This bajaj finance while applying for personal they will tell only processing fee 1 percent and there will be a small percentage of insurance. But be careful and check with them. They will hide many charges such as financial fitness report - 5000 rs, E. O CARD, 499, HDFC Life protect -1400, bajaj insurance -4000 etc.. Total it comes to 13000 rs deduction for 3 lakhs loan. Pls be careful and check with them before applying, l applied without knowing and suffering now..

There is no emi running from last 1 year but a amount of 295 has been deducted formandate txn Bajaj finance on 10July, 2021.Why this balace has deducted .Refund my balance.

It is utterly ridiculous that you call me 5-6 times everyday from various numbers with offers on products. I’ve mentioned this numerous times, I’m not interested at the moment.

Unless this stops immediately, I’ll be filing an official complaint.

I 'm Maragatham.S from Chennai.Few months before I purchased an refrigerator from Bajaj finance on EMI basis. I bought that product on Mar 2021 and every month emi was Rs.1, 334 but they deducted Rs. 1, 640. (Customer ID : 4030CDGV312685 & contact no: [protected])On last 3 months they deducting extra money from my account without any reason. How the company could claim extra money from my account without any intimation. It is an fraudulent act. I kindly requested you to refund this additional amount that you claimed.please refund us as early as possible and I hope you will not take such extra money from upcoming months otherwise I will need to choose legally action.

I am getting unwanted promotional calls from Bajaj finance by saying personal loan and offers. I am getting this 20 calls per day. This is really annoying me and i have mentioned polietly to stop and make DND my number from the calls. If it persisting, I would like to propose legal action as i am not getting any option to unsubscribe process.

According to GDPR law, If some email or contact anyone without consent they can raise the complaint

My EMI card linked with [protected] is blocked suddenly saying it has been blocked in line with our credit policy.
I have not missed even a single emi amd paid on time. Still it is blocked? This is what you commit to a customer telling customer satisfaction is most valuable asset? This is frustrating to know you get blocked even if you have paid your EMI regularly without fail.

I myself manojit roy, yesterday i registered bajaj finserve wrongly, by the name of tanurima bhabok, i repetedly told them it was wrongly registered, when i register it then i get a otp number, but i dont put this number. Today i received a call from bajaj finserve reprentive then we told that no we are not interested to get any loan, but repetedly till now they called to us. So we are very hezzitate
i request to you that please dont call us again.
We are not interested to get any kind of loan.
Please look into the matter and stop this type of call.

I have taken a product from Bajaj finanace and every month emi was Rs 2295 but now they have deducted Rs2412..My emi card no ends with 758...My RMN is [protected]

The sms regarding the emi due date was received as 2/06/21. I have credited the amount on my account on 2/6/21 before 12 am. Even then charged with penalty and no proper response were received. Results in loss of around Rs.1600 along with cancellation of card. Please consider the same and don't allow to extract money from customers who try hard to pay the emi on time.

This is to inform to you that I Rakesh Jain have a bajaj Card. As on the basis of this card purchase a LED with loan account No. 4380CDGW391607 with 8 installments amount 3167 per installments and out of which 2 installments paid as per time duration but after that I received message that your EMI 3167 reduce to 1569 for 14 months. So I request to you I do not want to reduce my EMI and I continue with old EMI as 3167 .Kindly do the needful on priority basis and update in your system.Our Next EMI will be due on 02/07/2021 and today I got message regarding your EMI 1570 is due on above date so keep maintain balance. So kindly changes the correction in the system before next EMI date and as I donot want to opt this EMI Elite offer and continue with my old EMI 3167 for remaining period. Kindly do the needful and looking for positive and immidiate response from your end.

I bought an air conditioner 3 years before on EMI from Bajaj fin serv and it is cleared at the tenure itself (6 months). Now I don't understand why amount of 117/-was debited from my account showing in the statement Debit CMP mandate Debit Bajaj finance Ltd. Without informing the CUSTOMER why these deductions are done and I am feeling it is not safe even to take LOAN from Bajaj finance also. Agents will say some ### and get the CUSTOMER signed on different documents without informing anything about these type of issues. It is not at all fair to do like these lootings from CUSTOMER. I want to get this mandate cancelled and there should be no more deductions in the name of this. Do the needful.

I have purchased a mobile, loan id: LAN414ecfgy608407. But ecom cpp telebinding has activated, id : LAN414etbgz593435. It has been made without my consent. Please deactivate the ecom cpp telebinding before my installment date.
Please resolve the complaint before june 2. Because the above mentioned date is emi date.
I hope that you will satisfy me.

I am getting too many calls from Bajaj Finance on daily basis. Whenever i get calls i have requested to update my number in DND list. kindly please do something and notify the concerned person to remove my number from your list of promotional calls. I am getting calls since last six months. I have never subscribed to any of service from Bajaj Finance. Each time they call from different numbers and its quite annoying that they don’t delete my number from their database evenafter repeated request.

I got a call today from Mobile number [protected] asking for personal loan when I have not permitted him to take loan he started talking rudely and asked me why you have taken loan on purchase of products having 0 % interest . You have to take personal loan on higher rate of interest requesting you to please hear recording from the call details and take action on that worst employee of your organization.

The expiry of my Manipal Cigna Health policy is on 31 August 2021. When the executive on behalf of Bajaj finserv called me for renewal, I refused to renew the policy with Manipal Cigna. Then he agreed to renew the same through Bajaj Alliance Medical insurance, where I am holding the medical insurance since 2016 till 2020 with advance premium from Bajaj FINSERV with 10 monthly instalments.
But on the very next day I got the SMS from Manipal Cigna to confirm the renewal premium receipt of Rs 20102. How does this happen?
Actually the executive was cheating me, I think.
So I here by request you to cancel the processed loan (414GIPHB481058) and the processed Medical Insurance in Manipal Cigna (Policy No[protected]/00/00).

I wish to continue renew my Medical Insurance, only If I can carry over to some other customer friendly Insurance company, preferably Bajaj Alliance with all the present benefits.
