Dear concern,

I would like to inform you that on bajaj-auto deducted rs 117 from my hdfc account on 19th nov. 2019.

Narration showing :- ach d - tpcf bajaj finance-[protected]

Can i know the reason why you people have deducted this amount from my a/c.

It is very painful to see that company like bajaj finance are deducting money from savings account without any kind of information or any consent.

I have not initiated this deduction. Please take necessary action and reimburse the money asap.

    Hi Team,
    This is very sad to say you that my subjected application number got rejected due to the cheque bounce cases but i have pad EMI on time and hinduja leyland and DMI finance guys by mistake updated the missed payments in the CIBIL. I have raised couples of cases in consumer forum but no one took corrective action. I was told you guys previously that if this case is not closed mean i will not get any loan in future. This is exactly happened now. The verification team rejected my loan application due to this. Please i request you to re-open the loan application case.
    I have attached the below images for raised the consumer complaint cases with Hinduja leyland finance and DMI finance.

      I get around min 5 calls a day and this increases towards end of the month to more 10 calls a day regarding the pre approved loans and credit card upgrades.
      If I need loan I will reach out to Bajaj finance.
      They are harassing by calling everyday 5 to 6 times and the bajaj finance executives do not disconnect the call whenever I tell them I am not interested and continue to pester to avail their product.
      I get calls even though my number is registered with DND.

        My loan is a bajaj finance company my pan no. Anwps4386e, customer id-796629, but bajaj finance company is not issue noc &my cibil score is down why i am very problam is my business e - mail - [protected]@gmail.com no-[protected] so pls my problam is solve & bajaj finance finance company is issue my noc certificate, my cibil score rating problam is solve
        EMI has been paid on online acknowledgement received with no outstanding EMI. But again today Bajaj finance deposited cheque to withdraw the amount from my account. Online amount paid date is 11/Nov/2019 and Bajaj finance again deposited cheque to withdraw the amount from my account on 13/Nov/2019.

        Bajaj finance Executive Name dont know number 96666 63232 is mis-behaving over phone and continuously calling. Person harassing over phone . He dont know how to take professionally with a customer.

          On 16, November, 2019, my account in State Bank of India was debited by Bajaj Fince Ltd for what I do no know. I took a lon 4-5 years back at that time I gave my bank details to debit EMI and the loan was fully paid in site of that since last couple of years I was receiving SMS and Mail from your side as Credit Card maintainance charges which I never Applied nor I have the so call card then how can u debit it's charges direct from my account.
          It's CHORI and I want you to return my money immidiatly or I will have to complain to Government Authority as CHORI fraud by your company

            Loan number - 4060cd70671233

            My loan got finished in dec-2018 with last emi dated 03/dec/2018 for above-mentioned loan account but today i have seen another transaction on my account for inr 117 saying "cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_4060cd70671233"

            Can i know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?

            Presently I am outside India, so I can't call on Customer Care Number. Also Customer Care No is not provided in ur above message.
            Please provide correct E-mail ID for contact.

            Can you please forward this E-mail to Bajaj Customer Care service, they can understand that why they have deducted Rs 117 from my account without my knowledge and without my permission?

              So i would like to request bajaj finserv though your chanel to refund my money asap and close all my accounts and/or any associated card or services.

                I request you to block all calls from bajaj finance and bajaj finserv. They keep calling 10 times a day for new loans and credits cards from their pune call centers. It is very irritating and unnecessary.

                They keep calling in-spite of telling them that i do not need any loans or new credit emi cards. It has been a constant harassment by the bajaj call centers. My number is [protected].

                  My sister has taken a loan of one lakh and after the repayment of some months she lost job and recently got married.
                  One person saying consumer court filed case against her and making calls to all her relatives saying she will be arrested.

                  We are willing to pay amount but we need to take debt outside we are in same process too

                  They are herrasing all our family saying they will disturb her husband

                  She went into depression and stress
                  Please help us
                  Status checked from Indore office and found to dues as one EMI of INR 1749, whether I discussed in my bank IDBI. That No any check dishonoured.

                  So please send me his reason of dishonour copy & cheque copy who has provide to you by my bank.

                  Please sent me earliest, whether I can close your dues and get a NOC.
                  My loan account with bajaj finance is closed on July 2019.

                  Today i am seeing a deduction of amount 412 rs from my account with above transaction remark mentioned in subject line

                  Why i am charged 412 Rs deducted in the above transaction?

                    I got a message and call from bajaj finance to pay the emi for some purchase done through bajaj finance.

                    I have not done this transaction. Some person called sandeep singh (Whom i don't know) had done that and gave my number incorrectly. I started getting repeated calls and messages from bajaj finance customer service team and i told them the issue. Still they didn't take any action and asked me to go instead to their branch and sort it out.

                    This is really a nuisance for me. There should be some procedure in place to ensure such incidence doesn't happen that anyone can use some other number and that other person is constantly getting these unnecessary calls/messages. Also the customer service team should have taken some action to reach the original person who took finance from them (Through email, etc) and sort this out.

                      I am receiving your calls for so many months for personal loan & credit card that too at least 8 to 10 calls per day which are very irritating. They call night also i can't even block your numbers as i receive from different numbers.

                      I am not interested in any type of loan & credit card of bajaj

                        With the mentioned loan account number i have a salaried personal loan with a commitment of zero part payment charges, i have also paid a part payment earlier with zero charges applied. But recently when i done another part payment, bajaj cherged me for 2.36% on part payment amount. No response from customer care or bajaj officials. Kindly look into the matter as well as i m going to close all my other relations with the company.
                        I am clear closed my loan installment 1st November but today 2665 again deducted my balance please refund my extra amount

                          I had applied for a personal loan. I got a call from a agent of bajaj that my loan is approved, and they can avail me loan for rs.2, 00, 000/-. As my house construction work is going on, i agreed to their call. First they said that i have to pay 2250 for processing fees, then they said to pay my first emi for rs.4605/-. I paid these amount, after that they said that i have to pay gst 4% rs.8, 000/-. I also paid that. But now they are saying to transfer from one state to another i have to pay rs, 14020/- more. I am traped sir, please help me. I received calls from the followings numbers. [protected] and whatsapp no.[protected].

                            My account was debited with Rs.117 in the name of Bajaj Auto CD om 18th Sept. I have not taken anything from bajaj still this amount was debited.

                            I immediately need a refund of this amount. Or I'll file a consumer complaint.

                            Even the bank refused to listen and cannot give me information about this.

                            I have closed my loan. But i have not taken any credit card, But Rs. 117.00 is deducted from SB account.

                              Please stop my ecs charges as i was not feeling well i couldn't pay 1 month emi and bajaj rep came near home and collected the amount with check bounce charges. When i went near bank one of the person said u have to pay 590, 8 times to clear ecs. But i paid more than 8 times. I cant bear this please stop this. I request you. As we r earning less we cannot keep on paying ecs stop. Or help us how to stop ecs

                                  On 13th sep 2019 i made advance emi payment of 9904.
                                  Loan account number - 404spf83956235. Registered mobile numbner - [protected].
                                  Although i made advance emi for next 4 months, still i started recieving call for non-payment. I was threaten that people will be sent at home. I kept complaining and i was torture by there executive by mail and watsap. Then one day they realized there mistake and on 11th october they told me to pay emi this time again as there was there system issue. I paid again. So in total i made advance payment of 5 months. Still there application says that 15 rs is remaing and emi is overdue. I have been torture by bajaj from last 40 days. Now they have blocked me from complaining customer care. I have proof for all payment. This was a lot of mental torture and harrasment. I can not bear this much of torture. Every day i have to make complain and call. I had tried to contact cutomer care, always a computer speaks and my mobile balance gets deducted as well. I have been tortured enough by them without any fault from my end. Either i can make complain or just kill myself. From last 40 days i am doing that. Now it is enough for me to take this. Not just reslove of all my complaints and issues, now i need compensation for the torture i have gone through from last 40 days. If a customer can be fined for late payment of emi then a customer should be paid for mental torture and threat they get from such institution when customer has not made any mistake

                                    We are an existing customer of bajaj finance from the last 8-9 years.

                                    Today dated 31.10.2019 at 12:39 p. M one of my family members got a call from bajaj on +91-[protected] saying that you have a penalty of rs.2700 around and you have to pay it. Again at 3:11 p. M received another call from +[protected] some (Manalee or manali) was on the call he said that "haven't you make the payment of penalty amount which was around rs.2700.

                                    I asked her, what or which type of penalty is due then she replied that you had purchased on emi - all your emi's are cleared - now you have to pay the penalty amount to close the loan account. (Herewith i'm attaching my account history to contradict her statement.)

                                    In reply i asked her can you tell me the loan a/c number, she gave me the account number: 4t90cd55929770 which is in the name of some judo or lubo don't remember the name but bajaj finance you must know that consumers actual name.

                                    In continuation of that, i asked that lady to please check the number once before calling someone this is the wrong person to whom you have called. She further said that don't fool us or misguide us saying that this is not the judo or lubo guy we know that you are the same number who has taken loan from us. (Herewith i'm attaching the true caller search screenshot of +91-[protected] which belongs to shubham chilke and he is using the same for the last 4-5 years.)

                                    This is such a ridiculous thing happening from a trusted brand like bajaj that they are not even confirming the phone number or confirming the person to whom they want to talk with.

                                    I want a sincere apology from bajaj on this and especially from that girl whose name is mentioned above.

                                      With my loan account bajaj finance added an EMI card and so far I never used this card and infect never shared details of card to anywhere. But on 29th Oct-2019 someone tried to do a transaction from my card and i received an OTP over my mobile. immediately I emailed them to block the card and do the investigation(their phone contact was not connecting to p2p call so i mailed and later discussed the matter on phone also). And for the same transaction I received denied and then success sms.
                                      After my multiple communication to their support they replied after 24 hours with a dumb message and just telling me that as per their record i purchased something from their dealer REALMS _ 1802063 DELHI IN.

                                      I am still discussing with them if will not get proper resolution and investigation then i will seek to cyber crime department and lodge a complain again bajaj finance for their un-secure system and data leak to unknown.

                                      Why this was charged for the loan closed long time back
