Bajaj Finance — supply of defective ac to consumer | |
I purchased AC with the help of Bajaj Fin. ltd (WB) from Khosla Electronic Madhyamgram on 29.04.2019 order no.01122/1920/01589 name arpita sarkar. The AC is defected and Khosla cheated and IFB not replaced it till date. I should be paid EMI to your company after replacement of my AC. I have already cleared all my outstanding overdue EMI payment of my bajaj finance Loan account no.Lan no 4050CD82056506 but still it is showing as payment pending. Also my EMI card is inactive, so can i know the reason of it why it is been blocked.

I requested to fix the EMI due date as 5th of every month so that it shouldn't get bounced, practically it isn't possible to get my salary before 4th of every month, they says we can't change
