Above a/c Holder, my wife, availed loan Rs.24880/- with the EMI Rs.1600/- and from 15.11.2006 she has paid the EMI’s regularly for 18 months through cheques Bank Pass Book entry statement shown under.. One cheque was bounced and for that also cash Rs.1600/- was remitted under receipt No.45836113/29.01.08. Hence she is not having any arrears to this account. The account statement is herewith enclosed.
But on 21.05.11 my son received a phone call from legal Dept. Legal Advocate, Chennai office, that my wife is having arrears in the above loan A/c and she will be arrested for this warrant issued ..and threatened so…. Hence to escape from the threatening I have remitted Rs. 6300/- under Rt.No.1642108/23.05.11.at your Pondicherry Office. Hence I request you that, after, verifying your accounts, the amount remitted by me today, may kindly be refunded at once, Sir.

I Kumar vijay agnihotry had applied for a loan from bajaj finance thru the dealer in december 2010 my loan was passed on 30th December but regular chasing i did not get the product from the dealer on 5thJan 2011 so i opted to go for cash purchase of laptop I informed the dealer and he also said that loan could be cancelled so i bought the laptop from another dealer in cash and suddenly in feb2011 a message came from bajaj finance that 2500 rupees would be cut from my account as instalment for the laptop which i never purchased i then informed the executive of bajaj finance and he consoled me that i would get my money back but it has been 4 months now my instalment is still being cut and the shop keeper says he would return the money only after cutting VAT 14% what is this for he says i[censored] take cash back so much will be cut and he is after me to take a product which i do not need .My cheque for the fifth month has gone for cutting I do not Know what to Do why should i pay vat aor a product which i have not purchased Please Help!!!!!

Subject : Request for cancellation of insurance policy bearing membership no. 8221 ---
matter regarding


I would like to bring the following facts to your kind attention for redressal of forceful deduction of insurance premium charged on me by your concern.

1. On 12.11.2010 a Sony Cyber Shot Digital Camera under the model no. DSC-W310 was purchased by me from Gopal Radio Clinic at 55, B. P. Dey Street, Serampore on loan provided by Bajaj Finance Limited vide their Loan No. 4100CD00110381.

2. Payment of the camera was settled to be made by twelve equal monthly installments of Rs.650/- through ECS from my savings account no.[protected] with Canara Bank at Serampore Branch.


3. After a few days of the date of my purchase (12.11.2010) I received a call from your concern with a request to undergo an insurance which I refused then and there. But to my surprise, I have received a certificate of insurance from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. under Membership no.8221 and Master Policy Holder no. [protected].


4. Thereafter I met the proprietor of Gopal Radio Clinic to bring the matter to his notice and he promised me to get the insurance policy cancelled. But since 05.01.2011 my bank account statement shows that in addition to the installment of Rs.650/-, extra Rs.164/- is being deducted as insurance premium. Such deduction is being continued in every month till date.

In view of the above, I object to such forceful insurance premium deduction and request you to stop it immediately and refund my deduction already made at the earliest, failing which I will stop payment through my savings account and move to the District Consumer Forum.

Bajaj Finance seems to be MOST Mismanaged Company totally contradicting the values & ethics shown by the parent Bajaj Group !!!
Its been more than 6 months now and with numerous mail & phone calls done the concerned people are least bothered to correct the name & address which has been WRONGLY IMPLICATED for a Consumer Loan which was never taken by myself.

when i put the bike on 1st service in Shiva bajaj. after doing the inspection they take the bike for service.
in inspection on scratch on head of light n front side of mudguard was there.
but after service i found the total mudguard was broken n speedometer was broken. they said to pay me the half of money for the damaged parts...
now i want compensation for my mudguard and change my whole speedometer.

I took a LED tv of LG company at 0% interest of 10 emi finaced by bajaj finance. emi was of 4050.00 rupees . after 1 month of purchase , i got a letter from bajaj finance that an insurance has been done by company without my information and consent and addisional charge of Rs.1323/= added to my Emi . At the time of purchase this information regarding insurance has not been given by bajaj finance comany"s executive .my loan a/c no. is 4570CD00010225.

with due respect, i want to inform u that i ( tarun monga )bought a sony television on 25/02/ 11 from deekay electronics ghumar mandi ludhiana. sir, i was told that the tv could be financed by BAJAJ FINANCE at 0% interest rate. so, i got the sony tv financed from BAJAJ FINANCE at 8 emi of 3500 rs each. but, BAJAJ FINANCE
took emi of rs 3646 in place of rs 3500 as first installment. on enquiring from their office i got to know that they that they charged rs 146 for an insurance product, which i never bought. sir, i have got the companies receipt which clearly indicates emi of rs 3500 without any insurance cover. i showed that receipt at the BAJAJ COMPANIES office, but they refused to remove the insurance product. sir, they r unjustifyingly charging rs 1200 in excess( agg of 8 emi ). so, i request u to tell the company to charge the actual emi of rs 3500 in place of rs 3646 and the excess money they have already taken should be reimbursed. sir, my next installment is due on 5/ 05 / 11. sir, i m worried that they will again charge emi of rs 3646. sir, my loan a/c no is #4260cd00024051. sir, i request u to take a speedy action.

I had applied for a consumer durable loan in your company to purchase a Sony LED on April 2011 , for which I have submitted all the necessary document required, but in-spite of all the documents.
Your agent denied the loan on some filmy excuse document is miss match . I asked your agent to provide me the details which document is miss match. Not ready to provide me the any information , and refuse to provide me loan.
This is very shocking, I had a loan from your company in the past ,
I would like to know why your comp is not ready to give me loan this time , I don’t under stand the behavior of your people of setting in south Delhi sony outlets (Mohan singh place and sorijani ngr branch) , that how can a person be denied loan if he is submitting proofs like passport copy, pan card, bank statement stamped by the bank itself, what other proofs do your agent want??

I guess your agent are not upskilled and do,nt know how to handle the customer. Its very serious issue look this matter. Currently I have car loan with HDFC for £50 lak , and they are ready to give me another loan as per my payment record .

In case any of your agent is play with my credit rating , kindly stop them.

This is Prakash Kajagar, I would like bring this matter to your
kind attention that there is a false purchase on my name in 2006.

Now we are receiving threatening calls from call
centers of Bajaj Finance repeatedly.Mr. Hitesh Ghadigaonkar is a goon and threatening us with bad words. I strongly protest such indecent behaviour of your company officially and would be logging a police complaint against the
same. We are educated and respected indiviuals and have never come
across to such a bad experience.

I would like to put on record that even after visiting Baja Finance's office and
submitting the appilication to customer care there is no progress and
further action taken. This is the worst experience i had in my life.

From Past 3 Months i have been getting calls and SMS for EMI of a bike Loan, which i have not taken. The Applicant is from Indore and i am from Bhopal. I have informed the executives and recovery agent the same, but the calls and SMS pursues. This is quite irritating and uncomfortable, as some times the recovery agents use unconstitutional words.
I urgge to resolve my issues on earliest.

But as per the Bajaj Finance Loan is still reflecting as open and now the representative Mr Balakrishna says that the Settlement Letter is invalid and he cannot do anything about it. Now my question is " what is the value of Settlement Letter? and can i appeal to Court against Bajaj Finance? Please Help!!

Dear Guy's Please Don't trust Bajaj Finance in bangalore, They never give you proper update on your loan,But they keep on chargeing you for all type cheating.........

Please keep on cheaking your balance & update yourself.Otherwise your are the big loser..........at the end.

I have purchased Washing machine on 14 oct 2010,,, of make GODREJ ,,,,

The purchase was made on Bajaj finance option provided the Vijay Sales themselves.

From the very first EMI ,,, the company started deducting wrong amount through ECS......

Total cost of the washing machine is Rs. 7000/ -- (Approx)

Down payment was Rs. 2500/- which I have paid by the debit card.

The rest of the amt was supposed to be deducted by the ECS,,,i.e. Rs.600/- per month for the next 8 months.

They started deducting Rs. 2300/-- instead of Rs.600/--,,,this has happened twice,,,

This was about to happen for the next remaing EIGHT months.
Subsequently this price would go beyond the ACTUAL price of the WASHING machine.


I informed the same to the Vijay Sales Manager at Borivali Branch & they have still not rectified it. Today again i got a message from Bajaj Finance that to keep funds available in my bank for the subsequent EMIs. I dont know what to do,,, should i file a case or should i stop paying these EMI which is directlty going out from my Bank...

The stereo type answer which I get is that ,,,,,THIS HAPPENED BY MISTAKE,,,,,

But no resolution is being given by them,,,

This do not reflect good on the reputation of the VIJAY sales,,,,& BAJAJ FINANCE.

I request the forum members to take note of this matter & Urge VIJAY SALES & BAJAJ Finace to look into this matter,,,,

As this is causing me & my family unnecessary trouble & torture without my fault...

I the undersigned had purchased a motor bike knows as Discover 150cc with chassis no. MD2DSJZZZTPF37889 and registration no. DL3SBT9514 from one of your dealer known as Dewan Bajaj Lajpat Nagar. No doubt i am very much satisfied with the performance of the vehicle as yet. But at the same i am not happy with the response given to me by Dewan bajaj people.
My concern is that, that i have paid all of the amount which was due on my part. Know after making the due payment a sum of Rs.2546=00 is being paid by me as extra due the fault or error made by dewan bajaj, which i had requsted them to pay back, but they had not even given a ear to that. So further i requested you to consider the report & documents enclosed with this and do the needfull.
Calculation:-
Total bike amount= 53414=00
Accessories amount= 800=00
Cent.lock amount = 1300=00
Total = 55714=00
Paid Downpayment = 31100=00 – less acessor. And cent.lock amt.(800+1300=2100) =29000=00

Less file charge = 840=00
Rkd paid to dewan auto = 27160=00

DUE TO SOME FINANCIAL PROBLEM I WAS UNABLE TO PAY EMI THIS LOAN THEREFORE BAJAJ FINANCE RECOVERY AGENT HARASSED ME AND DISPUTING WITH ME .AFTER THAT I READY FOR SETTLEMENT OF THIS LOAN TO EJECT THIS DISPUTE .FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY LEGAL OFFICER OF BAJAJ FINANCE OFFICER AT GOREGOAN OFFICE MUMBAI IS FORCED ME TO PAY RS 20000 IN 2 MONTH TO HIM FOR REMAINING LOAN OF 21000 RS.I AM IN VERY TROUBLE SITUATION I AM READY TO PAY. AND I PAID 11000 BUT NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY REMAINING AMT AND BAJAJ FINANCE RECOVERY AGENT AND OFFICER CONTINUOUS HARASSING ME.

I had availed a two wheeler loan facility from Bajaj Finance whose agreement number is[protected]. It was in a 24 months EMI scheme. Though I have paid 15 installments which got passed from my HDFC A/c and the balance 9 installments by way of foreclosure on the preceding installment date, I have still not recieved my NOC (No Objection Certificate). When contacted the branch office at HUBLI (Karnataka) they asked me to pay Rs. 5958/- (Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Eight only) again for no reason. When asked them they just keep giving lame reasons. Not even a single cheque was dis honoured for which I have HDFC Bank's statement as proof.
Can somebody please help me to get my NOC.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased bajaj discover 135cc on[protected] having its engine no. 04030 & Reg. No.DL-5S-AE-3036 from Rajiv Raj F-396,Bhajanpura,Wazirabad Road Delhi. I have encountered excess engine heating problem due to Disk Break Jam(manufacturing fault). so i have send the bike for checking & first free routine servicing to the Rajiv Automobiles Service Centre who returned this back after routine service & Rs.400/- oil replacement bill.The moment this bike came back on road, I found my bike has started giving the same problem. I have complaint many times at Bajaj Auto Customer Care through mail & phones but nobody help me.so kindly, fix my problem as soon as possible either by providing me replacement of bike or either by refunding my amount. I would also like to mention that i have proper documents & bills against the repairs carried out in last ten month duration(Warrenty Period). I have visited the service station again on[protected]. they said that they cannot solve the problem under warrenty. SO i’ll be highly obliged if you solve my problem A.S.A.P.
