And it is very irritating to hear calls from you in our business working times so please don't call us and when we block any number we are getting calls from other numbers its like you are forcing us to switch off our mobiles so please take this note and kindly solve our problem. I took a loan on bajaj finserve loan acct no : 403spl11307709 and i have closed it long ago. Now i feel very bad in seeking loan with bajaj finance as i receive too many marketing calls every day, sms and email to my personal and official email id's. Which is really annoying. Thy mention to take loan as it is pre-approved. Requesting you to please do the needful.

It's very difficult contact bank representative through phone and what they are provide customer care number, in that no option to contact bank fellow to get details regarding transcation.in my bank account with out any information bajaj finserv debuted 1180 rs. Am loose my trust to bajaj finserv to atleaset they has to give information for the deduction.

Please give solution

Yesterday got deducted 118 rs. Kindly let me know why deducted 118, as i am paying every month reguraly. Please do need full to me as soon as possible,
This is not right with out notice got deducted. Let me know prior information and reason to deducted the money

we had applied for flexi loan amount of 1, 11, 000 for the 60months tenure, deal done from RAVINDRAPATIL([protected]@bajajfinserve.in)pune, with loan number of[protected], on dept 8th we have done for ECS, E-SIGN also, from now til date we did not received any amount for contacted executive and respond is zero, wen ever i tried to grievance team they will say only one thing, we will contact out team and revert you back, check out my service request are - SR20314173, SR20312989, SR20104597, SR19956112, SR20085682 still they are not responding no one has the information and my documents has taken!! any one dont has any information regarding loan,

I have also noticed i have been charged with Rs.117 every year.

I have also noticed many people complained on this.

This money is being taken from accounts every year without any notice.

It is very much regretted to state that a sum of rs. 295+295+295/- (Total = 885) was deducted from my state bank account on 12/09/2019 & 13/09/2019 without any consent. A message from my bank was received on my registered mobile as your account debited inr 295/- transfer to [protected] investment intermedi sbi charg for failed mandate txn bajaj finance.
Please take action for this and my amount immediately refund back otherwise i will file complaint to consumer court and police.

I had taken od amount of rs.1, 50, 000 @ 10% interest rate but they charged to me emi as per loan amount of rs. 3, 38, 000 from last two month i already highlighted the issue to the customer care and sales manager manoj kumar singh at goregaon office but no body response on my mail. Need to take immediate action. I also customer service is very bad and sales man also not aware of the procedure for loan

Recently i took a loan from bajaj finance service in that moment i gave a mobile number which they were registered. But now i lost my mobile so i dont have registered mobile number so i want to change my registered mobile number with another one. Already i download bajaj finance service app in that app i cannot change my number so i tried to call to call center but they are not responded iam trying still morning but they dont reply me. So iam complaining through online

This is very disappointing to have frequent calls from bajaj finance (6-8 calls a day) at any hour of the day be it early morning or even late night like 9:30 pm.
This brings so much of disturbance to our personal and professional life. Every time they call with the new mobile number and i keep blocking them but it never stops. Since i am in service industry, i can’t avoid calls and every call from unknown numbers i take. 80% o[censored]nknown numbers in a day are from bajaj finance executives. This is insane. I would blame vodafone-idea for selling out data to these companies to these companies to make their business and harassing citizens.
I would request strict actions against them. They are not supposed to call the customer with the unknown mobile numbers. They have to use registered numbers for business. If this is not stopped, i would sue them.

Bajaj finance company had lend me a loan called flexi loan which emi per month is 11435. There was another personal loan from bajaj finance company which emi is 5345. I have in my account the balance of 17000 and on 2nd of september there was a emi return from bajaj finance. on 5th of september the 5345 got cleared and another return of emi from bajaj finance.
When contacted the bank, they said bajaj emi got returned on 2nd of septmber, but there was sufficient balance but why it got returned the bank is unaware and suggested to contact bajaj finance for clarification.
Meanwhile someone from bajaj finance called me and asked for payment. i checked the bank and said there was sufficient balance and why it got returned i need an answer from bajaj on what amount they have sent as emi.
For this bajaj finance company is not answering.
but there was repeated harrassment over phone and whats app and coming home and questioning my wife and so forth which creates lots of mental agony.
I have promised that i will repay the bounced moneyon 30th of septmber before the end of this month but i have been repeatedly harrassed to make immediate payment. i have records of phone calls and whatsapp messages for the harrassment done from bajaj finance company.

you can check the attached screenshot of the whatsapp chat between me and the bajaj financeexecutive since yesterday. Today he sent someone and spoke in rude way to my wife.

this is harassment when i say i can pay by 30th september. Now i need legal action against bajaj finance and this has to go to media for everyone to know how bajaj finance is making money through fines.

I have been called several times a day by this bajaj finance regarding loan services for a few months. I do not need any kind of loan still these fellows are spamming me by daily calling me 10 times a day and sometimes may even more. A list of their number has already been blocked and their executives have been told several times not to bother me. Kindly help me in this regard.

There are some outstanding lying to the finance company. I contacted my nearest branch to settle the outstanding amount but they told me they can't settle this from their side... So please help me out and give me proper advice to settle the outstanding amount...

To Bajaj finserv, AAP LOGO SE HAATH JODKE VINTI HAI KI KRIPYA MUJHE CALL NA LAGAYE MUJHE LOAN NHI CHAIYE

It is ridiculous that daily 6 to 8 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers
