Bajaj Finance — Cross selling different products before Loan Disbursments from Bajaj Finance | |||
Hi, I had applied for loan with Bajaj Finance in Bangalore and after Loan approval they tried to cross sell the 3 different products including insurance, credit card and Fitness report and when I refused to buy those products and asked them to reduce the insurance amount, they forcefully cancelled my disbursment of loan with out discussing. I am ok with cancellation, but i want everyone who plans to apply for loan to be carfull about Bajaj Finace Cross selling. Was this information helpful? | |||

Also when sales guys calls the rate of interest was 14 % and Processing was 1.5 % but before disbursement they forced me to go for 16% rate of interest and 2% processing fees. Be care full about the Bajaj Finace PL.

Hi, I had mentioned they did all this before disbursement and when I don't agree on there cross selling products, they cancelled the loan.
Loan Reference number is : [protected], I have enough proof of cross selling item list which they sent me over email.

They agreed to reduce insurance and cancel all other products which they trying to sell .
