The sms regarding the emi due date was received as 2/06/21. I have credited the amount on my account on 2/6/21 before 12 am. Even then charged with penalty and no proper response were received. Results in loss of around Rs.1600 along with cancellation of card. Please consider the same and don't allow to extract money from customers who try hard to pay the emi on time.

This is to inform to you that I Rakesh Jain have a bajaj Card. As on the basis of this card purchase a LED with loan account No. 4380CDGW391607 with 8 installments amount 3167 per installments and out of which 2 installments paid as per time duration but after that I received message that your EMI 3167 reduce to 1569 for 14 months. So I request to you I do not want to reduce my EMI and I continue with old EMI as 3167 .Kindly do the needful on priority basis and update in your system.Our Next EMI will be due on 02/07/2021 and today I got message regarding your EMI 1570 is due on above date so keep maintain balance. So kindly changes the correction in the system before next EMI date and as I donot want to opt this EMI Elite offer and continue with my old EMI 3167 for remaining period. Kindly do the needful and looking for positive and immidiate response from your end.

I bought an air conditioner 3 years before on EMI from Bajaj fin serv and it is cleared at the tenure itself (6 months). Now I don't understand why amount of 117/-was debited from my account showing in the statement Debit CMP mandate Debit Bajaj finance Ltd. Without informing the CUSTOMER why these deductions are done and I am feeling it is not safe even to take LOAN from Bajaj finance also. Agents will say some ### and get the CUSTOMER signed on different documents without informing anything about these type of issues. It is not at all fair to do like these lootings from CUSTOMER. I want to get this mandate cancelled and there should be no more deductions in the name of this. Do the needful.

I have purchased a mobile, loan id: LAN414ecfgy608407. But ecom cpp telebinding has activated, id : LAN414etbgz593435. It has been made without my consent. Please deactivate the ecom cpp telebinding before my installment date.
Please resolve the complaint before june 2. Because the above mentioned date is emi date.

I am getting too many calls from Bajaj Finance on daily basis. Whenever i get calls i have requested to update my number in DND list. kindly please do something and notify the concerned person to remove my number from your list of promotional calls. I am getting calls since last six months. I have never subscribed to any of service from Bajaj Finance. Each time they call from different numbers and its quite annoying that they don’t delete my number from their database evenafter repeated request.

I got a call today from Mobile number [protected] asking for personal loan when I have not permitted him to take loan he started talking rudely and asked me why you have taken loan on purchase of products having 0 % interest . You have to take personal loan on higher rate of interest requesting you to please hear recording from the call details and take action on that worst employee of your organization.

The expiry of my Manipal Cigna Health policy is on 31 August 2021. When the executive on behalf of Bajaj finserv called me for renewal, I refused to renew the policy with Manipal Cigna. Then he agreed to renew the same through Bajaj Alliance Medical insurance, where I am holding the medical insurance since 2016 till 2020 with advance premium from Bajaj FINSERV with 10 monthly instalments.
But on the very next day I got the SMS from Manipal Cigna to confirm the renewal premium receipt of Rs 20102. How does this happen?
Actually the executive was cheating me, I think.
So I here by request you to cancel the processed loan (414GIPHB481058) and the processed Medical Insurance in Manipal Cigna (Policy No[protected]/00/00).

I wish to continue renew my Medical Insurance, only If I can carry over to some other customer friendly Insurance company, preferably Bajaj Alliance with all the present benefits.

Hi I am getting calls from different numbers mentioning that they are calling from Bajaj Finance. Even today i.e 23rd June 2021 I received a call from a number +91-[protected].

Recently I have noticed that from my SBI bank account Rs 117 is deducted as cmp mandate debit on behalf of Bajaj finance without any intimation. In 2019, I purchased two products taking loan from Bajaj finance on emi basis. Those loans were closed successfully in Feb 2020, and presently I have no outstanding loans or emi dues. In June, 2020, Rs 117/- was also deducted as maintenance charge, and recently same deduction is made without any intimation.
If my earlier loans are closed, and I am not interested now to keep digital emi card for future transaction, what is the reason for such kind o[censored]nwanted deduction !
I want to get refund back the deducted amount as early as possible.
Further I wish to cancel or block the Bajaj finance emi card. Please help me according.

On behalf of Bajaj Finance, Rs 117 is deducted from my sbi bank account recently without any reason. Three years ago, I purchased two products (one AC and one Refrigerator) on EMI basis from Khosla electronic, Madhyamgram, WB and Great Eastern, Haritala more, Barasat, WB. All emi dues were cleared two years back. Recently I did not purchase anything hiring any loan from Bajaj Finance.
How the company could claim cmp mandate debit from my sbi account which was given once a time during earlier purchase.
It is fraud act and needs legal action against Bajaj Finance.

Please do the needful.

Charges taken by Bajaj Fin. 117/- why?

I had purchased a mobile phone on emi through Bajaj Finance Pvt Ltd and I had cleared all my emi. There are no pending payments All the payments are successfully done. Out of no where this company has started deducting money from my account. Two times rs. 699/- has been deducted. Here people are struggling in this pandemic for job.. Every single penny is very important...don't understand why this money in the name of CMP Mandate has been deducted. I humble request you to please please please provide me my full refund as its very important for for me. I would be thankful. Please do the needful. This is not at all done.

I have very long back used Bajaj card and cleared entire loan amount. But Inow I got a msg that as cmp mandate Bajaj charges 117 rupees deducted.
