I receive unwanted calls from bajaj finance offering loans even though i have informed mytiple times that i am not interested. I had an emi card from bajaj finance in 2017. Inspite of submitting request for cancellation of the card, i have been receiving unwanted phone calls every other day for the same reason. Their customer service is of no help.

Recently i have purchased mi tv and you'll are deducting my cpp charges without informing me. I want to stop that cpp charges which are deducted from my account. 4t8dtbff225936. Kindly do the needful as early as possible. As it becomes very difficult for me to pay. And extended warranty is alredy taken by me when the person had come for installation of the mentioned product. And repay me the already deducted charges. I want to cancel the cppcharges as early as possible. Thanks.

I bought loan from bajaj emi card 555ecfdz579593 loan number, i failed to pay for 1 month but they charged like 295 for 10 times
Bounce charge i talked to bajaj agent they said that is bounce charge, it is auto generated, so they won't do anything, it will take like how much they presented ecs if they presented for 100 times means, wth cheaters bajaj really worst i have ecs with state bank of india really pissed off so much please help me

Sir, i have made complete payment for the said amount (Principle+ interest) with an emi of inr 2188 for a period of 18 months.. I searched your office in warangal for 2 years but i couldnt find it for a long period and after paying all emi, it shows as "written off" in cibil report

Seriously what is wrong with bajaj finance people? They keep calling me more than 8times a day everyday even when i told them not to call me anymore. It is getting really annoying and feel like they are harassing me with all these calls. I blocked their numbers but they call me next day again from a different number. This is crazy. Please stop calling me!!

I have taken loan in august month, and they didn't deposit the amount in account till now. When checked on bajaj portal it is showing all amount in use and i got a notification to the emi. Which is unreasonable, and when i complaint, they have closed my request without resolving my issue completely and asking me to pay emi and they are saying we will giving you amount now.
.. If they giving the amount now than why need to pay emi unreasonable.

I have tried get help from many ways. And finally here also.
You also ignore it i will go till i get justice.
I will got twitter facebook page and yes finally consumer complaint forum.
So please do justice to me.
I do want to bother any body. But if i get into this than i will go till i get clear support.

This is to inform you that we have not applied for mobile insurance that we have purchased but your worker had applied the insurance on his own, although we are not interested in any type of insurance for the mobile we had purchased.

We had telephonic conversation with bajaj finserv but they are not listening and just providing us new contact details to talk with, we had also visited bajaj office at NSP but they also didn't cancelled the insurance and asked to update the email id and mail our problem but our email id are also not updated we have also mailed before but the problem did not get solved we are receiving a lot of calls regarding this and are frustrated with all this now we are facing it all although we have not applies for it.

Request you to kindly cancel the insurance as we did not need it. Our details are as follows:-

It is ridiculous that daily 5 to 10 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan.

I clearly informed to the executives who called that I am not interested to take any loan and several times I have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement.

I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as I see your numbers.

Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand.

So far, I have blocked around 40+ numbers and still get calls from bajaj finance any time of the day. Please request you to take immediate action.

This company has been sending promotional emails, sms and calling multiple times on phone everyday. My phone is registered with dnd but still getting calls from personal mobile numbers. Very much irritated/annoyed with this constant pestering activities. Kindly take an action against this company. Regret being a customer to this unprofessional company.

I have raised an official compaint against bajaj finance to their tech support and they ensure me i'll not get promotional call from them. As per their instruction i have activated the dnd as well but now these people are calling me from their personal number. I have list of numbers from bajaj finance that i blocked and it is 50 + now.

Please take some action against them as i am feeling bit agitated now and planning to commit suicide if it won't stop.

I received call from bajaj finance for personal loan purpose under pradham mantri yojana from amit banerjee ([protected]/ [protected]) then he approved my loa. He requested some amount for stamp duty. I paid him inr 20886/- as per below massage received from your end.

Then he is not answering my call till date.

After payment i received below massage from your end.

Dear gauri, bajaj finance (A/c 3xxxxx[protected]An a/c with andhra bank) debited for electronic transfer of rs.1000000.00 to a/c [protected] (An a/c with hdfc bank), on 13/09/2019 at 2:30:37 will be effected subject to advance charges/fees (Incl 18% gst) of rs.17700/- paid tomorrow before 1.30 pm, andhra bank ref no : andhyd[protected].

Thereafter, he haven't attend my 1 call.

After, some days i got call from bajaj finance another representative then i have requested to transfer this call to your head of the department. Then he transfer to mr. Vikas sharma ([protected]/ [protected]/[protected])

And he is requesting mi inr 18500/- for charteres accountant charges for transfer my account from saving to current account. Please find attached challan for your reference.

Then, he tranfer my file to bank of baroda. Then again bank of baroda person requested inr 53, 304/- i received loan emi letter which i already attached. Again i paid the same also.

Then again he requested 50, 000/- more for noc. I paid the same again.

I have paid inr 18500/-, inr 53, 304/- & inr 50, 000/- to sonu kumar raj account who is ca in mudra finance. Account details i have already forwarded to you.

Now, i received call from income tax department [protected] as per advised by sandeep & vikas sharma. Now he is requsting again inr 180, 000 for gst. Then i said i dont want loan then now he refuse to refund my money.

I have already invested more than 1.5 lacs.

Please help in this matter.

I'm getting close to 10 calls in a day from bajaj fin card. Even after telling them to stop. I am registered in dnd but even after telling them they won't listen. They keep starting from loans are available to ur fin cards limit has been increased. I am not sure where they got the number from since i have been dormant on the website and haven't used the emi card they have in a year

Everyday i’m getting calls multiple times, inspite of rejecting it.
Earlier they were also bombarding automated calls i. E, ivr starts talking once you receive the call.
From so many years i’ve not taken any loan from them, still they keep on calling everyday.
Too frustrated, unable to understand how to block them. I’ve added my number in dnc, besides banking calls and i suppose bajaj comes in banking, so can’t even block them

Biggest mistake taking a loan from bajaj, after 2 years of loan amount getting closed still they call for a loan. I am sick and tired of telling people to stop calling me. Every time i block their number they call from another number. I feel bad for the executives who have been given this database. They do not want to transfer the call to their tl or manger also and just cut the call without saying anything.

For last 8 years or so, me and my wife have consistently been getting calls (or should i say harrassed) by bajaj finance customer care employees for loans and over draft facilities.
I have tried everything from blocking the numbers(must have blocked closed to 200 nos.), but they still keep calling from new numbers.
Visited there Bhopal branch office, they assured no more calls, still got calls.
Complained on social media Twitter and Facebook four times, even got mails and calls from your social media team (Jasleen the first one, Shruti Gupta the last i spoke to), but still kept getting calls.

I am writing to you to please make these calls STOP, I am willing to do anything to make these Stop.

I am a bajaj finance customer but in spite of that i receive 5-7 calls daily regarding different offer which i am not interested.in spite of telling them on regular basis that please remove my name and no from your list nothing happened.

My no is registered under dnd since dnd inception but still its not helping... I am fade up receiving spam calls. Please do something.

Bajana finance and bajaj finserv people keep on calling every day at least twice or thrice a day for loan offers though i have told them that i am not interested.
Requesting you to please take action against them.
Also these people gets angry and cruce if tell them not call and don't disturb.
Also they call at anytime in night also.
