I was purchased a Samsung phone from flipkart through Bajaj finserv EMI option . Bajaj finserv automatically add a insurance without my permission that amount is ₹1925 how can they add it .

    I applied for a person el loan of rs25000. But your executive mr.rakesh kumar dasora asked me for money for providing the loan amount. So I was forced to pay the amount by transferring through the app google pay. Now I paid around rs106000. So I understood thath this is a fake add. So I need to cancel the application of loan and need to refund my cash immediately. Sir please provide immediate action.

    Maine 120000 ka insurance aur 72000 Gst total 192000 pay kar diya
    Bole ki gst ka Paisa 48 ghante me refund ho jayega
    5 mahine ho gaya na to Mera Gst ka 72000 return hua aur n hi Mera loan pass hua
    Please Mera 192000 return Kara dijiye
    Rakesh Dasora ab n to Mera phone receive kar raha hai aur n massage ka jawab de raha hai jiska mobile no.[protected] aur [protected] hai

      I dr.shashikant availed
      professional(personal) loan amount of
      Rs 8, 87, 499 from bajaj finance on april
      2018
      loan acoount number 404PRO65464263
      1)they have given me moratorium
      for may june july aug 20202 without any
      proper request from me i repeat without
      my request ( 2)they didnt cancel it even
      after repeated requests to cnce;l it(3) i
      paid regular emis as per schedule till
      moratorium they given me, they altered
      my repayment schedule showing total
      period of 23 years after repeated
      request they changed to original tenure
      (4)total i paid rs 2, 91, 717as a
      partpayment after which my emi was
      reduced in both amount and duration
      last month i made partpayment of
      80000rs ( not included in above amount
      ) out which only 22957 rs was adjusted
      remaining amount of rs 56488 they told
      adjustment for the moratorium given for
      may june july aug 2020, in my
      repayment schedule there ws no
      mention of due emis before may 2021 in
      my schedule they added interest for the
      above months to my principal amount
      and calculated the future principal
      amount for which they calculated the
      future emis, this 56488 rs all of sudden
      wer does it come from, it s not counted
      in my repayment schedule only written in
      due emis i paid regular emis there was
      no mention of due previuosly, there was
      no deduction from previuos
      partpayments also even in SOA (
      statement of account due and reciept
      are same) but they added other row
      called other recievables why should i
      pay other recievables i m dr working in
      this pandemic time i had to bear torture
      of calling them getting harrassed from
      them both financially and mentally
      please do solve the issues, , and no one
      should suffer like me sir hoping for the
      postie response please dont reply as per
      company policies

        I have received the Personal loan amount in my account today, i was applying for very minimal amount.
        I was said that i would receive certain amount. but it was totally different and low from what i spoke during customer care call.
        I was not aware of it before the deduction, i wanted my money back. Rs. 1699/-

          This is absolutely a cheating method.
          I strictly say that i wanted to cancel this and refund the amount Rs. 1699/-

                It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving voice calls and SMS at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan and credit card. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement. Also for the credit card, I have informed the very first call that I am not interested in credit card. once I cut the call, he puts the status as I am interested in cards & start getting calls & SMS for document collection & KYC

                Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                  I faced an Issue where I applied for a Bajaj Finserv EMI network card and It got approved within minutes and I got a credit limit, I even completed the ENACH Process and Paid the fees of Rs 567.
                  It says in the app that the card is ready to use, I tried to use it at Amazon and flipkart and the card is not working anywhere and If it is approved and the customer has a flawless cibil score, I am still facing issues and I am unable to log into the Experia portal as well and I am not receiving any OTPs on my phone for logging into the Experia portal.
                  I am only able to login to the app and it shows there that the card is active, When I tried to login to the Bajaj Store(No Other Store).
                  Your own Bajaj Store, it is showing that you don't seem to have an EMI card.
                  What kind of fraudulent practice is this ?
                  It should not be this difficult to use a credit card in 2021 with all the bells and whistles and especially when there is a requirement for relaxed liquidity in a Global Pandemic.

                      2. If yes, When my loan Tenure is 7 Years, why the Policy term for 15 Years? which i was told i wont be charged the day i will close my loan, now i see i need to pay 4% foreclose charge + whole Insurance amount(68000)

                      Also the whole day all of your executives keep saying they will be credited in 30 min, Now they have stopped answering msg or calls, Well! After Sell most of does, NOt expected.

                      Already Emailed to Bajaj Leadership, But no response, Seems only consumer court and RBI is only the option left.

                            I purchased a synthesizer from Amazon 3/5/21, it was clearly written that it was in no cost emi and I can purchase through bajaj emi card..but after I purchased I a got call from bajaj and said about CPP..I didn't understand and I'm sure they said it is the annual charge for the card and it's one time only..not only that my loan amount was 2298 per month..the said rs 189 will be added for the card..but I have got a massage that I need to pay 2702.why this kind of thing will happen..410ECFGY931072 this the product Lan no...410ETBGZ218575 this is lan no of CPP
                            Now I need to cancel the cpp and want to know why the emi amount is 2702

                              These days I keep on receiving at least 8 - 10 spam calls in a day. The calls keep coming from various mobile or landline numbers.
                              For example +[protected]

                              The bajaj finserve representative keeps informing me that a new credit card has been issued in my name! However I have never placed any request for any such cards. I DO NOT want any credit card from Bajaj Finserve. I have never requested for any!

                              Every time I have to tell them not to issue any card and they eventually cut the phone.

                              I wish to raise a concern that bajaj finserve is forcefully issuing cards in the name of customers existing or new customers without their consent or any formal application.
                              Such practices should stop immediately.

                                To the Hon'ble Bajaj Finance Compliant Wing, My Name is R. Lakshmidevi, I have taken a personal loan through Bajaj Finance. Despite the Rs., The finance company did not recover the EMI amount for the month of May, then on May 17 the recovery staff of your finance company called and asked me to pay my May EMI amount online through Google Pay, as soon as I pay the EMI amount online. I did, however you could not recover the EMI through the bank even though there was money in your company account, you were late and I was fined Rs 295 for not being able to DEDUCT by the bank, so how can you blame the company and fine me?

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I took personal loan for Washing Machine w.e.f 18/06/2007 from Bajaj Finserve, I am paying EMI regularly, but the last Installment which one is due one 15/04/2008 and cleared through cheaq no. 879943 of Rs. 739/- which is cleared on 05/05/2008, on 23/10/2008 they said the cheaq number 879943 was dishonored by the bank, but the amount show deducted in statement of account. 05/05/2008 all installments paid and loan is completed on 15/06/2008. After 5 months they inform me to pay Rs. 739/- of 10th installment which is dishonored by the bank also they said to pay penalty Rs 30, 954/- from 31/01/2009 to till date of 2021 .
                                    After the long arguments the recovery people said if I pay Rs.739/- then they will resolve the penalty amount which one is affect your Cibil score. Then without any delay I submit Rs. 739/- via cash Receipt Number[protected] dated 27/07/2020.
                                    Now the recovery people said harassing me harshly and rudely to pay the penalty amount of Rs. 30, 954/- . I am asking them to return the my bounced cheaq No. 879943 which was dishonored by the bank, then they refuse to return the cheaq. They are not in a mood to understand my situation

                                    Write above subject, I have been constantly requesting Bajaj Finserve officials 23/10/2008 to till date of 2021 to clear the remarks of delayed payments or penalty so that I can improve my cibil score to apply for Education loan for my daughter’s higher studies. I have cleared all my installments but they are not responding to any of my plead to do me a goodwill favor. I have requested them several times regarding this both offline and online personally but they are not even having a basic courtesy to even try.
                                    Whereas Bajaj Finserve is being very unprofessional, unsupportive and not at all customer friendly in this matter. They are not even bothered to even respond to any of my requests.
                                    I have attached all the necessary documents and the copies of the dispute report, my Cibil Report and their response along with this mail. I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and please help me clear all my remarks. As it is causing a huge problem for me to apply for Education loan with the current Cibil score.

                                    The loan recovery agent was threatening me because of penalty issue they called me at around 9p.m. daily and abuses, threatened me in front my wife and Daughter.

                                    I would to file complain against this company because they use to cheats customer I have already settled everything but still it's getting charged from my account they use to misbehave with customer's they doesn't have manner that how to deal with customers I'm facing so much of problem because of this fouls transaction please help me to get this resolve.
                                    Bajaj Finserve STAFF GIVES ME THE MENTAL AS WELL AS PHYSICAL HARASSMENT DUE TO DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES, AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE.
                                    Ombudsman Being an Hon’ble post of justice, it is my humble request to your good self to please accept this complaint and take necessary action against the concerned Manager along Recovery Agent so that public at large should not be harassed in future.
                                    Waiting for reply of action taken by your good self against the concerned in the interest of justice.

                                      Misleading and false information provided while selling the overdraft, I had to pay 13k from my account to transfer to Bajaj Experian account as processing. Now the entire loan amount is in Bajaj account and they are asking to pay 19k to close this fraud loan account? Its a big scam. Bajaj should look into it.
