Sir, I had purchased a 1 ton A.C. of make Daikin from Great Eastern Trading Ltd, BBD Bag, Kolkata-700001, through Bajaj Finance Ltd on 26.01.2019. At that time they had offered me 5% cashback on the purchase price, which was confirmed by them vide sms and verbally by their officials present at that time. Untill now, I have not yet received any cashback which they had promised to me. After sending them an enquiring email, they tried to mislead me over phone, by some technical jargon to avoid obligation on their part. Hence, I would request you to solve the matter so that I may receive my justified cashback which they promised. I really don't want any promotional calls from Bajaj. Every day 5-6 times the customer care people are calling me and asking for personal loans. So far, i have blocked 20 of your customer care numbers. Still you are not leaving. This is happening for the past 6 months. Please stop this.

Hello sir i have purchased lenovo laptop and got a loan from bajaj finance my laptop capital is 50000 so as my emi strat from 6250 * 8 = 50000 on first month it deduct rs. 6314 from my account and second month without any information they start my laptop insurance i have already purchase insurance and bjajaj deduct rs.7097 from my account i personally go to bajaj customer service center at ahmedabad panchavati their executive told me please send mail for terminate insurance but i didnt get any reply my request no : sr19755265. Please help me.

I have offered a overdraft facility from bajaj finance executive name:- rahul. And he agreed to 0% processing fee and interest rate is lower. I handover my document to process. When i got the commercial mail regarding the detail it is not as per discussion with rahul. So, i rejected offered and asked to not proceed the overdraft facility. Since then he and his colleague from senior department torturing me to avail the facility.

Today (03/09/2019) i got a called from rishi ([protected]) and started abusing me. He threaten me that "mere pass teri har detail hai tu dekh har do mahine me tera me cibil score giravaunga. Tu apne aap to bahut smart samjta hai na tu dekh le. Tu mera kuch nahi ukhal sakta. Jaha complain karni hai kar de".

This type of executive talked with customer. I talked with him politely and he started abusing and threaten me.

Bajaj finance is cheter finance company. And their executive are very cheap and manner less.

I have financed a mobile from bajaj and after that they are continuously calling 5 times a day for insurance and loan i deny for the service but again every day they are calling me and disturbing me in office hours i already said lot's of time to the exective to don't call me ever for any service but again next they called again 4 to 5 times. I am very iritated now and planning to move the consumer forum because they are imapacting on my daily life.

I've closed my loan long back with bajaj (In 2014 itself). But i just see an unauthorized withdrawal of inr. 117 from my account. I'm not sure how many times it had been withdrawn like this from my account before. I'm researching now. Need to know why was this amount deducted and i need this refund immediately.

I bought a tv on emi from bajaj and the account from which the payment was about to get deducted was having some problem. So i called bajaj team for help but they didn't helped in any way. Then i used to pay everytime emi to a bajaj exicutive every month. Every month i use to ask then can you please tell me the principal amount so that i can pay the amount and fore close the loan. Every time he use to ignore and only collect the emi. When this month i was about to pay, i asked for the remaining amount then he is telling that 3000 is the principal amount and 4000 is the cheque bounce changes. I requested that if any waveoff is possible then the person and the manager started shouting at me. I dropped the call and still seeking for a resolution.

On 30th july i got a call from bajaj and said auto debit is not possible for august month and said to pay online and i paid on that movement itself but i was charged 600 bounce charge even though my due date is on 2nd august and i complained regarding this they said you have to make a payment before 26th. How will i get to know that auto debit won't be working for the month august??

They fooling around all the customer??

Again drama of bajaj dint stop just now i got a call stating that september month also auto debit not possible pay before 2nd of september and i know that if i pay now again bounce charge will be made and my cibil score is going down.

Like me i'm sure bajaj would have done for 1000s of customers

I even informed them that i will report it to consumer complaint.
Still no response from them.

Note: i applied loan for medical emergency and it got rejected because of bounce.

If possible please investigate on this how many customers are fooled.

Today, i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my HDFC saving account.

I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

I expect the amount to be credited to my HDFC account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

This is srikanth i have taken my personal loan at bajaj finance my id is 592pst84041858 and i have done my payment regularly for year through ecs regularly but one month emi is pending for personal reasons two persons of bajaj fin recovery agents (Venkatesh : +[protected] and b suresh +[protected], is came to home and harassing my parents, you have to pay now till that i am not move from your home and using abusing words with ladies at that time i am not available at home and unable to pay my emi due to the financial reasons and my emi pending is one month only and i said that i will pay please wait requested to them at any cost i will pay my emi, also they are doing same thing, is this right way to behave like this with customers and again how customer will go to office and take loan in bajaj finance,

I'm living in bangalore, karnataka. I have no previous purchase history with bajaj finance / finserv but somehow my name and number have made it to their database. I receive 3-5 calls every week soliticing business for loans etc. The calls are at an highly irritating frequency. Need help in putting an end to these calls. The calls land up at most unopportune times. And despite multiple requests for removal of my details the calls still persist

This is to request you to kindly stop following my number for any promotional requirement.
I have been receiving 5 to 6 calls from your representative of bajaj finance even after requesting them to kindly block my number in your system still every day i am getting 5 to 6 calls every day.
This is complete harassment even if you cut the number they call againg which is embracing when you are sitting in meetings.
The moment i will be in need i will turn up to you till than kindly stop irritating with your calls.

Kindly cancel the requisition given by bajaj finance to transfer money from my sbi a/c:[protected] pbb malleswaram to their account, as they applying excess and unwanted charges on my house loan account inspite of consumer court order. My advocate issued a legal notice second time and waiting for their response to file the case again in consumer court. I hope you kindly accept it and stop further transfer of money from my account in the interest justice to consumers.

Previously I have EMI card but they permentaly blacked due to not paying emis in time now I paid all out standing of my account so that need to re issue my.bajaj card.Becase of your branch people did mistake and I paid extra amount rs 1250 /- for card but it's not activated don't tell stories because bajaj rules and regulations not written by God and it's written by a person so that don't tell stories because I am not a kid to lesion all stories I am very much serious on bajaj card activation of you people not interested to activate my bajaj card pay all my interest amount and processing fee and insurance amount also now we have a strength that is consumer complaints and they will give accurate information and I am very happy because of this type of support every customer will need because all finance companies only for cheating to customer and collecting money telling processing fee and insurance and interest don't play games with customer my loan account mobile num[protected]

I have applied for a loan on bajaj finance on 21/08/2019 and the agent promised me one ROI and Final ROI is different. I requested them to cancel my loan on 22/08/2019 but, bajaj first said I can pay the online payment of entire disbursement amount within 48 hours for loan cancellation.

Later received an email from bajaj saying that there is no online process for cancellation need to visit the nearest branch later I went to Kukatpally branch they said again need to visit the main branch which is in Somajigiuda branch I have visited the branch on 23/08/2019 and provided the cheque for cancellation of loan bajaj given the confirmation letter for the same. but on Monday 26/08/2019 received a threating call from local sales manager that they won't process the cancellation need to take the loan, he said in a rude way please help me on this. as per bajaj cancellation policy, I have canceled my loan within 48 hours submitted the loan disbursement amount cheque.

Please help me with this. please do the needful for cancellation.

I have been a customer of bajaj with the past 5years.now I have person loan at a ROI of 19%..I have repaid my 26emis correctly out of 36emis..27th emi was not paid on time due to medical emergency..due to this one of the collection agency of bajaj continuously harassing me...one time she said she was a sub inspector and I went to meet her to the concerned police station where she told me as a sub inspector..but the fact was she was not a...
