This loan was taken by Mr. Milind Desai and post his death was settled by the family, we have everything covered on the email but inspite of the closure every 3 months there are multiple calls on the family members cellphones trying to harass, its highly disturbing to hear things about a ceased member and this is all due to their lack of data updation.

Wish to sue this company for harassment.
They infact owe us an amount that was to be obtained as per the insurance cover.

But all we asked was to leave us without the harassment.
Pls help to sue this company who has no ethic whatsoever and is just formed to harass people.

I Have A Personal Loan With Bajaj Finance, As There Office People Failed To Register My Mandate Thrice, Then Soon After That Lockdown Was Imposed I Couldn't Travel To Their Office And I Wasn't Informed That My Mandate Is Registered Or No, Fearing Of Due Charges From April Itself I'm Paying Emi's On Every 1st Using Online Payment Option, But In June They Call Me And Tell That You Didn't Pay Emi, I Said I Have Paid I Have The Statement, Then They That If You Had To Pay Emi In Advance Then You Had To Come Office And Then Pay, I Said It Was Lockdown How Could I Travel And Why Was I Informed Late As This Is The Payment Method Since Three Months, Since June To Now I Have Received 100+ Calls Including Automated One, Their Branch Manager Calls Me And Abuses Me And Warns Me Of Harm If I Come To Office, This Incident Put Me In A Trauma Now Iam Having Hypertension Issues And Till Now The Issue Is Unresolved I Have All The Proofs With Me.

From my sbi account no [protected] an amount of rs. 117/- have been deducted through cmp mandate which is unusual. Pl. return my money to my account at once or I will take-up the matter to to other competent channel.

Deduction of ₹117 from my account for cmp mandate debit bajaj finance

13/07/2021 on this date 117/- was deducted from my account through Debit mandate towards BAJAJ FINEMI but this is completely not at all acceptable bcoz with out prior information how can they deduct the amount from my account. Bajaj finance losing the customers trust by doing this fraud things.😡😡😡

A amount of Rs 117/= was deducted from my account without any reasons and approvals from me. It is a crime and cheating.

Today I have noticed a transaction through my account done by Bajaj Finance without my prior information. Approx. 3 years ago I have purchased an AC through their card. but after that, no transaction is done from their card.

today they have deducted the amount without any prior information. I want my money back.

A sum of 117 has been deducted from SBI account on 12/07/ 2021. as of my bank statement the amount has been taken as CMP MANDATE DEBIT. No further details regarding this transaction are available. I have no pending EMI nor any other transactions in near future. I even tried to contact bajaj finance but am totally disappointed by the service, no provision to contact a executive nor any way to mail them regarding this. i woud like to know the reason of the deduction and need my money refunded.

Yesterday I got an sms from the bank(Your a/c has a debit by transfer of Rs 117 on 12/07/21). We brought a AC on EMI in 2018 and it deduct from my aacount, with no due we paid the whole amount. And then why such deduction? How you deduct money from our account without any notification, yeah we give whole bank details to you which doesn’t mean that you make money whenever you want. So I want a refund of the amount Rs 117 or I will go for further procedure. Please take necessary action to refund our money and let us know how they can access our account after closure

I have nothing to do with Bajaj Finance and their terrible service anymore, I'm seeing 117Rs debited in 12 july 2021 bank statement says it's 'CMP mandate debit charges'. No other notification from the service

Why this money is debited what is tha reson I do have any business left with Bajaj compnay so why they cut my amount from my account I need my money back please refund my money ASAP.

While everyone is aware of the moratorium period grace of 3 months, bajaj has come up a new rule of deducting balance the way they can. For what an amount of rs 1180?- has been deducted from my account yesterday and i had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

Hi, I am Receiving calls daily from Bajaj Finance from different numbers at odd hours and instead of saying ''NO'' everyday the calls are repeated daily minimum 2 times.
I urge the company to please take action on the same immediately or else this is a serious case of Consumer harrasment

I do not have any pending loans with Bajaj Finance, I am not even taking any services from you. Provide me the reason that why you have charged this amount, that is too without any advance notice or message.

From my end I am going to block your active auto-debit services on my savings account and going avoid Bajaj Finance for future purpose.

I am going to post same thing on social media to make others aware of this kind of theft

Hi all,

This bajaj finance while applying for personal they will tell only processing fee 1 percent and there will be a small percentage of insurance. But be careful and check with them. They will hide many charges such as financial fitness report - 5000 rs, E. O CARD, 499, HDFC Life protect -1400, bajaj insurance -4000 etc.. Total it comes to 13000 rs deduction for 3 lakhs loan. Pls be careful and check with them before applying, l applied without knowing and suffering now..
