I brought laptop from Chroma Aundh branch by Bajaj Finance. As per our discussion with Bajaj finance consultant at the time of purchase, I should get all details in mail or msg. I have checked my bank statement, instalment deduction started but whenever I contacted Bajaj finance help centre by mail they always replied that my user ID and password not generated till now. I am not sure how they are working, without ID password how instalment started.

    EMI is getting auto deducted and also getting credited on same account reversely, and Bajaj Representative treates it as EMI Bounce. Also asked Mr. Tushar Javde (Bajaj Finance Representative) to share the procedure to change loan account then he says, I cant say anything you have to approach Bajaj Office. If we mail at bajaj official mail ID's os Greveince, custumer support we get auto reply saying you will receive reply in 2 days but I am waiting from 15 days nobody is taking initiative to reply

              Dear Sir/Madam(Bajaj Finance Ltd), Regards Following details are submitted please for your clarification and settlement please. a) A Loan Account No [protected] for Two Wheeler Loan is being shown in my CIBIL Report(CIBIL REGISTRATION ID SCO[protected]. b) Date of Loan Opened/Disbursed is shown as 31 Oct 2003. c) Sanctioned amount is Rs.17200/-, Current Balance is shown as Rs.2150/- with Amount Overdue as Rs.2150/-. d) The particular Loan is being shown status as Written Off. e) Payment details shown as payment of Rs. 900/- per month from 01 Apr 2008 to 01 Oct 2009. It is further submitted that I am serving in Army and presently posted near Hyderabad(A.P.). I have no idea about this particular loan and as per my knowledge I have NOT taken any loan for Two Wheeler !!! My Mobile Number is [protected] and Landline Number is [protected].                     Respected Sir, I have purchase an Ac at sonovision at shop vizag for Rs.33, 190/-in that I have paid in advance Rs.7376. and balance amount as loan from bajaj finance Rs.25, 814 for which recovery is Rs.1844 p.m.as EMI for 14 installments and the first installment of Rs.1844 already recovered on 05.07.2014. In this connection today I have received a telephone message from bajaj finance for above loan account NO.4080CD02900142 is due on 5th August for keep EMI amount of Rs.2737 which is not correct actually my installment for above loan is 1844 and I have signed EC for Rs.1844. How this amount has been increased not known for the same account. kindly request recover my actual EMI Rs.1844 on 05.08.2014 and reply to me on [protected]@gmail.com Shaik Salma

                      I would like to inform you that on 23rd July, 2014, Bajaj Finance transacted through EMI cheque from SBI a/c worth 7709/- (23-Jul[protected]Jul-2014) - TO TRANSFER P[protected]Tr For DDR BAJAJ-AUTO-TRANSFER TO [protected] CASH MANAGEMENT PRODUC). After all I have paid all the Pending EMI's on 15th July, 2014.

                      Kindly do the needful and I need resolution. If you took this EMI as month of August, 2014 then I have to charge interest of INR 7709/-.

                        My Loan a/c number is 5790CD03318277 I purchased a Voltas Air conditioner from reliance digital - Faridabad on 12.06.14 and had taken finance option from Bajaj Finance with 4+8 EMI option for an amount of 28, 200/-. They have attached a fake promissory note of 1, 25, 000/- in my account details. I believe they are doing it intentionally. They want to cheat with the customers.

                          One executive call me from Bajaj finance and told me that I have taken the loan for LED TV. Actually after her explanation i observed that the person who took the loan is different person. When I told her that I never took a loan for LED TV then also she continuously told me that you have only take a loan. After that I again got some doubt so I asked the name which is in there database of that person and my doubt gets cleared cause the name which she described me was wrong its not mine. Then also he is continuously call me you are taking the loan. So do the necessary action on the executive who tortured me to call for some other person's loan. regards uday

                            A final payment of 2100 of my bike loan is due, I received a executive call, he spoken very rude like a local financier . I asked him to collect the amount at my residence or seize the particular bike but neither he came nor he collected the amount, I paid all the installments to the executive who came and collected all the payments, now am receiving back to back calls pretending like a roudy sheeters call's, though it is corporate, i felt like submitting a complaint so that i could pay the due amount without any issues

                              Dear sir/madam, I had bought one television under the bajaj finance ltd . from april onwards i pay my emi without fail for this regularity one call from head office, He told me we will give you personnel loan allot for you and details given to me and i also accept the terms and conditions, then he told me i will forward details to tirunelveli branch . Next day call from tirunelveli branch i told details executive came and collect details, due to some tite work not able to give cheque slip after two days i gave the cheque slips after field verification people not came to home and details collected through phone they asked me details i gave my proper details Another call was come same details he asked and i given and this time they asked unwanted questions example the Loan was given in my name but he asked my father salary also why they asked this unwanted questions The loan amount is only 82000 only and the EMI is only 3987 but my salary is 18000 its enough for your loan so this is unwanted questions is not good for a big concern and Now today manager told me my loan is reject due to not answering questions this loan amount doesn't matter but their rejection reason is not good, I feel very bad and assamed with contact with Bajaj finance ltd don't treat the customer like this My four cheque slips waste by your bajaj finance ltd

                                    In the Month of June we paid the EMI through Blue Bird Solution (Ref: Payment receipt No:6615155) Rupees: 3534.00 on Dated: 21.06.14 and get Receipt, but that Same month on 21.06.14, Rupees 3184.00 transfered from my SBI SB account but till also the amount not ceredited to my account, please do the same as early as possible.

                                      Hello, I am Pankaj Bansal from Bathinda. I applied for loan to financing AC from Ravi Enterprises, Mall Road, Bathinda on my mothers name. She is govt teacher. She had never been defaulter from any bank, yet your system shows her check being bounced. Anyway, PART- 2 your company representative (Mr. Satish) told us that your company card is optional, but after my sister wanted loan he said its mandatory you have to pay 250 for it. Anyway, PART-3 I am also working in govt department so I wanted to finance AC on my name. I gave my all documents to your representative he logged in. But, he says after your company's call my loan will get confirmed, . I waited at showroom more than 2 hours.. But no call from your company at the end I bought that AC on cash. Later, your company's girl called me. I really don't want to finance from your company in future. Will tell everyone about it.. But just wanted to let you know that your company performance is so poor. Thanks for wasting my time.

Actually after her explaintion i observed that the person who took the loan is different person only similarity is that his and mine first name and last name is similar but middle is diffrent. When I told her that I never took a loan for mobile then also she continously told me that you have only take a loan. After that she ask me for my birth date (Instead of she make the confirmed birtdate from their side she ask to me first). After that I again got some doubt so I asked her the residential address which is in there database of that person and this time my doubt gets cleared cause the address which she described me was wrong its not mine. Then also she is continoulsy told me you are taking the loan. So do the necessary action on the executive who tortured me to pay for some other person's loan
