This is regarding my personal loan due to financial losses nd my father in law accident. So i was not able to pay last nd this month emi.. Nd he had called up bajaj finance people about same and had informed them about the same and had told them that it will be paid next month as this month it was not possible.. After informing also the recovery guys are troubling other relatives of ours for money and visiting their house instead of going to registered address. Nd recovery guys called me late night visited my home nd poke my family.. Nd he also used abuseing words.. So my all family very troubled
Nd he said warning calls... I m do any thing...
So i request plz stop this type of recovery guys..
Nd i request as soon as possible i deposite u r amount..

I want you to kindly cancel the extended warranty of my microwave as i do not want any extended warranty for the product and the extra amount that has been deducted from my account should be adjusted in the next emi instalment..
My problem should be solved as soon as possible as i am very disappointed by your service.

I didnt got any proper response from the customer care team and grievance team, so i requesting you to please look into this issue which i m facing from past 3-4 months, after applying for home loan,

I was wondering that many of your senior management/leadership, are working as slaves for their area sales manger, they are blindly trusting them and customers are facing problems.

I already had conversation before applying for the home loan and what are my requirements, after getting commitment from the agent (Narender) and badri reddy (Area sales manager hyd_ameerpet location).

So far i got only 8 lakhs and that took almost 3-4 months and when i m asking for the final disbursement, you (Area sales manager) started making excuses,

Now i was wondering that, agent told me he gonaa charge 2-3% as commission for getting the approval for the home loan without any delay/inconveniences for disbursement in future, for that i have to pay to him commission, with whom he gonna share that commission amount i m not aware,

If i'm fail to pay them commission, then my loan disbursement will get stuck in middle, i agreed and paid 5000 (Google pay) as his commission amount and told later i will pay remaining amount. Once i will get full loan amount,

Later i come to know from customer care associate, that there is no need of pay commission to the agents and no one will ask for the same, the i decided not to pay them any commission amount,

Now i realised, what ever that agent told, had come true, it's india without paying commission, your work wont get completed. If it is govt office, i know i have to pay, but in private firm is also following the same, i didnt expected,

When i applied for the construction permission, i have applied for the g+1, first i will be competing ground floor with 16+ lakhs and later in future, i will go for the 1st floor construction

I have applied for g+1 permission, becxz fees which govt is charging same for g+1 or only ground construction,

You can check the construction plan, "which i have submitted is only for the ground floor only"

I request leadership team, please check the construction plan papers which i had submitted, that is only for ground floor permission planning..

Estimation copy

Estimation copy which shows 22-24 lakhs for completing the g+1, how you guys can say to complete g+1 construction just only for 16 lakhs and ec was made for completing ground floor work with 16 lakhs and also in the municipality permission planning, which i have submitted is only for ground floor. But i need 16 lakhs only, so that i can complete ground floor and remaining i will put from my pocket.

Here, i m not understanding, why the hell you are not disbursing full 16 lakhs amount into my account?

Your area sale manager is worried about increasing his sales number and always asking me to go for topup/personal loan.. Arey baba, if you are fail to be on your commitment, then y go for other services,

When i informed the customer care associate about there commitment, they are asking to me give the proof of there commitment, arey, where i can get the proof for their commitment, is it a court or police station, that you are asking me to get the proof or written emails?

I had personally visited your hyderabad_ameerpet office 3-4 times and explained area sale manger about my requirement/need and also send so many emails/escalated the issue, but i got only copy and pasted reply from the concerned team.

Upon getting the oral confirmation from badri, he told that if i did first floor slab only, he will get the approval for the full and final disbursement,

Trusting on this words, i completed first floor slab work and when i m requesting for the final disbursement, i m not getting any proper response from any one,

I want this issue to be get escalated on highest level, don't make fool to your customers, be customer obsessed, learn how to treat with customer from our company.

I request senior leadership to please look into this issue and arrange for the disbursement of my pending home loan on prioirty

Today i have received around 6 calls from bajaj finance. This is so disturbing to both myself and my colleagues near me. One call per day is acceptable. But spamming calls to a particular number is very unprofessional. Even truecaller has reported around 2000+ spam reports on all the 6 numbers.

Please don't repeat this in future. And don't lose the respect for your company's name by these activities.

I took 2 loans from bajaj finserv for my housing. Now i am doing part payments by transferring the money online to their account. Bajaj applies the money you transfer after 10 days or 15 day or some times after 20 days. They dont respond to mails nor their grievance cell works. This is a cheating company. Their customer service is extremely poor. I raised a complain with rbi as well but no use. All cheating. Dont go with bajaj finance.

Please take care this complaint. She is telling me to do prostitution Business. I need immediate reply. After this complaint, I received a call from the company and asked me about my outstanding. I answered him that I have outstaning in your company. For that, can your people use unparlimentory words? Ask her to talk to me and ask me sorry.

Hello, i am akhtar ali s/o late mr. Babu khan, my address is 783, ram nagar, shastri nagar, jaipur-302016. I was offered a personal loan rs 70000 from bajaj finance in 2017 and i have taken i have 27 of total 36 emi of rs 3049 on time but due to some personal and financial reason i am not able to pay emis now and i have told all situations to the recovery team also i have never denied to pay emi i also told i wll pay very soon but not emidiate and i also request that i'll pay as soon as possible.. But bajaj finace send some recovery agents on my home in morning 7 am, i also told my condition to them that right now i don't have sufficient money for emi but they warned me and abused me and they misbehaving me with me say i'm bajaj finace and give emi now, i'm very afraid and mentaly disturbed and i'll try do something as i can but situation is not in my fever. I have already many problems with me personal financial as well please take action regarding this matter. I'm also thinking that i am going to police complaint on these matters and reported a complaint also that that kind annoying people, if anything wrong happen with me they are the responsible for them.

I was purchased two consumer items in my bajaj finance card which was merge in personal loan by giving offer with low roi.

After some time one emi was missed in 2nd april 19 and was paid in 4th april of rs. 1515 through mobile banking after the same i was get call from bajaj finance that your emi was not pain and you have to paid with penalties so i was again paid of rs 1964 on 9th april 19.

Then i was call to customer care and send so many emails for refund of rs. 1515 paid on 4th april 19 but solution was given by bajaj finance then i was keep trying to emails and call after some time of customers service provider from puma was received my call and informed all details me and told that your extra amount of rs 1515 is showing in my computer which will be adjusted in last emi on august 19 but things was not happen and the amount was deducted from my account.

I've all the evidence of phone calls record.

Kindly stopping repetitive calling for selling your financial services even though the people say 'no'. Even after requesting numerous times and saying no (I have lost the count now) none of your employees do the needful. On the top of that the calls come more than 8-10 times a day for the past 2 years. Take action or i am moving to consumer court for the unnecessary harassment.

I dont have a bajaj finserv/finance card

I am receiving calls stating that i purchased led tv and case filed against me.

Apart from my name or number they could not confirm any other details. I denied and disconnected the call

Today again i received call from [protected] and a person called shanti and she said she is calling from consumer case civil dept and gave the file number as 505 and asked me to contact [protected].

When i called and asked what was the issue, a north indian girl answered call and said for led tv purchase, amount has to paid so case has been filed.

Since the line was not clear, i called her from my other number but still she addressed me by my name, when i asked how did she know thats me? No answer from her.

While confirming my name, my initial was wrong. I said i dont have bajaj card and my initial also incorrect, she disconnected my call asking sorry. What should i do when i receive this call again?

Hi my name is rizwan ismail sharif, i recieved call from bajaj finance stating that they are offering me a bajaj finance rbl card, after several times refusing them now they are telling that i have signed all the required documents which required for issuing card, their agents do fraud and make all fake documents and also signed on behalf of signature just to issue a card.

Now when i am refusing to accept their demand, they are saying that a card has already been issued on my name and they are depatching it on my address.
I very clearly told them that i dont want any type of card, then too they are forcing me to take is,, please help me in this case.

I am getting a lot of calls from your Bajaj Finance as a promotional call for personal loan.

I have not signed up for promotional calls and I am not interested for personal loan unless your bank is planning to give me a good amount of money and I don't need to pay you back the money.

Also I have activated Full DND with my operator. Still I am receiving calls from tele markerters who claim that the Personal loan is from your bank.

So please quit disturbing me.

I recently took a vodafone sim in the month of february phone no - nine nine two zero nine seven one seven three four. Seems like the previous owner of the number was registered with bajaj and had some loan. Now that i am using this sim, i am getting calls on a regular basis from bajaj. It’s very irritating after listing them the problem again and again! Please remove my number from your directory.

Hi sir i have complain about bajaj finance latur, where agent comes to our locality and be vocal about his recovery and made abuse language and try to enter our house forcefully and the bajaj finance has given the case to lok adalat about the recovery of loan bit still its agents come for harassing us all the way when the case is in lok adalat please refer our case as it's the serious matter which can make someone hurt or may be suicide cases of our house might happen if this continues.
