I have not purchased anything with the above loan account and the same has been submitted with Kolkata - Bajaj Finance Ltd.,office.

But still irrelevant telephones are coming to me with abusive words.

I wnat to take a strong action against the same.

In year 2006, I had taken a laptop which was financed by Bajaj Finance company. The Bajaj Finance people from the local branch kept on taking cash payments from me as they told me that my cheques were getting bounced. It was quite confusing as I maintained an amount more than the EMI in the account, EMI was of around Rs 2700. When this continued for 5-6 EMIs as well I inquired my bank & found out that Bajaj Finance was putting up 2 EMI cheques every time. My bank gave me a detailed statement that showed every time Bajaj Finance was putting in 2 cheques for processing and as the amount in account was less than twice of EMI both the cheques got bounced. On that I paid a penalty of Rs 200-250 for each bounced cheque. i.e. 400-500 each month. So I lost around Rs. 3000 or so on penalties due to mistake of Bajaj Finance. When I tried to get in touch with the local office no body picked up the phone. The customer care told me to contact local office. Next time my cheques got bounced the recovery person promptly came to take cash for the EMI. I told him that company's stupidity has caused a loss of 3000 (+500) & I will only pay the principle left (i.e. around 7000) minus the amount I have lost & I will make the remainder of payment when they handover the NOC to me as I did not trust them. So the person got me to talk to his senior on phone & he promised that the NOC will be given but I will have to pay the remainder right now & the NOC will take 10-15 days as it comes from Mumbai. I agreed to that & made the remaining payment. After that months passed & no NOC came. I called up the office but the number was disconnected. i went to the office address & found that the office have been closed. Called up customer care & they told me that I have to get in touch with nearest office (that was in Delhi). I gave up as there was nothing left to do. But last year (2010) I got a call from some person to make a payment of Rs 7000 (which he says is the outstanding) to Bajaj Finance. I told him everything but he said that the Meerut office was closed in 2006 & nothing can be traced to validate the same. When I told him that I still have the receipts & my bank statement which shows the mistake of Bajaj Finance he threatened me that money will be recovered. When I told him that I will take legal action against the company & will go to the police to file complaint against harassment he disconnected the phone & never called back. But recently I came to know from a credit card company that my credit rating has some negative value due to this loan. This is plain harassment on part of such banks & financial institutions. How can some agency give negative rating to a person on account of any bank's statement? They should consult the customer as well & know his side of the story. Ganging up on a customer is the cheap tactics followed by these institutions. Shame on them.
I am also a victim of fraud by Bajaj Finance.I was also promised of a pre-approved loan of Rs 90, 000 and all my documents have been collected along with ECS mandate and 4 cheques from IDBI bank.I would like to mention here that my valuable cheques have already been taken by bajaj. and this is not a question of money here. Now i need the loan amount as well as compensation from Bajaj as they dont have any valid reason as i have paid all my previous installments on time and have already given Bajaj the cheques for the pre-approved loan.

hi,
about three days ago i was looking for a personal loan so i came in contact with a private company. the company people told me yes they can arrange a loan for me of 15 lacs but u have to pay 4500 rs processing fee so i sent then my document and processing fee yesterday they told me that i have to the tax of 35000 thousands rs to relase this loan so after talking for several times i paid that money also but now they are asking me another 60000 rs for insurance and i have to pay in 3 days please can someone help me what should i have to do now

I m very upsad to check ROI of Bajaj finance I taken a PL from Bajaj Finace LTD 115000.and i got a mail from same office for confirmation loan amount i asked him to confirm ROI then i will decide but they did not confirm to me and loan has been credit in my account but ROI is 32 %.I have paid 8 months EMI of Rs 4276 and today when i visited to kamla Nagar Agra forclosure them cashier told me balance is 104000 rs.

Please help me on this what can i do for same issue.

    The refund of my security from Bajaj Finance is due since more than 6 months inspite of repeated reminders. Through email, the organization had promised to work on it in 7 days and this too was after repeated reminders. The organization initially asked for Rs. 1000/- more as additional charges. Proving no default on my part they issued NOC on mail but the refund of Rs.4,905.00 is still due.

    Bajaj finance is not refunding my security amount of Rs. 1999/- They are not replying to my mails and their cc numbers are down. They asked for my bank details to process refund but after that I have not heard back from them. My reference number is JAI31046287 they never gave me loan and not refunding processing securefee.

      I had brought a Voltas AC from Bajaj Finance in Chennai , My account is sufficient for ECS claering , But recently i have been getting call from baroda bajaj finance that i have applied for LG LCD TV and they are mentioning wrong PAN number , Passport number , and also DOB and name . My Name is Gaurav Singh , and they are correlating me with Gaurav Niharika singh some one from kanpur who has purchased the product from baroda . In my entire life so far i have never been to baroda and Kanpur . But these people are always calling me and harrashing me . Please need help .

        This is to inform you that we have a Consumer Loan running with DSA of Bajaj Finance since 2007. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, to be very precise the deterioration in the health condition of my father, I was unable to pay quite a few EMIs. Bearing the consequences in mind, I had a conversation with the company and agreed to go in for a settlement. It seems that the agents working in that company are all goons and hired from some low class agency. I have been receiving threat calls over my phone from a number [protected]. The agent over the phone has been abusing me and refuses to disclose his identity. My father is a terminally ill patient and this agent threatens to forfeit all the money paid till date and says that we have not paid any money at all. This is alarming and he is going on calling at odd hours at night and day and calling at least 20 to 25 times a day just to harass and abuse us.

        We have gone in for a settlement and we are paying the settlement amount, then why is BAJAJ FINANCE harassing us like this? I request you to take strict action against this company and especially against the person who calls us and abuses. I hope the identity of the person can be located by you from the call detail mentioned below:

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          This is in reference of a Discover DTS – 135. I have purchased a Discover – 135 on 28th Feb 2010 and paid full amount of 51700/- having No- DL9S AE 1698 from Dewan # Bajan, F-1/1, Mahaveer Enclave, Palam Dabri Road, Dwarka. From the very first day I have seen the Oil Leakage from the Bottom of the engine. In the reference of the same I made a visit to the showroom on 2nd March 2010 as showroom was closed on 1st March 2010. Since then I have visited there almost 10 times but the problem remains same. Below are the outcomes of the all visits.

          1. 2nd March: - Attended by one mechanic named Haider (if I remember), he said that Vehicle is new that’s why the leakage occurs. Come tomorrow if the same will persist & as per him we are treating the new vehicles while showroom close hence visit on Wednesday.
          2. 3rd March: - After reaching there they told that service station is closed hence come some other day.
          3. 5th March: - One of PS Engineer did something with Screw and told me to check and if same will persist then come again.
          4. 7th March: - Same exercise done even I have tried to lodge complained but Showroom staffs not interested to write the same.
          5. 8th March: - Some has intruded Mr. Brijesh that he is senior chap and he will take care of my problem. Mr. Brijesh has called one Mechanic and told him to check the Bike and the mechanic did the time pass.
          6. 9th March:- I tried my best to meet some senior over there but customer care lady was not interested to listen my problem and she made comments that’s we are least bothered if it is into warranty. Go to service station manager and talk to him
          7. 11th March 2010. Finally on 11th March I reached showroom at 09.30 am & after talking to GM I got a chance to lodge a complaint at around 12.30pm. I surprised when the showroom officials said that go and request security guard if he can give you number for servicing your bike and I felt that really I was a touch job to get a number but anyhow I got the number a 14:15 hours under job no - 2586. Mr. Brijesh told me that they need 2 hours hence come at 17:00 hours and collect your bike. I visited showroom at 18:30 hours and surprised that it was in a same condition in front of showroom again I requested Mr. Brijesh to get it done and finally I got it at around 20:00 hours.
          On 12th morning I saw that heavy oil leakage starts

          8. 12th March 2010:- I visited there around 13:30 hours but they refused to repair the same they told me that they have taken enough quota for the day hence come tomorrow early morning.

          9. 13th March 2010: -Vehicle deposited under job card no – 3776. I asked mechanic why it occurs again then he did surprised answer that they
          Done hit & trial last day and they will change the faulty part. I got a call
          I got a call from service station that my bike is ready come and collect it; I went there and asked station manger to fill the engine oil as already more than half ltr. leaked but Mr. GM instructed them to fill only 50ml. I requested them to wash the bike but they refused and told me that they will not wash bikes under complaints. Anyway I didn’t make any arguments.

          It is very painful to inform you that the problem is same and now I am totally frustrated from them and I made a complaint in consumer court under reference no. 219685 and they suggested me to write you once before proceeding.

          After Lodging complaint one of Customer care exec. called from from Diwan Automobile and ask me to bring my vehicle again I took a leave and went to Diwan Automobile, after waiting of 3 hours their mechanic told me that it is olnly old oil on the engine and he just washed the engine and told me that now the problem is over. but I am facing same problem.

          Again on 6th April 10 i lodged a call at customer care and no response from them upto 12th April 10 again i made a complaint but they told me that your 48 hours is not completed hence make a call after 2-3 days. again i made a call today i.e. 14/04/10 but the executive is helpless she told me that she is helpless she cant do anything except forwarding my complaints.

          I would like to bring in your notice that the following things:-

          1. My salary has been deducted for 15 days @ 1200 i.e. 18000/-
          2. I want my bike to get replace or total amount along with compensation to be refunded.
          3. I want compensation for the mental harassments


          i would like to lodge a complaint in consumer court.

          My name is Naveen Merin Jacob. I also own a discover 135 (kl 02 AA 5832) & i had to face problems like petrol overflow from the carberatour, oil leak from front chain sprocket, faulty lock set, rear wheel bearing, carberatour vacium piston kit & many more problems like this. i feel like i wasted my money on a pile of junk...
          Dear naveen, chain sporckets have no oil banks. So there can not be any kind of oil leak from chain. It might be the excess oil poured on the chain during oiling. Check the carberator internals for fuel overflows.
          Dear sanjeeth, you can post your complaints on bajajauto web site. I got spare part replacement even after the showroom manager has denied to replace under warranty.

              I being a regular customer of your E Mall and Big Bazar didn't have face SUCH HARSH AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR EMPLOYEE.
              In connection to the cited matter I want to let you know that I went to buy a AC 1.5 Ton Split ultimately I and my wife had chosen LG
              Model : LSA5CG5VF1 along with AC , I also purchased some more goods vide your Cash Bill No:T8/10980 dt.12.04.2010.

              As your executive ( SOUMEN - whose behaviour not customer friendly ) told that you were providing billed amount through finance company in several EMI's at 0% interest so according to your rule I filled the form of Bajaj Finance as I was instructed by the sales executive after filling the form I requested one madam who was sitting over there wearing a spectacle on behalf of finance company to complete the formalities immediately. SHE IGNORED ME after repeatedly request SHE HARSHLY TOLD THAT SHE'LL DO NOTHING UNLESS AND UNTIL ACCEPTANCE SMS COMES FROM BAJAJ FINANCE.

              THE SMS CAME TO MY MOBILE [protected] AT 20:10:09 ON 12.04.2010 STATING THAT YOUR FINANCE REQUEST SF866949 HAS BEEN APPROVED BY BAJAJ FINANCE. Inspite of doing all the formalities for my finance she left her sit and wandered for one hour.However when I requested that Do you have any other formalities SHE HAD GIVEN SOME FORM AND TOLD ME TO SIGN IN BLANK FORM. As I didn't sign the blank form and wanted to fill up the form properly she showed most rude,harsh behaviour which I can't even in dream. My wife also asked me how and why it could happen with a BONAFIDE REGULAR CUSTOMER.She was showing her impatience all the time At last She told me to sign in Promisery Note WHERE SHE MENTIONED Rs.29000 INSPITE OF Rs.22977 AND I DIDNOT SIGN ON THAT AMOUNT SHOWING THE REASON THAT WHENEVER YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN Rs.6023 FROM ME SO WHY SHOULD HAVE TO SIGN IN PROMISERY NOTE FOR Rs.29000 SHE SHOWED HER ULTIMATE IMPATIENCE AND TOLD ME YOU WILL NOT GET THE MACHINE.

              i)IS SHE AUTHORISED TO TELL ALL THESE WORDS TO A CUSTOMER ?

              ii)IS SHE ENTITLED TO THROW THE PAPERS SHOWING IMPATIENCE AS IT WAS LATE TO HER TO LEAVE OFFICE ?

              iii)SHE WAS LATE FOR HER OWN FAULT BUT WHY INTENTIONALLY SHE SHOULD SHOW HER IMPATIENCE TO A CUSTOMER.

              iv)AS DOWN PAYMENT THEY 'VE TAKEN Rs.6023.00 AS 6 EMI's BUT HOW SIX EMI BECOMES 999 X 6=5994 =6023 PLEASE CLARIFY.

                BAJAJ DISCOVER 135 DTSI — Not functioning properly

                Dear Sir ;

                I would like to invite your kind attention to the following few lines
                as under :

                I have purchased a brand new Bajaj Discover 135 DTSI motor cycle
                no. MP09 MS 4457,from M/s. Rukmani Bajaj, LIG Chouraha, Indore,
                on cash purchase basis.

                After two months it has become a burdon for me as the bike was
                not running properly and giving always tension, as engine disorder,
                makes extra ordinary sounds from the engine, battery failure,lights are
                also not functioning properly. Milage was also very poor, getting 30-35 KM
                per ltr. where as the company was claiming 60 KM per ltr.

                Since after two months of purchase, up to now, it has gone 20 -25 times under servicing and in warranty period also the the Company people taking charges from me. I am totally fed-up with company's attitude and non functioning
                of the bike.

                Kindly arrange to replace the bike or give me a suitable compensation with out any more delay and oblige.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I have purchased Bajaj Discover 135 DR BR (Regn. # MH05AY7692) in Nov.2008 and loaned by Bajaj Auto Fin. Ltd. for the period of One Year. I expect the Loan clearance certificate in Dec 2009, accordingly I have call for the same to call center personnel, he replied that the NOC will be delivered by courier service. After so many follow ups I couldn't get the copy of loan certificate by any courier TILL DATE. So kindly look into the matter and provide me the soft copy on given mail ID at the earliest and obliged.

                  Recently I have visited the showroom Snehanjali, Miraroad -E (from where I have availed consumer durable loan for Samsung A.C.) to close my existing loan. For this person who is working on behalf of Bajaj Finanace, asked me to go to Lower Parel office. I asked him to give me address of parel office. He kept me in waiting half an hour and after that he told me that come tomorrow, rightnow I have no time to give you the address. I really shoked to hear answer from the person reason he wanted to chat with his freind on phone, he called me next day to get address.

                  Hope Bajaj people take necessary action on such employees.

                    hi, i purchased bajaj discover dtsi 100cc in jan 2010. from shriram bajaj motors mumbai.
                    i m having issues of average and fuel meter. at the beginning the average was 75 km/ltr.
                    after first service the average dropped down to 70km/ltr, after after 2nd service the average came to 64km/ltr.
                    pls lemme know should i get the third service done from the same service centre or not. also the fuel meter is not showing right fuel indication. and service centre is asking me to pay for the expences to solve the tank guage problem..
                    pls let me know should i get the service or not and also y should i pay for the fuel guage problem as the vehicle is just 3 months old its a company fault.

                    Hero Honda — Low Average (Less than 28 kmpl)

                    I purchaed Hero Honda CD Delux on 15.09.2005, Its average only Apox. 25kmpl. I have complaint many times but no result found.
                    my bike is Glamour. Company says this bike get mileage about 65km/litre, for me its about 40km/litre.
                    I am also getting 65-69 kmpl after second service, No idea how much i get after next service. low milage, Low Pulling, i really hate this bike!

                    1) Average only 50km

                    I had serviced my bike many times in bajaj showroom (DEWAN MOTORS) near at nawada metro station but after service i complainted many times but they not response. Again and again i check the average but bike did,t give average. This bike famous for average but in one year it does't give average.

                    I also face the same problem with this bike Bajaj DTSi 100cc, I suggest to other people please don't purchase this bike.
                    I have also face the above said problem with this bike Bajaj DTSi 100cc, Pls don't purchase this bike. I[censored] want to waist ur money then u can purchase this bike.
                    I have purchased my bike on 03-11-10. Initially this gives average b/w 75 to 86 Km/l upto 1800km/s but after that its average decreased rapidly its gives now 62-66 km/l. i will suggest people don't purchase this bike. for getting 60-65 km/l average go for Heo hona splendor or passion.
                    I also Purchased bajaj Discover 100cc for his more mileage but after first, second and third service i got the average of 58 to 62 kmpl I suggest to all people to don't purchase this bike for this type of average you go for hero honda, Passion+, Splendor+, CD dulex or CD dawn are the best Mileage bike and you can also go for Honda CB twister or Yamaha SZ you Purchased Yamaha because yamaha is a greatest Bike Company its Engine is more powerful then other bikes Yamaha is low maintain bikes.I also buy a Yamaha FZ bike it is the best sport bikes then CBZ Ex, Hunk, Apachi .Yamaha FZ is more powerful and gives less maintain and more mileage.

                    I also has the same problem. I purchased bajaj discover dtsi 100cc on 15th december 2012. I got the average of 60 km/hr. and after first servicing i got the average of 61 to 62. Company claims the average of 80 to 95 km. But it is a fake one. I really unsatisfied by the poor performance of my bike.

                      I AM A HOMOEOPATHIC DOCTOR DESIGNATED AS CENTRE HEAD BAKSON'S HOMOEOPATHY SINCE 7 YRS.
                      I visited Dawaropenworld Galleria on 30/3/2010 and paid Rs8500/- for Biosleep plus samsung AC.They told me they will collect all documents from my residence day after for EMI purpose.At that time Bajaj Finance agent was not present at showroom around 6:30 pm.I collected all papers and got them signed by my sister.Due to some problems her loan was rejected.Then Mr Manoj called me and told me about same.I told him that i shall be visiting showroom and give all my papers same time along with salary slip.All formalities were done and i was told that i'll get delv of Ac next day.Message from Bajaj finance flashed on my cell stating my loan is approved.The EMI was 1250/- for 8 months.Now Mr Manoj tells me to give mininstatement of my account or passbook.Being a doctor i explained him that i have patients and it will not be easy for me to visit again and again.So he agreed that he will be collecting it himself.I called him and gave him mininstatement.Now again he wants copy of passbook.these 3 days have been so bitter for me just because of Mr Manoj.My time spent was a mere waste and my clinic and patients suffered.If he could have communicated me all details in advance then i should have done same day.But then he stopped the delievery of the Ac inspite of that my loan was approved.Kindly take necessary action for same.

                        I had purchased a Bajaj DIscover 135 DTSI Bike in the month of feb, 2008(RC No./Bike No :DL3S AX-8399 ) from AMBE BAJAJ Khanpur Delhi.Its been financed by Bajaj Auto Finance.

                        The loan has been paid in full long back.
                        I have to sell my bike for which the NOC certificate is needed urgently.

                        I have talked to AMBE BAJAJ officials so many times but nobody is taking interest. One of the person gave me Bajaj auto finance Contact No : 32413312. I have tried this number 100 of times but either this number is switched off or no body picks up.

                              I have purchased an LCD TV with a finance from Bajaj Finance on[protected], with 12 equal EMI of Rs.4083,paid 2 EMI and balance of 10 EMI from May2009 to Feb.2010.I have successfully paid those 10 EMI .Now the Bajaj Finance sent me an sms to keep Rs.4083 ready by 5-3-2010 in the bank account.
                              Kinddly look into the problem and solve it.

                                i purchased a refrigirator from a shop and for that, i paid some cash amount and agreed to pay the remaining amount through 8 cheques of Rs. 791 each. Bajaj finance limited financed for the product. I paid the cheques and was relaxed that my loan will be over in just 8 months.
                                after more than one year in august 2009, i received a letter from the company warning me to pay the dues or legal action will be taken against me. i was shocked to receive such letter. when i contacted the local office, they informed me that their head office has lost cheques of many customers while shifting the office, and my cheque was also lost. that is why we are not imposing any penalty. regarding letter language i was told that it was a common proforma and nothing special. anyway, i agreed to pay the due amount once after confirming from my bank statement.
                                i was busy and amy bank was far so i was not able to confirm my statement from the bank for 15 days. i received phone call from the local office using very cheap language which i felt very bad and i complained about it to the local office.
                                i was once again shocked when the collection boy and local office insisted on paying Rs 791 in cash. they persuaded a lot but i was adamant to pay my dues through cheque only and i did so. the company received my cheque on 26/09/09 and my cheque was cleared on 01/1/09.
                                i wanted to acquire loan of Rs lac from some other company but i was wonderstruck to find out that my name was blacklisted(write off status is equivalent to be blacklisted ).
                                on enquiring it was confirmed by the local office that they have done writing off my name in CIBIL.i am shocked for the fate i have received for no fault of mine.
                                my other loan is also getting delayed because of it.

                                i believe i am going to receive some justice through this forum

                                    I had taken a loan for a computer/laptop from Bajaj Finance Limited in Mumbai two years ago. The EMI was to be paid over a perido of 12 months by way of ECS. All the EMIs were paid on time and deducted by Bajaj Finance Limited without any problem. The money would be in the concerned bank a/c on time but due to some fault or problem at Bajaj Finance Limited's end probably the last EMI was not deducted for almost more than six months while the EMI amount was duly credited in my bank a/c and ready to be debited from the company's end. No one from Bajaj Finance got in touch with respect to this and I thought maybe I did some calculation mistake and the last EMI was extra.

                                    Now after more than two years Kajal Sharma from Bajaj Finance Limited Lower Parel office, Mumbai is calling and harassing both me (I shifted to Bangalore more than a year back) and my sister in Mumbai for the amount of 2,000/-, the last installment. I told her very clearly that since I have shifted to Bangalore, to send an executive here and I'll pay the money and collect the receipt. I also wanted to speak to a person higher in authority or a Manager because she has been using bad words, is abusive and not talking reasonably at all, which amounts to clear harassment. I am a lawyer and am aware of laws against such kind of harassment, where for no fault of mine Bajaj Finance Limited's employees are harassing me and my family. If Bajaj Finance did not deduct debit the money for 6 months to a year, it was not my fault, and when am ready to pay the money in person here in Bangalore, I do not understand what is the problem at their end? I do not wish to make an online transfer as after this experience I would not want to just transfer the money and not get a receipt and be harassed again like this by Bajaj Finance Limited employees.

                                    Please look into the same on an urgent basis as Bajaj Finance Limited's employee Kajal Sharma is calling both me and my sister in Mumbai every two minutes since the last one hour. I do not wish to tolerate this and want to resolve the matter amicably and do not wish to be harassed for no fault of mine. Also I called these numbers of Bajaj Finance Limited Lower Parel office[protected]
                                    32959989 but no one picks up the phone.

                                    I agree These Baja finance people are utterly unprofessional and want to keep on harassing others for their own fault, I have also experienced the same harassment. I had by laptop by depositing a amount of 10, 000/- and I was told that the full amount of laptop will be taken as EMI of 1214 for 24 months which was deducting as ECS from my account, all the EMI was deducted with defaulting and instructed by Bajaj finance people I was supposed to get my Deposit Amount refunded after all the EMI is paid. But to my utter shock when I called on the number [protected]/[protected]/ [protected] which Mr Prasad and Mr sameet is in-charge they are not picking up the call and not responding to these numbers. after contacting to their office on their general number they are giving me the same tel number and telling me to try it again and again, to which for two weeks I tried continuously but still no response, they have been shifted from LOWER PAREL to Goregaon and has not informed their existing customer. I would like to teach them a lesson for such carelessness on their side very poor and unprofessional approach To bad BAJAJ FINANCE NOT EXPECTED this from you guys POOR!!!

                                    As i m very happy from Ur service. Its the best company for loan for home appliance to have a experience with u guys because from the day1 its was so easy & so comfortable to get thing at our door steps
                                    and the Representative o[censored]rs (Suchitra from Reliance Digital (Vashi) she is so nice that she handle the case like she is one of the family member o[censored]s such a nice human being. she take care of my a/c..

                                    As she is going self to buy it .She call me and remind me for the paper work & also.. when ever i go there she come and greet me once at least and ask me & my family member also... even she remember every thing so i don't have to tell her the matter again & again......... may god bless her with all the blessing and give her
                                    prosperous life in future.........

                                    Now the thing is that i want to shift my bank a/Ac's to ICICI Bank. I want transfer this loan from Kotak & Axis to ICIC bank.......... because there is no relation of my with the previous Company where i was working.I want to close my these two a/c because i am not able to maintain them.. i have to pay them 860/- Amout to some quarterly maintenance........... and its very difficult me to pay that & maintain it because i don't get time to do it so ...... Can u pls help me in this matter in any type or method to do the further procedure

                                      I have been receiving N no of calls from [protected] a day for the past one month. But nobody is talking from the other end if I attend calls from this no.

                                      Also, I am receiving SMS daily on loans in which I am not interested. I have already told them clearly that I am not at all interested in any loan now.

                                      But still they torture with phone calls & SMS. The only sin(?) I have made was, got a personal loan from them and paid back in time.

                                      Please stop this abusive calls and SMS.

                                        dear sir I taken new two bikes,one is on cash and other is on finance discover dts-si 100 cc on 28th oct 2009 from my nearer dealer amit bajaj auto service.my documents are not given to me .service book and other insurence paper I received .But my smart card is not yet.so i ask him but he is not giving me the satisfactory answer.And other thing is my battery acid is leakage.and because of that my chacy colour get vanished and corroded also.this is not because of any damage or any fall down of vehicle.so please solve my problem

                                        Bajaj Discover DTS-Si — Petrol Tank Leakage

                                        Dear Sir

                                        I have purchased Bajaj Discover DTS-Si 100cc bike from Satyam Motors of Tagarapuvalsa, who is sub-dealer of Varun Motors of Visakhapatnam. Within Ten days from the purchase, I have abserved petrol tank leakage which is manufacturing defect. I asked for replacement. But they are telling that it cannot be replaced. It can only be repaired i.e. it can be welded. Is it correct? what steps I have to take further?
