Dear sir,
My name is trevor bhatia and i received an offer for a loan against the policy on 30th march, so i took the policy from bharti axa on 30th march 2019 and still they have not confirmed about the loan, and now when i am trying to call them they are not responding.
I have the bharti axa policy[protected] and it was also delayed and received it on the 9th of april 2019. However, after then they said that they will provide me the loan within a week, after then no response. Then mr. Anil rathod called me an said my loan is been passed but due to the election it's delayed and also promised me that finally, i will get the loan on 15th may 2019. Still, i have not received the loan nor any confirmation. I think the trapped me to take the bharti axa policy and deleted it as i cannot cancel it after 20 days. Now no one is responding and i have wasted my 30, 000 rs for just a fake policy
