It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this calls at all possible odd hours from you for asking me to take credit card. I am not interested to take any card and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for this..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against you for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

Actully due to some issues i had to change my number so please can you change my number from [[protected]] to [[protected]].

Hi my name is rizwan ismail sharif, i recieved call from bajaj finance stating that they are offering me a bajaj finance rbl card, after several times refusing them now they are telling that i have signed all the required documents which required for issuing card, their agents do fraud and make all fake documents and also signed on behalf of signature just to issue a card.

Now when i am refusing to accept their demand, they are saying that a card has already been issued on my name and they are depatching it on my address.
I very clearly told them that i dont want any type of card, then too they are forcing me to take is,, please help me in this case.

I am getting a lot of calls from your Bajaj Finance as a promotional call for personal loan.

I have not signed up for promotional calls and I am not interested for personal loan unless your bank is planning to give me a good amount of money and I don't need to pay you back the money.

Also I have activated Full DND with my operator. Still I am receiving calls from tele markerters who claim that the Personal loan is from your bank.

So please quit disturbing me.

For three times (295+295+295) as sbi charge from my sb account for the
Reason failure of transactions as mandate charges. Please clarify it
What is the actual reason for deduction of above amount from my sb

I recently took a vodafone sim in the month of february phone no - nine nine two zero nine seven one seven three four. Seems like the previous owner of the number was registered with bajaj and had some loan. Now that i am using this sim, i am getting calls on a regular basis from bajaj. It’s very irritating after listing them the problem again and again! Please remove my number from your directory.

Hi sir i have complain about bajaj finance latur, where agent comes to our locality and be vocal about his recovery and made abuse language and try to enter our house forcefully and the bajaj finance has given the case to lok adalat about the recovery of loan bit still its agents come for harassing us all the way when the case is in lok adalat please refer our case as it's the serious matter which can make someone hurt or may be suicide cases of our house might happen if this continues.

What is this? you are cheating customers with an EMI card which you said only one time charge. Even i don't know when i received such card dsepite the fact that availed consumer durable loan 6 year back take frieze. for the said loan you already cleared.

I have been getting sales calls from bajaj every day from different no. asking if iam interested in home loans or personal loans. Though i tell them that iam not interested, a new person or the same people call me again and again. Fed up with this i have asked them to remove my no. from their database, which everyone agrees to when they call, but i still get a call or two everyday. today i have have received a call again and i asked this lady who called to put me to her manager so that i can complain. and all she says is she wont call again and will delete my no. i tried calling her again to speak to her manager but she wont pick up my call. this is the same lady who called me on 12th of this month too.( call logs attached) when sent here a message she says that she si not doing timpepass and just doing her job. I wont to escalate this so that i wont get any more calls. so want to know who will be the right contact to help me out here

Account where nothing emi was due on me or if any emi was pending,
Sufficient balance was remained on my sb account. On that particular
Day. But why these above two deductions have been made on the ground
Failure of transactions? Please clarify it.

Secondly recalculate the interest part on loan a/c. No.423tshek87372
As previously it was calculated on whole loan amount from the date
Of loan sanctioned whereas i got my full loan amount on 23.07.2019
After more than one month from the date of loan sanctioned.

Please send list of documents (Lod) submitted to bajaj finserve for my

This is regarding Mortgage Loan of Rs 37, 80000/- thirty seven lakhs eighty thousand Ref Loan No 404HL35535561 from Bajaj Finance

1. I have sanctioned the above loan on 27.02.2017 at the very high rate of
10.5% for a Tenure of 180 months

2.Subsequently they kept on increasing the Interest as follows
Aug 2017 TO 11 %
April 2018 TO 11.25%
JULY 2018 TO 11.35%
SEPT 2018 TO 11.55%
NOV 2018 TO 11.65%
FEB 2019 TO 11.75 %

3.I Have paying the EMI, S regularly from the beginning without any Default.

4.Now the Tenure has increased to 215 Months without taking my consent they have increased the Tenure otherwise I would have increased the EMI Amount with the same Tenure.

5.Now I have written to them to reduce the tenure to 120 months with Increase in EMI Which they have flatly reduced which I recieved the mail from them .

This is a clear case of Cheating & unfreindly attitude towards the customers.
I want to take this matter to the highest authority to ensure the Bajaj Finance company to be sued for un ehical practice & should take action for Fleeing the customers.

Bajaj Finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I did not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Your employed whose name is sachine chaudhri tell me that i am from bajaj finserve and after he tell me that there is one emi is credited 2 times and then i told him that so you send me one emi and he ask about my debit card for to send my emi again so i give information to him and he debit my all money from my account and amount is 7296.
