Respected Sir,
I took personal loan for Washing Machine w.e.f 18/06/2007 from Bajaj Finserve, I am paying EMI regularly, but the last Installment which one is due one 15/04/2008 and cleared through cheaq no. 879943 of Rs. 739/- which is cleared on 05/05/2008, on 23/10/2008 they said the cheaq number 879943 was dishonored by the bank, but the amount show deducted in statement of account. 05/05/2008 all installments paid and loan is completed on 15/06/2008. After 5 months they inform me to pay Rs. 739/- of 10th installment which is dishonored by the bank also they said to pay penalty Rs 30, 954/- from 31/01/2009 to till date of 2021 .
After the long arguments the recovery people said if I pay Rs.739/- then they will resolve the penalty amount which one is affect your Cibil score. Then without any delay I submit Rs. 739/- via cash Receipt Number[protected] dated 27/07/2020.
Now the recovery people said harassing me harshly and rudely to pay the penalty amount of Rs. 30, 954/- . I am asking them to return the my bounced cheaq No. 879943 which was dishonored by the bank, then they refuse to return the cheaq. They are not in a mood to understand my situation
Write above subject, I have been constantly requesting Bajaj Finserve officials 23/10/2008 to till date of 2021 to clear the remarks of delayed payments or penalty so that I can improve my cibil score to apply for Education loan for my daughter’s higher studies. I have cleared all my installments but they are not responding to any of my plead to do me a goodwill favor. I have requested them several times regarding this both offline and online personally but they are not even having a basic courtesy to even try.
Whereas Bajaj Finserve is being very unprofessional, unsupportive and not at all customer friendly in this matter. They are not even bothered to even respond to any of my requests.
I have attached all the necessary documents and the copies of the dispute report, my Cibil Report and their response along with this mail. I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and please help me clear all my remarks. As it is causing a huge problem for me to apply for Education loan with the current Cibil score.
The loan recovery agent was threatening me because of penalty issue they called me at around 9p.m. daily and abuses, threatened me in front my wife and Daughter.
I would to file complain against this company because they use to cheats customer I have already settled everything but still it's getting charged from my account they use to misbehave with customer's they doesn't have manner that how to deal with customers I'm facing so much of problem because of this fouls transaction please help me to get this resolve.
Bajaj Finserve STAFF GIVES ME THE MENTAL AS WELL AS PHYSICAL HARASSMENT DUE TO DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES, AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE.
Ombudsman Being an Hon’ble post of justice, it is my humble request to your good self to please accept this complaint and take necessary action against the concerned Manager along Recovery Agent so that public at large should not be harassed in future.
