I have obtained a loan from your finance under Loan No. 40012326, and the loan amount has been cleared. Subsequently, i have been sent message during august, sept., and even today confirming that i have been sanctioned a loan of rs. 30,000/-. accordijngly, today i have been to adeshwar home appliances for taking refrigerator under emi options and filled in the application, but the status was rejected. On one part you are sanctioniong the loan and another part my option for emi has been denied. I would like to know what is this term negative area do you give loans to people? or to the area?, if this is the case then should I understand that you give loans to people having criminal records if they live in so called positive area, as far I think you provide loan to people and not to the concerned area whether its +ve or –ve, and not to the people who have sincerely completed their earlier emis.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Myself Vishal Desai has taken finance for refrigerator from Bajaj Finance.

    Loan Account No - 4020CD00045807.

    EMI Amount is Rs. 1234/-

    Due Date for payment through ECS : 5th Day of every month.

    In this month Bajaj Finance team has wrongly debited amount on 2nd Sep '10 instead of 5th Sep '10.

    I have deposited EMI amount on 2nd Sep '10 in late afternoon on my account, since the ECS presented early, amount Rs. 276/- debited from my account.

    And subsequently, Bajaj Finance debited Rs. 276/- thrice after first debit.

    I visited your Local brach in Aundh & I met Mr. Mayur Salake & Mr. Namdev Patil (Contact : 020/[protected] to make them aware of it. They accepted this mistake & commited me that they will resolve it by showing it to Head office. I have shared Loan account statement & my saving account statement as a proof.

    Till date I have not received any confirmation call from your local team. Last week I called Mr. Namdev Patil & I came to know from him is Mr. Chandra balan (Concern person) is on leave, so they are unable to solve it.

    I am getting so many calls as a follow up to make payment for this month, but nobody is solving above issue.

    Kindly, do the needful. I am ready to pay difference amount for September '10.

          Dear Sir / Mam,

          I have purchased a Bajaj Discover DTS Si bike from Panipat (Suvidha Automobiles) but the service provided by the Service Center at Suvidha Automobiles is not satisfactory and even they do not agree that there is any fault in the bike. Firstly they always tried not to agree with the problem so that they could not have to repair or provide warranty replacement.

          I have complained to the Customer Service email ID at [protected]@bajajauto.co.in but no body is replying for the same. Since I have sent many reminders over this email id but still no response.

          This shows how the BAJAJ Auto cares about their customers.

          I need the Escalation Matrix of the Bajaj Auto so pls provide me the same if possible..

          BAJAJ - DISCOVER (DTS SI) — POOR CARE

          Dear sir,

          I bought above bike on 14.10.2009 at M/s. E V S Bajaj Motors, Pollachi, Coimbatore dist, Tamil nadu by full payment. I am using the above bike at Valparai(Place name) Hills staion, 70kms from Pollachi. So far vehicle registration not done. But while I am riding the bike, the bike runs 10minutes and stopped. After that to start i have to wait for a hour and this problem i am facing that the day (14.10.2009) on wards.I informed the dealers, they not taking as serious issue this shows their poor care.
          Repeated reminding 2 days back(28.10.2009) Service boys came and removed one part (CDi unit). And yesterday (29.10.2009) by evening somebody has come and said that problem not in CDi unit it is CORE COIL ASSMLY problem and also they have done something..

          But still i am not happy because exactly what this problem and what they changed. And also till now that dealer from EVS MOTORS nobody contacted me and ask about my problem.And also their way of
          talking is shows irresponsibility and i have to run my bike the days to go. Hence, what i feel is before
          registered the bike i struck ling lot and there is no proper customer care from the showroom side in this
          situation what can i do?

          I too agree that. I am also facing the some problem with customer care.
          i have purchased a new bike of pulsur 220 but the service provided by service senter i not appropriate at gossaigaon dist kokrajhar modern enginearing works they have not done there works properly when i have given my bike for free service they just wash the bike and did nothing . firstly there service is not proper and secondly when i give my bike to replace engine oil they apply the used oil which where carried from other bike . this are the services provided by bajaj auto in my opinion there sould be any free service and pls take a action regarding my complaint thank you. thank you and regards sanjay dhamai
          I had purchased "Platina" motor cycle on 07/11/2012 from "Sapna Automobiles", Badali, Distt. Fatehgrah Sahib, Punjab. From the very fist day their is a extra sound from the engine, it clutch not working properly, When I came for 1st sevice at 700Km. the sevice machainc changes only Engine oil nothing else. and said now average will increase. tell me how? After few day I again go to the agency again to show the extra sound they said it is normal. Whe I said that I feel that my motor cycle is old or it is repaired old motor cycle then they took the motor cycle and open cyclender opening and tight crank nuts and change engine tunning. From that day it creat a lots of problems
          1. Starting problem.
          2. Tunning Rhythmis upset increas/decrease automatically.
          3. While driving when you press the clutch and lower the race its gone off.
          4. after 2days the sound of engine come again.
          Now I am going to them 3 times but they are unable to solve my problem. Then I go to bajaj Agency at Sirhind Mandi, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib. they refuse to listen to me and say that you have not purchased from us so you can go to Sapna Auto, Badali. Now solve my problem, tell my what should I do?

          I am going through a very very poor customer service from your Bajaj Crystal workshop situated in Raipur, Chhatisgarh. on[protected] I went to your Bajaj Crystal workshop for general checkup and service of my bike Pulser 220 bearing no. CG 04 D 2233. The delivery time was said at 04:30PM.But when I reached there at 05:30 PM my bike was yet to be completed.i asked about the reason for delay, the mechanic(Name-Robort) told that "I handle all the pulser bike alone.So be seated because it will take another 30 minutes more".But it took more than 1hr 30 minutes for completion(07 p.m).The workshop manager Mr. Manoj said that "sir kabhi kabhi late ho jata hai, don't worry ". Is this the commitment/ customer service of such a big name like BAJAJ AUTO ???? The harassment did not end here. when I started my bike to leave it did not start.Then i called the mechanic to check again.He was just in fire n was saying I have other works to do..who received the bike pulser 220 FI..I am not a mechanic of pulser FI bikes..Then with hesitation he started checking the bike and took for 45 minute and said that you have to leave the bike for more check up because I am unable to figure out the problem.I requested him and the work shop manager Mr. manoj to please check and make ready as I need the bike today. but I was helpless and had to leave the bike.They said we will call you after your bike gets ready. Next day till no call from the work shop till 5 P.M. then I visited the work shop.I saw that my bike was outside the work shop and they are doing their other job.I asked the manager and general manager Mr. Prabhat about the status of my bike. It seemed that no one is bother about my bike.They all said that their is no expert mechanic and bike parts available in the work shop. It will take more time to STILL FIGURE OUT THE DEFECT/PROBLEM in the bike..Please come tomorrow your bike will be ready.They also suggest me that you can take your bike to other ordinary workshop if you want. Then on 6th Dec I called 5 to 6 times to work shop to know the status of my bike. But all the time they had a prompt answer with a rude manner that IT WILL TAKE TIME, NO EXPERT MECHANIC IS THEIR, UNABLE TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM, NO PARTS IS AVAILABLE, WE DON'T REPAIR PULSER FI BIKES etc. etc.Again I visited the work shop at 5.30P.M and found the same position with same words mentioned above.So I met with Mr. Prabhat but he was as casual as he can with his approach by saying " Are Robort bike nahi hua kya unka, Sir kya karen ye nahi hain wo nahi hai with above stated demerits of his work shop " and try to escape from the problem.Till the time(3rd day) they are unable to find out the problem of my bike which was running fine before coming to the workshop for check up.I cross checked my bike whether it is BAJA PULSER OR HERO PULSER OR TVS PULSER for which a BAJAJ WORKSHOP CAN NOT FIND THE PROBLEM.The harassment did not end here and I returned with empty hand. On 7th Dec again I called the work shop for 2 to 3 times. At last sun rises without shine that a call came from workshop and they said me to visit there immediately. I thought thanks God perhaps my bike got ready. But when I reached there the situation was same with a surrendering approach. The Workshop manager Mr. Manoj and so called general manager Mr. Prabhat try to hide from me. Another person(saw him first time after 3 days) said me that we are unable to sort out the problem. So you take the bike to other workshop i.e VANDANA BAJAJ AUTO. I said how can I take the bike to other workshop as its not running.Then I requested them a lot to shift my bike and finally they agreed. But the shifting will be done anytime on Monday.
          What a customer service !!! I am also working in a bank as a Manager and doing customer service as well.I know you may not satisfy all the customer, But you approach or attitude should not be like this.
          Being a leader in Market no one expects services like this from BAJAJ AUTO. Since 2002 I am a customer of you product. But for the first time in Raipur experienced a never expected bitter customer service.
          If a workshop is opened in the city like RAIPUR(CAPITAL) where no expert mechanic or required parts is not available then it does not serve the purpose.
          I am suffering a lot from last 6 days and face very serious problem for communication as I work in a company where I need to visit different places in a day for my job done.They are unable to tell me the problem and how many days will it take to get my bike ready ??
          This is a very very serious service issue, I am facing for last 6 days...

          Same engine issue with pulsar 150 and bajaj has one the worst customer care service i have ever come across. they just pick the call, listen to the issue and disconnect the call

              I HAVE TAKEN PERSONAL LOAN FROM BAJAJ FINANCE. THE LOAN ACCT NO IS 4060CD00016336 & EMI IS RS 4689/- PM FOR 8 MONTHS. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE LOAN DOCUMENTS TILL DATE. I HAVE ALREADY PAID 5 OR 6 EMI'S. I WANT TO KNOW WHICH MONTH MY LOAN IS GETTING OVER.

              i have read all the complaint above they were either of customer who had not clear his cheques or of customers who had completed there loan and not receiving there documents etc. I think if customers properly understood the procedure to be done then this complaints will not remain as complaints any more all our above friends will get solution for there problems. as myself dint have any problems with Bajaj finances as i had taken more then 3 consumer loans from bajaj and my friend to.

                Dear sir,
                I have taken loan Rs-50,000/- from u,r bajaj finance ltd on Nov 2009.
                as per conversation by branch person mr.pankaj and document,rate of interest is 18% P.A for 30month,
                at the time of loan receiving company has deducted unwanted processing charges and insurance amt, after all deduction Finlay i got rs-46,407 only .
                sir i have paid 10 EMI of rs-2417/- and now i want to close my a/c after clearing all rest amt and i went u,r jamshedpur branch and i got a/c statement at present as per a/c statement a i w'll h'v to pay rs-37640/-
                But as per my calculation and document calculation is right calculation:-

                1st principal amt-50000/-
                interest rate- 18%P.A
                Time- 30 month
                so that amt =50,000(principal)+22,500(interest)
                so i have to pay total =72,500/- only in 30 month .

                2nd
                No of EMI -30
                EMI Amt-2417/-

                so that 2417/- multiply 30 months
                =72510/-only

                sir at the time of loan taken loan that person has committed to me no extra charge w'll h'v to pay if you pay before time.
                sir i want to close my a/c so pl right amt take from me for maintain long relationship.
                so kindly reduce unwanted charges from my rest amt so that i able to pay,

                  Dear Sir,

                  I purchased a Discover 150 cc bike from Sri vinayaka Mobikes kachiguda hyderabad on 28th August 2010. The dealer said that i would be receiving the Temporary registration number on monday.
                  When i went to collect the Temporary registration from them on the given day, to my shock they have given a wrong address on the TR slip and the mandatory forms as a result of which RTA assignment was done wrongly. instead of khairatabad RTA it went to Ibrahimpatnam RTA. I had a big argument with the dealer like how he can write a wrong address and assign a wrong RTA.
                  He said that these errors are common and they can be corrected in 1-2 days and assured that he will give the correct papers on tuesday.But that didn't happen and he said to come on thursday.On thursday he says friday.This is going on and aon without any solution. Without proper temporary registration papers and Dealer provided forms i cannot go for the permanent registration.

                  This is nonsense and frustrating. Even after providing correct proofs and address, phone numbers. How he can make such a nonsense mistake and prolong the issue.

                  Please suggest as to what can be done in this matter as i am loosing my patience and cool and drive this matter to closure

                  i have purchased bajaj discover 150cc on 26.08.2010 from your chattarpur dewan bajaj showroom.After 11 days, that bike's battery was giving problem and after 500km reading, when we went for servicing, his self start was not working..and as per the servicing people, they refused to help us rather they told us to go to main showroom where we can complain abt that..when we went to dewan showroom, your executive told us to go to jhandewala ambo batteries but for your kind of information, that service station was closed long time back.when we again went to ur dewan bajaj showroom, they told us to go to okhla phase1 to get that replaced..but according to ur okhla phase 1showroom, they said, that brand battery can not be replaced.and more over your employee Mr. S.Palta told me that we gave you our number not to disturb us.now you told us what to do.you guys have sick services.i wont recommend anybdy for your brand.kindly call me at [protected] or [protected] (mani felix) and solve my problem at the earliest.
                  I purchased Bajaj Discover 150cc on 28/08/2010 I dont have any problem with my bike. I will ride minimum 70 Kms per day at an average speed of 60 to 65 kmph. Engine is very smooth and fuel consumption also very less comparing to other 150cc bikes. Good bike worth of buying.
                  im am confuse my choise is Discover 150cc but my friend advise that i am purchase the bike is Splender plus ...

                  I have purchased your Discover 150cc, bike no. DL 7SBJ 8922 on 18/08/10 for the cost of Rs 53500/- from your reputed dealer named "FAIRDEAL'"
                  From the begining, my bike is creating lots of problems, I have done my first service from GAUTAM BAJAJ, Okhla, Phase-2,
                  After servicing of my bike i face the problem of meter, When i send my bike to service center, they told me that it will take 10 days
                  for the replacement of meter.

                  On 28/9/10, the piston cylinder leaked automatically, after that i went again to service center Gautam bajaj, where i met to store keeper mr SANJEEV, he said to me that part is not available this time and requested me to wait for 4, 5 days, After waiting of one week i again went to service center on 12/10/10 for the repair of my bike which is leaky, but they told me that part is not yet available and said me to wait further
                  one week,

                  Now i m frustrated with your service and i am not going to repair the bike, I want only replacement for that,

                  So, i request you to please replace this bike, which has lots of problem on its early days, And i am not satisfied with your bike and your service,

                  i had buyed bajaj platina bike in october 2011 by full cash money but till today they have not done passing of my bike.
                  Dear sir,

                  i had taken discover 150 in year 2011 but in a very short period to time the bike started giving maintenance . But i was shocked when i had taken my bike to bajaj service center because the clutch & gear Plus the kick is not working properly and said we will check it and revert back to me .
                  after that they said their is a fault in clutch plate and kick spring is broken so the costing of whole will be 5000/- .

                  I stated that hardly 1 1/2 year i had taken the bike and in a very short period of time it is giving me a huge maintenance which is not bearable to my pocket .


                  So i had gone to the customer sevice desk to narrate the scenario but then also i m nt satisfy with that . Even i had ask for a mail id for customer complaint but that to also nt provided they given me the number of Mr rahul more he is the ASM of bajaj auto but he was busy in the meeting and said to me that i wil cal u later .
                  no body is ready for corporate for the same n i am very disappointed with the product and also the service what i had receive .

                  i m from pune So sir kindly look into the matter for the same n do the needful

                  BUT ON SAME DAY AFTER THREE HOURS LATTER IT HAD DAMAGE ITS k latch plate, when I drived it only 40 kms .I had informed to Mahesh Auto Centra, who is authorized Dealer Nalagarh (H.P)& he allowed me to change plate in any unauthorized dealer & call me after holidays(13.11.2012 &14.11.2012 Diwali Festival).After Holiday, I had handover this Bike to above agency & wants New Bike replace this Bike But they did not give me any response regarding this matter.

                    I, Ashok Pandey, had purchased ONE quantity each of TV, Fridge, and Washing Machine in Feb 2008 through Bajaj Finance, Agra. Total 08 installments of Rs. 3000/-were to be paid, Out of which 07 installments were in time, the cheque of 08th installment was produced 02 days early, and resultantly it got bounced. Later on I was also out of station as I was in Defense Services for a period of 03 years.
                    Now when I came to know that one of my cheque bounced 03 years back and payment is still pending I went to Bajaj office at Kamla Nagar(Agra, UP) but the person sitting there is telling that those Rs. 3000/- has now become Rs.13500/-.
                    I am ready to pay these Rs. 3000/- but no one is accepting the money/cheque from me.
                    Please do the needful as there was only one single cheque for 03 consumer durable goods. I am also ready to pay with an interest of 10-20 % of the full amount.

I have paid all the EMI’s on regular basis and there has never been a single ECS bounce from my account .and that after I talk to your agent Mr. Sanjit Bose ,Agent code no. 41002.i can’t given the Loan amount because is my family position is very poor this time and not beared with this Loan ‘s EMI payment ,then Mr. Bose talk to me ,if you don’t warry I am solve this problem ,you have just pay Rs. 4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) and we have given the full & final settlement letter to you
                      again he said to me Mr. Naresh Singh please don’t warry.i am also with you , I have also paid of two post dated cheque RS. 2000/=(Rupees Two Thousand Only) each.given to his for their received sign.and dated Total full & final settlement copy give me for any queries My EMI,s got over in june,2010 after which,I am getting calls from Bajaj Finance that there is still an EMI of Rs.16000/=(Rupees Sixteen Thousand Only) pending from my end. However ,there is no such record in my statement .now I am continuosly receiving calls from Bajaj Finance forcing me to pay the EMI or they will take legal actions. It has been a harassement to with my families and also myself. After that concern with your agent mr. Bose through mobile but unfortunately,every time he’s mobile phone switched off ,it is to panic & very disappointed myself ,what to do this time ,I am not much more about this matter getting a clarification for it.,Request you to kindly help me in getting this issue resolve.


                      Under the circumstances,I appeal to you to do something to prevent him from further hsrassing us and redress our grievance, so that we may live peacefully in with my families.

I WAS BEEN ASKED TO CONTACT THE FINANCE PERSON AT THE DESK AT CROMA HIMALAYA MALL FROM WHERE I HAD BOUGHT THE PC.



                          THERE WAS NO ANSWER FROM THE PERSON AND WAS VERY RUDLY ASKED TO CONTACT THE OFFICE AS IT WAS NOT BOUGHT THRU THE PERSON WHO WAS SITTING THERE AT THAT MOMENT.



                          I WAS FORCED TO VISIT YOUR OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD, NAVARANGPURA AND HAD SPOKEN TO MR. DHARMESH. HE ASKED TO SEND ME A MAIL WITH THE DETIALS, WHICH I HAD DONE ON THE SAME DAY. RESULT BIG ZERO,

                              My compliant is for Bajaj finance.On[protected] i have submitted neccessory papers for samsung LCD through he dealer M/s Skyview Sales,Rander Road Surat.till date I have not recd.any imtimation from bajaj finance.so many times I tried to contact local Bajaj Office,but i could not get proper reply.When i sent mail to
                              [protected]@bajajfinance.in-the address given at bajaj finace website-but surprisingly my mail returned undeliverd in my both yahoo and gmail id.So I have sent mycomplaint through :"cpmplaints" as well as "compliments"section of their website.Till date i have not recd.acknowledgment or any reply from them.
                              Here is my copy of mail sent to them.

                              Sir,
                              I have decided to purchase Samsung LCD TV from M/s.Skyview
                              Sales,Rander Road Surat.(Ph.[protected] The dealer had offered me 0%
                              finance from you.I then submitted necessary papers/documents on
                              [protected].After 4-5 days they informed me that your loan was declined
                              by Bajaj with a reason that I am a Personal loan defaulter.I Was
                              surpised and socked because I have never taken any loan from any
                              oustside agency/institute except from my bank where i am working.So
                              the dealer M/s skyview sales assured me to resubmit the papers to you
                              for reconsideration.They resubmitted the papers.When i remind the
                              dealer about my loan,they tolled me that Bajaj office is not replying
                              and responding to them.I have have also tried many times since last one
                              week to contact your local office Phone no.[protected] and
                              [protected] (Manager cr.) but only a couple of time i was able to
                              contact the person on phone with a common reply "Pl.call me after an
                              hour".Surprisingly then after no one is replying to my several calls.
                              Pl.look into matter immediately and return back my documents with a
                              refusal memo, if you could not process the loan.

                              Dear Sir i have taken loan from bajaj for refrigerator. It was 8 EMI. I have paid all first 7 installment regular. Though i have sufficient balance in bank for the purpose of 8th EMI, but due to bank default EMI was not deducted from my account. I have all evidence of sufficient balance. It was not my side fault.                                     Hi, My name is Afzal Shaikh and i had purchased a Samsung LCD from Sumaria Electronics (Mahim). i paid Rs. 6333.33 by my credit card and the balance was financed to me for 8 months and i had given them 8 cheques of Rs. 1583/-. Since May 10 every month the cheques have cleared but still i am getting Harrasing calls for payments not made. The advisors calling me are very rude and does not understand that i have already given the cheques. I requested some of them to send an executive so that i can handover copies of my Bank Statement where it clearly mentions that cheques have been deposited and cleared.

                                    I had only brought a Samsung LCD & Electrolux Fridge from Bajaj Finance in Mumbai from VIJAY SALES on Aug 2010, My account is sufficient for ECS clearing, But recently i have been getting collection calls for some Nokia Cell Phone i bought from Bajaj finance that i have never applied for and they are mentioning, wrong Address, and also DOB but similar name. My Name is Irfan Shaikh, and they are correlating me with someone with similar name who has purchased the product. i have been receiving this collection call from the month Sep 2010 and now they have updated my address and DOB on their data, my application was first rejected when the sales person from Bajaj Finance entered my PAN CARD # then they called next day and told me that there was an error from their end there was a person with same Name and DOB because of that and after verifying everything i got the clearance for products. In my entire life so far I have never brought any product from Bajaj Finance until Aug 2010.

                                    Last week I got call from Sutherland collection department Parakash and today i got call from some Archana Sawant from Bajaj Finance, when ask to verify my critical information like my PAN card sd she was not able do so, finally she gave me the email address for some Atul.Badmukhe by saying to send an email to him related to this issue. But these people are always calling me and harassing me every now & then, please need help.

                                    I logged in for first time on Bajaj finance web site after entering the login information which I received from on Bajaj finance to check my Loan ac status is now also updated with false information stating that I have brought N70 Nokia cell phone in Jan 2008 agreement no.[protected], which is completely false and way i never received any thing in writing or phone call about the same from so many years, as my address and phone no# have not changed from past 4 years, need all the clarification about the same i have mention my only consumer loan ac details below which I have taken, it’s a big mistake made by your clerical department and i need all the possible answers for it, I will not take someone wrong doing on my credit,

                                      Sirs, I applied for a loan from Bajaj Finance for a fridge which I wanted to purchase from Vijay Sales, Mira Road, Mumbai. The loan application was rejected by Bajaj Finance, without any reason, but I was told by the rep from Bajaj Finance it must be because of a credit card default I made.I admit I have defaulted with a Standard Chartered Credit card more than 10 years ago, after which I have never used any other credit card, and also have completely cleared and settled with Standard Chartered Bank, more than 10 years ago. So how come I'm being penalized and my integrity being questioned after more than 10 years?. After this I have taken and cleared loans from ICICI and have a very good credit rating with them.Is it a problem with me or Bajaj Finance, or Vijay Sales for using Bajaj Finance as the Finance.My bank statement for the last 5-6 years shows no default a all with one single account I have with ICCIC bank. WHY IS MY CBILL RATING NOT 0 RATED???

                                        My Loan No.4050CD00033908 I have purchased one refrigerator from Kohinoor,Dadar taken loan from Bajaj Finance Loan amount Rs.7,700.00 EMI Rs.1,100.00 from January 10 to July 10.Last EMI was July 10 But I got SMS from Bajaj Finance 5 th August Rs.1,100.00 EMI will come in to my Bank Keep sufficient amount in the account.If my loan is finished than why August month EMI will come.
                                        I should get reply by afternoon failing which I will make stop payment,for which I will not held responsible If you want me to contact the concern person then where should I contact.
