To The Costumer care EMI Card Division SUB:EMI Card Blocked REF: Card Last Four Digital-8699 Name:K.v.Pradeepan Mobile: [protected] Sir I have purchased a lap top through your EMI card from viveks&co.Chennai, Porur, Branch on 24/10/2014. i have received a message that my card is blocked due to non payment of EMI.I have enough balance in my account and checked with my bank.I would like to bring your notice that am not in station and out of country.kindly update me the reason for blockage. This is my second purchase through this EMI Card but not faced such issues and very well it had been closed.I have a doubt that your executives were not been taken any signed documents from me at the time of second purchase. I have asked them why they are not getting my signature but told that already they have previous agreement, with that they can proceed. I trust that there may have some technical errors in documentation and bank may not have agree the old agreement.I will be town only end Jan2015.But Once you update me the issues properly I can make arrangement for immediate dues. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me your my card is blocked due to PDC bounce . i speck to your Representative my card is blocked.. So this gay is saying your card is temp block reason for cheque bounce that why your card block on 25th Dec 2014 .he is infrom me unblock from the date of 25th Dec 2014. he is told me your card unlock on 105 days.. but time period is over and my card still bolcked
So what a problem please mention me.. coz i m totally unsatisfied your services..I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service... I m waiting for ur replay

I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator on Bajaj EMI card few months ago, and Yesteday i received SMS saying my Bajaj EMI Card is blocked because my CIBIL Score is less than 750, As i checked my CIBIL Score is more than 750. Kindly look into it and unblock my card at the earliest.

[phone no:[protected]] dt:[protected] at.18.51 bajaj finance, regarding convencing me to take policy.After so much conversation also I said that I am not interesting because of financial commitment, even this again he called me at:19.50 on same day (phone no.[protected]) and said that your policy proceed, I argued with him how you proceed without my permission. He started me block mail saying that yours pan card will be blocked you cannot make transaction with any bank and so and so...we have we have proof of recording which he said. I received message from AM-BAJAJF on[protected] Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing Bajaj finance as your Health Insurance Partner. Our verification team will call you shortly. Again I received message from AM-BJAZLI on[protected] at:9.09am Policy no:[protected] issued policy document will be dispatched shortly. In this regard I am requesting to please cancel my policy.and close matter.

      Dear Team Bajaj, This is for your kind notice regarding the PL Approval under loan Application No: [protected], Loan Amount : 300, 000. The said amount is not disbursed yet, As per the Concern Manager of Bajaj Finserve. The same should been done on 30 Nov, 2014, But Unfortunately i have not been confirmed about the status of my disbursal. Results i had worst experience with Bajaj Finserve related to Customer care issues and poor communication. As the concern persons are not receiving any calls and not able to update the Status of Loan Amount disbursal. Meanwhile i have received the mail and SMS regarding the Loan disbursal as well.             R, my name is jagdish singh, i have taken one consumer loan, and my registered mobile number is [protected], the loan amount was 35955, and first EMI will debit on 2nd DECEMBER, and i haven taken 9 months EMI for the same, and it suppose to come 3995, but today i got a message of EMI 4482, i called jumbo electronices, and spoke to bajaj representative, and he informed me that i have taken extra warrenty, so emi is more, and then i told him to reactivate that extra warrenty, so he said its not in his hand, and he given one seniors number, his name was mr.harshwardhan, and he was very rude, hidding information, irresponsible, irrespective, he did not response properly and told me to come on 1st of December, but i decide to go by today only and when i went there, and i called HARSHWARDHAN more then 8 times on phone, but he did not pick the call, then No one entertain me there as well on counter, then i directly went to Office and guard stop me, and i said i want to meet any senior, and then mr.devokash was help me a lot very nice man, he process my application, pls call me on [protected]

              My name is RAVI, Loan Account No : 4040CD04109669 I bought one SONY XPERIA M2 in OCT-2014 from Reliance Digital, Bangalore around 20, 990/- on that time I paid 7, 000/- cash down and rest convert in to EMI ( 1, 750/- x 8 EMI = 14, 000), which will be auto debit from my Canara bank account on every first week of the month. But your persons not informed anything about this 12 months payment 1750 X 12 = 21000 Advance EMI 7000 at the time of taking loan. I was also not informed about this extra cost being added in my EMI in 12 months . Please clarify this convert my tenure in 8 months if take 12 months u will be forced to take you to consumer court for this fraud. Regards, RAVI [protected]

                Hello Team, My Customer ID: 5904733 Mobile : [protected] In my civil report, shows some overdue amount with Bajaj Finance. Whereas I had cleared all the dues on time. Not single EMI bounced in my account. But it was actually for Customer ID :5419098. I do not understand why it under my name, when it was not mine. Can you please remove it from my account? This is hampering my credit rating.Please feel free to call me for any query.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam, I had taken 2 Consumer Loans from your esteemed Organization for purchasing Two Televisions.Both the accounts were closed and I have got the System generated NOC, for which I am thankful to your Company. At the time of paying my EMI's I was offered to take one Medi-claim Policy from your Company. In which the executive had given EMI facility for payment of Premium. I had cleared some installments also in that Policy. On November 2013 I had an urgency for Claim and I had contacted on all the Phone Nos given on the and found all the nos. are incorrect or changed. I had given a mail on that regard at that time but the same was ignored and I had stopped the payment to the Insurance Policy.In this month (November 2014) I had applied for a loan and found your Organization had TAGGED the Insurance Policy with my EMI Card as a Consumer Loan vide no. 410GIP00516037 and the same reflected as delinquent Account. After that the application of Personal Loan Was rejected, although I need the same on urgency.Now I have some questions to you and your Company1) How could a Company can tagged an Insurance Policy with the EMI Card of a Consumer without the Consumer's consent.2) After the first Complaint to your Organization how can the same ignored or unattended. 3) After the Complaint for including Insurance premium tagged with the EMI Card how can a Company continuing the ECS for next 3 or 4 months.4) How can a default in making payment can reflect in the CIBIL report.Please provide me the proper clarification in this regard within the next 7 days, else I have no other option than to go to the proper Forum.The snap shot of my CIBIL report is as under for your ready reference.', Regards, Kumar Ratnadip Majumdar[protected]

                      hi this is vasu devaiah, iam a bajaj finance customer lost two year i have purchased some electranic goods and cleared all loans without fail and without cheque return. for that purpose company give me offer for personal loan amout is Rs.76000. 10 days back i submit the online application and its come "within 24hrs our excutive contact u and expliain about offer". But no response and nobody contact me. if iam eligible for that loan please contact as early as possible otherwise i choose some other option.

Further to my letter on the subject which was already E-mail to Bajaj Fin Care. 2. I, Santosh Kumar Mangaraj BAJAJ FINANCE USER ID 6449960 residence of E &ITI, Air Force, Air Force Station Jalahalli East Bangalore user ID 6449960 had purchased one LED SONY TV amounting Rs.43, 500/- and one Automatic LG washing machine amounting Rs. 17, 200/- from Kundan Electronics on 23 Oct 11. 3. I agreed with Bajaj Finserv company for 08 EMI amount Rs.5059/-each from Jan 12 to Mar 12 against the purchase of above goods. Whereas I paid 09 instalment i.e one additional installment erronously paid. I paid double instalment in the month of March 12 .                           Hi, Loan account no ; L2WBAN00738401 Please contact concern person after checking below Further to discussion with you last month, As informed wanted to change my communication and Bank details so, I contacted to Kasturba road branch At that time your branch is moving to Bannergatta road. Someone from your company told to go to Bannergatta road branch, If I go to Bannergatta branch they told me to call customer care and update the details, there is no proper application given to me. later called to Bajaj Finance customer care Mumbai and updated my change of address and Account no. but again not been updated back, than after few days some of your executive called only for EMI Amounts, but no one has contacted change of address and communication They were coming to my new place and collecting Amount every month and giving the mobile attached machine bills, but that bills were erasing within a day time so delicate bills even with them also writing my address but it was not updated. Since i have already paid all the EMI"S as your executive collecting it, but 3 to 4 Emi’s are not updated in my loan account. Since we were from poor background as a student am pursuing my full time master degree and meantime I was doing full time Job paying for fees I may not able to come to your office that time. since I contacted Branch last time they started negotiating for settlement. They were not allowing us to talk to concerned manager, so branch executive will going to manager coming with some negotiate amount and meantime they were asking 4000 or 5000 bribery for lesser settlement. Sometimes even I got threatening calls also from your company………… These all matters have been communicated to you earlier.                             My name is MANI, I bought one 32” Samsung LED in Dec-2013 from Naveen Electronics, Model Town, Delhi around 23, 900/- on that time I paid 7, 500/- cash down and rest convert in to EMI ( 15, 000/- x 8 EMI ), which will be auto debit from my SBI bank account on every first week of the month. All things going on smoothly till date. Today e.i. 17.11.2014 I got a call from a executive of Bajaj finserv person called Mr. S K Goyal who asked me for some unpaid dues. Meanwhile I checking my bank A/c statement I was shocked to see that there is deduction of Rs. 1035/- every month plus some more extra amount, I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, and found a product as “ BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN “ No. (401BAL[protected]. I was not informed anything about this Insurance at the time of taking loan. I was also not informed about this extra cost being added in my EMI. You are advised Please clarify this and refund me all this extra amount i.e. 1035/- x 6 = 6210/- + 840/- = 7050/- total in my SBI account otherwise I will be forced to take you to consumer court for this fraud.                               Hi, I had applied for loan with Bajaj Finance in Bangalore and after Loan approval they tried to cross sell the 3 different products including insurance, credit card and Fitness report and when I refused to buy those products and asked them to reduce the insurance amount, they forcefully cancelled my disbursment of loan with out discussing. I am ok with cancellation, but i want everyone who plans to apply for loan to be carfull about Bajaj Finace Cross selling.
                              Also when sales guys calls the rate of interest was 14 % and Processing was 1.5 % but before disbursement they forced me to go for 16% rate of interest and 2% processing fees. Be care full about the Bajaj Finace PL.

                              Hi, I had mentioned they did all this before disbursement and when I don't agree on there cross selling products, they cancelled the loan.

                              Loan Reference number is : [protected], I have enough proof of cross selling item list which they sent me over email.
                              They agreed to reduce insurance and cancel all other products which they trying to sell .

                                Dear Sir, I took 3 Loans from Bajaj Finance. 1.Consumer Durable : It is completed 2.Consumer Durable : It is also completed 3: CROSS SELL PERSONAL LOAN : 4000PL00350789 I have taken this person loan of Rs.41000/- from this Bajaj Finance for an interest rate of 41.56 % for the tenure of 36 Months. I have already completed 24 Months by paying Rs. 2010/- per month and pending with more 12 months. My EMI due date is on 5th of every month. I have been paying this without missing any month EMI. As i have changed my job in the month of May. I am not getting my salary on time and it is getting delay in paying the EMI. Every month i am receiving calls from Bajaj Finance from : [protected] Many times i have told them that i will pay the amount on Friday. But still daily morning 4 times and evening 4 times i am getting calls from them. Some times they are responding to the call. Some times they will call and disconnect. Its a harrasment to me.                                   Hi there, I have applied for a Personal Loan for amount 6.25L. Loan processing has been done & the disbursement date was 31st Oct 2014, but I didn't receive the DD as of date. Your staff is least bothered to atleast inform the status of the DD. They call 100 times before the loan gets processed. This is not expected from your bank. I heard a lot about your bank's goodwill so I applied for PL...but that doesn't look like.
