I my self manojit roy, yesterday I wrongly register in bajaj finserve by otp, by the name of TANURIMA BHABOK, but when I get otp number then I not put otp number.i repeatedly told that it was wrongly registered by me.But today morning a representative called to my phone ask me that you get any loan??? Then I told them that no I m not interested to get any loan. 2ndly a another reprentive called to me and ask this, we are told them none dont get any loan.why you are called to us???
I tell you that please look into the matter and stop this call
We are not interested for this type of loan

    I myself manojit roy, yesterday i registered bajaj finserve wrongly, by the name of tanurima bhabok, i repetedly told them it was wrongly registered, when i register it then i get a otp number, but i dont put this number. Today i received a call from bajaj finserve reprentive then we told that no we are not interested to get any loan, but repetedly till now they called to us. So we are very hezzitate
    i request to you that please dont call us again.
    We are not interested to get any kind of loan.
    Please look into the matter and stop this type of call.

      I have alreay tried to contact bajaj finserv executive various time but no solution found.
      I have purchased a phone loan 581ecfg511942 for which the emi are going well . But suddenly they added three different plan of emi without my consent.
      Wallet protection plan
      asset care cpp 581etbha492747
      need to close both of them please help
      and third plan wallet care plan 699 already deducted for which i need the refund
      this all is happening without consent

        Hello Team,

        I have taken loan from Bajaj Finserv as details mentioned below.

        ***********************************************
        Loan Amount: 8, 09, 389/-
        Annual Rate of Interest: 14.25%
        Loan tenure: 60
        Loan Disbursal Date: 30/11/2018
        Principal Outstanding: 5, 00, 000/- [This figure is when the Bajaj Finserv Agent is initiated the new loan process]

        I have paid EMI till last year i.e., July 2021.

        After that one of Bajaj Finserv agent called me and said they are going to reduce the Annual interest rate to 13.5% and they said we have to close the current loan and create a new loan process.

        Then I said, I don't want because there will be extra deductions if we start new loan process. Bajaj Finserv agent promised me saying 'I will process it without any extra deductions.'

        Then I have agreed for it.

        They closed existing loan, processed new loan and the money got disbursed to my account on 30th July 2021. But disturbed amount is after all extra deductions.

        Below are the details for the new loan.

        Loan Amount: 10, 95, 000/-
        Annual Rate of Interest: 13.5%
        Loan tenure: 84
        Loan Disbursal Date: 30/07/2020
        Total deductions: 10, 373/-
        Net disbursed amount: 10, 84, 627/- [This figure is before closing the existing loan account]
        Net disbursed amount to Account is: 5, 79, 166/- [This figure is after closing the existing loan account + Last month EMI]

        Around 10, 000/- extra deduction is happened. So, I did ping to Bajaj Finserv agent and informed same to him. I have a WhatsApp chat for it. He said he will check and update the Bajaj Loan Account within 48 hours and he said this issue was faced with other 4 accounts also.

        Till now that money is not updated to my account/loan portal. Every day i was calling to Bajaj Finserv Agent and he was giving one or another reason.

        Even I am paying interest for it till now it's been 11 months.

        On May 28th 2021 again he promised that by 7th June 2021 he will update my loan account portal and he said HE WILL TRANSFER THAT 10K MONEY TO ACCOUNT if it not updates the loan account portal by 7th of June. He told me to return the money once my account gets update.

        So, i did call him till 7th. After that called him and asked it's not updated. Again he started saying employees went for vaccination, updated account it will take 48 hours to update customer side and other bla bla... Today again i called him, he said "HE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK MY ISSUE". Not it's 01st July 2021.

        I asked him to transfer money as he promised, now he is asking excuse to grant one more day to check.

        Note: Between he asked me to courier 'Pan card and Driving License' to Bangalore address from my native to get that extra deducted money.

        Finally I decided to raise a complaint to get back my extra deducted amount + Interest I have paid for last 11 months (for the deducted amount).

        I am attaching the WhatsApp conversation for reference.

        I have recent Phone call recording (in telugu) also, let me know if you people want me to add.

        Note: Let me know where to update mobile number/email id for other communications.

          महोदय जी मेरा नाम पवन कुमार जोशी हे मेने बजाज फिनसर्व से व्यक्तिगत लोन लिया था उसकी लोन संख्या 7E8RPL54921474मेरे द्वारा लोन की पूरी राशी चूका दी गयी हे उसके २ माह बाद 28/2/2021 बजाज कार्यलय से मुझे 1 फोन आता हे की आपके लोन की panalty बकाया 7651/RS अगर आपने ये राशी जमा नहीं करवाई तो आपके खिलाफ लीगल निर्णय लिया जायेगा उसके बाद तुरंत 1 अन्य नंबर से कॉल आता हे की आपको सिर्फ 5000 ही जमा करने हे वह आपको 2651 की राशी का बेवर मिल गया हे मेने उसी समय 5000 का भुगतान किया paytm माध्यम से मुझे कहा गया आज से आपका लोन खाता बंद हे आपको इसकी NOC भेज दी जाएगी अब उसके बाद 4 माह बाद पिछले 5 दिन से वेसा ही कॉल आ रहा की आपको 2651 जमा करवाने होंगे नहीं तो आपके खिलाफ लीगल एक्शन लिया जायेगामें बजाज फिनसर्व से निवेदन करता हु में इस से बहुत मानसिक परेशान हो चूका हुवह मेरी इस समस्या का तुरंत समाधान किया जाये जिस से मेरी समस्या हल हो सके

            Incident happened today 6/30/2021 at 8.35pm.
            Third party from Bajaj Finserv bank (or other company), asked the emi for payment. I told please wait for few min. But he replied in normal msg using the Kannada bad word (GANDU).

            bisbehaviour from the people working in that company.

              I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed.
              Agents has never informed about fee and why should i take. Even in consent form, i don't remember such fee was mentioned.
              If customer is not aware of such fee, customer has never given consent for such fee then how did Bajaj Finserv deducted money. Is it not Fraud?

              Let me know what information should i provide to proceed.

                Hi my name is Pramod bearing mobile number-[protected] this is to inform that I received a message from SBI about money deduction when I clicked it I found that an amount of 1180 rupees have been deducted on 16/16/2021 from my account without any information. I don't have any over due emi I have paid all the emi on time. When o tried to contact Bajaj Finserv they don't respond or assist. Hence I request from this platform to refund my hard earned money.

                      My parents had got a call from this company regarding the Health insurance and due to language problem my parents had disconnected the call and later after few days we got a msg stating the Insurance is booked on the personal loan account which we have from the Bajaj finserve.
                      and we tried to contact them and even wrote a letter regarding that and aoolied for the refund. they stated that within 5 days the refund will come and the loan amount which is around 15000 will be reduced as it is falsely booked by some agent.
                      later today my father had visited and they said the mannger cant meet today and asked him to come back on monday so i had called him and when i had called he was too harsh and not ready to talk at all so i warned him i am willing to give a complaint against these people who took our money without our approval and still harsh and not responding properly with us.

                          It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

                          Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers.

                            I am not able to use my od limit

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have given a OD scheme with a credit limit of 416500/-.

                            Amount 236100 is utilized. That means[protected]=180400/-.

                            I am not able to use the same as it is showing limit exhausted.

                            Pls arrange to correct and confirm.

                            I am fed up with daily multiple calls from bajaj requesting to avail overdraft facility and EMI facility. It is really frustrating as these calls consume time and I miss out calls from clients. I have made umpteen requests to remove my phone number from the dialing list but it is not taken care. Early waiting for some to avoid these calls.

                              @bajajfinservlending they collected huge amt for processing of loan amount, later they blocked me and didn't pay any loan amount, later again they called and asked me to pay some more charges in order to complete ur loan amount. . I have paid upto 20000 as processing charges, , , please solve my problem and pay my money back ...

                                    Hello Team,

                                    Thanks for your update.

                                    I have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or I am unaware of.

                                    I dont want any credit vidya report or never I was informed about this. As per discussion with the consultant, the only charge mentioned is od activation charge which is Flexi fee.

                                    Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

                                    I hope, I would continue my long relationship with bajaj forever if could possible to cancel the above charge.

                                      CPP Membership No. IAB822921
                                      Messaged me by bajaj finance that if you take card protection plan then you will also get free 1 year zee5 subscription. I was not given any information about Zee5 subscription. And the CPP membership was activated fraudulently and I want the CPP membership to be cancelled with immediate effect and my money be refunded.
