagar Road, Pune, MH-411014. The cost of the TV was Rs.51900/- . I paid Rs.19996/- as downpayment and the amount financed was Rs.31904/- from BAJAJ FINSERV LENDING(BAJAJ FINANCE LTD). At the time of purchase of TV I was told there will be a tenure of 18 months each EMI of Rs.1773/- so it would be Rs.1773*18 months= Rs.31914/-. Now I want to elaborate the blunder caused by these guys. Firstly they deducted Rs.1773 for first three months which started from 5/7/2012 till 5/9/2012 which was very fine and should have been continued. Now it is were the actual problem starts. They suddenly started deducting Rs.2279/- instead of my actual EMI amount Rs.1773/- from my account without even notifying me. And all this happened from 5/11/2012 to 5/9/2013. When I contacted VAIBHAV(can be reached on [protected]) who is BFL employee and is the one responsible for all my problems, told me that they have rebooked it for i dont know what purpose and the new amount would be Rs.2279/- from now onwards. I requested him that this is very high amount for my budget and i was not informed about it earlier. He convinced me that it will not happen again and he will revert the EMI back to Rs.1773/-. So i waited for the next month and again the same thing was repeated. Finally i went to meet him to rectify the problem. This time he said its not his mistake and it was the mistake of the HeadOffice located at ShivajiNagar and i should meet them. So i went to the main office and told them about my problem. But no one of them was accepting it and were reluctant. They told your TV was rebooked and the new EMI of Rs.2279/- is applicable. They did not say me why it was rebooked instead handed me with the statement of account which even i knew. The same thing repeated for nearly three months. I again went to meet VAIBHAV and this time he gave me another senior guys no. saying that he could resolve it. His name is MAYANK([protected]). When i called him to my surprise he started shouting at VAIBHAV saying that why he gave his number to customers instead of resolving my issue. After sometime MAYANK told me to call ATUL([protected]) who is another employee and would definetly solve my problem. Atul ended up saying that its VAIBHAV's fault. Again the same thing happened for months. Now the total new EMI's deducted was Rs.2279/- for 11 months. So the figure is Rs.2279*11 months = Rs.25069/- and the earlier EMI's Rs.1773*3 months = Rs.5319/- plus Rs.56.18 (I dont know for what it was deducted). So the final amount i paid is 25069+5319+56.18= Rs.30444.18. Now my next EMI due date is on 5/10/2013 which will be again Rs.2279/-. So accordingly i will have to pay Rs.31904(financed amount)-Rs.30444.18(paid amount)=Rs.1459.82/- but my next EMI amount deducted will be Rs.2279/- . So if i pay my next EMI i will have a loss of Rs.819.[protected].82=819.18). I have 2 more EMI to be paid although in this EMI my actual amount will be done. In the portal it shows my last EMI date as 5/12/2013. So finally the total loss incurred by me will be 2279+2279+819.18= Rs.5377.18/-. I will not pay my next EMI because i dont want to run behind these guys for refunding the amount. So now i dont have any other option left and i am forced to keep my account nil. I hope atleast after this thing they will call me. If i suffer any bounce charges caused by BFL or either by bank, BFL people will only have to refund it. And also if my record with CIBIL reflects negative remark i strongly hold BFL guys responsible for it and they should do every possible thing to correct it. I have done everything to rectify the error from my side but they haven't cared a bit for their customers. I actually feel pity on them. The worst thing is the product details are entered wrong. I have purchased Samsung LED but they have entered Sony LED TV that too of higher price. All my details are entered wrong. I have taken only one loan but it shows two loan accounts. It shows one is active and one is inactive. Inspite of meeting them and writing to them so many times it still shows the same thing. Its so unacceptable that these guys keep doing. Now i have attached all my statement of account with bold color reflecting the transaction to BFL. I have also attached my bill along with relevant documents. I hope the forum will look into this matter and resolve it ASAP. According to them I have to pay Rs.2279 for 14 months which would be 2279*14= Rs.31906 but they are not considering my earlier EMI's worth 1773 for 3 months. Which would be Rs.5319/-.         Today after 7 days i got a call from a lady CCE from BFL she said she will mail me the details. I am waiting for it. She asked me for the loan account no. Here it is 4020CD00262438.

        Today i checked my statement of account and was shocked to see that BFL people have charged me Rs.224.72/- twice respectively on 5/10/2013 and 9/10/2013. Now I have Negative balance. I have attached the screen shot for reference. And Reliance digital says that this problem pertains to BFL only. This is wrong. You people should take care of your customers even after the purchase of the product. Instead of that you people only target on sales. Its your responsibility to look after the customers problems too. Why do you guys allow these BFL guys as financial providers for the customers?. Why dont you hire some genuine company?. I want this issue to be resolved quickly. I checked my BFL portal still the mistakes are same. No improvement. It shows my last EMI date still as 5/12/2013. The BFL is saying that they have closed the erroneously booked loan account. But that is not the actual problem. Why dont you guys understand?. The actual problem is that i have already paid the loan amount and you guys are still deducting the money from my account. Dont you get it?.

        I received a call from Reliance Digital. He said that he will look into the matter. People can i please expect some strict action against BFL to resolve my issue.
        A person from croma called me and promised to resolve the problem. Its been more than 4 days now, he never called nor emailed me anything. Instead i only called him twice but to no avail. People please help me.
        Today a guy from BFL called me named ROHIT. He said that he will also resolve the problem. By this i can surely say about the miscommunication between the employees and staff is so poor that each time a new person calls and assures to solve the problem. All of them expect me to explain the whole blunder once again to them because they really don't know what happened. I am so frustrated by these guys. According to him i am only responsible for my bounce charges and also its not his duty to correct my CIBIL record. Ultimately according to them I will only have to pay the Bounce charges because I have no other option left. I am really surprised when he said there company has more than 50 lakh customers. I wonder how many of them were cheated and gone through this pain because of silly mistakes created by BFL employees and reluctant to solve it. But I need to say this forum is really awesome and is giving me great results.

          Bajaj Finance Not Responding After Repeated Request for Settlement

          Loan Account #3611261 I have been trying to settle the loan for the above mentioned loan i took from bajaj finance, I lost my job after paying 17 EMI'S, After repeated online request for settling the amount Bajaj finance seems to be least interested in settling the loan, Hence piling up the total outstanding every month, I request bajaj finance to respond to my request at the earliest and get this close.

              Despite making the Full and final payment for loan number #[protected] from Bajaj Finance in 2009, my account is reflected as written off in the CIBIL report.
              I was not aware of this untill i pulled out my Credit report recently and got to know that my account is written off by Bajaj Finance.

                DEAR SIR

                I have taken personal loan of Rs 20,000 on 23 oct 2011 in that I have received 17074.00 only, I have received a call from Bajaj finance executives they clearly told me that there will no processing fee and no other charges will be deducted from the loan 20,000 Rs full amount will be sanctioned after getting loan I have received on 17074 Rs only, and your executives have told me that the interest rate will be 3 Rs but after receiving the welcome letter I was shocked I saw you are charging 23.99% many times I had requested to cancel the loan but I have not received any call nor any mail from there end even after sending plenty of mails. Now I have decided that I will not make any further payments the final settlement will happen in the consumer court ,I want to file a complaint in the consumer court I had requested many times to send someone for settlement but no one was deputed to collect the payment.
                Few months back due to delay in salary I was not in a position to keep sufficient funds on my emi date cheque bounce happen due to that they have send rowdies at my residence I was that not in station they came to my house and tortured my parents to make the payment even after speaking to me over the phone I had told them I will be coming in a day or two but after telling this also they did like this please help me from these people and do need your advise

                    This is to bring to your notice that due to extreme conditions and my sick child I had to spend the money from my credit card which I have paid off, but couldn't pay the EMI of Bajaj Finance, 8th EMI. I have paid ALL the EMIs till date, but the kind of behavior that was produced towards me as their customer. Is that the kind of behavior that was produced towards me.

                    Especially Ms. Ria Chakraborty and Mr. Goutam the kind of HARASSMENT that I had to face is in exemplary. I just wanted 2 days to pay off ALL their due EMIs, but they are calling names and Shouting at me with Slangs and bad words.

                    I am at such a fix.

                    THEY ARE STILL CALLING!!!. They are also threatening me to assault our house if I can't pay by tomorrow, but I am a common man with salary and till my salary date I am totally unable to pay. I have applied for loans as well from normal companies as well as my own but the process is taking lengthy time. Just 3-4 days are required, but the kind of behaviors that I am having to face is VERY BAD!!!

                      This email is to inform you that I am holding a Gold EMI Card no :[protected] with Bajajfinserv. Recently my EMI loan Card was BLOCKED and i have not been received any confirmation email or letter from you. In fact I have taken so many loans form Bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with Bajaj and have paid all my loans to date and that was the reason Bajaj gave me a Gold emi card.

                      Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds in between in one or two months.. Every month my EMI amount use to debit from my bank account on 5th day. But in between it happened twice that Emi was deducted a day prior only like 2nd and due to insufficient funds on 2nd my ecs bounced. Though on every 5th the money was there.. Due to insufficient funds i was over charged and my bank has charged bounced charges. The bank hit the ecs on 2nd which was suppose to be hit on 5th, then where am I at fault. Due to this only my emi got bounced twice. But as a deligent citizen I went online and paid the emi's directly through the bajaj portal.

                      I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, atleast they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so I would not have gone to take any product only.

                      This is really frustrating and disappointing to me I really don't understand that why my card has been blocked,

                      I was talking your customer care and they promised a call back which was again not done. I was promised that my issue will be resolved asap.

                      They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents, I even did that and my loan was rejected. Customer care is unable to give me the reason for it.

                      However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they wont be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer and I should be given a second chance.

                      I am with Bajaj from last 3 years and have cleared all the 2,3 loans I took from them. Would request you to kindly check my history and records too with Bajaj which will clearly show my good record. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

                      I would be highly obliged.

Sir being a govt employee i have applied for Personel Loan[for education] for my daughter as she has passed LLB Law from punjkab university chandigarh.now for further studies i applied loan of 2laks from Bajaj Finance Pvt.Ltd[New delhi] firstly i was told to scan and send my identity card,pan card. Daughter’ LLB marksheet,her identity card.I have emailed it on the EMAIL address given to me. Next they told me to deposit 3500/- as loan processing fee on the goven SBI account number and told me the loan amount will be deposited within next day. Then next day i was told to get yourself insurance for that
                        You have to deposit 18000/-. On the same SBI account number.which i have deposited
                        Next day when i didn’t get my loan amount i called them and they told you have to deposit 12000 as loan tax which i refused to deposit and told them to cancel my loan application. They said they will deduct 800/- and return the deposit 20700/-rs in my account. On 20/08/2013. Now they are just harassing me i didn’t get my money back.
                        Please suggest me how can i get my money back being a middle class i can’t afford to loose my money.

                        He told me for send documents scan copy on raman.[protected]@yahoo.com then i sen my documents and after 1 hour call back me ant told me for dipositing loan fee rs 10800 i said to him, "this amount is immopossible for my arrangment capacity" the he told me please diposit rs 5400 and i dposit in her PNB account Named of Prem Kumari. after dipositing rs 5400/- he told me your loan application is aproved and for transfer your loan amount plaese diposit 6.5% amount of total loan amount i.e 100000*6.5%=65000/- then i told him i can't arrange this money after he told me please diposit 25000/- and then i told him i can't arrange this money after he told me please diposit 8000/- for 3lac tarnsfer of loan then u transfer of outstanding tax.

                          I have purchased a Bajaj Discover Motorcycle from M/s Ganesh Motors, Madira, Distt- Khammam in 2010. The same was financed by Bajaj Finance who was in tie up with M/s Ganesh Motors, Madira. All the installments and interest has been paid in time and the loan has been closed with last installment paid in June’2012. It was promised that NOC and RC will be issued after one month of the payment of the last installment. In this period M/s Ganesh Motors has closed their business and the Bajaj Finance is repeatedly sending my NOC and RC to Ganesh Motors that resulted in failed deliveries. When talked to Bajaj Finance regarding handing over of NOC and RC to me, they are not responding positively for last one year and despite several reminders , they are continue to sending to M/s Ganesh Motors and not handing over to me. Even after personally contacting to their Vijayawada office nobody from Bajaj Finance had tries to resolve the matter.
                          Kindly do the needful at earliest as not carrying NOC and RC while travelling bears legal consequences and I may face legal punishment. So please do the needful at earliest.

                          Bajaj Auto Finance — NOT GETTING THE RC OF MY VEHICLE EVEN AFTER SEVEN YEARS

                          I had purchased a scooter under Hire Purchase Finance Agreement Number 792222 dated[protected] bearing the Registration Number DL 7SK 1875. The agreement was extinguished with Bajaj Auto Finance on[protected] and then I was promised that the Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle would be send to me at my address, which is also in your office. I personally visited your Delhi office based in Darya Ganj but was asked to get the RC from the dealer from where I bought the vehicle but all in vain. In the past SEVEN years the company has always giving me false pretext that the RC will be received by me on my address with in a week.
                          I am selling my vehicle and am in a desperate need of the RC and now I finally want the RC.
                          I had purchased a Bajaj scooter vide loan agreement No 407 / 26008 vide BAFL from Nasik on 12th April 1999 .The loans have already been paid.

                          I have to sell the scooter and for that I need a statement that the loan amount has been fully paid.

                          Actually I have got finaced A bajaj XCD 135 from BAFL, , Kanpur (U.P) & the vehicle was picked from Authorized Dealer of Bajaj Society Motors, Mc-Roberts Ganj, KAnpur .After 20 days or 1 Month From the date of purchase the vehicle is making problem & after regular follow up for the problem at the workshop it was not completely rectified till date.Now they are saying that for these problems, it will be chargeable.
                          Do you think, there is no feaseability in case that if any problem is regularly noted but no proper solution is provided.In this case I will not be able to pay the emi's .This is now possible for me to pay the emi in these circumtances.

                            I had financed the laptop from bajaj finanace and give post dated check. after few months they droped 2 check in one month and one check was bonced , after few months the exec came to my place and matter sorted out stating that one month due will be divided in 2 parts and will paid along with installemnt..just after few days again they dropped 2 check in month.which was cleared but i stopped the next check payment as i wanted to speak. again exec came and he confirmed me that after making this paymnet only one installemt is due that he confirmed with his manager and written on receipt..next month wen exec came and i reconfirmed he said 2 installemt is left.....wen i showed him the recipt, he showed least interest .took payment and told me that he will confirm me tommorow..i took call back no..called him several times..no response , either was disconnected or just ringing...now afer 1 and 1/2 yr they sent mail with all interest added asking me to pay now. i don have records as its been 2 yrs now that how much i made payment...wen they came to my place they even did not correct information....waht to do ..please help

                              I am Varad Kashmire, basically from Nashik but since 4 years living in Pune due to profession.
                              On 29-May-2013, I received a call on my cellphone from Bajaj Finance saying that I have made a purchase of LCD TV on 5-Apr-2012 at Pune and I am still due the amount nealry Rs.38000

                              Actually I never had bought a TV and neither I am a customer of Bajaj Finance nor made any purchase on the above said date. Still Bajaj Finance is saying I am valid customer holding an account with them and they have my copy of id-cards also

                              Bajaj Finance is saying today i.e. 29-may-2013 is final day for payment failing which they will arrest me. Infact they have never called me before for this matter.

                              What should I do ? I have to make a payment of nearly 38000 now ...but how I will get back my money ?

                              Some one is misused my address & Contact info to get this loan, i want the details to register a police compliant against them

                              The loan agreement no is 4040CD00035098.

                              I do not have any BOI bank account.

                              My genuine loan loan number is 4040CD[protected] for which i have cleared 3 EMI & I have 5 pending, mine is not ECS but PDC.

                              I have visited Bangalore office personally to make a compliant, they said they will get back by 1 week, but so far no one is got back to me.

                              The Legal advisor said over phone that they will arrest me oin case I do not pay the due amount..
                              It seems someone has misused my document and did the fraud.

                              Please give me some contact no. of department of Bajaj Finance which handles fraudulent activites and such critical issues.
                              Local branch office is not co-operating as it should be.

                                    I have purchased LCD TV Sony make from M/s. Adishwars, Banashnkari 3rd stage with finance from M/S. Bajaj finance limited. Totally 14 EMI's each of Rs.2778/. All the documents reqd. for establishing ECS had been signed by me and handed over to them. My loan a/c no. is 4040CD00136342.Loan taken during Feb,2011. After a month they phoned up and told that ECS didn't take place and asked me to issue cheques instead. i also issued all the 14 months cheques promptly without any delay and the last instalment was paid on[protected].

                                    Now one year after clearing all the 14 months EMI's, I am getting calls after calls from Chennai & Mumbai offices that an amount of Rs.4200/ is due and i need to pay immediately. On enquiry they told it is the penalty for not establishing ECS which is not my fault. There was no communication from the company that ECs didn't take place and they asked me to issue only the cheques instead.

                                    They are threatening me that they will send my name to RBI for adding in the list of Defaulters. I really don't know why they have to treat a prompt consumer like me who has not defaulted even one month.Is this the way to treat a customer?

                                    I kindly request you to instruct the concerned officials not to disturb me for the payment of Rs.4200/ and issue me a NOC immediately. I will be very much grateful if i can get relieved from this and get NOC immediately.

                                      I have purchased Refrigerator 24 March 2013 at reliance digital in chennai. i got the finance from BajajFinancelending. Refrigerator cost: 14250/-

                                      Actual loan amount Rs 9250/- I have paid downpayment Rs 5000/-. I need to repayment 8 months EMI- Rs 1156/-

                                      But they have mentioned EMI amount RS 1425/- I called to that Bajaj finance person on that day itself he told me revised that amount

                                      Almost need to complete one month but still they did not change the correct EMI amount 1156/-

                                      Please correct it as soon as possible. otherwise i need to pay 1st EMI May 2nd 1425 will be debit from my account.

                                      This is to inform you that i am not a customer of Bajaj Two Wheeler Loan. But since months i am continuously receiving calls from your Bajaj Two Wheeler Collections, New Delhi. ( [protected] & [protected] & [protected] & [protected], etc...) They are enquring about some Mr. Deepankar Sharma (whom i dont know) on my mobile no. [protected].

                                      For your information, i am using this no. which is of VODAFONE for more than 3 yrs. I think you guys i've errorneously updated my mobile no. on your Customer's details...!!!

                                      if you guys have still any doubts regarding my no. then you get it checked with VODAFONE.

                                      But, take this complaint very seriously, as i'm informing them that i am not your customer, this is a wrong no updation by your company & not to call again.. but all of no use..
