Dear Sir / Madam Greetings for the day!! This is to inform you that my name is Smt. Laxmi Rao, from Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). Recently (21st May 2014) i'd purchased a SONY LED 42' TV from SONY Center, S.K Arena Pvt Ltd. Shop No:241-242 Dynamic Center, Opp. DB Mall, Zone-1 MP Nagar, Bhopal, which is total cost of 64900rs and on which i have deposited the down payment of 40249rs (including EMI card) and rest i financed with Bajaj Finance (3113 x 8 EMI). This is the complaint against consumer loan with loan number (#4300CD[protected] .Every month Bajaj Finance should deduct EMI money from my account on 5th of every month, the amount they need to deduct is 3113rs as per EMI plan and as i mentioned above also, but they are deducting 5409rs on every month and this is happening from last couple of months. When i complaint against this form the Financer 'Anuj' he told me that the isuue will resolve and from next month the EMI will deduct of 3113rs and extra amount will be adjusted in last 2 EMI's, but on next month i've got an sms on my registered mobile number i.e. +91 [protected] that 'EMI of 5409rs will deduct on 5th August 2014 kindly maintain the proper balance", after getting this message i met with Consumer Financer 'Rahul Patil' he asked me to let the amount (5409rs) deduct from your account in this month and then he assured me that the problem will rectify and from next month EMI of 3113rs will be deducted and extra amount will adjusted in last two EMI's. But the same thing happened again i got the same SMS regarding EMI of 5409rs, then again i rush to Consumer Financer with the issue but he unable to provide any solution and in the end he asked me stop all EMI's after that i file the complaint in written to him and i taken the receiving on it. Also i am holding the written compliant with receiving of him on it. One more thing i need to mentioned that on online loan statement my name is also written wrong. I stopped the EMI's and i want you to look into the matter and revert back ASAP, also for your reference i am attaching the files related to this issue. -- Thanks & Regards Laxmi Rao Administration Officer Govt.     Dear Bajaj Finance, I never requested a EMI card and though it is showing active on my number. I called your customer service number and no option to get connect to a representative on a tool free number displayed on your website. After a long search on google i got a chargeable number to talk to a representative who were very very rude. They bluntly told me to call in th morning, any how I managed to tell him my above problem then he without saying anything connected me to another advisor and she was also very rude. I never ever received such a worst customer service ever. It was so worst that I can't describe in words. Worst worst worst. I will quickly close my loan swear to god and never ever be your customer again in life. Thanks and bye

      Hello, this is Keerti here.My brother had brought Samsung LED series 4 32"inch TV in the month of April'14. The due date was decided from your company i.e.2nd of every month, however my brother's salary date is on 10th of every month by cheque.Hence, we asked the collection executive to collect the XYZ amount after this date only.Whatever will be delayed charges will be paid while closing this loan.Now my brother is unable to paid the amount...

      Hello, I took a consumer durable loan, for a LG-AC AIR CONDITIONER LSA3NR3F just because a 0% interest option was available. With EMI Start date of[protected] and with end date of[protected]. Now it seems to be a huge mistake! I opted for ECS, which was not presented correctly to my ICICI bank and hence they did not release the amount. Please note that my ICICI bank account always has enough funds since my car loan other Bajaj Commodity Samsung 32 Inches TV 4000CD[protected] Which is smoothly Closed) both get deducted from there. I told the same to Bajaj Finance many times, to present the ECS correctly, however no action was taken. I paid the EMIs on time to a person who came to collect the amount from me. Later i got an SMS to pay Rs. 1750 more for "check bouncing charges"! that was not my mistake hence I would not pay it and no NOC was given to me. I got no information later. "before few days i got SMS saying that my EMI Card has been unblocked and i can shop again at Bajaj stores". Now I am getting calls from people who say they are Sub Inspector of police Namely Vikram Singh Rathod Cell Number : [protected] and Bajaj Advocate Bharadwaj, phone number : [protected] a Cheating case 420 has been filed against me in Delhi High Court and I would arrested, would have to pay 1 lakh, my name would be put in CIBIL and so on! He was asking me to come to Delhi to attend high court on has been registered on me. I am well educated and informed to understand that these are collection agents, however what does this say about the standards and processes of Bajaj Finance? Are these fair loan collecting techniques? I can easily pay Rs. 1750, but why should I pay when the mistake was on your side? You presented the ECS wrongly, did not take an action to present the ECS correctly, even after being repeatedly informed, you did not inform me of the cheque bouncing charges before and now harassing me like this? Does this not constitute a case of harassment against the company and a case for the consumer court for not following fair banking practices?. I have a huge circle of friends in the IT industry and the social network who would need loans for various purposes in the future. Is this is the way Bajaj Finance wants to build a reputation among us? This set of incidents is building a very poor impression of your company in my mind. So request to take appropriate action.           Hello 'We DONT care', I applied for the emi card last week based on a promotional mgs i received. the 199 bucks have been taken from my account. There has been no update from you guys whatsoever, I am not able to get hold of any cust rep whom i can talk to. My cust id is 4489094, which your ivr refuses to recognise, but that is the number i get when i send the mgs. Please tell me this is some kind of scam just to raise 200 rs from all ur custs and there is no such thing like an emi card and will stop bothering it and plan on suing the company.

            As Bajaj Finance person Name by Mr Rohit are making a hurts me. many times i have asked him the details but just he was in he's word &today ( 22.08.14 ) he told me it was due on nov-2013 . it was extra charges which they collect for the payments of Rs. 350/-. really its very horriable in hes words.

                hi my number is [protected]loan number. 4030PL0022076AMOUNT 4812for the past 2 weeks i been trying to contact bajaj finance but could not reach since there is option for the same. Every month the amount will be debited through ECS from my bank account but for this month its not been done even after the amount was sufficient in my account, and also i been getting intimation through mail and sms and the bajaj finance kept calling my parents and started torturing them AND ALSO MY EMI CARD GOT BLOCKED. I TRIED CONTACTING BAJAJ FINANCE THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER BUT ALL IT HAS IS AUTOMATED VOICE .finally i made payment through net banking . pfa the bank statement . And today they tried to take the amount through ecs you can see from statement (that the amount was paid on 8th august) .very bad service

                    I brought laptop from Chroma Aundh branch by Bajaj Finance. As per our discussion with Bajaj finance consultant at the time of purchase, I should get all details in mail or msg. I have checked my bank statement, instalment deduction started but whenever I contacted Bajaj finance help centre by mail they always replied that my user ID and password not generated till now. I am not sure how they are working, without ID password how instalment started.

                      EMI is getting auto deducted and also getting credited on same account reversely, and Bajaj Representative treates it as EMI Bounce. Also asked Mr. Tushar Javde (Bajaj Finance Representative) to share the procedure to change loan account then he says, I cant say anything you have to approach Bajaj Office. If we mail at bajaj official mail ID's os Greveince, custumer support we get auto reply saying you will receive reply in 2 days but I am waiting from 15 days nobody is taking initiative to reply

                                Dear Sir/Madam(Bajaj Finance Ltd), Regards Following details are submitted please for your clarification and settlement please. a) A Loan Account No [protected] for Two Wheeler Loan is being shown in my CIBIL Report(CIBIL REGISTRATION ID SCO[protected]. b) Date of Loan Opened/Disbursed is shown as 31 Oct 2003. c) Sanctioned amount is Rs.17200/-, Current Balance is shown as Rs.2150/- with Amount Overdue as Rs.2150/-. d) The particular Loan is being shown status as Written Off. e) Payment details shown as payment of Rs. 900/- per month from 01 Apr 2008 to 01 Oct 2009. It is further submitted that I am serving in Army and presently posted near Hyderabad(A.P.).                                       Respected Sir, I have purchase an Ac at sonovision at shop vizag for Rs.33, 190/-in that I have paid in advance Rs.7376. and balance amount as loan from bajaj finance Rs.25, 814 for which recovery is Rs.1844 p.m.as EMI for 14 installments and the first installment of Rs.1844 already recovered on 05.07.2014. In this connection today I have received a telephone message from bajaj finance for above loan account NO.4080CD02900142 is due on 5th August for keep EMI amount of Rs.2737 which is not correct actually my installment for above loan is 1844 and I have signed EC for Rs.1844.
