I have been taken a PL from Bajaj Finance on dated 28/02/2009 . I receive Cheque on dated 02/03/2009 , Amounts Rs 46407 . Details given below :

Our Bajaj Discover DTS-Si have covered almost 27,000kms only in one year & two months. All the free & paid services up to now were done correctly. But now when i completed the latest service- so much thick white smoke is developing. The service centre ( JKB Bajaj, Aluva) have confirmed that its Piston & cylinder has to be changed. They are saying that the spare part (Piston & Cylinder) is not available in any of the service centres in kerala. So they have requested for the same to the Bajaj Office. But they are not sure of the delivery date of the same. They are hoping to recieve the same within one week.

It would be very helpful if, Bajaj Auto takes care of this issue.

I have consumer goods loan from Bajaj Finance. I have got following sms yesterday.
"logon to www.bajajfinservlending.in and click on 'customer login' to view your loan a/c details online. User-id ( ) password ( )"

When I checked the website...ther is no Bajaj logo..website seems to be a fake & inteded with hacking purpose.

Any Bajaj Finance official can please clarify it this is real message of a spam.

as i clear my loan on 15th nov-10 (loan #4050CD[protected], as i cancel my insurence that time he said i have to pay all money. after that he said i will get back my refund amount of insurence, till that day he never attend my call & never answer when we got my refund? plz help me out of that problem.
I never expecting this from bajaj fin servise.

Sir,

I took a vehicle loan for Bajaj pulsar 150cc from Bajaj auto finance ltd,edapally,ernakulam,kerala.
Loan No:L2WCOC 00028205. I Accepted there conditions including ecs payment. I gave my HDFC cheque leaf for my ecs payment. After one month my job is lost and my account changed to axis bank.The hdfc account got cancelled bacause of salary account rule.

After that i requested several times to bajaj finance for my ECS account change.They are not ready to change my ecs because of some outstanding in my account.Sir is it a reason for changing my ecs account?1 year 2 months payment left for me,out of 1 year 10 month payment there is only 1 payment is pending for me.

They put lot of late payment fees and cheque bounce charges in my account. Rs 15000+ is charged against my account. And they are not ready to collect my payment before due date,after bouncing my cheque they will send some agencies and tortured me.

Sir, Is it possible to change my ecs,i am ready to pay one payment by cash after changing my ecs account. Kindly do the need full as early as possible

hi,all... i have taken a 2wheel loan from bfl and have paid 23 checks till now according to the proof i have..they have only 22 payments recvd whenever i call..tey say send an email with the proof..i did it 8 times but issue not resolved..please tell me how i can handle this or should i go legal.. i have been charged 25oo rs in fees when it was not my fault...pls help me..my email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in please email me

I have taken two wheeler loan from M/s.Bajaj Finance against Proposal No.[protected] and that time my R.C. book was taken by them.



I have already paid your total amount of loan.



I have made 2 request regarding returning my R.C. Book wide docket no. A0818773 Dated: 17.11.2010 & A0855470 Dated: 01.12.2010. But till date I can’t hear from them regarding this issue.

My name is Amar Sarkar, I was purchase a Discover 100CC bike on 15th aug’2010 through Bajaj auto loan, and to installment already paid through my ECS, however still I have not received any loan related docs and any user id for check details and status. Many times I was contact with there help line[protected] and this numbers was always is busy.

MY Loan number-L2WKOL[protected] which is received every month through SMS for deduction money)

This is for your information I was purchased a TV from same Bajaj Finance Ltd, I have used the same online facility. And this Loan No—4100CD00055207.

Please explain me how it is possible, where the loan was getting from the same company.

I was shocked when I applied for a lone in last weak so that I am in the Black List ( sebel Defaulter) for the case Right off on my lone no:44987414, which is already closed and they are given NOC 13th FEB, But they are not informed or called. So it is very much shame for me,since I am dealing with the bank for Last 6 years.

Around a month back I applied for a Car loan and the co. where I have applied for the same said that I am a defaulter of Rs.1250/- but from which company was unknown. So I checked all my loan details and found that I had a default of Rs.1250/- in Bajaj. Need to narrate the following: ----



1. I have applied for a loan on 18.01.2006 of Rs.15000/- whose EMI was suppose to be Rs.1250/- p.m.

2. I went to your office and cleared by dues on 10.11.2010 and took an NOC and Receipt for the same

3. Scanned copy of the same is attached along herewith.

4. I was told by your respected employees that after paying the amount the CIBIL will not show the “WRITTEN OFF”

5. Unfortunately it is still showing the same which I came to know when I have applied for a Home Loan.

6. Just to bring to your kind notice that you have given me 2 other loans also in between 2009-10 which are clear and I have the NOC for the same.

Request you to remove the “ Written off” from the CIBIL so that I could be facilitated by Home loan now.

Asset purchased: SAMSUNG (H/TZ110)
PLACE: TMC ABIDS, HYDERABAD

I purchased above mentioned asset costing Rs.48000/- under exchange of Color TV 21" less Rs.2900/- and down payment made Rs.8,300/- vide R.No.1345 dt.20/10/2008. (There was offer of free HOME theater along with 10 DVD pack but not received DVD pack at all).

My complaint is that The remaining amount of Rs.36,800/- was financed by Bajaj Auto Finance, Hyderabad. Supposed to be deducted in Rs.1600 x 23 Instalments (EMI 30-7)

Whereas deductions made through ECS from my ICICI Bank account in two ECS for Rs.267/- ( in 23 instalments Rs 6141) and Rs 1333/- (in 24 instalments Rs. 31992).
The Bajaj Finance issued closure letter for Rs.1333/- deducted in 24 instalments + showing Advance EMIs Rs. 7998/- (Incorrectly) actually payed total amount worth of Rs.[protected] +2900 U/E of TV).

The Bajaj Auto finance should give me clarity about the receiving ECS for Rs.267/- in 23 instalments for what asset, and must ensure that asset is delivered to my door without hesitation and TMC Abids, Hyderabad should give clarity about my Old color TV 21" and why they have charged amount through finance ater handing over that asset worth Rs.2900/- (but it was worthwhile more than that).

This company is providing a worst customer service, i've ever seen. And their way of maintaining loan details is also worst. Because i've bought an LCD TV(32k) under the EMI of 2742* 8months(initial payment 11k) so total 32k . And i've paid all the installments, but they have taken additional 1 month EMI from my account.
And i've called main branch of bajaj (Pune) they are not listening to what i'm saying and just forwarding the call to line. And that line is not picked by anybody

Close the company..

I'm pity to say this that this company is not fit for services anymore.

This is Mandar Sitaram Ambre, I would like bring this matter to your
kind attention that there is a false purchase on my name in March 2006
for the loan No:[protected]

Since last one month we are receiving threatening calls from call
centers of Bajaj Finance repeatedly.Mr. Hitesh Ghadigaonkar is a goon and threatening us with bad words. I strongly protest such indecent behaviour of your company officially and would be logging a police complaint against the
same. We are educated and respected indiviuals and have never come
across to such a bad experience.

I would like to put on record that even after visiting Baja Finance's office and
submitting the appilication to customer care there is no progress and
further action taken. This is the worst experience i had in my life.

We have already given application in written dated 9th 0ct 2010 to
their Goregaon Branch,Mumbai. Please find the attached copy of the
same.

I would request you to please proceed for consumer complaint against Bajaj finanace and take care o[censored]ser like me.
