My name is MANI, I bought one 32” Samsung LED in Dec-2013 from Naveen Electronics, Model Town, Delhi around 23, 900/- on that time I paid 7, 500/- cash down and rest convert in to EMI ( 15, 000/- x 8 EMI ), which will be auto debit from my SBI bank account on every first week of the month. All things going on smoothly till date. Today e.i. 17.11.2014 I got a call from a executive of Bajaj finserv person called Mr. S K Goyal who asked me for some unpaid dues. Meanwhile I checking my bank A/c statement I was shocked to see that there is deduction of Rs. 1035/- every month plus some more extra amount, I went through the website of bajajfinservlending, and found a product as “ BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN “ No. (401BAL[protected]. I was not informed anything about this Insurance at the time of taking loan. I was also not informed about this extra cost being added in my EMI. You are advised Please clarify this and refund me all this extra amount i.e. 1035/- x 6 = 6210/- + 840/- = 7050/- total in my SBI account otherwise I will be forced to take you to consumer court for this fraud.     Hi, I had applied for loan with Bajaj Finance in Bangalore and after Loan approval they tried to cross sell the 3 different products including insurance, credit card and Fitness report and when I refused to buy those products and asked them to reduce the insurance amount, they forcefully cancelled my disbursment of loan with out discussing. I am ok with cancellation, but i want everyone who plans to apply for loan to be carfull about Bajaj Finace Cross selling.
    Also when sales guys calls the rate of interest was 14 % and Processing was 1.5 % but before disbursement they forced me to go for 16% rate of interest and 2% processing fees. Be care full about the Bajaj Finace PL.

    Hi, I had mentioned they did all this before disbursement and when I don't agree on there cross selling products, they cancelled the loan.

    Loan Reference number is : [protected], I have enough proof of cross selling item list which they sent me over email.
    They agreed to reduce insurance and cancel all other products which they trying to sell .

      Dear Sir, I took 3 Loans from Bajaj Finance. 1.Consumer Durable : It is completed 2.Consumer Durable : It is also completed 3: CROSS SELL PERSONAL LOAN : 4000PL00350789 I have taken this person loan of Rs.41000/- from this Bajaj Finance for an interest rate of 41.56 % for the tenure of 36 Months. I have already completed 24 Months by paying Rs. 2010/- per month and pending with more 12 months. My EMI due date is on 5th of every month. I have been paying this without missing any month EMI. As i have changed my job in the month of May. I am not getting my salary on time and it is getting delay in paying the EMI. Every month i am receiving calls from Bajaj Finance from : [protected] Many times i have told them that i will pay the amount on Friday. But still daily morning 4 times and evening 4 times i am getting calls from them. Some times they are responding to the call. Some times they will call and disconnect. Its a harrasment to me.         Hi there, I have applied for a Personal Loan for amount 6.25L. Loan processing has been done & the disbursement date was 31st Oct 2014, but I didn't receive the DD as of date. Your staff is least bothered to atleast inform the status of the DD. They call 100 times before the loan gets processed. This is not expected from your bank. I heard a lot about your bank's goodwill so I applied for PL...but that doesn't look like. Please look into it as soon as possible. Thanks Sumanth Joseph [protected]

              Dear Team, I have been receiving calls from some SI Tareek Ahmed from Dwarka [protected] and saying that he has some notice from High court for impounding what ever is available for the worth of 1, 10, 000 and notice for the same was served to me on 04/10/2014, which i have never received and he gave me the no. of some lawyer Mahesh Kumar Wagan [protected] and he is telling to pay this amount immediately else legal will take place. When i have not received and complaint from bajaj how can they take action and there is not SI in dwaka in the same name. If this is fraud i am going to take action against this for Harassment. Else get in touch i a nicer way for payment and take payment.

                I have made a part payment of Rs.100000 on 3rd Nov 2014, but the SOA /Repayment schedule are not updated with the part payment details. Since I had very urgent requirement to go for another loan, I wanted to Pre-Close this loan. I have sent couple of emails to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and called your toll free number multiple times, but no one is responding. Also, the toll free number is not working. Brainless - call center you ask one and they replay on some thing else. No response from Grievance team. All you get is standard Automated replay for 24 to 48 hrs resolution time... I have attached email correspondence.

                        Dear Team, My contract no is 4050Pl00197358. In 2011, I got a call saying that are you in need of money and I was looking for an educational loan of 1, 00, 000. The sales guy deposited money in my account was 96, 000 . I was never told about any processing fees as such. I never realised this until 2014 when I had finished paying 30 of 36 instalments. I was communicated that interest rate will be 18% yearly. However, If I calculate the amount that I have paid on the basis of sum I received (96000 vs. your latest communication sent to me which shows 1, 03, 000) I am being charged close to c.3.2% interest on monthly basis. The amount I have already paid is 137, 310 vs. amount I received of 96, 000 I would also like to let you know that I have never received any principal or amortisation schedule from you. Apart from being cheated. I am also being harassed by you third party recovery agents. I did communicate the above message to them in April 2014 when they came to me, but I presume this has not reached you ( I have a copy of the same). In the latest round of mental harassment, they have called all my neighbours and asked them where I am. They have called 50 times at least on one particular day to 2 of my neighbours. To add that I have got a call from someone supposedly from Delhi police. We have registered a police complaint with respect to harassment. I am planning to file a PIL with respect to the process and procedure that is taken with respect to disbursement of Loan, communication policy, recovery policy. Can you please look into the matter?

                              Hello Team, I am getting repeated calls from Delhi Inspector named NagRaj ([protected]), Ajay Rawat ([protected]) asking me to get in touch with Rk.Sharma (Delhi High court advocate). They are talking about some loan from bajaj finance company where some other person (Ayan Das) is the loan holder and I am the guarantor of the same. They also claimed that I have my signature on all the documents and if I won't pay they will issue an arrest warrant against me. Today also I received the same phone call. As far my knowledge goes I never signed this type of documents. May I know what is happening ? This is full of mental torture to me and I am getting more stress on this. I want an immediate solution on this and else I will file a complaint against Bajaj Finance. Hope you people will take care of this and make sure I won't receive this type of phone calls in future.                                 Hi Bajaj,

                                I called many times to Bajaj and send couple of mails to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but no response.

                                Today your toll free number also not working[protected]. This number is temporally out of order. Do you have any other number to reach?

                                I have paid 4.75 lakhs and it is not reflecting in my account, it is not small amount. You should understand the customer pain.

                                Really i am fed up with Bajaj service.

                                  Hi My name is Pankaj Sinha, i have taken one Samsung mobile phone by Bajaj Finance on loan, the EMI is Rs, 2556/- every month for the phone, however when i checked my account today online on Bajaj Finance website it shows that there is pending amont for BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (401BAL[protected] i have no idea about this loan and i have not applied. amount pending is Rs, 3012/- and EMI is due every month of Rs, 502/- I am very much disappointed with this, please check and help me to solve this issues, Bajaj Finance making people fool now days with BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN.                                       Dear Sir, I have purchased a bajaj discover bike from Bajaj Finance Limited which they have sold to me after repossessing the same from the customer (in their monthly auction) as the customer failed to pay his due EMI amounts, they sold the bike to me in INR 15, 500 and provide me a TTO set which only contains the NOC of the original customer and the cell letter signed by him. At th time of selling they did not informed me that the bike has not been registered since the time of purchase, i.e. 2010. When I contacted the transport office in Jaipur to get the vehicle transferred on my name they informed me that the vehicle has never been registered with them and I need to get the vehicle registered first in order to get the same transferred on my name, and for the same I have to pay the penalty of Rs. 100/- p.m. from the time of purchase which is 4 years. When I contacted Bajaj Finance again they just asked me to wait for some time to get the issue resolved and now after 5 months they are saying to me that they cannot help me with this issue and I have to bear the charges for the registration of the vehicle. I was not satisfied with this and I wrote a complaint mail to their Seniors, who also did not showed any interest in my issue. Now, its my humble request to you to look into the matter and resolve the concern as I have already spend Rs. 15, 500 for purchase and Rs 5000/- on servicing and tyre and battery replacement, and have also suffered enough of mantel stress, please help in getting the issue resolved on priority. I need either the registration of the vehicle to be done by bajaj finance limited, (which cannot be done as the sub-dealer who sold the bike has closed his dealership). I request you to please ask them to take the vehicle back from me and give me my money back, i.e. Rs. 15, 500/- for purchase of bike and Rs.5000/- spent on bike tyres and battery for which I have the bills with me.
