Dear Sir,
I the undersigned had purchased a motor bike knows as Discover 150cc with chassis no. MD2DSJZZZTPF37889 and registration no. DL3SBT9514 from one of your dealer known as Dewan Bajaj Lajpat Nagar. No doubt i am very much satisfied with the performance of the vehicle as yet. But at the same i am not happy with the response given to me by Dewan bajaj people.
My concern is that, that i have paid all of the amount which was due on my part. Know after making the due payment a sum of Rs.2546=00 is being paid by me as extra due the fault or error made by dewan bajaj, which i had requsted them to pay back, but they had not even given a ear to that. So further i requested you to consider the report & documents enclosed with this and do the needfull.
Calculation:-
Total bike amount= 53414=00
Accessories amount= 800=00
Cent.lock amount = 1300=00
Total = 55714=00
Paid Downpayment = 31100=00 – less acessor. And cent.lock amt.(800+1300=2100) =29000=00

Total fiancé amount = 28000=00
Less file charge = 840=00
Rkd paid to dewan auto = 27160=00
[protected] = 2546=00 (Differnce amt.)

DUE TO SOME FINANCIAL PROBLEM I WAS UNABLE TO PAY EMI THIS LOAN THEREFORE BAJAJ FINANCE RECOVERY AGENT HARASSED ME AND DISPUTING WITH ME .AFTER THAT I READY FOR SETTLEMENT OF THIS LOAN TO EJECT THIS DISPUTE .FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY LEGAL OFFICER OF BAJAJ FINANCE OFFICER AT GOREGOAN OFFICE MUMBAI IS FORCED ME TO PAY RS 20000 IN 2 MONTH TO HIM FOR REMAINING LOAN OF 21000 RS.I AM IN VERY TROUBLE SITUATION I AM READY TO PAY. AND I PAID 11000 BUT NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY REMAINING AMT AND BAJAJ FINANCE RECOVERY AGENT AND OFFICER CONTINUOUS HARASSING ME.

I AM VERY UPSET WHAT I DO ?

I had availed a two wheeler loan facility from Bajaj Finance whose agreement number is[protected]. It was in a 24 months EMI scheme. Though I have paid 15 installments which got passed from my HDFC A/c and the balance 9 installments by way of foreclosure on the preceding installment date, I have still not recieved my NOC (No Objection Certificate). When contacted the branch office at HUBLI (Karnataka) they asked me to pay Rs. 5958/- (Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Eight only) again for no reason. When asked them they just keep giving lame reasons. Not even a single cheque was dis honoured for which I have HDFC Bank's statement as proof.
Can somebody please help me to get my NOC.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased bajaj discover 135cc on[protected] having its engine no. 04030 & Reg. No.DL-5S-AE-3036 from Rajiv Raj F-396,Bhajanpura,Wazirabad Road Delhi. I have encountered excess engine heating problem due to Disk Break Jam(manufacturing fault). so i have send the bike for checking & first free routine servicing to the Rajiv Automobiles Service Centre who returned this back after routine service & Rs.400/- oil replacement bill.The moment this bike came back on road, I found my bike has started giving the same problem. I have complaint many times at Bajaj Auto Customer Care through mail & phones but nobody help me.so kindly, fix my problem as soon as possible either by providing me replacement of bike or either by refunding my amount. I would also like to mention that i have proper documents & bills against the repairs carried out in last ten month duration(Warrenty Period). I have visited the service station again on[protected]. they said that they cannot solve the problem under warrenty. SO i’ll be highly obliged if you solve my problem A.S.A.P. Hi,

I have applied for Bajaj Finance loan for Samsung 32’ LCD. My request has been approved on the day I visited the showroom (Swan Soni Appliances Pvt. Ltd. Near Nizampet X road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad). Before going to showroom I called up and enquired about the documents to be submitted at the time of availing loan. They have informed credit card copy (front side), Identity proof, Address proof and a cancelled cheque is required. I went to showroom with the required documents. After reaching the showroom all documents taken required forms has been filled and I have paid the down payment. Later Bajaj finance executive told me that address proof should be on your name. They have requested for another address proof. Since I am staying in a rented house obviously I will not have many address proof with that address. Some how, they guided me to bring Gas bill which is on my name and with current address. I went back to my place and bought the gas bill again they have objected that it is not recent. The bill I have submitted with the date 28-Dec-2010 submitted on 19-Feb-2011. Which is not even 2 moths prior. After all the conversation they have asked me to bring an HR letter confirming your address. After 2 days strike I called them in the afternoon and informed that I will come down to showroom for delivery with the HR letter, when I reach the showroom at 7.30 in the evening, by that time the executive is not available in the showroom. The showroom people made me to sit for more than 1 hour and call the B.Fin executive several times but his mobile is not reachable.

Conclusion:
o The B.Fin Executive is not at all proactive his presentation about the process is not au fait.
o He is failed to communicate correct requirements to the customers.
o He is making customers to roam around the showroom several times.
o He did not introduce himself as Bajaj Finance Executive.
o When he left the showroom early he did not inform the showroom people. They were searching and calling him on his mobile of no use.

Based on all these the Bajaj Finance Executive is Named Shiva (carrying mobile number: [protected]) is very irresponsible and not skilful enough to do that kind of responsible job.
He needs more training in attending Customers and explaining the schemes and their requirements.

as per them emi start date was 05/01/2011 but no emi was deducted in January month and they called many times and told due to some technical error in their ecs processing they are unable to process ECS for first month and i have to pay first emi by cash and from next month they will process ECS deducation for EMI. they used to call at least 10 times a day and asking for cash apyment of first month emi because of error in their ecs processing.

next month on 09/02/2011 they deducted first emi of 3290. now also they are calling daily and asking to pay first month emi by cash and many times they are talking in very rude manner.
i am telling them every time that i have given authorisation to them for 8 ECS deductions in form of ECS mendate then how they can ask other mode of payment. and if they wand me to pay any emi by cash then first they have to close ecs and make it uniform to one mode of payment either cash or netbanking or whatever suitable to them they do not face any error

i want to know suppose one emi if i pay by cash then what about ecs mendate already i have given to them and how i can belive they will not deduct ecs for whatever i will pay by cash.

as i came to know from others consumers complaints that this is their way of cheating their customers first they will take cash of one or two emi by telling about some error in ecs processing then they will deduct all ecs also and then customer has to run for refund and they will never respond.

i hope you can understand how this fraudulent company is cheating their customers and i am requesting you to take action and stop their fraud game to more and more customers

Sir, I buy the Bajaj Discover 150 cc (self start) Motorcycles with Engin/Chasis No. MD2DSHZZZTPF35694 from the Surjeet Auto Agency, 4-5, Lajpat Nagar, Oppgist Apshara Cima, Raisen Road, Bhopal (M.P) on 17.10.2010. After 02 and 03 days there is problem in battery. Surjeet Auto Agency took back the Minda battery with No. 1N11289367 and assure that it may be replace from the Bajaj company within the week. After lapes of 03 months the battery is not replace by the Surjeet Auto Agency, 4-5, Lajpat Nagar, Oppgist Apshara Cima, Raisen Road, Bhopal (M.P), and Bajaj company also.I suffer to much. Sir pleas replace the battery as soon as possible and do needfull.

Our Bajaj Discover DTS-Si have covered almost 27,000kms only in one year & two months. All the free & paid services up to now were done correctly. But now when i completed the latest service- so much thick white smoke is developing. The service centre ( JKB Bajaj, Aluva) have confirmed that its Piston & cylinder has to be changed. They are saying that the spare part (Piston & Cylinder) is not available in any of the service centres in kerala. So they have requested for the same to the Bajaj Office. But they are not sure of the delivery date of the same. They are hoping to recieve the same within one week.

It would be very helpful if, Bajaj Auto takes care of this issue.

When I checked the website...ther is no Bajaj logo..website seems to be a fake & inteded with hacking purpose.

Any Bajaj Finance official can please clarify it this is real message of a spam.

I took a vehicle loan for Bajaj pulsar 150cc from Bajaj auto finance ltd,edapally,ernakulam,kerala.
Loan No:L2WCOC 00028205. I Accepted there conditions including ecs payment. I gave my HDFC cheque leaf for my ecs payment. After one month my job is lost and my account changed to axis bank.The hdfc account got cancelled bacause of salary account rule.

After that i requested several times to bajaj finance for my ECS account change.They are not ready to change my ecs because of some outstanding in my account.Sir is it a reason for changing my ecs account?1 year 2 months payment left for me,out of 1 year 10 month payment there is only 1 payment is pending for me.

They put lot of late payment fees and cheque bounce charges in my account. Rs 15000+ is charged against my account. And they are not ready to collect my payment before due date,after bouncing my cheque they will send some agencies and tortured me.

Sir, Is it possible to change my ecs,i am ready to pay one payment by cash after changing my ecs account. Kindly do the need full as early as possible

I have already paid your total amount of loan.



I have made 2 request regarding returning my R.C. Book wide docket no. A0818773 Dated: 17.11.2010 & A0855470 Dated: 01.12.2010. But till date I can’t hear from them regarding this issue.
