I purchased three acs of voltas from great eastern, kankurgachi branch with the help of bajaj finance on august 16, 2018. At that time they (Means representatives of bajaj finserv) told me that there was inr 1500/- cash back offer for each ac, so i should get the cash back of inr 4500/- for three acs. Bajaj finserv has deducted inr 117 from my bank account today 18th july 2019 as ' bajaj finserv emi card inactive fee'. I was not informed of any such charges at the time of issuing the card. Else i would have cancelled the card. The amount has been auto deducted without my concent. How can it be done. Please help and suggest if i should go legal to them....

I have been reciveng calls from bajaj finance to take a loan, even if i told that i dont want they are calling me again and again weekly 2 to 3 times. I have registered for national dont call registery but still they call.

Constant calls from bajaj finance everyday, sometimes even three to four a day. It's bordering on the lines of harassment with calls disturbing me throughout the day inconsiderate of my day. It's annoying, disturbing, and they call from different numbers that look like mobile numbers and we can't keep blocking each number all the time. I have used the Bajaj Finserve EMI card and have paid the EMIs and even received a confirmation from teh Bajaj system that EMI has been received. I am still receiving call after call saying EMI is not paid. I have written 5-6 emails to Bajaj customer service and they ignore calls as we have received the payment.
