I have been charged of Rs. 450/- every time I miss my EMI payment, my due date is 2nd of every month & past two month I have been paying the same timely still on June 11th, I was charged Rs.350/-
Later on June 12th charged Rs.885/-
on 14th June again of Rs. 413/- & again on 20th June 354/- twice (Total Rs. 708).

The total amount deducted is of RS. 2356/-

I tired reaching customer care number several times but couldn't get thru.. it feels like we are just been used, as our bank accounts details are in their possession & the money in the bank is been deducted easily without any prior consent, this is severe misuse, I have never been called or informed about any of this charges, at the time of purchase none of this information was been shared, that such charges will be applicable, & the consumer's trust to share the bank account detail is been misused. I have not checked my previous months statements I may have been falsely charged all the time.

This needs to be addressed properly

I want my refund of Rs. 2356 & initiate this process asap.

    I have received a credit card 4 months back without any request. I tried to use this card through online aswell as card swiping. But i could not use this card for the last 4-6 months back. I went to rbl office and bajaj office several times but my problem not solved.
    Immediately after getting this card got my 1st bill for an amount of rs.600/- i cleared this. Then 2nd bill for rs.260/- that is also cleared. I have cleared these and they are generating bills and the present outstanding is around is rs.1300/- but the card is not active. I. E simply keeping this card i lost around 2000/- now. Yesterday i got one customer care executive over the phone and he is telling to clear the total dues to activate the card.
    All these affected my cibil score and they are threatening for the payment.

    This is another form of cheating. I. E simply issue card and bills

      "Hello sir, mein Bajaj Finance se xyz baat kar raha/rahi hun. Kya aapki koi loan requirement hai?" (Bajaj Finance Ltd. is the retail lending arm of Bajaj Finserv)

      Kind sir/ ma'am, thanks for offering us money, but we have no requirement of any home or business loan. We even detest Credit Cards, and use them very sparingly. We say this straight, and unequivocally, that even if you are the last person on Earth who could give me a loan, if and when we most require it, we would still not entertain you. Why? Because we hate employees who have to stoop to such tactics as the representatives from Bajaj Finance have, calling and badgering clients roughly 300 times in the last 3 years.

      We receive such calls every second day, sometimes even multiple calls (3~4 times) in the course of a day. These callous youth call at all random times; they do not regard the value of your time - you may be attending business meetings or talking to clients, or buried deep in some train of thought, when a cell phone ring brings you back. You think, this is an unknown number, perhaps it is important. Or perhaps inadvertently, your hand reaches down to your pocket, and you hear someone totally pointless, pitch you a crammed up speech about loans. Abridging Murphy's law, "Anyone who you least expect, or want, to hear from, will call you". And if you ever raise your voice at them, then you get promoted as a bad client, and henceforth you would become the subject matter of training given to every new girl and boy, hardening them to take flak.

      After release of TrueCaller app, we hoped that these calls would stop - but they have not. Rather they have increased. This paradox can be explained by the fact that the call centers ask the employees to carry their own phones, and replace the SIM card every month or so. New SIM - new identity.

      I had gotten my number registered in Do Not Disturb Registry by Airtel roughly 3 years back. The telemarketing calls had gotten less, but never stopped, during the first 3 months, but then they increased again. So much for DND!

      There is another, business reason, for specifically refusing a loan. At present, we do not own a business (company) and thus have no equity available to spend. If we take even a dime of loan, our debt-to-equity ratio would become infinite, because the denominator is 0. This Debt/Equity Ratio is also termed as financial leverage, which for large auto-manufacturing companies who rely heavily on debt, must also remain under 2. A high debt/equity ratio generally means that a company has been aggressive in financing its growth with debt. Aggressive leveraging practices are often associated with high levels of risk. This may result in volatile earnings as a result of the additional interest expense.

      Mr. Bajaj, we respected you a lot, still do. But you see, enough is enough. You need to streamline your managers to respect DND and a person's voice that he does not wish to be disturbed. We hope you hear us LOUD and CLEAR.

        Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

        I don't want these calls on my numbers any more.

        It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

        Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers.

        I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as i see ur numbers. Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand. My no is [protected]. I am determined that if this doesn't stop, i will complain to consumer forum.

          My bad time, i had taken a loan some time (5 years back) from bajaj finance and it is closed some years back. Now i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from bajaj finserv alomost 5 to 6 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low interest loans! These calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays. Some times i am in very important chief executive's meetings, i'm totally embarrassed with this, i would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, i am not in the condition of purchasing any loan from you and i'm not interested at all, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls. Please understand my situation and help.

          I don't know i am loosing my patience on these nonsense people.

            Dear Concern,

            On March 1st week, your marketing person contacted me and offered me of Super card which is updated version of EMI card. And he insisted that there will be no annual charges for this.
            In the next version he explained me if you spend up to Rs. 2000/- then you will be free from annual charges. First I didn't believe this then I convinced with their strong promise.
            Before the card confirmation the credit card department also said there will be annual charges + GST. At the time of their tele conversation I don't like to take if the annual fee is there. Between our conversation your marketing person entered again and promised me if you spend Rs. 2000/- with in two months you will get back your annual fee amount. You can listen my audio version at the time of card confirmation available with RBL CC team.
            But it is not done and I have written a letter to RBL team. They are not accepting to refund my annual fee amount after I made the 7 thousand odd amount with in 2 months. I have spent Rs. 7847/- only. But I am continuously receiving bills on every month from April.
            You are cheated on me. And I am not happy with this cheating business. Am going to cancel my RBL Super Non-sense card and your EMI card also. I will not continue with BajajFinserv in future also.

            Please do contact me by mail only. I will not listen to your bajaj so called 'customer care' representatives.

              Big harassment from bajaj finance. Daily 3 to 4 calls from different numbers. I always block these numbers but they call from different numbers (Of jio, idea and vodafone). Today received from number [protected] from delhi. Sometimes came from bihar, gujarat, mp. These is big nuisance. I kept my number in dnd still i am getting these calls. Callers are awful people
              Sir i used loan against air conditioner in april 2018 i already paid my amount but still they deduct 117 Rs. annual inactive fee from my account without my permission on 17th june so pls. resolve asap

                Getting fake calls from bajaj finance from number [protected], [protected]

                To give loan at 0% interest. No email on website, asking to send documents on whatsapp.

                Need attention on this to stop fake people from looting innocent people money.

                They asking for a pre-deposit of 25000

                The group name is lady with a name of ritika sharma she says. I wanted that i am already aware, but other innocent people may get in their trap and put money on their bank account in dreams of getting loans which will never be fulfilled.

                This needed urgent attention from bank and related goverment departments.

                  Dear team,

                  This is really disappointing the way bajaj finserv dealt with me regarding emi payment which i have already paid, however they not only harassed me but reach to my home and asked money to my family without any intimation.

                  I have been asked for bouncing charges which i have explained multiple times on mail and call as well that the bank detail which was updated at the time i bought ac from croma was not in use but bajaj finserv spoke person told me not to worry sir our executive will come to your place and fill ecs form and take cancel cheque and update the same however the same has been provided to executive but it was not updated.

                  However whenever i get bouncing loan emi msg i asked to customer care and they told me you just need to pay emi amount and we will take waiver for bouncing charges as it is not you fault. Meanwhile bajaj finserv now asking about bouncing charges as i have make the payment of 12 emi but they adjusted my last emi with bouncing charges.

                  This is really frustrating and the company has shown their character which was not expected from such as reputated company but so far i have not found any support from any person hence i am writing this complain hoping that someone will help me here with my concern.

                    Bajaj auto debit 117 amount from my account. Remark of bank is cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_4070cd01. I have tried to login in bajaj auto, but no any mobile is registered with them. Bajaj auto doesn't provide the any communication without phone. I don't know why he deduct 117 from my account without permission. As i know i was taken a loan in 2012, and loan was completed and i have noc against that loan. Then why bajaj deduct this amount without any intimation.

                    There is no any way to communicate with bajaj auto without phone number. But when i tried to check my all mobile number, getting not registered.

                    Please help me to unexpected and theft debit of amount from account. Then how we will faith on banking. Any body can deduct amount from my account without any intimation.

                      I have received a loan recovery email from biju. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in stating that i have failed to repay the loan taken from bajaj finserv and that if i fail to make payment legal action will be taken. I have never taken any loan from them and this seems to be some fraud either on part of bajaj finance or someone else is doing this in their name. Some fake loan account number is also mentioned.

                      I need this stopped. If it is being done by bajaj finance they need to stop sending such emails to non-customers.

                        I got a call from mr. Samar gupta from bajaj finance and he said he will provide the loan of 3 lakh at 0% against a life insurance policy of bharti axa, where i need to pay the first premium of ₹25000 online and once i will get the bond i will get the loan with in a week. It been almost 2 months the loan amount hasn't been trnsfred and always comes up with a new issue some time says, server issue and sometime says itr problem. Now not answering in a proper ways.

                            I had purchased an ac through bajaj finserv loan recently.The company persons called me regarding extended warranty and I had given an approval.But I want to cancel it. The total value of extended warranty is Rs 3681 to be paid in monthly installments of rs 405 each. I request you to please arrange for cancellation of the extended warranty and not to deduct amount from my bank account

                                I have a small business loan which I have closed in 2017 August but till now June 20th its showing it has a balance of 5, 76, 420. And I have noc and statements also but they are not updating my CIBIL .due to the amount company CIBIL rank is going down.and I am suffering from a lot of problems as I am not getting loans from banks for my business.i am complaining from last 7 months but bajaj people are not listening anything.i have visited Pune headoffice they say there is no office for loans this is insurance headoffice and in my city they say they don't have any people who will hear about CIBIL report.

                                  I got a call from bajaj finance. The person talked to me about the loan I have applied. I provide him all information. He tell me that I have to pay 2500rs. Processing fee. For agreement bond. He gave me an account no. Of advocate to pay the amount on that account. I pay the amount. Then I got mail on my email id agreement papers. I which it is written my loan is approved. Now I have to pay 3 months Emi in advance in my advocate account. I called the person he gave me another advocate account no. To pay for he amount which is 11874. I paid the amount on Saturday on 15/06/2019. He told me that me Monday is bank closed. So I will get credited my loan on Tuesday first half. But I didn't get my loan. From that day he is not receiving my call. I have called many times but he is not receiving. Today it's Thursday 20/06/2019 i have not got my loan neither I have got any update about it.

                                    Hi there, i am constantly getting spam calls from your offices regarding overdraft. i am not at all interested in it but guys at bajaj finance just keep me calling for months - some calls are recorded while some call are manual.

                                    Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number
                                    please remove my number [protected] from your call registry ? .
                                    I have taken one EMI for furniture purchase of 40000.
                                    I paid the processing fee of about 1000 rupee while application.
                                    Today I got deducted 118 extra on top of that.
                                    All payments has been made on time what is the meaning of such shady transactions.
                                    I want to change my registered mobile num because of some network issues i want to change my number thats why i m complaining to u to tell me the process about how to change my registered mobile num and also tell me how can i change my registered mobile num online nd eassily

                                      My loan got finished in Dec-2018 with last emi dated[protected] for above-mentioned loan account but today i have seen another transaction on my account for 117 rupees saying "cms/bajaj_au
                                      To_5770CD68455798".

                                      Can i know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?
