Hello Bajaj finserv,

It is ridiculous that daily 5 to 8 times, I am receiving multiple voice calls whole day from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

      Without my knowledge they have created cpp telebinding and bajaj finserv has deducted my money . so as my request to cancel the service and refund my money. pls take as immediate request

          Baja loan holder (Bharat.p.rathod ) is death,
          same has been informed them multiple time, they are continuously calling and what's app asking for payment .

          Have informed inform them we are not in state to pay further loan and kindly claim the insurance on the same

                An amount of Rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of HDFC bank on 14/05/2021 without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company.

                The loan I have taken has been cleared almost two year back. I totally don't understand after more than 2 year these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                Below is the message I received .
                Your a/c xxxx has been debited by Rs. 117.00 on 14-May-2021 through Debit Mandate towards BAJAJ FINEMI -BF[protected]

                Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest.

Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I totally don't understand after they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                    Bajaj Super Card agent lied about the fees about the card and processed my card.

                    The name of the person and contact details are as follows:

                    This person lied to me about the fees on the super card after first year if I don’t use the card. I asked several times same question and he told me that I just need to use the card once in year. I will not be charged any amount as a fee even if I don’t use it. But, when I got a call to confirm the address and other details, I was told that I will be charged some fees after first year if I do not use it up to 40000 rupees. I told the guy confirming my address to cancel the card as I was given wrong information but still the guy processed the card. I don’t want the card. I am getting emails about the delivery of the card. Please take action on the culprits otherwise I will file a complaint against the above people as well as the company in the consumer court for fooling people by giving wrong information.

                    Furthermore, these agents may be fooling company as well by selling cards ( which will not be used my the people who feel they are tricked by the agent giving wrong information for the sake of selling one more card to earn the commission) to earn commission. Also, this is not good for company reputation.

                      I have been cheated in the name of providing loan through Bajaj finserv. I applied online for a loan through Bajaj Finserv and received a call that your loan has been sanctioned. The sent me an approval letter through mail. Firstly, they asked me to pay processing fee of RS. 3250/-, then they asked me to pay other charges one by one of about RS. 73000/- that will be refundable with loan amount in their SBI account no. [protected]. IFSC code. SBIN0070248.
                      Therefore it is requested to your goodself kindly freeze above account no. so that I may start a process to refund my amount through legal authority or cyber crime.

                        As per my foreclosure letter, I have completed the full repayment of my home loan but still Bajaj has not handover me the NOC and LOD. I have to handover it to another financial institution. My home is under construction but nothing was mentioned in my foreclosure for PMAY money refund. I am only transfer the loan as my rate of interest is also too much ie 8.6% in Bajaj compared to current situation. Full construction is not possible due to Covid situation.

                          I have availed personal loan from Bajaj and it was approved on 12.12.2019 along with cpp liv assist policy and Max bupa health insurance policy which are not required for me. my loan status is currently in process and I am yet to receive loan amount, . So please cancel the CPP and Max bupa health insurance policy and please refund my premium amount or adjust the premium amount with my loan amount.

                            On 25/03/21 An loan automatically add on my account. And on may 05, 2021 It automatically cut RS 750 from my account and when i see the details it is showing that some products name LSF Insurance Tele Binding and it will again cut the rest amount on june. I can bother this type of problems in the time of pandemic. So if you can stop it then it will be very helpful for me.

                                I recently purchased a Mobile Phone on EMI with BAJAJ FINSERV . They have activated another loan by the service called ECOM CPP TELEBINDING Loan:- 410ETBGW420083
                                They activated this without my authorisation and have deducted an amount of ₹321. The total amount is ₹1924. Hence I want a compensation and appeal to you to cancel this loan as soon as possible

                                      Dear Bajaj Finserv,
                                      मैंने अपना बजाज फाइनेंस के सभी बकाया राशि 2019 में जमा कर दिया था। तब आपके अधिकारी (बजाज फाइनेंस के HR) मुझे फ़ोन किए और बोले कि अब आपको कोई भी राशि जमा नही करना है। और मैं आपके लिए NOC 15दिन में भेज दूँगा। तब उन्होंने मुझे NOC भेजा ही नही और अब मुझे बोल रहे है ( 1200/- ) और जमा करना होगा। जब मैंने पूरी राशि 2019 में जमा करवा दिया था तो अब किस बात के लिए ये राशि जमा करवाना है। और फिर आपने 2019 में मुझे NOC क्यों नही भेजे। 15 से 20 दिन बाद भी मैं हरिद्वार, उत्तराखंड शाखा में 4-5 बार गया था फिर भी मुझे NOC नही दिया गया था।
                                      अब मुझे बोल रहे है आपको 1200/- और देना होगा।

                                      जब मैंने पूरा पेमेंट 2019 में जमा कर दिया था तो अब क्यों देना??
                                      NOC नहीं लेने पर आप इस तरह से परेशान करते हो।
